Background
The wall surface grinding is an essential process for wall surface decoration, and is directly related to the quality of a plurality of subsequent processes, so that the grinding degree of the wall surface is more and more emphasized in the actual construction, and the prior manual sand paper grinding is gradually changed into mechanical automatic grinding; in the prior art, a wall polisher is a tool for replacing the traditional manual work of polishing a wall surface or an object by holding sand paper, so as to achieve the purposes of leveling, dust-free and protecting physical and mental health of workers.
At present, before people paint or paste wall paper and the like, the wall needs to be ground and cleaned, and sometimes when the wall or ceiling at a high position needs to be ground and polished, the handle of a grinding and polishing machine is not long enough, so that a user needs to stand on an elevated object such as a ladder or a table to operate, the use is unsafe, and a plurality of defects exist during the use.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a wall grinding machine which is simple in structure and easy to store and a using method thereof.

Furthermore, the polishing disc assembly comprises a disc shell, a polishing disc, a flexible shaft input shaft and a polishing disc output shaft, the flexible shaft input shaft is in transmission fit with the polishing disc output shaft, the polishing disc output shaft is in transmission fit with the polishing disc, and the flexible shaft input shaft can drive the polishing disc to move in the disc shell when rotating.

The use method of the wall grinding machine comprises the following steps: firstly, a right connecting sleeve on a rear connecting rod is in hinged fit with a left connecting sleeve of a front connecting rod through a hinge pin, two-section flexible shafts are respectively arranged in the rear connecting rod and the front connecting rod, one end of the flexible shaft in the rear connecting rod is in transmission fit with a power part, the front end of the flexible shaft in the rear connecting rod is provided with a flat square plug, the tail end of the flexible shaft in the front connecting rod is provided with a slot matched with the flat square plug, so that the flexible shaft in the front connecting rod is driven to rotate by the flexible shaft in the rear connecting rod after the front connecting rod is connected with the rear connecting rod, and a locking buckle is buckled on a locking groove, so that the rear connecting rod is fixedly; the front end of a flexible shaft in a front connecting rod is in transmission fit with a flexible shaft input shaft, so that a power part can drive the flexible shaft input shaft to rotate through the flexible shaft, and a polishing disc is driven by the flexible shaft input shaft to move in a disc shell to finish wall polishing; the generated dust is removed through the air suction opening, the connecting hose, the dust suction channel and the dust removal connecting opening.
The invention has the technical effects that: (1) compared with the prior art, the wall grinding machine has the advantages that the front connecting rod and the rear connecting rod are assembled by the connecting sleeve assembly, so that the assembly and disassembly are easy, the connecting rods are convenient to store, and the applicable height of the wall grinding machine is increased; (2) the grinding disc assembly is connected with the front connecting rod through the rotating bracket and is easy to replace, the circular grinding disc is suitable for grinding the wall, and the triangular grinding disc is suitable for grinding the wall corner, so that the grinding effect of the wall corner is prevented from being influenced by the circular grinding disc; (3) the flexible shaft is arranged, so that the power part of the wall grinding machine can be arranged at the bottom end of the rear connecting rod, and the grinding disc component is arranged at the front end of the front connecting rod, so that the heavier grinding disc and the power part are respectively distributed at the front end and the rear end of the wall grinding machine, and the center of gravity is more stable in use; (4) the connecting sleeve component adopts a left connecting sleeve and a right connecting sleeve which are mutually hinged and matched, and is matched with the locking groove by utilizing the locking buckle, so that the assembly is easy.

As shown in fig. 1 to 2, the wall sander of the present embodiment includes a front connecting rod 1, a rear connecting rod 2, a circular sanding disc assembly 4 and a connecting sleeve assembly 3, wherein a rear handle 22 is provided at the rear end of the rear connecting rod 2, and a front handle 21 is provided at the middle of the rear connecting rod 2 for holding.

The edge of the circular disc shell 41 is circumferentially provided with a circular-groove-shaped brush connecting frame 46, an annular brush 47 is assembled in the brush connecting frame 46, a dust removing gap 48 is arranged between the inner side wall of the polishing circular disc 41 and the circular disc shell 42, the circular disc shell 41 is provided with an air suction opening 45 communicated with the dust removing gap 48, the middle part of the front connecting rod 1 is provided with a dust removing connecting opening 14, a dust suction channel communicated with the dust removing connecting opening 14 is arranged in the front connecting rod 1, and the dust suction channel is communicated with the air suction opening 45 on the circular disc shell 41 through a connecting hose 13 and is used for sucking dust in the circular disc shell 41.
The front end of front connecting rod 1 is fixed with runing rest 11, and one side of pivot mount table 43 sets up first installation screw 66, and one side of extraction opening 45 sets up the second installation screw 67 of 66 symmetries with first installation screw, and runing rest 11 is through the rotatory round pin 12 with first installation screw 66, second installation screw 67 looks adaptation and the articulated cooperation of circular dish shell 41, is convenient for load and unload circular polishing dish subassembly 4.

A dust removing gap is formed between the inner side wall of the triangular grinding disc 52 and the triangular disc shell 51, an air suction opening 55 communicated with the dust removing gap is formed in the triangular disc shell 51, the dust removing connector 14 is arranged in the middle of the front connecting rod 1, a dust suction channel communicated with the dust removing connector 14 is arranged in the front connecting rod 1, and the dust suction channel is communicated with the air suction opening 55 in the triangular disc shell 51 through the connecting hose 13 and is used for sucking dust in the triangular disc shell 51.
