The placing groove of the ink rubber stripping device is inclined downwards, so that the rope winding frame bottom rod can be conveniently placed, and the phenomenon of sliding and shaking cannot occur due to the self-gravity constraint of the rope winding frame bottom rod after the rope winding frame bottom rod is placed.
The ink rubber peeling device is provided with the limit stop used for limiting the movable position of the sliding block, the limit stop is used for limiting the maximum moving range of the sliding block on the guide rail, and when the sliding block moves to the two end parts of the guide rail, the sliding block can be blocked by the limit stop, so that the sliding block is prevented from being separated from the guide rail.

The ink rubber peeling device is provided with two limiting channels, and simultaneously limits the moving range of one end, far away from the cutter head, of the cutter handle and protruding out of the sleeve and the cutter head, so that the use safety is improved.
The ink rubber peeling device is provided with the twisting head at the outward end of the limiting rod, so that a worker can conveniently operate and hold the ink rubber peeling device.
The ink rubber peeling device also comprises a switch assembly, wherein the switch assembly is electrically connected with the driving mechanism, and when cutting is needed, workers can manually start the switch assembly to control the driving mechanism to work.

Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the invention provides an ink rubber peeling device 10. The ink rubber peeling device 10 comprises a supporting mechanism 100 and a cutting mechanism 200.
The support mechanism 100 includes a support base 110. The upper surface of the supporting base 110 is provided with a plurality of placing grooves distributed in a row. The axis of the placing groove is inclined with an included angle with the upper surface of the supporting base 110. The width of standing groove is according to the design of rope winding frame sill bar 20 width, and the position slope of standing groove is downward, makes things convenient for rope winding frame sill bar 20 to put and can not take place the slip shake phenomenon because of the restraint of rope winding frame sill bar 20 self gravity after putting.
The cutting mechanism 200 includes a cutter assembly 210, a slider 220, and a guide 230. The guide rail 230 is provided on the support base 110 and extends along the distribution direction of the placement grooves. The slider 220 is slidably connected to the guide rail 230 and located above the placement groove. The cutter assembly 210 is movably connected to the slider 220. The height of the guide 230 relative to the upper surface of the support base 110 is adjustable so that the guide 230 and the cutter assembly 210 on the guide 230 can be fitted.
In one embodiment, the support mechanism 100 further includes a bracket 120 oppositely disposed on the support base 110. That is, the number of the brackets 120 is two, and the two brackets are directly connected to the supporting base 110 and located at the two ends of the guide rail 230, respectively. The guide rail 230 is coupled to the bracket 120 and positioned above the placement groove.
In one embodiment, the support mechanism 100 further includes a limit stop 130 for limiting the movable position of the slider 220. Limit stoppers 130 are respectively provided at both sides of the guide rail 230. The limit stopper 130 is disposed on the support base 110. The ink rubber peeling device 10 of the invention is provided with the limit stop 130 for limiting the movable position of the sliding block 220, the limit stop 130 is used for limiting the maximum moving range of the sliding block 220 on the guide rail 230, when the sliding block 220 moves to the two end parts of the guide rail 230, the limit stop 130 can stop the sliding block 220, and the sliding block 220 is prevented from being separated from the guide rail 230.
Please refer to fig. 1. The position of the limit stops 130 may be located at both ends of the row and disposed adjacent to the guide rail 230. The height of the positive stop 130 may be flush with the rail 230.
In one embodiment, the cutting mechanism 200 further includes a lever 240. The operating rod 240 is connected to the slider 220. The ink rubber peeling device 10 of the present invention is provided with the operation rod 240 connected to the sliding block 220, so that a worker can conveniently hold the device, and the worker can push or pull the sliding block 220 to move along the guide rail 230 by the aid of the operation rod 240.
In one embodiment, the cutter assembly 210 includes a sleeve 211, a cutter head 212, and a resilient member 213. The sleeve 211 is fixedly coupled to the slider 220, and the cutter head 212 is coupled to the sleeve 211 by an elastic member 213. The ink rubber peeling device 10 is provided with the sleeve 211, the cutter head 212 and the elastic component 213, the cutter head 212 is connected to the sleeve 211 through the elastic component 213 to realize the position adjustment of the cutter head 212, when the device is used, the cutter head 212 is firstly compressed towards the sleeve 211, so that the cutter head 212 gives a certain space for placing the rope winding frame bottom rod 20, after the rope winding frame bottom rods 20 are sequentially placed in the placing groove, the cutter head 212 is released, and the cutter head 212 is always in contact fit with the rope winding frame bottom rod 20 under the action of the elastic component 213.
In one embodiment, cutter assembly 210 further includes a shank 214 fixedly attached to a rear portion of cutting head 212. The knife handle 214 is movably connected in the sleeve 211, the elastic component 213 is a straight spring, the elastic component 213 is sleeved on the knife handle 214, one end of the elastic component is fixedly connected with the tail of the knife head 212, and the other end of the elastic component is abutted against the end face of the sleeve 211.
The elastic component 213 is provided to exert pressure on the cutter head 212 and protect the rope winding frame bottom rod 20, so that the cutter head 212 can be pressed downwards to be close to the rope winding frame bottom rod 20 to cut the ink rubber, and meanwhile, the cutter head 212 is fixed in the bearing range of the rope winding frame bottom rod 20 in a pressure manner, and the rope winding frame bottom rod 20 cannot be damaged.
Referring to fig. 2, in one embodiment, the cutter assembly 210 further includes a position-limiting member 215 and a position-limiting rod 216. The limiting piece 215 is arranged close to the sleeve 211, a limiting channel 2151 is arranged on the limiting piece 215, the tool shank 214 is far away from the tool bit 212 and protrudes out of one end of the sleeve 211 and/or the tool bit 212 is connected with a limiting rod 216, and the limiting rod 216 penetrates through the limiting channel 2151 and can move in the limiting channel 2151. The ink rubber peeling device 10 is provided with the limiting piece 215 and the limiting rod 216 to limit the moving range of the knife handle 214 and prevent the knife handle 214 from being separated from the sleeve 211, the knife handle 214 is far away from the knife head 212 and protrudes out of one end of the sleeve 211, and/or the knife head 212 is connected with the limiting rod 216 to limit the moving ranges of the knife handle 214 and the knife head 212, so that the knife head 212 can only move within a certain range, namely the size of the limiting channel 2151.
In one embodiment, the position-limiting channel 2151 extends in a strip shape along the axial direction of the tool shank 214, and the position-limiting rod 216 can move only in the length direction of the position-limiting channel 2151. The width of the limit channel 2151 is adapted to the outer diameter of the limit rod 216 so that the limit rod 216 can move in the limit channel 2151, and the length of the limit channel 2151 is 3-5cm so that the cutter head 212 can contract by a distance of 3-5 cm.
In one embodiment, the number of limit channels 2151 is two. The tool shank 214 is far away from the tool bit 212, one end protruding out of the sleeve 211 and the tool bit 212 are connected with limiting rods 216, the limiting rods 216 are connected with limiting rods 216, the two limiting rods 216 correspond to the two limiting channels 2151 respectively, the limiting rods 216 penetrate through the corresponding limiting channels 2151 respectively and can move in the corresponding limiting channels 2151. The ink rubber peeling device 10 is provided with two limiting channels 2151, and the movable range of one end, far away from the cutter head 212, of the cutter handle 214 and protruding out of the sleeve 211 and the cutter head 212 are limited, so that the use safety is improved.
Referring to FIG. 2, in one embodiment, a screw head 217 is attached to an outward end of the stop rod 216. The ink rubber peeling device 10 is provided with the screwing head 217 at one end of the limiting rod 216 facing outwards, so that the operation and the holding of workers are facilitated. Preferably, the stop rod 216 and the screw head 217 may be replaced by a screw.
Further, in one embodiment, the ink rubber stripping device 10 of the present invention further comprises a driving mechanism. The driving mechanism is disposed on the bracket 120 and connected to the sliding block 220, and the driving mechanism is used for driving the sliding block 220 to move. The arrangement of the driving mechanism can save manpower by pushing the operating rod 240 manually. The drive mechanism is not shown in fig. 1 and 2.
Preferably, the drive mechanism includes a drive motor and a lead screw assembly. The screw assembly is disposed on the support base 110 or the bracket 120, and the screw assembly extends along the axial direction of the guide rail 230. The driving motor is connected with the sliding block 220 through a screw rod assembly, and the driving motor moves through the driving screw rod assembly to realize the movement of the sliding block 220 along the guide rail 230. The lead screw subassembly can be for the market lead screw subassembly.
In one embodiment, the ink rubber peeling device 10 of the present invention further includes a switch assembly electrically connected to the driving mechanism, and when a cutting operation is required, a worker can manually activate the switch assembly to control the driving mechanism to operate. The switch assembly is not shown in either of fig. 1 and 2.
The ink rubber peeling device 10 can assist workers in quickly peeling the ink rubber on the bottom rod 20 of the rope winding frame, greatly saves labor and time cost, and improves production efficiency. The ink rubber peeling device 10 can realize cutting edges of the ink rubber on the bottom rods 20 of the rope winding frames, and is convenient for workers to peel. When the rope winding frame bottom rod cutting device is used, the rope winding frame bottom rods 20 are sequentially placed in the placing groove to form a row, the cutter heads 212 of the cutter assemblies 210 are in contact fit with the ink rubber on the rope winding frame bottom rods 20 by adjusting the positions of the cutter assemblies 210, the sliding blocks 220 are manually pushed to move along the guide rails 230 to cut the rope winding frame bottom rods 20 by the cutter assemblies 210, the positions of the cutter assemblies 210 are adjusted to be far away from the rope winding frame bottom rods 20 after cutting, the ink rubber can be quickly peeled off by taking out the rope winding frame bottom rods 20, time can be greatly saved, manpower is saved, and cleaning efficiency is improved.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
