Abstract
本发明提供一种面部抗衰修复护理组合物,是由以下质量百分比的组分组成:3%‑8%欧洲七叶树提取物、1%‑5%姜黄根提取物、3%‑10%积雪草提取物;2%‑8%辅酶Q10、2%‑12%橄榄叶提取物、1%‑5%白藜芦醇、5%‑15%保湿剂、0.01%‑0.05%螯合剂、0.2%‑1%防腐剂和余量水。本发明的组合物能够通过刺激和产生改善皮肤自然生理状态来改善皮肤外观,保护皮肤不易衰老,从内到外深层修复面部护理的组合物。进而提拉面部紧致、保湿和抚平表面的皱纹,改善面部皮肤老化的迹象从而减缓皮肤老化。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于护肤用品领域,尤其涉及一种面部抗衰修复护理组合物及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
随着全球老龄化人口的快速上升,加之现代社会人的压力加大,人们对抗衰老话题的讨论以及对抗衰老产品的需求日益激增。毋庸置疑,抗衰老市场的前景将十分广大,如何找准突破口和研发出更符合消费者需求的产品,相信很多科研人员也正在思考着和尝试着。
皮肤老化是一个非常复杂的过程,涉及到从表皮到真皮的各个层面,至今人类研究也只是处于初步阶段。皮肤老化是内外因素相互作用的结果,而外界因素中,紫外线辐射是最主要的,紫外线造成的老化是我们常说的皮肤光老化。紫外线会产生自由基,自由基被认为是皮肤衰老过程中最活跃的化学物质。它们破坏DNA并导致脱氢、羟基化和蛋白质糖化,自由基还会破坏角质层中的脂质。由此,皮肤组织失去了调节经皮水分流失(transepidermal water loss,TEWL)的弹性和能力,细胞复制效率降低。因此,抗氧化剂是抗衰老化妆品的重要成分。皮肤内在因素的衰老主要是由于组织再生、分化过程的抑制,表皮脱落的加快以及干细胞活性的降低。
目前,市面上的抗衰修复护理产品种类繁多,但大多功效比较单一,且效果不明显。为了减缓皮肤的衰老需加强保护皮肤细胞。所以需开发一种能够通过刺激和产生改善皮肤自然生理状态来改善皮肤外观,保护皮肤不受衰老,从内到外深层修复面部护理的组合物。通过提拉面部紧致、保湿和抚平表面的皱纹,改善面部皮肤老化的迹象从而减缓皮肤老化的速度。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种面部抗衰修复护理组合物及其制备方法和应用。
本发明所采取的技术方案是:
一种面部抗衰修复护理组合物,是由以下质量百分比的组分组成:3%-8%欧洲七叶树提取物、1%-5%姜黄根提取物、3%-10%积雪草提取物;2%-8%辅酶Q10、2%-12%橄榄叶提取物、1%-5%白藜芦醇、5%-15%保湿剂、0.01%-0.05%螯合剂、0.2%-1%防腐剂和余量水。
优选的,这种面部抗衰修复护理组合物是由以下质量百分比的组分组成:4%-7%欧洲七叶树提取物、2%-4%姜黄根提取物、4%-8%积雪草提取物;3%-6%辅酶Q10、3%-10%橄榄叶提取物、2%-4%白藜芦醇、6%-10%保湿剂、0.02%-0.05%螯合剂、0.2%-0.5%防腐剂和余量水。
优选的,这种面部抗衰修复护理组合物是由以下质量百分比的组分组成:6%欧洲七叶树提取物、3%姜黄根提取物、6%积雪草提取物;4%辅酶Q10、8%橄榄叶提取物、3%白藜芦醇、8%保湿剂、0.03%螯合剂、0.3%防腐剂和余量水。
优选的,这种面部抗衰修复护理组合物中,保湿剂选自甘油、丙二醇、1,3丁二醇、海藻糖、聚甘油-10中的至少一种。
优选的,这种面部抗衰修复护理组合物中,螯合剂选自EDTA-二钠、EDTA-四钠中的至少一种。
优选的,这种面部抗衰修复护理组合物中,防腐剂选自羟苯甲酯、羟苯丙酯、苯甲醇、山梨酸钾、苯氧乙醇、乙基己基甘油中的至少一种。
本发明还提供一种上述面部抗衰修复护理组合物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将保湿剂、螯合剂、防腐剂和水加入反应釜,加热至80-85℃,充分搅拌溶解;
(2)待反应釜内温度降至40℃~45℃,加入欧洲七叶树提取物、姜黄根提取物、积雪草提取物、辅酶Q10、橄榄叶提取物、白藜芦醇,充分搅拌,得面部抗衰修复护理组合物。
本发明还提供所述面部抗衰修复护理组合物在制备面部护理产品的应用。
优选的,面部抗衰修复组合物在面部护理产品中的添加量为1%-15%。
优选的,面部护理产品选自洁面乳、爽肤水、乳液、面霜中的一种。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的组合物能够通过刺激和产生改善皮肤自然生理状态来改善皮肤外观,保护皮肤不易衰老,从内到外深层修复面部护理的组合物。进而提拉面部紧致、保湿和抚平表面的皱纹,改善面部皮肤老化的迹象从而减缓皮肤老化。
具体来说,本发明中各组分的效果如下:
欧洲七叶树提取物可以改善血液循坏,为肌肤提供各种营养,加速肌肤新陈代谢,改善皮肤的衰老和亚健康状态。同时能够明显改善因微循环不畅导致的眼部浮肿症状;对于因脂肪堆积产生的眼袋也有一定的效果;帮助肌肤排毒,激活肌肤年轻态抗水肿,祛眼袋,祛黑眼圈;防止新陈代谢产物沉积,微循环恢复健康,为肌肤细胞新陈代谢提供营养,使肌肤恢复水润、光泽及弹性。
姜黄根提取物又名超纯美白素,能有效抵御紫外线辐射,修复晒后损伤、清除自由基,抑制破坏酶(如弹性蛋白酶,胶原蛋白酶,酪氨酸酶)的活性,是天然美白亮肤剂,使皮肤闪耀年轻光彩。
积雪草提取物能促进胶原蛋白的合成,使创伤处细胞周期明显提前,加快细胞增殖,促进创面快速愈合。具有滋润肌肤,修复受损肌肤,促进老化肌肤新陈代谢的传统治疗功效。专注修补肌肤,提升细胞能量,增强抗氧化水平,不断发挥修护功效,令干纹与皱纹明显减少。
辅酶Q10是一种公认的生物抗氧化剂,具有抑制和清除人体内多种自由基,在化妆品中可起到抗衰老,抗皱,眼部护理,滋养修复的功效,能够参与再生循环,促进VE(生育酚)的再生利用,共同发挥抗氧化功效。
橄榄叶提取物作为典型的植物多酚,具有抗氧化,对DPPH(超氧自由基)、ROS(活性氧)等自由基的清除和对过渡金属离子的螯合;抗炎,通过抑制脂氧合酶等炎症介质来减少炎症产生;抗菌,具有优秀的抑菌作用。
白藜芦醇来源于虎杖根茎提取物,主要是让产生黑色素的酪氨酸和酪氨酸酶无法相互结合;就像是一把精密的高端美白锁,紧密的锁住酪氨酸酶,对黑色素形成过程中的多个基因控制点有效的抑制。同时具有抵抗紫外线辐射,以及具有很强的氧自由基清除能力,达到全面的美白、淡斑的效果。对于人体的低密度脂质蛋白具有很好的抗脂质过氧化作用。可以激活与生命相关的多种转录因子酶活性,延长细胞生命周期。
本发明人经过大量试验惊喜发现,通过上述组分的搭配组合,取得了很好的协同作用,所制成的组合物具有很好面部抗衰修复护理的效果。
具体实施方式
一种面部抗衰修复护理组合物,其质量百分比为:6%欧洲七叶树提取物、3%姜黄根提取物、6%积雪草提取物;4%辅酶Q10、8%橄榄叶提取物、3%白藜芦醇、8%保湿剂、0.03%螯合剂、0.3%防腐剂和余量水。
其中,保湿剂选自甘油、丙二醇、1,3丁二醇、海藻糖、聚甘油-10中的至少一种。
其中,螯合剂选自EDTA-二钠、EDTA-四钠中的至少一种。
其中,防腐剂选自羟苯甲酯、羟苯丙酯、苯甲醇、山梨酸钾、苯氧乙醇、乙基己基甘油中的至少一种。
本发明还提供所述一种面部抗衰修复护理组合物的方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将保湿剂、螯合剂、防腐剂和水加入反应釜,加热至80-85℃,充分搅拌溶解;
(2)待反应釜内温度降至45℃以下,加入欧洲七叶树提取物、姜黄根提取物、积雪草提取物、辅酶Q10、橄榄叶提取物、白藜芦醇,充分搅拌,得面部抗衰修复护理组合物。
本发明还提供所述一种面部抗衰修复护理组合物在制备面部护理产品的应用,所述面部抗衰修复护理组合物在面部护理产品中的添加量为1%-25%,所述面部护理产品选自洁面乳、爽肤水、乳液、面霜中的一种。
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明了,下面通过实施例对本发明进行进一步详细说明。
实施例1-4:一种面部抗衰修复护理组合物,其质量百分比如表1所示:

对比例1-3:
对比例1-3与实施例3的基础配方相同,不同之处在于不含欧洲七叶树、姜黄根、辅酶Q10或白藜芦醇中的至少一种,具体见表2。

称取实施例1-4和对比例1-3各配方量的各组分,按照如下步骤制得面部护理组合物:
(1)将保湿剂、螯合剂、防腐剂和水加入反应釜,加热至80-85℃,充分搅拌溶解;
(2)待反应釜内温度降至45℃以下,加入配方中除保湿剂、螯合剂、防腐剂和水的其他组分,充分搅拌,得面部护理组合物。
对比例4:
市售一款某面部护理抗衰乳液产品。其主要成分包括:丁二醇、泛醇、PEG-10丙二醇、角鲨烷、异十六烷、霍霍巴油、氰钴胺、聚β-氨基丙酸、C12-18烷基葡萄苷、鲸蜡硬脂基葡萄苷、寡肽-1、鹿骨胶原蛋白、透明质酸钠、髯毛鞘蕊花、咪唑烷基脲等。
测试例:
将实施例1-4和对比实施例1-3制得的面部护理组合物按照表3配方制备成面部护理乳液,选取志愿者320名(女性,年龄20-45岁),均分为5组,分别使用实施例1-4和对比例1-3制得的面部护理乳液产品以及对比实施例4市售一款某面部护理抗衰乳液产品,每天使用2次(早晚各一次),并在测试期间保持良好的作息时间和心情,连续使用28天,使用VISIA皮肤检测仪进行连续多天的跟踪观察和记录,再进行使用效果测试(和使用前相比),测试结果如表4所示:

由表4可知:对比例1-3抗衰修复有一定效果,同时与对比例4市售一款某面部护理抗衰乳液产品对祛黄淡斑有点效果,但对肌底修复、祛皱和提拉紧致度基本没有效果,作用单一。实施例1~4的具有抗衰修复面部护理功能的组合物祛黄淡斑、肌底修复和淡化皱纹的效果均比较好,功能全面。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,其他的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (5)
1.一种面部抗衰修复护理组合物,其特征在于:是由以下质量百分比的组分组成:6%欧洲七叶树提取物、3%姜黄根提取物、6%积雪草提取物、4%辅酶Q10、8%橄榄叶提取物、3%白藜芦醇、5% 1,3-丁二醇、3%丙二醇、2%海藻糖、0.03%EDTA-二钠、0.2%羟苯甲酯、0.1%乙基己基甘油和余量水。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的面部抗衰修复护理组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)将1,3-丁二醇、丙二醇、海藻糖、EDTA-二钠、羟苯甲酯、乙基己基甘油和水加入反应釜,加热至80-85℃,搅拌溶解;
(2)待反应釜内温度降至40℃~45℃以下,加入欧洲七叶树提取物、姜黄根提取物、积雪草提取物、辅酶Q10、橄榄叶提取物、白藜芦醇,混合搅拌,得面部抗衰修复护理组合物。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的面部抗衰修复护理组合物或权利要求2所述的制备方法制备的面部抗衰修复护理组合物在制备面部护理产品中的应用。
4.根据权利要求3所述的应用,其特征在于:所述面部抗衰修复护理组合物在面部护理产品中的添加量为1%-15%。
5.根据权利要求4所述的应用,其特征在于:所述面部护理产品选自爽肤水、乳液、面霜中的一种。
