As a further preferable aspect, the shift cart of the present invention further includes a microswitch 97 for detecting the position of the end joint block, which is provided between the first and second transmission roller chains and on the side of the moving bed plate mechanism away from the pickup side. As a further preferable scheme, a rubber tube 12 is tightly sleeved outside the cloth winding shaft, and the upper moving plate and the rubber tube are wrapped by the upper moving cloth.
The invention relates to a shift trolley, wherein longitudinal guide roller shafts 13 are arranged on two longitudinal side edges of a longitudinal opening of a cloth rolling shaft frame, and small rollers 14 are arranged on the guide roller shafts, as shown in figure 10. The design of the guide roller shaft and the small idler wheels can reduce the resistance of the cloth rolling shaft frame under the condition of relative motion on the bed frame, so that the transverse movement of the whole flat movable bed plate is smoother.
In the shift cart according to the present invention, the front and rear longitudinal edges of the upper moving plate and the front and rear longitudinal edges of the lower moving plate are provided with longitudinal guide rollers 15, and the guide rollers are provided with small rollers 14, as shown in fig. 7. The design of the guide roll shaft and the small idler wheels can reduce the resistance of the movable cloth and the movable plate in relative motion, so that the transverse movement of the whole flat movable bed plate is smoother.
The working process of the shifting vehicle in the preferred embodiment of the invention is as follows:
as shown in fig. 13-14, the initial state of the mobile bed plate mechanism before the patient is delivered is that the mobile bed plate mechanism is parked on the frame of the cart body, and the right side of the mobile bed is an operating bed or a hospital bed;
(1) the process that the upper and lower moving plates extend out when a patient is connected is as follows: the ratchet wheel assembly is started through the handheld controller, so that the pawl clamps the ratchet wheel, namely the pawl and the ratchet wheel are in a meshed state, the first connecting rod shaft stops rotating, and the first outer side main chain wheel does not rotate; then, a moving plate motor of the moving plate driving mechanism is started to rotate in the forward direction through a handheld controller, the moving plate motor drives an end connector base body to move forward through a second power output chain wheel, a second main chain wheel, a second connecting rod shaft, a second outer side main chain wheel, a second driven chain wheel and a second transmission roller chain in sequence, the end connector base body drives the whole moving plate mechanism to move forward, meanwhile, the connecting component fixedly connected with the end connector base body moves forwards simultaneously, the first driven chain wheel, the cloth rolling shaft transmission chain wheel and the idler wheel on the first chain wheel component passively and synchronously rotate, at the moment, the cloth rolling shaft transmission chain wheel drives the cloth rolling shaft to synchronously rotate, the cloth rolling shaft drives the upper moving cloth to rotate, and the moving speed of the surface, in contact with the body of the patient, of the upper moving cloth is just the same as the moving speed of the upper moving plate moving forwards but opposite in direction, so that the part, in contact with the patient, of the upper moving cloth is kept relatively still with the body of the patient actually. Meanwhile, the lower moving plate moves forward, and the lower moving cloth moves forward by the lower moving plate, but since the lower moving cloth is fixed on the panel 11 of the frame 2 (the fixing mode of the lower moving cloth can refer to the "cloth pressing strip device 27" disclosed in patent No. 200610052776.3, although the fixing device is not limited to various structures and modes capable of realizing fixing in the prior art), the "X" in fig. 13-14 is represented as "cloth pressing strip device 27", and thus the surface contacting with the bed surface of the hospital bed is always kept relatively static with the bed surface. In addition, in the process, the contact surfaces of the upper moving cloth and the lower moving cloth are kept still relatively. At this point, the moving plate motor can be stopped through the handheld controller, so that the moving plate mechanism stops moving forwards.
(2) The process of retracting the upper and lower movable plates after receiving the patient: after the patient is loaded on the upper moving plate, a moving plate motor of the moving plate driving mechanism is started to rotate reversely through the handheld controller, the moving plate motor drives the end connector base to move backwards through a second power output chain wheel, a second main chain wheel, a second connecting rod shaft, a second outer side main chain wheel, a second driven chain wheel and a second transmission roller chain in sequence, and the end connector base drives the whole moving plate mechanism to move backwards; the ratchet wheel assembly is started through the handheld controller, so that the pawl is separated from the ratchet wheel, namely the pawl and the ratchet wheel are in a non-meshed state, the first chain wheel motor drives the first connecting rod shaft to rotate, the first outer side main chain wheel rotates, the first driven chain wheel and the first transmission roller chain rotate in sequence, at the moment, the cloth winding shaft transmission chain wheel on the first chain wheel assembly does not rotate, the cloth winding shaft does not rotate, the upper moving cloth on the cloth winding shaft does not rotate, and therefore the upper moving cloth still keeps relative rest relative to the body of a patient and simultaneously relative to the upper moving plate. The lower moving cloth is recovered under the action of the lower moving plate, so that the contact surfaces of the upper moving cloth and the lower moving cloth move relatively, but the surface of the lower moving cloth, which is in contact with the sickbed surface, is still kept relatively still with the sickbed surface. Eventually, the patient is completely transferred to the cart. And the patient body position can be adjusted independently after the movable plate is retracted to ensure that the receiving and delivering side guardrails are normally closed.
(3) The process of extending the upper and lower movable plates when a patient is sent out is as follows: the patient is transferred to the shifting trolley, namely the upper moving plate still loads the patient, and the moving bed driving mechanism drives the upper moving plate and the lower moving plate to move forwards and transversely; at the moment, a pawl of the ratchet wheel assembly and the ratchet wheel are in a non-meshed state, the first chain wheel motor drives the first connecting rod shaft to rotate, the first outer side main chain wheel rotates, the first driven chain wheel and the first transmission roller chain rotate in sequence, at the moment, the cloth rolling shaft transmission chain wheel on the first chain wheel assembly does not rotate, the cloth rolling shaft does not rotate, and the upper moving cloth on the cloth rolling shaft does not rotate; at the moment, the upper moving cloth, the upper moving plate, the lower moving plate and the patient are all relatively static, the lower moving cloth relatively moves relative to the lower moving plate and the upper moving cloth, but the part of the lower moving cloth, which is in contact with the sickbed/operating bed, is still relatively static with the sickbed/operating bed;
(4) when a patient is sent, the process of retracting the upper and lower moving plates is as follows: the ratchet wheel assembly is started through the handheld controller, so that the pawl clamps the ratchet wheel, namely the pawl and the ratchet wheel are in a meshed state, the first connecting rod shaft stops rotating, and the first outer side main chain wheel does not rotate; then, a moving plate motor of the moving plate driving mechanism is started to rotate reversely through a handheld controller, the moving plate motor drives an end connector base to move backwards through a second power output chain wheel, a second main chain wheel, a second connecting rod shaft, a second outer side main chain wheel, a second driven chain wheel and a second transmission roller chain in sequence, the end connector base drives the whole moving plate mechanism to move backwards, meanwhile, the connecting component fixedly connected with the end connector base body moves backwards at the same time, the first driven chain wheel, the cloth rolling shaft transmission chain wheel and the idler wheel on the first chain wheel component passively and synchronously rotate, at the moment, the cloth rolling shaft transmission chain wheel drives the cloth rolling shaft to synchronously rotate, the cloth rolling shaft drives the upper moving cloth to rotate, and the moving speed of the surface, contacted with the body of the patient, of the upper moving cloth is exactly the same as the moving speed of the upper moving plate moving forwards but in the opposite direction, so that the upper moving cloth is actually kept relatively still with the body of the patient. The part of the upper moving cloth contacted with the patient is actually kept relatively still with the body of the patient; the lower moving cloth moves relative to the lower moving plate, the part of the lower moving cloth, which is in contact with the sickbed/operating bed, is kept relatively still with the bed surface, and the binding surfaces of the upper moving cloth and the lower moving cloth are also kept relatively still, so that in the whole moving process of the upper moving plate and the lower moving plate, except the relative movement of the moving cloth and the corresponding moving plate, no other relative movement exists, and one-time transfer is completed.
The above embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereby, and any insubstantial changes and substitutions made by those skilled in the art based on the present invention are within the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A shifting vehicle comprises a vehicle body with a lifting mechanism and universal castors and a moving bed plate mechanism for transversely moving and receiving patients; the moving bed plate mechanism is arranged on a frame of the vehicle body; the moving bed plate mechanism is characterized by comprising a cloth rolling shaft frame, a cloth rolling shaft, an end joint base body, an upper moving plate, upper moving cloth, lower moving plate, lower moving cloth, a first chain wheel assembly and a ratchet wheel assembly;
the cloth rolling shaft frame is longitudinally arranged, and the cloth rolling shaft is arranged in the cloth rolling shaft frame;
the end joint seat bodies are respectively and fixedly arranged at two ends of the cloth rolling shaft frame, two ends of the cloth rolling shaft are rotatably supported in the end joint seat bodies through bearings, and the end parts of the cloth rolling shaft respectively extend out of the end joint seat bodies;
one side of the upper moving plate is hinged on the end joint base body, and the upper moving cloth is wound on the peripheries of the upper moving plate and the cloth rolling shaft;
the cloth rolling shaft frame is provided with a longitudinal opening, the lower edge of the longitudinal opening is forwards extended with a connecting tongue piece, and the lower moving plate is fixedly connected to the connecting tongue piece;
the lower moving cloth is wound on the periphery of the lower moving plate, and the lower moving cloth positioned below the receiving side of the lower moving plate is fixed on a frame of the vehicle body;
the first chain wheel assembly comprises a first connecting rod shaft longitudinally arranged at the bottom of a frame of the vehicle body, a first outer side main chain wheel sleeved on the first connecting rod shaft, first driven chain wheels arranged at the front end and the rear end of the frame, and a first transmission roller chain sleeved on the first outer side main chain wheel and the first driven chain wheel; the end part of the cloth rolling shaft extending out of the end joint seat body is fixed on the first transmission roller chain through a connecting component; the connecting assembly comprises a cloth rolling shaft transmission chain wheel, an idler wheel and a fixing piece; the end part of the cloth rolling shaft is inserted into the cloth rolling shaft transmission chain wheel and is driven by the cloth rolling shaft transmission chain wheel to rotate; the first transmission roller chain is wound between the cloth rolling shaft transmission chain wheel and the idler wheel in an S shape; the cloth rolling shaft transmission chain wheel and the idler wheel are arranged on a fixing sheet, and the fixing sheet is fixed on the end joint base body;
the ratchet wheel assembly comprises a ratchet wheel, a pawl, a spring, a cam block and a ratchet wheel motor, the ratchet wheel is sleeved on the first connecting rod shaft, the connecting end of the pawl is hinged to one side of the ratchet wheel, and the clamping end of the pawl is matched with ratchet wheel teeth of the ratchet wheel; the spring is arranged on the outer side of the pawl; the cam block is fixed on a power output shaft of the ratchet motor and is positioned on the inner side of the pawl.

The shifter car of claim 1, wherein the ratchet assembly further comprises a limit trigger and a microswitch; the two pawls are respectively and symmetrically arranged at the left side and the right side of the cam block; the two limit triggers are sleeved on a power output shaft of the ratchet motor and synchronously rotate with the cam block; the two microswitches are respectively and correspondingly arranged on the outer sides of the two pawls.

The shifter car of claim 2, wherein the ratchet assembly is mounted on the mount by a bearing; the mounting seat comprises a first mounting piece and a second mounting piece vertically connected to the bottom of the first mounting piece; the first mounting piece is provided with a notch for the first connecting shaft to pass through; the pawl is hinged on the first mounting plate; the ratchet wheel assembly further comprises a spring mounting seat for mounting a spring, the spring mounting seat is mounted on the first mounting plate, one end of the spring abuts against the spring mounting seat, and the other end of the spring abuts against the outer side of the pawl; the micro switch is installed on the second installation sheet.
4. The cart of claim 1 wherein the first sprocket assembly further comprises a first sprocket motor for driving the first link shaft.

The shifting vehicle of claim 1, wherein the upper and lower moving plates are driven by a moving plate driving mechanism to synchronously move forwards or backwards and transversely, the moving plate driving mechanism comprises a second connecting rod shaft longitudinally arranged at the bottom of the vehicle frame of the vehicle body, a second main chain wheel arranged in the middle of the second connecting rod shaft, a second power output chain wheel in transmission connection with the second main chain wheel through a second roller chain, and a moving plate motor sleeved on the second power output chain wheel; the two ends of the second connecting shaft are provided with second chain wheel assemblies; each set of second sprocket assemblies comprises a second outer main sprocket, a second driven sprocket and a second transmission roller chain; the second outside main chain wheel is sleeved on the second connecting shaft, the second driven chain wheel is respectively installed at the front end and the rear end of the frame, second transmission roller chains are matched on the second outside main chain wheel and the second driven chain wheel, and two ends of the upper moving plate and the lower moving plate are respectively and correspondingly fixed on the second transmission roller chains through end connector base bodies.
6. The cart of claim 5 further comprising a microswitch for detecting the position of the end fitting housing, the microswitch being disposed between the first and second drive roller chains and on a side of the moving bed plate mechanism remote from the pickup side.
7. The cart of claim 1 further comprising a microswitch for detecting the position of the guardrail, the microswitch being positioned at the bottom of the frame and on the pick-up side of the moving bed plate mechanism.
8. The shift trolley according to any one of claims 1-7, wherein a rubber tube is tightly sleeved outside the cloth winding shaft, and the upper moving cloth is wrapped on the periphery of the upper moving plate and the rubber tube.
9. The transfer cart of any of claims 1-7 wherein longitudinal guide rollers are mounted on longitudinal edges of the longitudinal opening of the frame, and wherein small rollers are mounted on the guide rollers.
10. The cart of any of claims 1-7 wherein the front and rear longitudinal edges of the upper plate and the front and rear longitudinal edges of the lower plate are provided with longitudinal guide rollers having small rollers mounted thereon.
