Detailed Description
In order to better understand the purpose, structure and function of the present invention, a dishwasher and a washing control method thereof according to the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, the washing control method of the dishwasher of the present invention, in which the dishwasher includes a sump, a water adding device for filling water into the sump, a spray device, and a liquid level sensor for detecting a low liquid level of the sump, includes a washing step including:
and (3) constant-speed operation: the washing pump 2 operates at a preset rotating speed;
a water level detection step: when the liquid level sensor continuously detects that the water tank is always at a low liquid level within a period of time, the rotating speed of the washing pump 2 is reduced, and whether the actual water level in the water tank is at the low liquid level or not is judged. Through reducing the rotational speed of washing pump 2, make the water in the tableware fall back to the basin again in, reduce the interior water level fluctuation of basin, promote the accuracy that the water level detected greatly. In order to improve the energy efficiency grade of the dishwasher, the water amount corresponding to the low liquid level in the water tank is the lower limit of the water amount required by normal washing, so that the water consumption can be reduced, the power consumption required by heating to the target temperature can also be reduced, and generally, the low liquid level in the water tank is not higher than the height of the heating assembly.
In the water level detection step, when the liquid level sensor detects that the water in the water tank is in a low liquid level state, the rotating speed of the washing pump 2 is reduced to 30% -50% of the preset rotating speed, the fluctuation in the water tank is reduced by reducing the rotating speed of the washing pump 2, in addition, the spraying arm of the dish washing machine is always in a spraying state, the opening times of the washing pump 2 are reduced, and the service life of the washing pump 2 is effectively prolonged.
After the rotating speed of the washing pump 2 is reduced, if the liquid level sensor detects that the liquid level in the water tank is no longer in a low liquid level state within 3-5s, the water in the water tank is sufficient, and water does not need to be supplemented; if the liquid level sensor still detects that the liquid level in the water tank is in a low liquid level state, it indicates that the water tank is lack of water and water needs to be added.
The control method further comprises a heating step of heating the water in the water tank, and when the liquid level sensor detects that the actual water level in the water tank is at a low liquid level, the heating device is turned off, and the water in the water tank stops heating. Effectively avoid appearing the phenomenon of dry combustion method, promote the security greatly.
The control method also comprises an automatic water adding step, wherein when the liquid level sensor detects that the actual water level in the water tank is at a low liquid level, a water inlet electromagnetic valve 5 of the water adding device is opened to inject water into the water tank.
In the automatic water adding step, when the water supplementing amount is greater than or equal to a preset water supplementing amount value or the water supplementing time is greater than or equal to a preset water supplementing time, the liquid level sensor detects that the water in the water tank is still at a low liquid level, the washing pump 2 is stopped, and the alarm prompts a user that the dish washing machine has a fault;
when the water replenishing amount is smaller than the preset water replenishing amount value or the water replenishing time is smaller than the preset water replenishing time, the liquid level sensor detects that the water in the water tank is separated from a low liquid level state, the water inlet electromagnetic valve 5 is closed, the heating device is opened, and the dish washing machine carries out normal washing. The water adding amount is controlled through the water supplementing amount or the water supplementing time, so that the water resource is saved, and the washing efficiency is improved.
As shown in fig. 2, the present invention also provides a dishwasher, including:
a water tank;
the water adding device is used for injecting water into the water tank and comprises a water inlet pipe communicated with the water tank, and a water inlet electromagnetic valve 5 is arranged on the water inlet pipe;
the spraying device is used for pumping water in the water tank and spraying the water to the tableware and comprises a washing pump 2;
the liquid level detection module 3 is used for detecting the low liquid level of the water tank;
When the liquid level sensor continuously detects that the water in the water tank is in a low liquid level state within 3-5s, the rotating speed of the washing pump 2 is reduced to 30% -50% of the preset rotating speed.
The dishwasher further comprises a heating module 4 for heating the water in the water tank, and when the liquid level sensor detects that the actual water level in the water tank is at a low liquid level, the heating device is turned off, and the water in the water tank stops heating.
The water inlet electromagnetic valve 5 is electrically connected with the control module 1, when the liquid level sensor detects that the actual water level in the water tank is at a low liquid level, the control module 1 opens the water inlet electromagnetic valve 5 to inject water into the water tank, and the control module 1 controls the washing pump 2 to operate at a preset rotating speed.
The water adding device also comprises a flow meter 6 arranged on the water inlet pipe, and the flow meter 6 is used for recording the water supplementing amount of water added into the water tank.
The dishwasher further comprises a timing module 7 for recording the time taken for filling the sump with water.
When the water replenishing amount is greater than or equal to the preset water replenishing amount value or the water replenishing time is greater than or equal to the preset water replenishing time, the liquid level sensor detects that the water in the water tank is still at a low liquid level, the washing pump 2 is stopped, and the alarm prompts a user that the dish washing machine fails;
when the water replenishing amount is smaller than the preset water replenishing amount value or the water replenishing time is smaller than the preset water replenishing time, the liquid level sensor detects that the water in the water tank is separated from a low liquid level state, the water inlet electromagnetic valve 5 is closed, the heating device is opened, and the dish washing machine carries out normal washing.
According to the washing control method, when the water level is detected to be low in the washing process, the rotating speed of the washing pump 2 is reduced firstly, the water level rises again, the water level fluctuation is reduced, and then the washing control method continues to detect, so that the problems that the water level fluctuation is large and the water level detection is easy to misjudge in the washing process are solved, the accuracy and the reliability of the water level detection are improved, and frequent water supplement or no water supplement caused by misjudging the water level is avoided. And after the rotation speed is reduced, if the water level is still low, the normal rotation speed is recovered, the water inlet valve is opened for water supplement, the water supplement is stopped after the water level is recovered, and if the water supplement exceeds a certain water quantity or exceeds a certain time, a fault is reported to remind a user. The problem that the reliability and the washing effect of the whole machine are affected by water shortage in use is solved, and the reliability and the washing effect of the whole machine are ensured through reasonable water replenishing arrangement.
