Background
Most of the electronic display screens of the existing electric kettles are realized on a handle or a base, because the space of the handle is limited, the visual angle of the base is inconvenient, and meanwhile, the electronic display screens are inconvenient to intuitively display at the handle or the base to guide users to perform functional operation, and based on the problems, the side display screens of the double-layer kettle body are presented, the existing double-layer electric kettle is a double-layer electric kettle with a plastic shell and a stainless steel inner container, the electronic display screens of the double-layer electric kettle are arranged at the side of the kettle body, so that the users can more intuitively experience the multifunctional operation of the kettle, the plastic shell and the stainless steel inner container are utilized, the plastic shell is designed into a conical and straight stainless steel inner container to vacate the inner space, so as to customize an arc-shaped display device, and the double-layer electric kettle is expensive in manufacturing cost and has a more complex processing process than the common electric kettle, the cost is high and the processing technology is difficult.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the problems and the defects and provide a single-layer electric kettle, which solves the problems that a display device of a double-layer kettle needs to be customized according to a kettle body, and the double-layer kettle is complex to process, complex to install and high in cost.
The purpose of the invention is realized as follows:
a single-layer electric kettle comprises a kettle body, a handle, an electric heating disk, a main control board connected with the electric heating disk, a power supply board connected with the main control board, a base power supply matched with the power supply board, and a function key connected with the main control board, wherein the power supply board is used for converting 110v-220v of a high-voltage power supply into 3.3 v-5 v of low voltage to supply power to the main control board, and the main control board is used for function setting and control; the power panel can also be integrated with the main control panel; the kettle further comprises a display device and connecting wires, wire outlets, wire routing pipes, a temperature probe, wherein the display device is arranged on the single-layer kettle body, and the wire routing pipes are arranged inside the kettle body; one end of the wire pipe is connected with the wire outlet, and the other end of the wire pipe penetrates through the bottom of the kettle body or the side part of the kettle body, so that the display device connects the electric wire of the display device with the main control board through the wire outlet and the wire pipe; the temperature probe is connected with the main control board, so that the real-time temperature in the electric kettle can be fed back to the display device, and the transparent protective cover is arranged outside the display device. The display device is connected with the main control panel and can reflect the current function state, the temperature setting and the real-time temperature of the kettle in real time.
One side of the kettle body is arranged to be concave, the display device arranged in the protective cover is arranged in the concave body, and the wire outlet is arranged on the concave surface of the concave body.
The kettle body is provided with an opening, the display device arranged in the protective cover is arranged in the kettle body through a sealing ring arranged at the opening of the kettle body, and the wire outlet is arranged on the surface of the protective cover on one side inside the kettle body.
Walk spool one end and pass through the sealing washer and connect the outlet, walk spool one end and pass kettle body or kettle body bottom through the sealing washer.
The function key is arranged at the lower part of the outer side of the kettle body or the handle.
The electric wire adopts high temperature electric wire material, the wire pipe is metal or high temperature resistant plastics material.
And a heat insulation sheet is arranged between the display device and the kettle body in the protective cover, and is a mica sheet.
The invention has the technical effects that the display device is arranged on the kettle body of the single-layer electric kettle, and the problems that the conventional arc-shaped display device arranged on the double-layer electric kettle needs to be customized is high in manufacturing cost and difficult in processing technology.
