Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the single lock catch which has the advantages of simple structure, convenient use and low cost, can rapidly improve the quilt core of the quilt cover and the connection and fixation efficiency between the quilt cores, and reduces the labor load of workers.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. According to the invention, the quilt cover cores and the multi-layer quilt cores are quickly connected through the single locking buckle, so that the working efficiency is greatly improved, and the labor load of workers is reduced.

The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 and 1-1, a plastic single body lock catch 1 is integrally formed, a first connecting hole 11 and a second connecting hole 12 are formed in a lock catch body, a first connecting portion 13 is arranged in the upward direction of the first connecting hole 11, a partition 14 is arranged between the first connecting hole 11 and the second connecting hole 12, the first connecting hole 11 is formed by encircling the first connecting portion 13 and the partition 14, a second connecting portion 15 is arranged in the downward direction of the second connecting hole 12, a first locking opening 16 is formed on the left side of the single body lock catch 1, the first locking opening 16 is arranged at the left end of the lock catch, a left side wall 17 is arranged on the left side of the second connecting hole 12, the first locking opening 16 is formed by clearance fit of the left side wall 17 and the second connecting portion 15, the second connecting hole 12 is formed by encircling the partition 14, the left side wall 17 and the second connecting portion 15, an opening 18 is formed in the partition 14, the partition 14 is divided into two parts, the long partition 141 and the short partition 142, the near open end of the long partition 141 is located above the open end of the short partition 142 and is tightly fitted to the second side wall 15, and is located at the inner side of the second side wall 15 and is in an arc-shaped shape, and is in close to the second side of the second side wall 15 and is in clearance fit with the second side of the second side wall 15, and is in an arc-shaped shape.
Referring to fig. 2 and 2-1, in a second embodiment of the single body lock 1, a first connecting hole 11 and a second connecting hole 12 are integrally formed in the lock body, a first connecting portion 13 is disposed in an upward direction of the first connecting hole 11, a partition 14 is disposed between the first connecting hole 11 and the second connecting hole 12, the first connecting hole 11 is formed by enclosing the first connecting portion 13 and the partition 14, a second connecting portion 15 is disposed in a downward direction of the second connecting hole 12, a first locking opening 16 is disposed at a left end of the lock, a left side wall 17 is disposed at a left side of the second connecting hole 12, the first locking opening 16 is formed by clearance fit of the left side wall 17 and the second connecting portion 15, the second connecting hole 12 is formed by enclosing the partition 14, the left side wall 17 and the second connecting portion 15, the partition 14 is divided into two parts, the long partition 141 and the short partition 142 are integrally formed by connecting the long partition 141 and the short partition 142 through filaments 19 of the same material, and the long partition 141 and the short partition 142 are disposed on the long partition 142.
As shown in fig. 2 and fig. 2-1, and fig. 1-2, when in use, if the long-section partition board 141 and the short-section partition board 142 are separated to form a gap, the long-section partition board 141 is only required to be broken towards the direction of the first connecting hole 11 by fingers, the long-section partition board 141 is close to the end of the short-section partition board 142, the filaments 19 are broken to form an opening, a using state diagram shown in fig. 1-2 is formed, when the fingers loosen the long-section partition board 14, the long-section partition board 141 immediately returns to the original position, the near-opening end of the long-section partition board 141 is positioned above the open end of the short-section partition board 142 and is tightly attached to form a second locking notch, the inner side surface of the second connecting part 15 is smooth and arc-shaped, the outer bottom end of the left side wall 17 is arc-shaped close to the end of the second connecting part and is in clearance fit with the inner side surface of the second connecting part 15, and the left end of the second connecting part 15 is positioned outside the second connecting hole 12 at the first locking notch 16.
In the first quilt cover embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, a plurality of monomer locks 1 are connected to a quilt cover 2, the monomer locks 1 are connected to the inner side of the quilt cover 2 through a fixed cloth ring 21, the fixed cloth ring 21 is sewn to the inner side of the quilt cover, the quilt cover 2 is connected with a first connecting part 13 through the fixed cloth ring 21, a quilt core inlet 23 is arranged on one side of the quilt cover, and the quilt core inlet 23 is connected through a zipper 24.
In the second quilt cover embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, a plurality of connection cloth rings 22 for being matched and connected with the single locking buckle 1 are arranged on the inner side of the quilt cover 2, a quilt core inlet 23 is arranged on one side of the quilt cover, and the quilt core inlet 23 is connected through a zipper 24.
In the first embodiment of the quilt core, as shown in fig. 5, a plurality of connection cloth rings 22 which are matched and connected with the single body lock catch 1 are arranged at the edge of the quilt core 3.
In the second embodiment of the quilt core, as shown in fig. 6, a plurality of round holes 32 which are matched and connected with the single body lock catch 1 are arranged at the edge of the quilt core 3.
In the third embodiment of the quilt core, as shown in fig. 1 and 7, a plurality of single body locks 1 are connected to the edge of the quilt core 3, the quilt core 3 is connected to the first connecting part 13 through a fixing cloth ring 21, and the fixing cloth ring 21 is sewn to the edge of the quilt core 3.
In the fourth embodiment of the quilt core, as shown in fig. 1 and 8, the edge of the quilt core 3 is connected with a plurality of single body locks 1, the edge of the quilt core 3 is also provided with a plurality of round holes which are matched and connected with the single body locks 1, the quilt core 3 is connected with the first connecting part 13 through a fixed cloth ring 21, and the fixed cloth ring 21 is sewn on the edge of the quilt core 3.
In the fifth embodiment of the quilt core, as shown in fig. 9, a plurality of button holes 33 are provided on the edge of the quilt core 3 and are connected with the single body fastener 1.
In the sixth embodiment of the quilt core, as shown in fig. 1 and 10, a plurality of monomer locks 1 are connected to the edge of the quilt core 3, a plurality of buttonholes 33 are further provided on the edge of the quilt core 3 and are connected with the monomer locks 1 in a matching manner, the quilt core 3 is connected with the first connecting part 13 through a fixing cloth ring 21, and the fixing cloth ring 21 is sewn on the edge of the quilt core 3.
When in use, taking a single-layer quilt core with a plurality of single-body lock catches 1 arranged on the inner side of the quilt cover 2 as shown in figures 1, 1-2, 3, 5 and 6, the quilt core 3 is plugged into the quilt cover 2 from a quilt core inlet 23 on the quilt cover 2, and the single-body lock catches 1 on the inner side of the quilt cover 2 pass through round holes 32 on the second quilt core embodiment and pass through a connecting cloth ring 22 on the first quilt core embodiment to connect the quilt core combination; the quilt cover 2 and the quilt core 3 are connected, the efficiency is very high, and the single-body lock catch 1 is made of plastic and has very good elasticity, when the connecting cloth ring 22 slides into the second connecting hole 12, the outer side of the left side wall 17 is close to the arc shape of the end of the second connecting part 15 and is in clearance fit with the inner side surface of the second connecting part 15, and under the condition that no large external force is applied to the second connecting part 15, the connecting cloth ring 22 is arranged in the second connecting hole and cannot slide out; if the monomer lock catch 1 is damaged, the fixed cloth ring 21 can enter the second connecting hole 12 through the baffle opening 18 and slide out of the first locking opening 16 to separate the damaged monomer lock catch 1, the second connecting part 15 of the monomer lock catch 1 is penetrated into the fixed cloth ring 21 at the same time in replacement, so that the fixed cloth ring 21 is arranged in the second connecting hole 12, at the moment, the long baffle 141 is separated from the end close to the short baffle 142 towards the first connecting hole 11 by fingers, the opening 18 is enlarged, the fixed cloth ring 21 penetrates through the opening 18 to enter the first connecting hole 11 and is connected with the first connecting part 13, the opening design is convenient for the fixed cloth ring 21 to enter and exit from the opening 18 of the baffle 14, because the baffle is made of elastic plastics, the long baffle 141 breaks a certain opening, after the hand is released, the long baffle 141 can immediately recover to be in position, the near opening end of the long baffle 141 is positioned above the opening end of the short baffle 142 and is tightly attached, a second locking opening is formed to prevent the fixing cloth ring 21 from sliding between the first connection hole 11 and the second connection hole 12, and the fixing cloth ring 21 passes through the partition plate through the opening and can be realized only by manually breaking off the long partition plate.
Taking the quilt cover 2 with a plurality of connecting cloth rings 21 inside, the quilt core 3 with a single-layer lock catch 1, as shown in fig. 1, 4 and 6, the principle is not repeated.
The inner side of the quilt cover 2 is provided with a plurality of connecting cloth rings 21, the quilt core 3 is provided with a single body lock catch 1, three layers of quilt cores are taken as examples, as shown in fig. 1, 1-2, 4 and 10, the single body lock catch 1 on the upper layer of the quilt core 3 shown in fig. 10 passes through the button holes 33 or the fixed cloth rings 21 of the middle layer of the quilt core 3 and is connected with the fixed cloth rings 21 of the lower layer of the quilt core 3 through the second connecting part 15, so that the multi-layer quilt core is quickly formed into a whole, the whole quilt core is plugged into the quilt cover 2 from the quilt core inlet 23 on the quilt cover 2, the second connecting part 15 of the single body lock catch 1 on any layer of the whole quilt core penetrates into the connecting cloth rings 22 to be connected with the quilt cover 2, the quilt cover 2 is quite high in efficiency, the disassembling and assembling are quite convenient, the combination is used for occasions of cleaning the quilt cover in batches, such as hotels, kindergartens, and the like, and the unified cleaning and machine rolling and drying of the quilt cover are convenient.
When the quilt core and the quilt cover are all required to be cleaned, the quilt core and the quilt cover can be combined according to the requirement as long as the place for rolling and drying by a machine is not used.
In the embodiment of using the multi-layer quilt core, as shown in fig. 1, 5 and 7, the quilt core 3 shown in fig. 7 is used as an upper-layer quilt core 3, at least one layer of quilt core 3 shown in fig. 5 is used as a middle-layer quilt core and/or a lower-layer quilt core, the second connecting part 15 of the single-body lock catch 1 on the upper-layer quilt core 3 penetrates into the connecting cloth ring 22 or the single-body lock catch 1 on the upper-layer quilt core 3 penetrates into the connecting cloth ring 22 of the middle-layer quilt core, and penetrates into the connecting cloth ring 22 of the lower-layer quilt core 3 through the second connecting part 15 of the single-body lock catch 1, so that the multi-layer quilt core can be quickly formed into a whole, is convenient and efficient to assemble and disassemble, can be used for cleaning, can be directly used as a quilt, omits the complicated link of covering a quilt cover, and is particularly suitable for young people without loving the quilt covering process.
The use embodiments of the multi-layer quilt core are shown in fig. 1, 5 and 8, and the use principles of 1, 6, 7 or 1, 6, 8 or 1, 5, 9 and 10 are the same, and are not repeated.
