Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有协同增效作用的组合物,该组合物包含A和B两种活性组分,其中活性组分A为极细链格孢激活蛋白,活性组分B为亚磷酸盐或其衍生物;所述活性组分A和活性组分B的重量比为1:2~45。本发明还提供了该组合物的制备方法及用途。试验结果表明,本发明的组合物可很好的调节作物生长,提高抗病抗逆性,促进作物健康作用,提高作物产量。

技术领域
本发明属于农业植物保护领域,特别是涉及一种具有改进性能的农药组合物,具体地说是涉及一种包含极细链格孢激活蛋白和亚磷酸盐的组合物。
背景技术
极细链格孢激活蛋白(plant activator protein)是从交链孢菌中筛选、分离、纯化出的一类新型蛋白,主要通过激活植物体内分子免疫系统,提高植物自身免疫力;通过激发植物体内的一系列代谢调控,促进植物根、茎、叶生长和提高叶绿素含量,提高作物产量,对多种植物病害有较高的防效。
亚磷酸盐被证明对农作物具有增产抗病的功效,是一种新型环保的化学制剂。目前亚磷酸盐在国外已经广泛应用到植物病虫害防治及植物营养领域。亚磷酸盐用作杀菌剂在抑制茄属、芸薹属及其他叶菜类等卵菌纲病菌方面均有很好的效果,同时在增加草莓、马铃薯等作物开花、产量、果实大小及可溶性物质含量等方面具有很好的肥效。其作用机制为亚磷酸态磷可在作物木质部和韧皮部进行双渠道运输,加快营养吸收和利用;在抗病方面,研究者普遍认为亚磷酸态磷能诱导作物产生抗御毒素及病程相关蛋白(PR蛋白),可能依赖水杨酸(SA)开启防御机制,使作物对病原菌产生持续免疫力。亚磷酸钾是一款采用特殊原料亚磷酸盐和有机活性钾,经高温反应科学配比而成的新型产品,亚磷酸钾不仅是一种+3价磷的磷钾肥,而且是一种内吸性杀菌剂,重复使用不会产生抗性,利用率和吸收率是同类产品的2倍以上。
目前市面上销售的植物生长调节剂主要是以单剂为主,且作用效果单一,常见的植物生长调节剂复配的安全性风险很大,容易造成作物生长畸形、僵苗、落果、产量下降和品质降低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有协同提升作物生长、提高作物产量并且具有一定抗病害性能的组合物。发明人发现,极细链格孢激活蛋白和亚磷酸盐两者之间在调节促进植物生长和作物病害防治方面具有显著的协同增效作用。
本发明的目的可以通过以下措施达到:
一种组合物,该组合物包含A和B两种活性组分,其中活性组分A为极细链格孢激活蛋白,活性组分B为亚磷酸盐或其衍生物,所述的活性组分B优选为亚磷酸钾盐、亚磷酸钠盐、亚磷酸钙盐或亚磷酸胆碱,但不限于此;进一步优选为亚磷酸钾盐或亚磷酸胆碱。活性组分A和活性组分B两组分之间的重量比为1:2~45。
一般地,本发明中所述的亚磷酸钾盐可以为亚磷酸二氢钾或亚磷酸氢二钾,或亚磷酸二氢钾与亚磷酸氢二钾的混合物,均统称为亚磷酸钾盐。同理,亚磷酸钠盐为亚磷酸二氢钠或亚磷酸氢二钠,或亚磷酸二氢钠与亚磷酸氢二钠的混合物,统称为亚磷酸钠盐。
本发明的组合物可以由活性成分和农药助剂制成农药上允许的剂型。进一步的,该组合物由1~85%重量份的活性组分与99~15%重量份的农药助剂组成农药上允许的剂型。
发明人通过试验发现,本发明的组合物是用于可以更好的调节作物的生长,防治作物的病害,提高作物的产量。
本发明提供了包含组分A(极细链格孢激活蛋白)和组分B(亚磷酸盐或其衍生物)的组合物在农业领域调节(促进)农作物生长和防治作物病害防治方面的用途,特别是在促进水稻生长提高抗病效果等方面的用途。
为充分发挥本发明的优势效果,本发明的组合物还可以与其他农药(如杀菌剂、杀虫剂、除草剂、植物生长调节剂)、肥料等混合使用,这些与之混用的均为现有技术公开的常用的农药或肥料。
上述组合物具体可包含农药助剂,例如载体、溶剂、分散剂、润湿剂、胶粘剂、增稠剂、粘合剂、表面活性剂等中的一种或几种,在施用的过程中可以混合常用的助剂。
合适的助剂可以是固体或液体,它们通常是剂型加工过程中常用的物质,例如天然的或再生的矿物质,溶剂、分散剂、润湿剂、胶粘剂、增稠剂、粘合剂或肥料。
这些组合物可以仅仅包含活性成分进行施用,也可以与添加剂(农药助剂)一起混合使用。
根据主要的生物和/或化学-物理参数,本发明的组合物及其单个活性成分可以多种方式配制。可能的适宜剂型的实例有:水剂、可分散油悬浮剂、可溶性液剂(SL)、乳油(EC)、可湿性粉剂(WP)、可溶性粉剂(SP)、水乳剂(EW)(如水包油和油包水乳剂)、悬浮剂(SC)、油基或水基分散剂,例如油中的分散剂(OD),可与油混溶的溶液剂、微颗粒吸附颗粒形式的颗粒剂(GR),水分散性颗粒剂(WDG)、水溶性颗粒(SG)、ULV(超低容量)制剂和WSB(水溶性袋剂)。
可分散油悬浮剂(OD)将分散剂、润湿剂、增稠剂和溶剂等各组分按配方的比例混合均匀,先将乳化剂、分散剂、润湿剂、稳定剂、分散介质加入反应釜,混合、分散均匀;高速剪切状态下加入防冻剂和增稠剂,将活性成分极细链格孢激活蛋白和亚磷酸盐或其衍生物在锆珠研磨介质下进行砂磨,制得含有极细链格孢激活蛋白和亚磷酸盐或其衍生物的可分散油悬浮剂。
可湿性粉剂可均匀分散在水中,并且其除活性成分外,还含有离子和/或非离子表面活性剂(润湿剂、分散剂),例如聚乙氧基化烷基酚、聚乙氧基化脂肪醇、聚乙氧基化脂肪胺、脂肪醇聚乙二醇醚硫酸盐、烷磺酸盐、烷基苯磺酸盐、木质素磺酸钠、2,2’-二萘基甲烷-6,6’-二磺酸钠、二丁基萘磺酸钠、油酰基甲基牛磺酸钠,稀释剂或惰性物质除外。为制备可湿性粉剂,将活性成分精细地研磨,例如用常用装置如锤磨机、鼓风磨机(blower mill)和空气喷射磨机,并且同时或随后与配制助剂混合。
可湿性粉剂是将活性成分与细碎的固体物质研磨而制得的,所述细碎的固体物质例如滑石、天然粘土(如高岭土、膨润土和叶蜡石)或硅藻土。
胶悬剂可以是水基或油基的。其可例如在添加或不添加上文已提及的表面活性剂(如上文在其它剂型类型的情况下已提及的)的情况下通过使用市售可得的砂磨机进行湿法研磨而制备。
水乳剂,例如水包油乳剂(EW),可例如使用水性有机溶剂和如果合适上文已提及的表面活性剂(如上文在其它剂型类型的情况下已提及的)通过搅拌器、胶体磨和/或静态混合器来制备。
颗粒剂可通过将活性成分喷雾至吸附性颗粒状惰性材料上或者通过借助粘附剂(如聚乙烯醇、聚丙烯酸钠或矿物油)将活性成分浓缩剂施用于载体(如砂子、高岭石)或者颗粒状惰性材料的表面而制备。所述活性成分也可以制备肥料颗粒的常规方式制粒,如需要与肥料混合。
水分散性颗粒剂通常通过常规方法制备,如通过喷雾干燥、流化床制粒、盘式制粒、用高速混合器进行混合、以及在不添加固体惰性材料的情况下挤压或捏合制粒。
悬乳剂的加工方法包括将其中的一个或两个有效成分制备成悬浮剂或水乳剂,另外一个或两个有效成分制备水乳剂或悬浮剂,将悬浮剂与水乳剂在助剂的配合下,搅拌均匀,制备成悬乳剂剂型。
可溶液剂的加工方法包括将活性成分、表面活性剂、助剂和水,置于反应容器中,在水浴温度控制条件下,充分搅拌直至获得透明液体,即得可溶液剂。
悬浮剂的加工方法包括将有效成分极细链格孢激活蛋白、亚磷酸盐或其衍生物与助剂和水投入反应釜中进行搅拌,搅拌均匀后,投入砂磨机中研磨至一定的粒径后即可得到本发明的悬浮剂。
超低容量剂的加工方法包括将有效成分与溶剂在反应容器中进行搅拌溶解后,再加入助剂成分,充分搅拌混合均匀,即得到超低容量剂。本剂型的施用方法为超低容量喷雾、低容量喷雾或超低容量静电喷雾。通常用超低容量喷雾器进行喷雾,或者用静电喷雾器喷雾,也可以加少量水稀释进行低容量喷雾。
此外,如果合适,上述活性成分制剂所涉及的助剂包含但不限制粘合剂、润湿剂、分散剂、乳化剂、渗透剂、防腐剂、防冻剂、溶剂、填料、载体,着色剂、消泡剂、蒸发抑制剂、及pH和粘度调节剂,这些试剂各自均为常规的。
合适的溶剂包含但不限定于大豆油、蓖麻油、棕榈油、汽油、柴油、矿物油、甲苯、二甲苯、环己酮、二氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯、氯仿、丙酮、己烷中的一种或几种。
合适的表面活性剂(渗透剂)包含但不限定于脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚、苯乙基酚聚氧乙基聚氧丙基醚、EO-PO嵌段化合物、聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐脂肪酸酯、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯等公知的乳化剂中的一种或几种。增稠剂为黄原胶、羧甲(乙)基纤维素钠、甲基纤维素、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮一种或几种。防冻剂为乙二醇、丙二醇、丙三醇、聚乙二醇400的一种或几种。
合适的分散剂包含但不限定于香族磺酸盐、丙烯酸-丙烯酸酯共聚物、甲醛缩合物磺酸盐、马来酸酐共聚物钠盐、聚合羧酸钠盐类、苯乙烯烷基聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、萘磺酸钠甲醛缩合物、三苯乙烯基酚聚氧乙烯醚类和衍生物酯类、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚类、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚类、高分子EO-PO嵌段共聚物、木质素磺酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯甲醛缩合物硫酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物硫酸盐磷酸盐、苯乙烯苯酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯盐、苯乙烯基酚聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚、烷基萘甲醛缩合物磺酸盐、高分子疏型的支装共聚物、聚合羧酸盐类中的一种或几种的组合使用。
合适的乳化剂包含但不限定于失水山梨醇月桂酸酯、聚氧乙烯月桂醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、聚氧乙烯单棕榈酸酯和聚氧乙烯蓖麻油的一种。
合适的填料包含但不限定于改性水溶淀粉、纤维素醚及其衍生物、硅酸镁铝、高龄土、硅藻土、凹凸棒土、葡萄糖、轻质碳酸钙、白炭黑、无机盐中的一种。
合适的润湿剂包含但不限定于十二烷基硫酸钠、壬基酚聚氧乙烯、烷基酚聚氧乙烯甲醛缩合物硫酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物硫酸盐磷酸盐、苯乙烯苯酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯盐、苯乙烯基酚聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚、烷基萘甲醛缩合物磺酸盐、烷基丁二酸酯磺酸盐、斯盘SPAN、土温TWEEN中的一种或者两种以上的组合使用。
合适的辅助剂包含但不限定于粘结剂、崩解剂、pH调节剂、杀菌防腐剂、消泡剂、抗冻剂、增稠剂中的一种或几种的组合;其中:所述的粘结剂包含但不限定于聚乙烯醇、明胶、阿拉伯胶、黄原胶、聚丙烯酸钠、海藻酸钠、淀粉、纤维素及其衍生物,优选纤维素及其纤维素衍生物的一种;崩解剂选包含但不限定于硅酸镁铝、聚乙二醇PEG、改性淀粉、无机盐、白碳黑、硅胶的一种;所述的pH酸碱调节剂包含但不限定于冰醋酸、盐酸、氨水、乙醇胺、三乙醇胺中的一种;所述的杀菌防腐剂包含但不限定于山梨酸钾、苯甲酸钠、甲醛、异噻唑啉酮类中的一种;所述消泡剂包含但不限定于天然油脂、聚醚类消泡剂、高碳醇、有机硅消泡剂的一种。所述抗冻剂包含但不限定于丙二醇或乙二醇;所述增稠剂包含但不限定于黄原胶、卡拉胶、果胶、琼脂、海藻胶或羧甲基纤维素钠。
根据上述助剂,至少可以知道:
一种为可湿性粉剂剂型的组合物,该组合物的有效成分由活性组分A和活性组分B组成,所述的活性组分A是极细链格孢激活蛋白,活性组分B是亚磷酸盐或亚磷酸胆碱,活性组分A与活性组分B的重量1:1~50,助剂至少包含填料、分散剂、润湿剂、增稠剂,有效成分总量占整个制剂总量1~85%。
一种为可分散油悬浮剂剂型的组合物,该组合物的有效成分由活性组分A和活性组分B组成,所述的活性组分A是极细链格孢激活蛋白,活性组分B是亚磷酸盐或亚磷酸胆碱,活性组分A与活性组分B的重量1:1~50,助剂至少包含溶剂、分散剂、润湿剂、增稠剂、稳定剂,有效成分总量占整个制剂总量1~85%。
一种为悬浮剂剂型的组合物,该组合物的有效成分由活性组分A和活性组分B组成,所述的活性组分A是极细链格孢激活蛋白,活性组分B是亚磷酸盐或亚磷酸胆碱,活性组分A与活性组分B的重量1:1~50,助剂至少包含溶剂、分散剂、润湿剂、增稠剂、稳定剂,有效成分总量占整个制剂总量1~85%。
本发明的组合物中两种有效成分表现为增效效果,该组合物的活性比使用单个化合物的活性预期总和,以及单个化合物的单独活性更为显著。本发明的组合物的表现出的其它特点主要表现为:1、本发明的组合物混配具有明显的协同增效作用;2、由于本组合物的两个单剂化学结构差异很大,作用机理完全不同,可以起到协同互补的作用;3、本发明的组合物可很好的调节作物生长,提高抗病抗逆性,促进作物健康作用,提高作物产量。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所做的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
以下实施例所有配方中百分比均为重量百分比(折百)。本发明组合物各种制剂的加工工艺均为现有技术,根据不同情况可以有所变化。
一、剂型制备实施例
(一)可湿性粉剂的加工及实施例
将极细链格孢激活蛋白与亚磷酸盐或亚磷酸胆碱,与助剂和填料按配方的比例混合均匀,经气流粉碎,即得可湿性粉剂。
实施例1:72%极细链格孢激活蛋白·亚磷酸钠盐可湿性粉剂(1:15)
极细链格孢激活蛋白4.5%,亚磷酸钠盐67.5%,烷基萘甲醛缩合物磺酸盐5%,磷酸二氢钾1.2%,硅酸镁铝0.8%,高岭土补足至100%。
实施例2:55.2%极细链格孢激活蛋白·亚磷酸钾盐可湿性粉剂(1:45)
极细链格孢激活蛋白1.2%,亚磷酸钾盐54%,甲醛缩合物磺酸盐6.2%,烷基酚聚氧乙烯甲醛缩合物硫酸盐5.4%,明胶0.5%,硅胶0.7%,白炭黑补足至100%。
(二)可分散油悬浮剂的加工及实施例
将表面活性剂与油基等按比例充分混合,在搞度剪切搅拌下加入活性成分极细链格孢激活蛋白、亚磷酸盐(或亚磷酸胆碱),在砂磨机中研磨,研磨直到一定范围的粒径即可。
实施例3:21%极细链格孢激活蛋白·亚磷酸胆碱可分散油悬浮剂(1:2)
极细链格孢激活蛋白7%,亚磷酸胆碱14%,芳香族磺酸盐3.8%,十二烷基硫酸钠7.2%,阿拉伯胶2.7%,纤维素3.2%,甲酯大豆油12%,植物油补足至100%。
实施例4:33.8%极细链格孢激活蛋白·亚磷酸钾盐可分散油悬浮剂(1:25)
极细链格孢激活蛋白1.3%,亚磷酸钾盐32.5%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5.8%,烷基丁二酸酯磺酸盐8.2%,丁基羟基茴香醚6%,硅酸镁铝1.8%,环己烷10%,甲酯大豆油补足至100%。
(三)悬浮剂的加工及实施例
将活性成分极细链格孢激活蛋白与亚磷酸盐、分散剂、润湿剂、增稠剂和水等各组分按配方的比例混合均匀,经砂磨和或高速剪切后,得到半成品,分析后补加水混合均匀过滤即得成品。
实施例5:15%极细链格孢激活蛋白·亚磷酸钾盐悬浮剂(1:1)
极细链格孢激活蛋白7.5%,亚磷酸钾盐7.5%,木质素磺酸盐8%,苯乙烯基酚聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚8%,聚乙烯醇5%,硅酸镁铝1.1%,丙二醇12%,高碳醇0.1%,水补足至100%。
实施例6:43.2%极细链格孢激活蛋白·亚磷酸钙盐悬浮剂(1:35)
极细链格孢激活蛋白1.2%,亚磷酸钙盐42%,环己烷10%,聚合羧酸钠盐5.4%,黄原胶2.5%,海藻酸钠1.5%,十二烷基硫酸钠6.8%,乙二醇5%,有机硅消泡剂0.8%,水补足至100%。
实施例7:25.5%极细链格孢激活蛋白·亚磷酸胆碱悬浮剂(1:50)
极细链格孢激活蛋白0.5%,亚磷酸胆碱25%,甲醇8%,木质素磺酸盐6.4%,聚乙二醇3.2%,烷基丁二酸酯磺酸盐7.8%,丙三醇8%,高碳醇0.5%,水补足至100%。
二、药效验证试验
1.环境和设施栽培情况
1.1试验地位置
山东省济南市历城区华山镇苏家村。
1.2试验作物、品种和生长情况
水稻,品种为以色列旱稻,2018年6月12日播种,每亩播种量6kg,行距25cm,畦宽5m。
1.3试验地土壤类型
试验地为壤土,水解性氮为94.64mg/kg,有效磷为62.73mg/kg,速效钾为384mg/kg,有机质(OM)为25.94g/kg,pH值8.13,水溶性盐2.42g/kg。
1.4试验地水肥管理
试验地势平整,管理一致,肥力及水浇条件较好,于水稻播种后2018年6月12日浇水一次。2018年6月25日、6月26日和6月27日均有雨,试验田生长后期没有人工浇水。
试验地前茬种植小麦,所用除草剂为唑啉草酯和炔草酯。
1.5防治其他病虫草害的药剂资料
整个试验期间未施用其它植物生长调节剂;2018年6月21日全田喷施噁唑酰草胺+氯氟吡氧乙酸防除试验田杂草,此外整个试验期间未施用其它植调剂。施药时未见病虫发生,另外,水稻分蘖期施用阿维菌素、吡虫啉防治稻飞虱1次,杀虫双防治二化螟、稻纵卷叶螟。

2.4施药方法
2.4.1使用时期和方法
水稻分蘖期和孕穗抽穗期各喷施1次,共施药2次。
2.4.2施药器械
喷雾器械为没得比高级背负式喷雾器。
2.4.3施药时间和次数
试验分别于2018年7月19日和2018年9月5日进行,共施药2次。水稻分别处于分蘖期和孕穗抽穗期,长势良好。
2.4.4使用容量
药剂使用量见表1。

每次施药后7天目测记录水稻有无药害(萎焉、褪绿、畸形等症状);水稻收获期调查株结实率、病害预防或控制情况(稻瘟病为主)、产量等指标;共调查两次。

水稻成熟时进行有效穗数测定,每小区5点取样,每点取20株,随机取10株测定每穗粒数(实粒数)、病害发生情况等产量指标,以及每小区实收测产。
结实率=每穗实粒数/穗总粒数*100%
防效=(空白对照区施药后病情指数—药剂处理区施药后病情指数)/空白对照区施药后病情指数*100%
亩产提高率=(处理后的亩产量-清水对照的亩产量)/清水对照的亩产量*100%
分级标准:
0级:全株无病;
1级:第四叶片及其以下各叶鞘、叶片发病(以剑叶为第一片叶);
3级:第三叶片及其以下各叶鞘、叶片发病;
5级:第二叶片及其以下各叶鞘、叶片发病;
7级:剑叶叶片及其以下各叶鞘、叶片发病;
9级:全株发病,提早枯死。
3.3对作物的直接影响
试验药剂对水稻生长无不良影响,叶片上也未见明显的药害斑。

水稻收获期(10月25日收获,见表2),试验结果显示,结合水稻各个生长测定指标,在本试验配比及剂量下,极细链格孢激活蛋白与亚磷酸盐复配使用相对于单剂用量在1:1~1:50之间,效果存在一定差异,试验药剂极细链格孢激活蛋白:亚磷酸盐=1:2~45时具有很好的增效效果,其中极细链格孢激活蛋白:亚磷酸盐=1:25效果最好,其结实率为99.58;对稻瘟病的预防效果最好,预防效果为86.10%;增产率最高,增产率为17.77%。其次极细链格孢激活蛋白:亚磷酸盐=1:2、极细链格孢激活蛋白:亚磷酸盐=1:15、极细链格孢激活蛋白:亚磷酸盐=1:35、极细链格孢激活蛋白:亚磷酸盐=1:45也较好,结实率分别为98.47%、99.04%、99.12%、98.41%;对稻瘟病的预防效果分别为79.54%、82.97%、83.44%、80.25%;增产率分别为14.64%、15.98%、16.16%、14.22%。而极细链格孢激活蛋白:亚磷酸盐=1:1和1:50等配比区间,水稻主要生长指标则表现为相加作用、效果不显著。
极细链格孢激活蛋白:亚磷酸盐配比1:2~45为宜。连续施药2~3次,对结实率、水稻稻瘟病枯病预防效果、增产率均具有良好的效果,对水稻生长发育无不良影响,安全性较好。
施药适期:掌握在水稻分蘖期和抽穗期,连续施药2~3次。
施药方法:常规茎叶喷雾。
安全性:极细链格孢激活蛋白与亚磷酸盐复配对水稻安全,施药后水稻生长发育正常,未见任何不良反应。
Claims (7)
1.一种具有协同增效作用的组合物,其特征在于:该组合物包含A和B两种活性组分,其中活性组分A为极细链格孢激活蛋白,活性组分B为亚磷酸盐或其衍生物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于:所述的活性组分B为亚磷酸钾盐、亚磷酸、亚磷酸钙盐钠或亚磷酸胆碱;所述的活性组分B优选为亚磷酸钾盐或亚磷酸胆碱。
3.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于:所述活性组分A和活性组分B的重量比为1:2~45。
4.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于:该组合物由活性成分和助剂制成农药上允许的剂型。
5.根据权利要求4所述的组合物,其特征在于:所述剂型为可湿性粉剂、悬浮剂、可分散油悬浮剂或水剂。
6.根据权利要求4所述的组合物,其特征在于:所述助剂选自载体、溶剂、分散剂、润湿剂、胶粘剂、增稠剂、粘合剂、表面活性剂或肥料中的一种或几种。
7.权利要求1~6中任意一项所述的组合物在农业领域防治农作物病害以及促进作物生长方面的用途。
