Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of image processing, in particular to an image processing system and an image processing method of an intelligent terminal.
Background
With the development and progress of science and technology, the intelligent terminal is continuously innovated. Currently, intelligent terminals gradually penetrate into the aspects of people's life because of their versatility and portability. Especially, due to the continuous development of camera devices carried by intelligent terminals, the pictures or images shot by the intelligent terminals can meet the visual requirements of people in terms of pixels or colors. Therefore, the intelligent terminal gradually replaces professional camera equipment and becomes a preferred tool for shooting and shooting when people travel and visit. However, due to the influence of natural conditions such as rainy weather, the photos taken by the intelligent terminal often cannot meet the requirements of the user in terms of color and the like.
For professional photographers, in order to enrich the image effect of the pictures, various special films are usually added in front of the lens of the camera, so that the pictures taken contain the special effect of the added lenses, namely the color of the filter. The idea of special lens is extended to the image processing technology of intelligent terminal such as computer, so that a filter (Filer), also called filter, is a special image effect processing technology. In general, the filter performs calculation and transformation processing on attributes of pixels in an image, such as color, brightness, saturation, contrast, hue, distribution, arrangement, and the like, according to a certain program algorithm, and as a result, the image has a special effect.
At present, many application programs based on the image processing technology exist in the market, such as beautiful pictures, photo workshops and the like, post-production or decoration can be performed on photos obtained by an intelligent terminal and the like, and photos with different special effects, such as highlight, black and white and the like, can be obtained by selecting different filter modes. However, various technical means are developed for the filter technology.
For example, CN 106603859A discloses a method, an apparatus and a terminal for processing a photo filter, which includes the steps of: detecting a trigger instruction for triggering filter processing on a shot picture, and acquiring reference parameters for filter processing on the shot picture according to the trigger instruction, wherein the reference parameters comprise: and filter processing parameters are preset, filter processing parameters are determined according to the characteristic information of the shot picture, and filter processing is carried out on the shot picture according to the reference parameters. The technology realizes the change of the filter reference parameters provided by the system or the application program.
CN 106688031 a discloses an apparatus and method for providing content aware photo filters, wherein a server is disclosed having a photo filter module with instructions executable by a processor to: identifying that a client device is suitable to capture a photograph, selecting a photograph filter based on attributes of the client device and attributes of the photograph. A technical means for pushing the filter intelligently is provided.
CN 106204455 a discloses an image processing method with multiple filter effects and a system thereof, which can edit a filter image, and can add shapes to the filter image and customize filter special effects corresponding to the shapes according to the user requirements, thereby satisfying the personalized requirements of the user.
In summary, at present, the filter processing technology for the pictures or the pictures in the prior art mostly depends on the selection or the editing of the user, but for the users who do not have professional shooting or image processing technology, it is still difficult to quickly and conveniently add the filter effect to the pictures or the pictures.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides an image processing system and an image processing method of an intelligent terminal, which realize the function of intelligently acquiring the filter effect in the existing picture or picture by configuring a corresponding image processing and information processing module in the intelligent terminal, thereby realizing the function of transferring the filter function of the target picture or picture to the pre-shot picture or picture by one key. And convenient use experience is provided for the intelligent terminal user.
Specifically, one aspect of the present invention provides an image processing method based on an intelligent terminal, which includes the following steps: acquiring a target photo; analyzing the target picture to obtain filter information of the target picture; inputting the filter information into an image processing module of the intelligent terminal to generate a photographing mode; and operating the photographing mode, and capturing a picture containing the target object and applied with the filter information.
Preferably, the image processing method further includes, after obtaining filter information of the target photo, displaying the filter information in a display interface of the intelligent terminal, and sending a modification request, when capturing a modification instruction action, modifying the filter information, obtaining modified filter information, inputting the modified filter information, and generating a photographing mode; and when an action without modifying the instruction is captured, directly inputting the filter information to generate a photographing mode, operating the photographing mode, and capturing a photo containing the target object and applying the modified filter information.
Preferably, the image processing method further includes, after the filter information of the target photo is read, temporarily storing the filter information, and sending a storage request, when a storage instruction action is captured, the intelligent terminal sends a naming request to name the filter information, generates naming information, associates the filter information with the naming information, and stores the naming information in a storage module of the intelligent terminal.
Preferably, the image processing method further includes, after the filter information of the target photo is acquired, inputting the filter information into an image processing module of the intelligent terminal, and the image processing module performs filter processing on the preselected photo according to the filter information.
Preferably, in the above image processing method, the filter information includes texture, aperture, special effect, color temperature, hue, exposure, contrast, saturation, sharpness, vignetting (vignetting), brightness, and/or transparency.
In another aspect of the present invention, an image processing system is further provided, which includes a picture reading module, configured to read a target picture in the intelligent terminal and display the target picture on a display interface of the intelligent terminal; the information processing module is in communication connection with the picture reading module, reads filter information of the target picture and sends the filter information outwards; the information input module is in communication connection with the picture processing module, receives and inputs the filter information and generates a photographing mode; and the photographing module is in communication connection with the information input module, reads the photographing mode, operates the photographing mode and captures a picture containing a target object and applied with the filter information.
Preferably, the image processing system further comprises an information display module, which is in communication connection with the information processing module, receives the filter information, displays the filter information on a display interface of the intelligent terminal, and sends a modification request to the outside; the first instruction module is used for capturing the operation action of the intelligent terminal, generating a modification instruction and sending the modification instruction to the outside; the information modification module is in communication connection with the first instruction module, receives the modification instruction, converts the filter information into a modifiable mode, and sends the modified filter information outwards; the information input module is in communication connection with the information modification module, receives and inputs the information of the correction filter and generates a photographing mode; and the photographing module reads the photographing mode and operates the photographing mode to capture a photo containing a target object and applied with the filter information.
Preferably, the image processing system further comprises a storage module, which is in communication connection with the information processing module, receives and temporarily stores the filter information, and sends a storage request to the outside; the second instruction module captures the operation action on the intelligent terminal, generates a storage instruction/non-storage instruction and sends the storage instruction/non-storage instruction outwards; the storage module is in communication connection with the second instruction module, receives the storage instruction, sends a naming request, captures the operation action of the intelligent terminal and stores the filter information; and when a command action which is not stored is captured, deleting the temporarily stored filter information.
Preferably, the image processing system further comprises an image processing module, which is in communication connection with the information processing module, receives the filter information, and performs filter processing on the preselected picture according to the filter information.
Preferably, in the above image processing system, the filter information includes texture, aperture, special effect, color temperature, hue, exposure, contrast, saturation, sharpness, vignetting (vignetting), brightness, and/or transparency.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the technical advantages that:
1) according to the invention, the corresponding image processing and information processing module is arranged in the intelligent terminal, so that the filter information in the existing picture or photo can be intelligently extracted;
2) the filter information acquired in the invention can be further revised according to the preference of the user to acquire a filter photo conforming to the characteristics of the user;
3) the invention realizes the function of transferring the filter function of the target picture or photo to the pre-shot picture or photo by one key. And convenient use experience is provided for the intelligent terminal user.

The invention provides an image processing method based on an intelligent terminal, which comprises the following steps: acquiring a target photo; reading filter information of the target picture; inputting the filter information to generate a photographing mode; and in the photographing mode, photographing a picture.
The following describes the application of the image processing method in the present invention in detail with reference to practical application.
The first embodiment is as follows: (see FIG. 1)

When a user browses a webpage, a friend circle, a QQ space or a microblog and finds that the color, the tone and the like of a certain photo are very favorite, the photo can be stored in a local storage of the intelligent terminal through a storage method of the intelligent terminal, for example, the photo is pressed for a long time, the photo is selected to be stored as a shortcut key and the like; or the photo may not be downloaded, and the photo is only opened in the intelligent terminal and temporarily stored in a temporary storage space of the intelligent terminal, so as to prepare a target photo for a user to perform subsequent operations.
-reading filter information of the target photograph
And after the user stores the target picture in the local of the intelligent terminal or opens and temporarily stores the target picture in the temporary storage space of the intelligent terminal, further, the information processing module arranged on the intelligent terminal can be utilized to identify and read the filter information of the target picture.
Preferably, the filter information includes information such as texture, aperture, special effect, color temperature, hue, exposure, contrast, saturation, sharpness, vignetting (dark angle), brightness, and/or transparency of the photograph.
In this embodiment, the information processing module of the intelligent terminal may recognize specific filter parameters such as texture, aperture, special effect, color temperature, hue, exposure, contrast, saturation, sharpness, vignetting (dark angle), brightness, and/or transparency in the target photograph one by one, read specific values of the filter parameters, correspond the filter parameters and the specific values one by one, and send information filter information to the outside.

The intelligent terminal comprises an information input module, an information processing module and an intelligent terminal, wherein the information input module is in communication connection with the information processing module, the intelligent terminal receives the filter information read and sent by the information processing module through the information input module and inputs the filter information into the intelligent terminal, and if the information input module receives the filter information, the information input module compares the parameter names of the filter information with the parameter names of the filter information stored in an intelligent terminal image processing system one by one and inputs the specific parameter values of the filter information under the corresponding parameter names. Thus, a filter photographing mode having specific filter parameter values can be generated.

And the photographing module of the intelligent terminal can read the photographing mode generated by the information input system and capture a picture containing a target object to which the filter information is applied in the specific filter photographing mode.
Therefore, the embodiment realizes the technical effect of reading the filter information of any photo or picture and applying the filter information to the current photo taking of the intelligent terminal. The requirement that a user who is not in a photographing or image processing professional can freely select a proper filter photographing mode is met, and the use experience of the user is improved.

Different from the first embodiment, in the method of the present embodiment, the user can not only freely use the randomly acquired picture or the filter information of the picture, but also further modify the filter information, thereby acquiring a more autonomous photographing mode. The specific implementation mode is as follows:

In this embodiment, the image processing system of the intelligent terminal sends the filter information to the outside after reading the filter information of the target photo, and the information display module of the intelligent terminal receives the filter information and displays the filter information under the display screen of the intelligent terminal. Specifically, in this embodiment, the information display module is implemented in the intelligent terminal, and further displays filter information of the target photo in an interface where the target photo is currently displayed. For example, the filter information, including the names of filter parameters and the values of specific filter parameters, is listed on the right side, left side, upper side, or lower side of the interface. Meanwhile, an information display module of the intelligent terminal sends a modification request to the outside, and the intelligent terminal receives the modification request and displays the modification request in a current display interface of the intelligent terminal. Preferably, the modification request may be displayed in a display interface of the intelligent terminal in a form of a dialog box, and the dialog box queries whether the user accepts the modification request or not by setting opposite phrase forms such as yes, no, good, bad, and the like, so as to determine whether the user needs to modify the filter information.
-generating and sending modification instructions
In this embodiment, if a user selects a positive word such as yes or good in a dialog box of a current display interface of the intelligent terminal, the first instruction module of the intelligent terminal senses the operation of the user on the intelligent terminal, and obtains instruction content corresponding to the operation by comparison, if the user selects the positive word such as yes or good, the first instruction module can know that the user selects to modify the filter information by comparison with the preset instruction content corresponding to the word, and then generates a modification instruction and sends the modification instruction outwards; and if the user selects negative words such as no or bad words in a dialog box of a current display interface of the intelligent terminal, the first instruction module of the intelligent terminal senses the operation of the user on the intelligent terminal, and compares the operation with the instruction content corresponding to the operation to obtain the instruction content corresponding to the operation, and if the user senses that the user selects negative words such as no or bad words, the user can know that the filter information is not modified by the selection of the user through comparison with the preset instruction content corresponding to the words, so that the first instruction module does not perform any operation.
-modifying the filter information
In this embodiment, the information modification module of the intelligent terminal may receive the modification instruction, and accordingly, convert the filter information displayed on the current interface of the intelligent terminal into a modifiable mode, so that a user may wake up the modification state of the filter parameter according to the preference or requirement of the user, for example, by pressing a certain filter parameter value for a long time, thereby increasing or decreasing the filter parameter value, and repeating the above operation on a plurality of filter parameter values, thereby modifying a plurality of filter parameters. And further realizing the modification of the filter information. After the user finishes the modification, an instruction for finishing the modification can be sent to the information modification module of the intelligent terminal by selecting the form of a shortcut key such as finish, and then the information modification module of the intelligent terminal sends the modified information of the correction filter outwards after receiving the instruction for finishing the modification.

The image processing method of the embodiment can not only realize the acquisition of the filter information of any picture or photo, but also modify the filter information according to the preference of the user, thereby acquiring the filter photographing mode more suitable for the user requirement.

Different from the first and second embodiments, in this embodiment, the user may not only obtain the filter information of any picture or photo, but also selectively store the filter information of any picture or photo in the storage unit of the intelligent terminal, so as to use the filter information for multiple times.

Retrieving storage filter information
In this embodiment, when a user wishes to reuse filter information stored in the intelligent terminal, the filter information stored in the storage module may be called by, for example, selecting a mode of using locally stored filter information in a picture processing program carried by or installed in the intelligent terminal itself, at this time, the user needs to select a name of filter information in a locally stored filter information list at the same time, the storage module senses an operation of the intelligent terminal by the user, and compares the name selected by the user with the names stored in the storage module one by one, so as to extract corresponding filter information and send the corresponding filter information to the outside.

The information input module of the intelligent terminal is in communication connection with the storage module, the information input module can receive the filter information sent by the storage module and input the filter information into the intelligent terminal, and if the information input module receives the filter information, the information input module compares the parameter names of the filter information with the parameter names of the filter information stored in the intelligent terminal image processing system one by one and inputs the specific parameter values of the filter information under the corresponding parameter names. Therefore, the filter information satisfied by the user is stored in the intelligent terminal, and the filter information can be repeatedly used, so that the tedious work of repeatedly extracting the picture or the filter information by the user is avoided, and the working efficiency and the user experience of the intelligent terminal are improved.
In addition, more preferably, the various image processing methods recited in the above embodiments of the present invention may be used not only to create a filter photographing mode when a user takes a picture, but also to enter filter information of an extracted target photo into an image processing module in the intelligent terminal, where the image processing module may further use the filter information for filter processing of other captured photos.
Meanwhile, it should be understood that the various image processing methods listed in the above embodiments of the present invention may be applied not only individually, but also alternately or simultaneously, for example, the modified filter information may also be stored in the storage module of the intelligent terminal, and retrieved from the storage module and used again for filter photographing.
In another aspect of the present invention, an image processing system of an intelligent terminal is further provided, which mainly includes: the device comprises a picture reading module, an information processing module, an information input module and a photographing module. The technical content of the invention is explained in detail in conjunction with the specific application cases as follows: (see FIG. 4)

The picture reading module can read a target picture in the intelligent terminal and display the target picture on a display interface of the intelligent terminal; specifically, when a user browses a webpage, a friend circle, a QQ space, or a microblog, the picture reading module may display a picture in the webpage or the like in a display interface of the intelligent terminal in a certain hue, color, size, and the like. When the color, the tone and the like of a certain photo are found to be very favorite, the photo can be stored in the local storage of the intelligent terminal through the storage method of the intelligent terminal, for example, the photo is pressed for a long time, the photo is selected to be stored as a shortcut key and the like; or the photo may not be downloaded, and the photo is only opened in the intelligent terminal and temporarily stored in a temporary storage space of the intelligent terminal, so as to prepare a target photo for a user to perform subsequent operations.
-an information processing module
The information processing module is in communication connection with the picture reading module, reads filter information of the target picture and sends the filter information outwards; specifically, after the user stores the target photo locally in the intelligent terminal, or opens and temporarily stores the target photo in a temporary storage space of the intelligent terminal, the information processing module disposed in the intelligent terminal can be further utilized to identify and read filter information of the target photo.

-an information entry module
The information input module is in communication connection with the picture processing module, receives and inputs the filter information and generates a photographing mode; specifically, the intelligent terminal receives the filter information read and sent by the information processing module through the information input module and inputs the filter information into the intelligent terminal, and if the information input module receives the filter information, the information input module compares the parameter names of the filter information with the parameter names of the filter information stored in the intelligent terminal image processing system one by one and inputs specific parameter values of the filter information under the corresponding parameter names. Thus, a filter photographing mode having specific filter parameter values can be generated.
-a photographing module
The photographing module is in communication connection with the information input module, reads the photographing mode and takes pictures according to the photographing mode. Specifically, the photographing module of the intelligent terminal can read the photographing mode generated by the information entry system and adjust the current photographing state according to the corresponding data information of the photographing mode, so that a picture containing a target object and applied with the filter information is captured in the specific filter photographing mode.
Therefore, the image processing system provided by the embodiment can read the filter information of any photo or picture, and apply the filter information to the current photographing technical effect of the intelligent terminal. The requirement that a user who is not in a photographing or image processing professional can freely select a proper filter photographing mode is met, and the use experience of the user is improved.
Based on the image processing system provided in the above embodiment, if a user is not satisfied with some specific parameter data, such as color, brightness, and the like, in the filter information of a certain photo/picture, the filter information of multiple photos needs to be extracted for multiple times until the satisfactory filter information is obtained, which greatly reduces the work efficiency of the image processing system. Referring to fig. 5, in particular, this comprises:
-an information display module
The information display module is in communication connection with the information processing module, receives the filter information, displays the filter information on a display interface of the intelligent terminal, and sends a modification request to the outside; specifically, in this embodiment, after the information processing module of the intelligent terminal reads the filter information of the target photo, the filter information can be displayed under the display screen of the intelligent terminal. Specifically, in this embodiment, the information processing module is implemented in the intelligent terminal, and further displays filter information of the target photo in an interface where the target photo is currently displayed. For example, the filter information, including the names of filter parameters and the values of specific filter parameters, is listed on the right side, left side, upper side, or lower side of the interface.
