The invention aims to provide a limiting mechanism of a suspended ceiling nail shooter, which aims to solve the problems.
In order to realize the purpose of the invention, the technical scheme is as follows: a limiting mechanism of a suspended ceiling nail shooter comprises a firing base and a connecting sleeve, wherein the connecting sleeve is arranged at the front end of the firing base, and a limiting check ring is arranged on the inner wall of the connecting sleeve; the end of the percussion base to be connected is provided with a percussion inner hole, and the inner diameter of the percussion inner hole is larger than that of the limiting retainer ring.

Furthermore, a rotation stopping pin assembling hole is formed in the needle hitting body; the rotation stopping pin is step-shaped, and the large-diameter end of the rotation stopping pin is arranged in the rotation stopping pin assembling hole.

Furthermore, the bottom of the triggering inner hole is funnel-shaped; the middle part of the sliding guide groove is provided with a limiting hole; the percussion needle body is also provided with a percussion iron blocking assembly hole, a percussion iron block is arranged in the percussion iron blocking assembly hole, and a support spring is arranged between the percussion iron block and the bottom of the percussion iron blocking assembly hole; the percussion sear is step-shaped, the top of the percussion sear is conical, and the top of the percussion sear is clamped in the limiting hole.
Furthermore, the firing stop iron assembling hole is a step hole, the firing stop iron assembling hole radially penetrates through the firing pin body, and the firing stop iron and the supporting spring are both installed at the large-diameter end of the firing stop iron assembling hole.

The beneficial effect of the invention is that,
through the spacing retaining ring of the inner wall installation at the adapter sleeve, make the firing pin body at the in-process that advances, spacing retaining ring can directly carry on spacingly to the pin that splines to give the structure that makes furred ceiling ail shooter simplifys more, reduced manufacturing cost and machining precision requirement, improved production efficiency.
The hole bottom through with the percussion hole sets to leak hopper-shaped, makes the percussion base at the in-process that advances, along with advancing of percussion base, makes the percussion base can promote the percussion to hinder the iron and contract in the iron pilot hole to the percussion automatically, makes the drive of percussion hindering the iron more convenient.
Through setting the spline pin to the step axle to install the major diameter end of spline pin in the spline pin mounting hole, not only realize spacing the firing pin body, and effectively prevent to strike the needle body and cover the internal rotation at the firing pin.

The present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to specific embodiments and with reference to the attached drawings.
Fig. 2 to 5 show a limiting mechanism of a ceiling nail shooter provided by the invention, which comprises a percussion base 1 and a connecting sleeve 2, wherein the connecting sleeve 2 is arranged at the front end of the percussion base 1, and a limiting retainer ring 3 is arranged on the inner wall of the connecting sleeve 2; the end of the percussion base 1 is connected with a percussion inner hole 4, and the inner diameter of the percussion inner hole 4 is larger than that of the limiting retainer ring 3.
The connecting sleeve 2 is sleeved on the percussion base 1, and the connecting sleeve 2 is fixedly connected with the percussion base 1 through threads, so that the connecting sleeve 2 and the percussion base 1 are more convenient to mount and dismount; the limiting retainer ring 3 is annular, the outer diameter of the limiting retainer ring 3 is matched with the inner diameter of the connecting sleeve 2, and the limiting retainer ring 3 is mainly used for limiting the rotation stopping pin 5, so that the striker body 5 is limited to move forwards in the striker body sleeve 7.
The percussion base 1 is also provided with a bottom hole 8 and a firing pin sleeve limiting hole 9, the hole diameters of the bottom hole 8, the firing pin sleeve limiting hole 9 and the percussion inner hole 4 are gradually increased, and a limiting spigot 10 is formed between the bottom hole 8 and the firing pin sleeve limiting hole 9, so that when the firing pin body sleeve 7 retreats in the connecting sleeve 2, the limiting spigot 10 can limit the firing pin body sleeve 7; the inner diameter of the percussion inner hole 4 is larger than the limiting check ring 3, so that the small-diameter end of the rotation stopping pin 5 can extend into the percussion inner hole 4 after penetrating through the sliding guide groove 11, when the rotation stopping pin 5 advances along with the percussion needle body 6, when the rotation stopping pin 5 corresponds to the limiting check ring 3, the limiting check ring 3 can limit the rotation stopping pin 5, and therefore the percussion needle body 6 is limited to continue advancing in the percussion needle body sleeve 7.
A rear positioning shaft 12 is fixedly arranged in the bottom hole 8 of the percussion base 1, and a percussion spring 13 is sleeved on the rear positioning shaft 12; the rear end of the striking pin body 6 is provided with a front positioning shaft 14, and the front end of the firing spring 13 is sleeved on the front positioning shaft 14; the diameter of the front positioning shaft 14 is smaller than that of the firing pin body 6, so that the joint of the front positioning shaft 14 and the firing pin body 6 is provided with a step surface, and the front end of the firing spring 13 can be abutted against the joint of the front positioning shaft 14 and the firing pin body 6.
The inner wall of the connecting sleeve 2 is provided with a flange 15, and the limiting retainer ring 3 is tightly pressed between the flange 15 and the percussion base 1; the flange 15 is of an integrated structure with the connecting sleeve 2, the inner diameter of the flange 15 is smaller than that of the limiting check ring 3, the flange 15 can limit one side of the limiting check ring 3, and along with screwing of the percussion base 1 and the connecting sleeve 2, the other side of the limiting check ring 3 with the gradual end face of the percussion base 1 is pressed tightly, so that the limiting check ring 3 is pressed tightly between the percussion base 1 and the flange 15, and the fixing of the limiting check ring 3 is more convenient.
A striker body sleeve 7 is arranged in the connecting sleeve 2, a striker body 6 is arranged in the striker body sleeve 7, and a radially extending rotation stopping pin 5 is arranged on the striker body 6; the needle striking body sleeve 7 is provided with a sliding guide groove 11 extending along the axial direction, and the rotation stopping pin 5 penetrates through the sliding guide groove 11 and extends outwards to the inner triggering hole 4; the firing pin body sleeve 7 is in clearance fit with the connecting sleeve 2, the rear end of the firing pin body sleeve 7 is inserted into a firing pin sleeve limiting hole 9 of the firing base 1, and the firing pin body sleeve 7 is in clearance fit with the firing pin sleeve limiting hole 9, so that the firing pin body sleeve 7 can move back and forth in the firing base 1 and the connecting sleeve 2; but hit needle body 6 axial displacement in hit needle body cover 7, the central axis of spline 5 is unanimous with the diameter direction of hitting needle body 6, and the central axis of sliding guide way 11 and spline 5 the central axis on same perpendicular, make the accurate inserting that spline 5 can be smooth establish in sliding guide way 11, when making to hit needle body 6 and removing in hit needle body cover 7, sliding guide way 11 can not only restrict the rotation of hitting needle body 6, and effectively carry on spacingly to the removal of hitting needle body 6.
The needle hitting body 6 is provided with a rotation stopping pin assembling hole 16; the rotation stopping pin 5 is step-shaped, and the large-diameter end of the rotation stopping pin 5 is arranged in the rotation stopping pin assembling hole 16; the central axis of the rotation stopping pin assembling hole 16 is consistent with the diameter direction of the striker body 6, and the rotation stopping pin assembling hole 16 penetrates through the striker body 6; the large-diameter end of the rotation stopping pin 5 is in clearance fit with the rotation stopping pin assembling hole 15, so that the rotation stopping pin 5 is more convenient to assemble; the small diameter end of the rotation stopping pin 5 penetrates through the sliding guide groove 11 and extends into the percussion inner hole 4, the diameter of the small diameter end of the rotation stopping pin 5 is matched with the width of the sliding guide groove 11, so that when the firing pin body 6 moves in the firing pin body sleeve 7, the small diameter end of the rotation stopping pin 5 can move along the sliding guide groove 11, the firing pin body 6 is prevented from rotating in the firing pin body sleeve 7, and the movement of the firing pin body 6 is effectively guided.
The end part of the large-diameter end of the rotation stopping pin 5 is spherical, so that after the rotation stopping pin 5 is arranged in the firing pin body sleeve 7 along with the firing pin body 6, the large-diameter end of the rotation stopping pin 5 is in point contact with the inner wall of the firing pin body sleeve 7, the friction between the rotation stopping pin 5 and the inner wall of the firing pin body sleeve 7 is effectively reduced, and the firing pin body 6 moves more smoothly in the firing pin body sleeve 7.
The bottom of the triggering inner hole 4 is funnel-shaped; the middle part of the sliding guide groove 11 is provided with a limiting hole 17; a firing iron blocking assembly hole 18 is further formed in the firing pin body 6, a firing iron blocking 19 is mounted in the firing iron blocking assembly hole 18, and a support spring 20 is mounted between the firing iron blocking 19 and the bottom of the firing iron blocking assembly hole 18; the triggering choke block 19 is step-shaped, the top of the triggering choke block 19 is conical, and the top of the triggering choke block 19 is clamped in the limiting hole 17.
The diameter of the limiting hole 17 is larger than the width of the sliding guide groove 11, and the specific position of the limiting hole 17 is confirmed according to the required moving amount of the striker body 6 in the striker body sleeve 7; the central axis of the triggering sear assembling hole 18 is consistent with the diameter direction of the firing pin body 6, so that after the triggering sear 19 is assembled in the triggering sear assembling hole 18, the top of the triggering sear 19 can be accurately positioned with the limiting hole 17; by installing the supporting spring 20 between the firing sear assembly hole 18 and the firing sear 19, not only can the upper end of the firing sear 19 be clamped in the limiting hole 17, but also the firing pin body 6 and the firing pin body sleeve 7 are locked; and when the firing pin body 6 and the firing pin body sleeve 7 do not need to be locked, a downward acting force can be applied to the firing iron resistor 19, so that the firing iron resistor 19 is contracted towards the inside of the firing iron resistor assembling hole 18, the firing pin body 6 and the firing pin body sleeve 7 are unlocked, and the firing pin body 6 can slide in the firing pin body sleeve 7.
The joint of the percussion inner hole 4 and the firing pin sleeve limiting hole 17 is conical, the top of the percussion iron inhibitor 19 is arranged to be conical, when the percussion base 1 moves forward after the firing pin body 6 and the firing pin body sleeve 7 are locked, the friction force between the percussion iron inhibitor 19 and the percussion base 1 is reduced, and after the percussion base 1 moves forward to a certain distance, the conical surface at the bottom of the percussion inner hole 4 can push the percussion iron inhibitor 19 to shrink into the percussion iron inhibitor assembling hole 18, so that the locking of the firing pin body 6 and the firing pin body sleeve 7 is released, the firing spring 13 can be released instantly through the stored energy of the firing spring 13, and the firing spring 13 can quickly push the firing pin body 6 to move forward.
The firing iron blocking assembling hole 18 is a step hole, the firing iron blocking assembling hole 18 radially penetrates through the firing pin body 6, and the firing iron blocking 19 and the supporting spring 20 are both installed at the large-diameter end of the firing iron blocking assembling hole 18; the top of the percussion sear 19 is far away from the small-diameter end of the percussion sear assembling hole 18, so that the percussion sear 19 is ensured to smoothly move up and down in the percussion sear assembling hole 18; the percussion iron-blocking assembling hole 18 penetrates through the percussion needle body 6, so that the influence on the up-and-down movement of the percussion iron-blocking 19 caused by the fact that the percussion iron-blocking assembling hole 18 enters gas is effectively prevented, and the up-and-down movement of the percussion iron-blocking 19 is more stable.
The bottom of the percussion sear 19 is provided with a mounting hole 21, and the upper end of a support spring 20 is arranged in the mounting hole 21; the central axis of the mounting hole 21 and the central axis of the percussion sear 19 are on the same straight line, and the upper end of the supporting spring 20 is mounted in the mounting hole 21, so that the upper end of the supporting spring 20 can be limited by the percussion sear 19, the percussion sear 19 can be uniformly applied to the supporting spring 20 in the downward movement process of the percussion sear 19, the stress of the supporting spring 20 is more balanced, and the supporting spring 20 is effectively prevented from being inclined and deformed due to long-term compression.
The front end of the striker body 6 is also provided with a striker sleeve 22, and the striker sleeve 22 is welded and fixed with the striker body 6; the front end of the striker body 6 is also provided with a striker 23, the striking end of the striker 23 extends into the striker sleeve 22, and the striker 23 is in clearance fit with the striker sleeve 22, so that the striker 23 can smoothly advance or retreat along the striker sleeve 22.
The front end of the striker body 6 is provided with an installation groove 24, and the striker 23 is installed in the installation groove 24; the front end of the striker body 6 is also covered with a pressing cover 25 for pressing the striker 23 cap, and the pressing cover 25 is also provided with a through hole corresponding to the striker 23 needle bar; the front end of the striker body 6 is step-shaped, the mounting groove 24 is formed in the end face of the front end of the striker body 6, and the size and the shape of the mounting groove 24 correspond to those of the striker 23 cap, so that the striker 23 cap can be mounted in the mounting groove 24; the external diameter that compresses tightly the lid 25 equals with the major diameter of striker body 6, offers the internal thread on the inner wall that compresses tightly the lid 25, and the external screw thread has been seted up to the front end of striker body 6, makes to compress tightly the lid 25 and can pass through thread fixing and install on striker body 6, makes the installation and the dismantlement of striker 23 more convenient.
The front end of the striker body sleeve 7 is also sleeved with a reset spring seat 26, the front end of the connecting sleeve 2 is sleeved on the reset spring seat 26, the striker body sleeve 7 is also sleeved with a reset spring 27, one end of the reset spring 27 abuts against the flange 15 in the connecting sleeve 2, and the other end of the reset spring 27 abuts against the reset spring seat 26; the front end of the firing pin body sleeve 7 is also provided with an edge platform which is turned outwards, and one end of the reset spring seat 26 connected with the firing pin body sleeve 7 is provided with a seam allowance matched with the edge platform, so that the reset spring seat 26 is effectively prevented from being separated from the firing pin body sleeve 7; the front end of the reset spring seat 26 is further connected with a silencing cover 28 in a threaded mode, a transmitting tube 29 is fixedly installed in the silencing cover 28, the central axis of the transmitting tube 29 and the central axis of the firing pin sleeve 22 are on the same straight line, and the front end of the firing pin sleeve 22 extends into the transmitting tube 29.
When the building base body needs to be fixed, the integrated nail shooting cartridge is firstly put into the transmitting tube 29, the front end of the transmitting tube 29 is abutted to the building base body to be fixed, people apply a thrust force to the building base body direction to the triggering base 1, the triggering base 1 transmits the force to the connecting sleeve 2, the connecting sleeve 2 transmits the force to the reset spring 27, the reset spring 27 is gradually compressed, so that the connecting sleeve 2 gradually moves to the front end of the reset spring seat 26, and the front end surface of the firing pin sleeve 22 is abutted to the integrated nail shooting cartridge; after the reset spring 27 is completely compressed, the percussion base 1 is continuously pushed, the percussion base 1 transmits force to the percussion spring 13, the percussion spring 13 gradually compresses energy to enable the percussion needle body sleeve 7 to gradually enter the percussion needle sleeve limiting hole 9 in the percussion base 1, the percussion sear 19 gradually approaches to the bottom of the percussion inner hole 4, along with the gradual compression of the percussion spring 13, the inclined surface at the bottom of the percussion inner hole 4 compresses the percussion sear 19, the percussion sear 19 gradually moves towards the percussion sear assembling hole 18, when the top of the percussion sear 19 is level with the outer wall of the percussion needle body sleeve 7, the top of the percussion sear 19 is conical, so that the percussion sear 19 and the percussion needle body sleeve 7 are unlocked, at the moment, the percussion spring 13 can quickly push the percussion needle body 6 to quickly advance along the percussion needle sleeve 7 through the stored energy, the percussion needle 23 synchronously advances while the percussion needle body 6 advances, and the needle point of the percussion needle 23 penetrates out of the percussion needle body 23 to quickly impact the percussion needle sleeve 22, the integral nail shooting bullet is exploded, and the shooting nail on the integral nail shooting bullet is quickly shot into the building matrix.
In the process that the striker body 6 advances along the striker body sleeve 7, the striker body 6 is effectively prevented from advancing excessively through the matching of the rotation stopping pin 5 and the limiting retainer ring 3.
When the integrated nail shooting bullet is fired, people cancel the thrust applied to the firing pin base 1, the reset spring 27 pushes the connecting sleeve 2 to reset through the thrust of the reset spring, the connecting sleeve 2 resets, the limit retainer ring 3 pushes the rotation stop pin 5 to reset along the sliding guide groove 11, so that the firing pin body 6 resets, the firing stop iron 19 on the firing pin body 6 resets, when the firing stop iron 19 moves to the position corresponding to the limit hole 17, the support spring 20 pushes the firing stop iron 19 to move upwards through the elasticity of the support spring, and the top of the firing stop iron 19 is clamped in the limit hole 17 newly.
