FIG. 1 is a side view of an emergency medication injection device according to an embodiment of the present invention in an unused state;
fig. 2 is a side view of the emergency medicine injection device according to the embodiment of the present invention in a use state.
Detailed Description
The emergency drug injection device of the present invention may be made of, and is not limited to, the following materials, for example: plastic, rubber, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, polypropylene, tetrafluoroethylene, polycarbonate, silica gel, and the like.
Fig. 1 is a side view showing a structure of an emergency medicine injection apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention; and refer to fig. 2.
It should be noted that the emergency drug injection device of the present embodiment requires priming before use and sealing of the outlet of the injection needle while using sterile packaging.
The emergency drug injection device of the embodiment of the invention comprises: a syringe needle 1, a sealing cover 2 and a liquid medicine bottle 3; the injection needle is used for penetrating into the skin of a human body and injecting the medicament into muscle tissues.
The liquid medicine bottle is used for pre-filling the medicine to be injected.
The sealing cover 2 is sleeved on the injection needle 1 and can slide along the length direction of the injection needle 1; the sealing cap 2 is generally fitted over the skin penetrating end of the injection needle.
The injection needle 1 has a first end with a tip 15 thereon and a second end; the tip 15 is a needle-point shaped structure for penetrating the skin.
A piston 4 is fixed on the outer side of the second end of the injection needle 1, and the injection needle 1 is sleeved in the liquid medicine bottle 3 through the piston 4; that is, the needle 1 compresses or squeezes the medicine in the medicine liquid bottle 3 by the piston.
In general, the outer side of the piston 4 is contacted with the inner wall of the liquid medicine bottle 3; the needle 1 is fixed in the central position of the piston 4.
As shown in fig. 2, an injection passage 10 is provided in the injection needle 1, the injection passage 10 having an inlet 12 and an outlet 11; the outlet 11 is arranged on the radial surface of the first end of the injection needle 1, and the sealing cover 2 is sleeved on the first end to seal the outlet 11; the inlet 12 is located on the end face of the second end and is communicated with the interior of the liquid medicine bottle 3.
That is, the injection passage is used to communicate the medical fluid in the medical fluid bottle 3 with the outlet 11.
In the non-use state, the sealing cap 2 radially seals the outlet 11, avoiding agent spraying and leakage, as shown in fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 2, after the tip 15 of the injection needle 1 is pierced into the human body, the human skin blocks the sealing cap 2 to move forward, so that the sealing cap 2 slides backward relative to the injection needle 1 to open the outlet 11, and at this time, the liquid medicine bottle 3 is pushed further, and the medicine in the liquid medicine bottle 3 flows out from the outlet 11 through the injection channel 10 in the injection needle 1, so as to be injected into the human body.
In the whole process, the injection process can be completed only by aligning the injection needle to the part of the human body to be injected and then pressing, and the operation can be completed by one hand, so that the emergency injection device is very suitable for emergency injection in emergency environment.
In the use process of the embodiment of the invention, the injection needle is directly inserted into a human body, the sealing cover automatically slides to open the outlet, and meanwhile, the medicine bottle is pushed to carry out injection, so that the aim of quick constant-flow injection is fulfilled.

The barrier 20 is intended to come into contact with the skin and at the same time to carry the impulse required for the injection, avoiding that the needle sticks too deeply.
Preferably, the injection needle 1 is further provided with a limit card 5; the sealing cover 2 slides on the injection needle to abut against the limiting card 5.
The sealing cover 2 is opened with the outlet 11 after sliding, slides backwards relative to the injection needle under the blocking of the skin, and finally abuts against the limiting card 5 to prevent the injection needle from continuously penetrating into the skin, thereby ensuring a proper acupuncture depth.
The emergency medicine injection device of the embodiment, wherein the liquid medicine bottle 3 has an opening, and the liquid medicine bottle 3 is sleeved on the injection needle 1 through the opening. So that the second end of the injection needle 1 is contacted with the liquid medicine bottle through the piston and slides; the middle part of the injection needle can be contacted with the liquid medicine bottle through the opening, so that the stability of the propelling process of the liquid medicine is ensured, and the liquid medicine is prevented from leaking obliquely from the piston 4.
Specifically, the opening part is provided with annular sliding sleeve 30, liquid medicine bottle 3 pass through sliding sleeve 30 with syringe needle 1 contacts to can be at the injection medicament in-process, slide on syringe needle 1 through sliding sleeve 30.
In the emergency drug injection device according to the present embodiment, the drug solution bottle 3 is a cylindrical structure, and the outer side of the piston 4 contacts the inner wall of the drug solution bottle 3; the edge of the piston 4 is typically thicker to improve sealing and to increase stability of the injection.
The edge of the piston 4 is provided with a sealing ring to avoid leakage of the medicament during injection.
In addition, the emergency medicine injection device is low in manufacturing cost, small and exquisite, compact in structural design, stable in finished product quality, convenient to use, free of extra operation and capable of being used by one hand; is suitable for medicament injection in various emergency environments.
