Abstract
The invention relates to a disposable mask with adjustable ear hanging belts, comprising: a mask portion including an inner side surface contacting with a user's face and an outer side surface exposed to the outside, and including ear-hook band fixing portions forming insertion spaces at both ends of the mask portion, respectively; and an ear hanging band coupled to the insertion spaces at both ends of the mask part to be hung on the ears of the user, and the mask part includes a drawing hole formed by cutting the ear hanging band fixing part so as to draw the ear hanging band from the insertion space to adjust a length.
Description
Technical Field
Embodiments of the present invention relate to a disposable mask with adjustable ear straps.
Background
Recently, deterioration of natural atmospheric environment such as yellow sand often occurs due to climate change, and air pollution caused by rapid urbanization due to economic development, environmental pollution caused by population growth, dust or bacteria generated in artificial environment, and the like are widely used in order to maintain personal health.
Generally, facial masks widely used for obtaining the effect of protecting respiratory organs are classified into a cup shape and a flat folded shape.
As described above, the mask is formed in a flat folded shape, and can be stored in the pocket of the wearer before use, and can be folded flat again after use, so that the inside of the mask can be kept clean inside the pocket.
As a foldable mask, korean patent No. 10-0439481 (korean patent laid-open publication No. 10-1998-0702678, international publication No. WO1996/28217) discloses a mask in which the 1 st part (upper part) and the 2 nd part (lower part) are folded flatly and stored in a state in which at least a part thereof is in contact with the common surface of the central part, and a cup-shaped air chamber covering the nose and mouth of a wearer can be formed through the central part and the unbonded edges of the 1 st part and the 2 nd part in use.
However, in the conventional mask as described above, the coupling structure of the ear strap for wearing the mask is complicated, the length thereof is not easily adjusted, and the ear strap adjusted by the user is easily loosened.
Disclosure of Invention
Technical problem to be solved by the invention
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a disposable mask which is easy to manufacture and improves user convenience by fixing corners of both ends of a mask part by end fixing parts, and fixing a small number of parts to fix an ear strap and adjust the length of the ear strap.
Further, according to the present invention, a portion of the ear hook tape can be drawn through the drawing hole formed in the mask portion, so that the user can conveniently adjust the length of the ear hook tape, and the user can be prevented from easily loosening the adjusted ear hook tape by fixing the ear hook tape by the tape fixing portion.
According to the present invention, the surface of the mask portion is first brought into close contact with the nose of the user by the wire portion, and the space between the face of the user and the mask portion is additionally covered by the extended covering portion, thereby preventing the occurrence of a gap.
Further, the present invention provides a disposable mask that can be manufactured to have a structure in which an ear hook band is more easily fixed by ultrasonic welding.
Technical scheme for solving problems
In order to solve the above problems, the disposable mask with adjustable ear hanging straps according to the present embodiment includes: a mask portion including an inner side surface contacting with a user's face and an outer side surface exposed to the outside, and including ear-hook band fixing portions forming insertion spaces at both ends of the mask portion, respectively; and an ear hanging band coupled to the insertion spaces at both ends of the mask part to be hung on the ears of the user, and the mask part includes a drawing hole formed by cutting the ear hanging band fixing part so as to draw the ear hanging band from the insertion space to adjust a length.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, further comprising: and an end fixing part for fixing each corner at each end of the mask part to the outer side surface of the mask part to form the insertion space.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, the end fixing parts are formed on at least two corners respectively formed at one end and the other end of the mask part.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, the end fixing portion is a square formed in a rounded shape at each corner of the mouth-piece portion.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, the end fixing portion is formed of a hook and loop fastener attached to and detached from an outer side surface of the mask portion.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, the sling fixing portion is formed of another filter paper laminated and coupled at both ends of the mouth mask portion, respectively.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, the sling fixing portion is formed by ultrasonically welding the additional filter paper at both ends of the mouth mask portion.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, the strap fixing portion further includes welding protrusions and recesses formed at predetermined intervals by ultrasonic welding to restrict movement of the strap in the insertion space.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, the mouth guard portion further includes a wire portion disposed in a longitudinal direction of the mouth guard portion at a position corresponding to the nose of the user.

ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS OF INVENTION
According to the embodiment of the present invention, the edge angles of the respective ends of the mask portion are fixed by the end fixing portions, so that the ear straps can be fixed and the length can be adjusted by fixing a small number of portions, thereby providing the disposable mask which is easy to manufacture and improves the convenience of use for the user.
Further, according to the embodiment of the present invention, a portion of the ear hook strap can be drawn through the drawing hole formed in the mask portion, so that the user can conveniently adjust the length of the ear hook strap, and the ear hook strap can be fixed by the strap fixing portion, thereby preventing the user-adjusted ear hook strap from being easily loosened.
Further, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the surface of the mask portion is first brought into close contact with the nose of the user by the wire portion, and the space between the face of the user and the mask portion is additionally covered by the extended covering portion, thereby preventing the occurrence of a gap.

Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, in describing the embodiments, if it is determined that detailed descriptions of related known functions or configurations may unnecessarily obscure the gist of the present invention, the detailed descriptions thereof will be omitted. In addition, the size of each component in the drawings may be exaggerated for convenience of description, and does not mean an actually applicable size.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a disposable mask having an adjustable ear hook strip according to an embodiment of the present invention.
A disposable mask with adjustable ear straps according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1.
Referring to fig. 1, a disposable mask with adjustable ear straps according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: the mouth cover part 110 and the ear hook strap 200, and the mouth cover part 110 is formed with a drawing hole 120 and an end fixing part 130.
The mask portion 110 is made of filter paper, and is formed of an inner side surface contacting the face and an outer side surface exposed to the outside.
The mask portion 110 may be configured by connecting a plurality of filter sheets 111, 112, 113, and may be deformed to conform to the face of the user when the filter sheets 111, 112, 113 are unfolded in an initial state in which the plurality of filter sheets 111, 112, 113 connected as described above are folded.
A wire part 140 is inserted from the longitudinal direction of the mask part 110 into a position of the mask part 110 corresponding to the nose of the user.
The mask portion 110 configured as described above is formed with an ear hook band fixing portion 115. In more detail, the ear hook band fixing part 115 forms an insertion space into which the ear hook band 200 is inserted when the mouth mask part 110 is folded to fix the ear hook band 200.
The ear hook band 200 is coupled to an insertion space formed by the ear hook band fixing portion 115 and is hooked on the ear of the user.
Also, according to an embodiment of the present invention, a lead-out hole 120 is formed in the ear hook band fixing portion 115.
The drawing hole 120 is used to draw a portion of the ear hook strip 200 for a user to adjust the length of the ear hook strip 200, and in more detail, to draw the ear hook strip 200 from the inside of the insertion space to adjust the length.
At this time, the surface of the ear hook band fixing part 115 is cut to form the extraction hole 120.
Also, according to an embodiment of the present invention, in order to form the strap fixing part 115 and the insertion space, an end fixing part 130 may be used.
The end fixing part 130 is a disposable mask in which the edge of each end of the mask part 110 is fixed to the outer surface of the mask part 110 to form the ear hook fixing part 115 and the insertion space, so that the length of the ear hook 200 can be fixed and adjusted by fixing a small number of parts, thereby facilitating the manufacture and improving the convenience of the user.
In this case, the end fixing parts 130 are formed at least at two corners formed at one end and the other end of the mask part, respectively.
More specifically, the end fixing portion 130 may be formed in a square shape having rounded corners at each corner of the mouth cover portion 110, and may be formed of a detachable hook and loop fastener on an outer surface of the mouth cover portion 110 for more convenient use.
Thus, according to the disposable mask having the adjustable ear hook strip of the embodiment of the present invention, the user can adjust the length of the ear hook strip 200 through the outlet hole 120 formed in the ear hook strip fixing part 115, thereby more conveniently and easily fixing the mask part 110 to the face.
Fig. 2 and 3 are drawings for explaining a method of fixing an ear hook strip of a disposable mask having an adjustable ear hook strip according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2, the ear hook strap 200 of the disposable mask according to an embodiment of the present invention is positioned at an end of the mask part 110, and as shown in fig. 3, the end is folded and fixed by the end fixing part 130 to form the ear hook strap fixing part 115.
At this time, the ear hook band fixing portion 115 is formed with a drawing hole 120 formed by cutting a surface of the ear hook band fixing portion 115, so that a part of the ear hook band 200 can be drawn through the drawing hole 120, and a user can conveniently adjust the length of the ear hook band 200.
Fig. 3 shows a folded state of the disposable mask having the adjustable ear hook strap, and the user can unfold the mask portion 110 in the folded state for use.
Fig. 4 and 5 are drawings illustrating a disposable mask having an adjustable ear hook strip according to another embodiment of the present invention.
The structure of a disposable mask having an adjustable ear hook strip according to another embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 4 and 5.
As shown in fig. 4, according to the disposable mask of another embodiment of the present invention, the ear hook strap 200 is positioned at the end of the mask part 110, and the distal end 117 of the end is folded to form the ear hook strap fixing part 115, and at this time, in order to more easily fix the ear hook strap 200 using the ear hook strap fixing part 115, a plurality of strap fixing parts 116 may be formed on the end.
Accordingly, when the end portion of the mask portion 110 is folded and fixed to the ear hook band 200, the band fixing portion 116 formed at the end portion can stably fix the ear hook band 200.
Therefore, according to the embodiment of fig. 4 and 5, a portion of the ear hook tape 200 is drawn through the drawing hole 120 so that the user can conveniently adjust the length of the ear hook tape 200, and the user-adjusted ear hook tape 200 is prevented from easily moving and becoming loose by fixing the ear hook tape 200 by the tape fixing part 116.
Fig. 6 is a drawing illustrating a wearing method of a disposable mask having an adjustable ear hook strip according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 6, when the user uses the disposable mask according to an embodiment of the present invention, the mask body 110 is unfolded and closely attached to the face of the user, the ear hook band 200 is hooked on the ear of the user, and the ear hook band 200 is drawn out through the drawing hole 120 to adjust the length, thereby stably closely attaching the mask to the face of the user.
Thus, according to the embodiment of the present invention, the corners of the both ends of the mask part 110 are fixed by the end fixing parts 130, and the fixing and length of the ear hook band 200 can be adjusted by fixing a small number of parts, thereby providing a disposable mask which is easy to manufacture and improves the convenience of use for the user.
Further, according to the embodiment of the present invention, a portion of the ear hook strap 200 can be drawn through the drawing hole 120 formed in the mask part 110, so that the user can conveniently adjust the length of the ear hook strap 200, and the user can be prevented from easily moving and getting loose by fixing the ear hook strap 200 through the strap fixing part 116.

Referring to fig. 7, a disposable mask with adjustable ear hanging straps according to another embodiment of the present invention comprises: the mouth cover portion 110 and the ear hook band 200 are formed with a drawing hole 120 and an end fixing portion 130 in the mouth cover portion 110.
The mask portion 110 is made of filter paper and includes an inner surface contacting the face and an outer surface leaking to the outside, and the mask portion 110 may be configured by connecting a plurality of filter papers 111, 112, 113, and may be deformed in conformity with the shape of the face of the user when the connected filter papers 111, 112, 113 are unfolded in an initial state in which the connected filter papers 111, 112, 113 are folded.

An ear hook band fixing portion 115 is formed at the mouth guard portion 110, an insertion space formed by the ear hook band 200 and the ear hook band fixing portion 115 is coupled to be hooked on the ear of the user, and a drawing hole 120 for drawing a part of the ear hook band 200 to adjust the length is formed at the ear hook band fixing portion 115.
At this time, according to the embodiment of fig. 8 and 9, the sling fixing portion 115 may be formed of another filter paper.
In more detail, the sling fixing portion 115 may be formed of another filter paper laminated and coupled to both ends of the mask portion, respectively, and in this case, may be formed by ultrasonic welding of the another filter paper.

Claims (10)
1. A disposable mask with adjustable ear straps, comprising:
a mask portion including an inner side surface contacting with a user's face and an outer side surface exposed to the outside, and including ear-hook band fixing portions forming insertion spaces at both ends of the mask portion, respectively; and
an ear hanging band combined with the insertion spaces at both ends of the mask part to hang on the user's ear,
the mask unit includes a drawing hole formed by cutting the ear hook fixing portion so that the length of the ear hook is adjusted to be drawn out from the insertion space.
2. The disposable mask with adjustable ear straps of claim 1 further comprising:
