Abstract
本发明提出了一种内循环岩屑物料除湿装置,包括热风机、干燥机、电机,所述干燥机是在封闭的外筒一端设置进料口,在外筒另一端上方设置水分蒸发口下方设置出料口,沿外筒轴心设置有中空的旋翼轴,旋翼轴上设置热风孔和连续螺旋翼,对应旋翼轴进料口的一端连接联轴套管,联轴套管内进气管与热风机出气口连接,旋翼轴另一端通过联轴套与电机连接。本发明的内循环岩屑物料除湿装置在使用过程中,岩屑从进料口进入,在螺旋翼的作用下推动前移,前移过程中同时受到旋翼轴热风口多次旋转干燥,最后经出料口排出,水分经水分蒸发口排空;整体可拆卸组合,便于维护保养,自动干燥替代了人为操作,节省了人力物力,提高了现场作业安全性。

The air outlet is connected, and the other end of the rotor shaft is connected with the motor through a coupling sleeve. During the use of the internal circulation cuttings material dehumidification device of the present invention, the cuttings enter from the feed port, and are pushed forward under the action of the screw wing. The discharge port is discharged, and the water is evacuated through the moisture evaporation port; the whole can be disassembled and assembled, which is convenient for maintenance, and automatic drying replaces manual operation, saving manpower and material resources, and improving the safety of on-site operations.
