Background
With the development of the electronic technology in China, more and more electronic devices have been widely used.
Servers are important components in electronic devices, and are devices that provide computing services. Since the server needs to respond to and process the service request, the server generally has the capability of assuming and securing the service. The server is divided into a file server, a database server, an application server, a WEB server and the like according to different service types provided by the server. The main components of the server include a processor, a hard disk, a memory, a system bus, etc., and are similar to a general-purpose computer architecture, but the server is required to have high processing capability, stability, reliability, security, expandability, manageability, etc., because it needs to provide highly reliable services.
In the big data era, a large number of IT devices are centrally located in a data center. These data centers include various types of servers, storage, switches, and a large number of cabinets and other infrastructure. Each type of IT equipment is composed of various hardware boards, such as a computing module, a memory module, a chassis, a fan module, and the like.
In the process of the dismounting operation of the server assembly, fasteners such as screws are often required. In the application process of the screw, the screw is often required to be temporarily fixed on the nut, and then the screw is screwed and fastened, for example, when the screw is fixed on an overhead vertical plane, an operator needs to hold the screw with one hand and screw with the other hand. Because the operation worker is operated at high altitude or even suspended, the operation is inconvenient, and the screw can easily fall off from the nut. Meanwhile, in the assembly process of the server assembly, because the magnetic property of the screwdriver bit cannot attract a slightly larger screw, an operator still needs to hold the screw at the inner end with one hand and then screw the screw at the outer end with the other hand. However, the installation space in the server chassis is narrow, and it is often difficult for an operator to insert a hand into the inner end of the chassis, and further it is impossible to operate the holding screw during screwing, so that the screw is easily dropped or dropped from the nut, and it is difficult to apply force in alignment.
Therefore, how to ensure that the screw aligns with the nut in the process of dismounting and mounting operation to prevent the screw from falling off and reduce the requirement for operation space is a technical problem faced by the technical personnel in the field.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an anti-falling fastener applied to server assembly disassembly, which can ensure that a screw is aligned with a nut in the disassembly and assembly process, prevent the screw from falling off and reduce the requirement on operation space.
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides an anti-drop fastener applied to server assembly disassembly and assembly, which is characterized by comprising a fastening female piece arranged on an installation surface, a fastening male piece which is arranged in an installation hole in a server assembly in a penetrating manner and is used for forming detachable plug-in fit with the fastening female piece, and a clamping installation piece which is sleeved on the outer surface of the fastening male piece and is used for clamping the fastening female piece.
Preferably, the fastening female part comprises a female part base fixed with the mounting surface and a female part upright post vertically arranged on the surface of the female part base, and the tail end of the fastening male part is in threaded connection with the female part upright post.
Preferably, the outer surface of the female member upright post is circumferentially provided with a clamping ring groove, and the clamping mounting piece is provided with a plurality of clamping hooks which are used for being fastened in the clamping ring groove.
Preferably, the fastening male part comprises a male part rod body and a connecting end arranged at the tail end of the male part rod body and used for being in threaded connection with the female part upright post.
Preferably, the fastening male element further comprises a tool slot end arranged at the head end of the male element rod body and used for being matched with a screwing tool to transmit torque.

The fastening female member 1 is mainly arranged on a mounting surface (a working surface matched with a member to be mounted), and can play a role of a nut.
The fastening male part 2 penetrates through a mounting hole reserved in the server assembly (to be mounted), is mainly used for forming detachable plug-in fit connection with the fastening female part 1, and can play a role of a screw.
Importantly, the clamping mounting piece 3 is sleeved on the outer surface of the fastening male piece 2 and is mainly used for clamping the fastening female piece 1. In a preferred embodiment with respect to the fastening female 1, the fastening female 1 mainly comprises a female base 101 and a female upright 102. The female base 101 is rectangular plate-shaped and is mainly used for being fixed to a mounting surface. Accordingly, in a preferred embodiment with respect to the clamping mount 3, the clamping mount 3 mainly comprises a clamping sleeve 302, a plurality of resilient tabs 303 and the aforementioned respective hooks 301. The clamping sleeve 302 is a main body structure, and generally has a cylindrical shape with two open ends, and each spring plate 303 is disposed on an inner circumferential surface of one end of the clamping sleeve 302, and is uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction, and extends toward the center of the clamping sleeve 302.
Meanwhile, each elastic sheet 303 has elasticity and can be elastically folded. When the male member rod 201 is installed, the end of the male member rod 201 can be aligned with an opening at one end (top end shown in the figure) of the clamping sleeve 302 and inserted in the axial direction, when the end of the male member rod 201 abuts against each elastic sheet 303, each elastic sheet 303 is elastically turned over until the first anti-falling groove 204 also enters the opening at one end of the clamping sleeve 302, each elastic sheet 303 is clamped into the first anti-falling groove 204 under the action of elasticity, and thus the male member rod is tightly buckled in the first anti-falling groove 204. Here, preferably, in order to facilitate the elastic deformation of each elastic sheet 303 to form a fastening with the first anti-slip groove 204, in this embodiment, each elastic sheet 303 extends obliquely inward toward the central axis of the clamping sleeve 302, for example, forms an angle of 15 ° to 30 ° with the horizontal plane, and forms a concave shape as a whole. Further, in order to facilitate the fastening of each hook 301 in the clamping ring groove 103, in this embodiment, each hook 301 also has elasticity, and each hook 301 is petal-shaped, extends towards the axis of the clamping sleeve 302 in an inclined manner, and is tapered. Meanwhile, a preset gap is kept between every two adjacent hooks 301, so that each hook 301 can be elastically deformed conveniently.
In addition, for the convenience of disassembly, the abutting ring plate 4 is additionally arranged in the clamping sleeve 302. Specifically, the abutting ring plate 4 is annular, has an outer diameter equal to or slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the clamping sleeve 302, is mounted in the clamping sleeve 302, and is slidable in the axial direction of the clamping sleeve 302. When the connection end 202 of the male rod 201 is inserted into the clamping sleeve 302, the inner circle of the abutting ring plate 4 is sleeved on the end of the male rod 201, and the inner diameter is smaller than the (thread) outer diameter of the connection end 202. During the installation process, each elastic sheet 303 slides into the second anti-drop groove 205, and during the disassembly process, when the fastening male element 2 gradually breaks away from the fastening female element 1, the male element rod body 201 moves upwards, each elastic sheet 303 is fastened at the bottom of the second anti-drop groove 205 and moves upwards synchronously along with the ascending of the male element rod body 201, so that the whole clamping installation part 3 and the abutting ring plate 4 are disassembled synchronously.
Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of an application structure of the present invention on a server component, as shown in fig. 6. The anti-falling fastener provided by the invention can be applied to fixing of a radiator, and in the locking process, as the four fastening male parts 2 are all fixed on the fastening female part 1 through the clamping mounting parts 3, the locking in any sequence can be realized, the inclination of the radiator due to uneven stress is avoided, and the parts below the radiator are prevented from being pressed.
