本发明公开了一种茶枯粉和果皮制成的洗洁精,该洗洁精包括:10%原液、15%食用碱,2.5%食品级果胶(为增稠剂)、食品级香精1%、2%食品级冰片、69.5%纯净水;其特征在于,本发明采用茶枯粉和果皮为主要原料,原料来源丰富,天然环保,配方合理,具有较强的去污去油效果,且其添加辅料均为无毒的温和物质,对人体无刺激性、无任何毒副作用、安全性好,具有良好的洗涤餐具及瓜果蔬菜的效果,从而适应不同消费者的需求,可实现工业化生产。

技术领域
本发明涉及日用品技术领域,尤其是一种茶枯粉和数种果皮为原料的绿色环保的洗洁精。
背景技术
山茶籽干果经压榨出油后,余下的天然粉渣就是茶枯,茶枯研磨成茶枯粉,一般7斤茶籽干果能压榨1斤毛油,剩余的茶枯就有6斤,我国约有 5500 万亩山地用于种植茶树,每年茶籽榨油后得到的副产物茶枯约有 50 万吨,茶枯的量非常大;茶枯中含有丰富的粗蛋白和多种氨基酸等营养物质,其中含有15~18%的茶皂素,属于皂素类,是一种天然非离子型表面活性剂,民间的处理方式一般都是敲碎煮沸,做清洁用品、或入土作杀虫等,但处理麻烦、且经济价值低;随着现代科技突飞猛进。业界早在七、八年前都有对山茶枯进行深层开发,用高新技术浸出油、将茶枯研磨成粉做洗洁产品,然而研究组对山茶枯开发应用也偿试无数的方法,但都挫败,无法发挥处茶枯的最大作用,茶枯浪费很大。
发明内容
本发明在于提供一种茶枯粉和果皮制成的洗洁精,有效利用茶枯和果皮制成原液,天然环保、无毒、无刺激,具有良好的效果。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:将茶枯粉和数种果皮经低温厌氧发酵后的果液根据比例制成的原液,然后增加辅料配置成洗洁精。
上述技术方案中,具体的技术方案为:
该洗洁精包括:10%原液、15%食用碱,2.5%食品级果胶(为增稠剂)、食品级香精1%、2%食品级冰片、69.5%纯净水。
进一步,所述原液由茶枯粉和数种果皮低温厌氧发酵后的果液根据比例制作所得:
1)茶枯粉的制作:用40%茶枯 饼,配60%浸出油枯渣,研磨成320目粉未;
2)果液的制作:红糖3份,柠檬2份、龙眼去外壳带核5份、荔技去外壳带核5份、芒果皮10份、百香果壳15份、黄皮皮核1份、苹果带皮去核5份,菠萝皮5份,加纯净水39份,低温(10~20摄氏度)厌氧发酵1年时间上直至形成水渣分离,去渣后的水即为果液;
3)原液的制作:320目山茶枯粉1份+9份多种酵素果液混合、摇均常温下放置7天以上即可全部融合。

由于采用上述技术方案,本发明得到的有益效果是:与现有洗洁精相比,本发明采用茶枯粉和果皮为主要原料,原料来源丰富,天然环保,配方合理,具有较强的去污去油效果,且其添加辅料均为无毒的温和物质,对人体无刺激性、无任何毒副作用、安全性好,具有良好的洗涤餐具及瓜果蔬菜的效果,从而适应不同消费者的需求,可实现工业化生产。

一种茶枯粉和果皮为原液制成的洗洁精,采用如下配方:

所述洗洁精的制作方法为:将上述各原料混合,搅拌均匀,即可;其中,食用碱、食品级果胶(为增稠剂)、食品级香精、食品级冰片、纯净水为普通物品,市场均有销售,取料方便。
果液采用如下配方:以1份(100升)为例

所述果液的制作方法:将上述果皮放置在纯净水中,采用低温厌氧发酵的方式,发酵在1年以上,发酵后,残渣和果液分离,去掉残渣,余下果液。厌氧发酵目前市场技术熟练,操作方便,厌氧是用来处理高浓度废水的一种有效方式,产生沼气,用于果皮的发酵,能去除水中有毒、有害物质,产生有益菌,用厌氧发酵相对于好氧其运行费用低,降低成本;其中,各种水果为常见水果,次果和坏果均可使用,废果利用,降低成本;果液为水果制成,对人体无毒无刺激。
原液采用如下配方:

上述各组分含量百分数之和等于 100%。
所述原液的制作方法:将茶枯粉和果液混合,摇匀或者搅拌均匀后常温下放置7天以上即可全部融合,形成原液,操作简单、方便;茶枯粉富含茶皂素,具有强力去污发泡效果,去污能力强,由于茶皂素是天然绿色产品,属于非离子表面活性剂,具有良好的去污、发泡、杀菌、抗炎等性能,其本身容易生物降解不会污染环境,性能柔和,水溶液呈微酸性,为绿色环保产品,并充分利用茶枯资源,为茶树种植者提供经营效益。
试验表
模拟刺激性实验在实验室进行,实验者(男女各 5 人)在 1wt% 的洗涤剂水溶液中洗涤,水温 25±2℃,所用水为常规自来水,每日洗涤 2 次,每次15分钟,连续 1 周。对于手表皮 的刺激性按照下表的标准进行观察。
经过使用者的测试,手部均没有出现皱纹、红斑、红肿、破皮、感染;该洗洁精对皮肤无刺激。
本发明一种茶枯粉和果皮为原液制成的洗洁精,用茶枯粉和水果做主要原料,水果使用次果或者坏果,废果利用,变废为宝,解决果农的负担;水果采用低温厌氧发酵,成本低廉,制造简单,可以工业化生产,给生产厂家创造高的经济效益;成品无污染,绿色环保,天然环保,配方合理,具有较强的去污去油效果,且其添加辅料均为无毒的温和物质,对人体无刺激性、无任何毒副作用、安全性好。

1.一种茶枯粉和果皮制成的洗洁精,其特征在于,该洗洁精包括:10%原液、15%食用碱,2.5%食品级果胶(为增稠剂)、食品级香精1%、2%食品级冰片、69.5%纯净水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种茶枯粉和果皮制成的洗洁精,其特征在于:所述原液由茶枯粉和数种果皮低温厌氧发酵后的果液根据比例制作所得:
1)茶枯粉的制作:用40%茶枯,配60%浸出油枯渣,研磨成320目粉未;
2)果液的制作:红糖3份,柠檬皮带核2份、龙眼去外壳带核5份、荔技去外壳带核5份-、芒果皮10份、百香果壳15份、黄皮皮带核1份、苹果带皮去核5份,菠萝皮5份,加纯净水39份,低温(10~20℃)厌氧发酵1年~1.5年形成水渣分离,去渣后的水即为果液;
原液的制作:320目山茶枯粉1份+9份多种酵素果液(上述2)混合、摇均常温下放置7天以上即可全部融合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种茶枯粉和果皮制成的洗洁精,其特征在于:所述辅料包含;食用碱,食品级果胶,为增稠剂、食品级香精、食品级冰片,纯净水。
