The method and the system are based on the running state signals and video signals of the video equipment and the network equipment which are collected in real time, the collected signals are compared with early warning points in an early warning strategy based on a preset fault early warning strategy, when abnormity occurs, quick response and automatic repair of faults of the video system are realized through fault early warning and automatic repair, fault information and repair information are timely notified to grain safety management departments at all levels, and timely removal of the faults is guaranteed. The method and the system combine the fault early warning and the triggering automatic repair, realize the electronic and standardized management of the alarm and the repair synchronously at the highest speed, and effectively improve the institutionalized, quantifiable and efficient process of the grain safety work.
