Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to at least solve one of the technical problems in the prior art, and provides a paper scrap cleaning machine which can clean scraps on a carton, prevent the paper scraps from being mixed into grease, and avoid the influence on the quality of the grease.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the paper scrap cleaning machine comprises a falling mechanism, wherein the falling mechanism is used for enabling a paper box to fall in an inverted mode, the falling mechanism comprises an upright post and a seat body which can be located at the top of the upright post, and the seat body is provided with a first fixing piece for intermittently fixing the paper box.
According to the paper scrap cleaning machine in the first aspect of the invention, the first fixing piece is an adsorber for adsorbing the wall of the paper box.
According to the paper scrap cleaning machine in the first aspect of the invention, the base is provided with a first rotating frame and a first power part for driving the first rotating frame to rotate, the first rotating frame is provided with the first fixing part, and the first rotating frame is used for changing the carton from a positive position to an inverted position.
According to the paper scrap cleaning machine in the first aspect of the invention, the first rotating frame rotates in a manner of turning up and down.
The paper scrap cleaning machine according to the first aspect of the invention further comprises a first conveying mechanism for conveying the upright cartons towards the falling mechanism.
According to the paper scrap cleaning machine in the first aspect of the invention, the falling mechanism is positioned on one side of the first conveying mechanism, which is perpendicular to the conveying direction of the cartons.
According to the paper scrap cleaning machine in the first aspect of the invention, the falling mechanism further comprises a third power part driving the seat body to lift.
According to the paper scrap cleaning machine in the first aspect of the invention, the upright post is further provided with a guide rail which is connected with the seat body in a vertical sliding manner.
The paper scrap cleaning machine further comprises a second conveying mechanism, the second conveying mechanism is used for receiving the inverted and fallen cartons, and the second conveying mechanism is provided with a limiting channel for containing the falling cartons.
According to the paper scrap cleaning machine in the first aspect of the invention, the limiting channel is provided with two limiting plates along the width direction of the carton.
The paper scrap cleaning machine further comprises a second conveying mechanism, the second conveying mechanism is used for receiving the inverted and fallen cartons, the second conveying mechanism is provided with a plurality of conveying rollers, and part of the conveying rollers are round rollers.
The paper scrap cleaning machine further comprises a second conveying mechanism, the second conveying mechanism is used for receiving the inverted and fallen cartons, the second conveying mechanism is provided with a plurality of conveying rollers, and part of the conveying rollers are polygonal rollers.
According to the paper scrap cleaning machine in the first aspect of the invention, the second conveying mechanism is further provided with a second rotating frame and a second power part for driving the second rotating frame to rotate, the second rotating frame is used for enabling the paper boxes to be changed from the upside-down state to the upright state, and the second rotating frame is provided with a second fixing part for intermittently fixing the paper boxes.
Has the advantages that: compared with the prior art, the paper scrap cleaning machine is provided with the falling mechanism, so that the carton falls in an inverted state, the scraps on the carton are removed in a gravity and inertia mode, meanwhile, the scraps in the carton are removed from the carton under the action of inertia, the scraps are not left inside and outside the carton and in the carton, further, the scraps are prevented from being mixed into grease in the packaging process, and the quality of the grease is ensured.
In the description of the present invention, unless otherwise explicitly limited, terms such as arrangement, installation, connection and the like should be understood in a broad sense, and those skilled in the art can reasonably determine the specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention in combination with the specific contents of the technical solutions.
Referring to fig. 1, there is provided a paper scrap removing machine structurally having a first conveying mechanism 100, a dropping mechanism 300, and a second conveying mechanism 200 in this order along a moving path of a carton.
For the first conveying mechanism 100, the first conveying mechanism 100 is used for conveying the upright cartons towards the falling mechanism 300, and the first conveying mechanism 100 can be supported and conveyed by a conveying belt or a roller.
The height of the first conveyor 100 is approximately 80 cm, thereby facilitating placement of the cartons by the personnel. The right carton is that the bottom of the carton is sealed by an adhesive tape, and the top of the carton is in an open state and is similar to a rectangular shell with one open side or a forward shell.
With respect to the fall mechanism 300, the fall mechanism 300 is used to drop the carton upside down so that debris within the carton of the carton can escape from the carton by virtue of the inertia of the fall.
Specifically, the falling mechanism 300 includes a column 310 and a seat body 320 capable of being located at the top of the column 310, and the seat body 320 is provided with a first fixing member 340 for intermittently fixing a carton.
The first fixing member 340 may be used to fix the carton by clamping, or may be used to fix the carton by adsorption, that is, the first fixing member 340 is an adsorber that adsorbs the carton wall.
The number of the first fixing members 340 may be two or more, and it is preferable that the first fixing members 340 absorb the side walls in the width direction of the carton according to the size of the carton to reduce the accidental falling of the carton.
Of course, the first fixing member 340 may also adsorb or contact the bottom of the carton to fix the carton, but the first conveying mechanism 100 is required to convey the carton by using the conveying rollers 210.
As shown in the figure, the base 320 is provided with a first rotating frame 330 and a first power member for driving the first rotating frame 330 to rotate, the first rotating frame 330 is provided with the first fixing member 340, and the first rotating frame 330 is used for changing the carton from a right position to an upside-down position.
That is, the first rotating frame 330 changes the carton from the upright position to the inverted position, which fully considers and considers the placing habit of the carton and the need of falling to remove scraps.
As illustrated, the dotted line indicates another state of the first rotating frame 330 and the first fixing member 340.
In some preferred schemes, the first rotating frame 330 rotates in a manner of being turned upside down, so that the position of taking the carton and the position of dropping the carton are staggered, and the space is reasonably utilized.
In some alternatives, a horizontal rotating structure can be additionally arranged, so that the carton is horizontally rotated at first and is far away from the position of the carton taking box, and then the carton rotates vertically, and the effect of changing the state of the carton can be achieved.
In some preferred embodiments, the falling mechanism 300 can be located on one side of the first conveying mechanism 100 perpendicular to the conveying direction of the cartons, that is, the falling mechanism 300 takes out the cartons without affecting the implementation of the cartons, so that the first conveying mechanism 100 is conveniently provided with a plurality of falling mechanisms 300, and the matching of the production capacity is convenient.
In some preferred embodiments, the falling mechanism 300 further includes a third power member for driving the seat 320 to ascend and descend.
That is, the third power member drives the seat 320 to rise, so as to obtain the falling height of the carton, without changing the setting of the first conveying mechanism 100.
In order to ensure smooth lifting, the upright 310 may further be provided with a guide rail connected to the seat 320 in a vertically sliding manner.
With respect to the second conveyor mechanism 200, the second conveyor mechanism 200 is used to receive inverted and dropped cartons.
To prevent the cartons from rolling over, the second conveying mechanism 200 may be provided with a limiting channel 240 for accommodating the falling of the cartons.
In order not to affect the conveying of the cartons at the same time, the limiting channel 240 can be provided with two limiting plates along the width direction of the cartons.
In order to transport the cartons conveniently, the second transport mechanism 200 may have a plurality of transport rollers 210, that is, the horizontal movement transport of the cartons is realized by the rotation of the transport rollers 210.
Generally, the conveying roller 210 is a round roller, and is convenient to manufacture.
In order to clean the scraps, part of the conveying rollers 210 may be polygonal rollers, that is, the conveying rollers 210 move the cartons up and down when conveying the cartons, so as to remove the scraps through vibration of the cartons.
As an alternative to the polygonal roller, the conveying roller 210 may be made an elliptical roller with the same effect.
In some preferred embodiments, the second conveying mechanism 200 further comprises a second rotating frame 220 and a second power member for rotating the second rotating frame 220, the second rotating frame 220 is used for changing the carton from the upside-down state to the upright state, and the second rotating frame 220 comprises a second fixing member 230 for intermittently fixing the carton.
Therefore, the inverted paper box is turned upside down, and the use is convenient.
For the second fixing member 230, it can be disposed with reference to the first fixing member 340.
Specifically, two translation assemblies may be provided such that the first and second fasteners 340, 230 have the ability to translate closer to or further away from the carton for easy access to the carton.
The arrangement of the first power member, the second power member and the third power member can be a combination of a cylinder, a motor and a transmission structure, which is easy to understand and is not shown in detail.
Through using above-mentioned setting, mechanism 300 is fallen through setting up to this embodiment to, thereby, make the carton fall with the inversion state, thereby, make piece on the carton get rid of with gravity, inertial mode, simultaneously, piece in the cardboard of carton also gets rid of in following the cardboard under inertial effect, make not persist the piece in the cardboard of carton inside and outside and carton, and then, in avoiding in the packaging process piece to sneak into the grease, ensure the quality of grease.
