Abstract
The invention discloses a detachable tray, which comprises a tray body with a carrying gap, and is characterized in that the tray body comprises a top plate and a base which are detachably fixed; the base bottom surface has a recessed area for mounting a caster. The detachable tray can conveniently realize the detachment between the top plate and the base, and the top plate or the base can be respectively accommodated before use or after manufacture, thereby facilitating transportation and saving transportation space and transportation cost. When in use, the fixing between the two can be realized conveniently.

The pallet is a medium for converting static goods into dynamic goods, is used as important loading, unloading, storing and transporting equipment in the logistics operation process, and plays a great role in modern logistics in cooperation with a forklift. The detachable tray is simple in overall structure, and the tray body can adopt a detachable structure, so that the storage and the transportation are convenient, and the maintenance is also convenient. Meanwhile, a caster structure can be arranged in the concave structure arranged at the bottom of the tray body, so that the compactness of the structure is further ensured. Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, in one embodiment of the present invention, a detachable pallet includes a pallet body 101 having a carrying gap, and a pull rod 102 provided at one side of the pallet body; a pull rod accommodating space for accommodating the pull rod is arranged in the disc body; the pull rod has a storage state of being stored in the pull rod storage space, as shown in fig. 1, and an extended state of being extended out of the pull rod storage space after being applied with a pulling force, as shown in fig. 2. A positioning seat 503 and a limiting guide cylinder 504 which is fixed opposite to the positioning seat 503 and through which the pull rod passes are fixed on one side of the tray body. The positioning seat 503 is a U-shaped plate structure, and two mounting side plates of the U-shaped plate structure are fixed to the tray body by screws and the like. The positioning seat 503 and the limiting guide cylinder 504 may be welded, or may be fixed by other threads or may be an integral structure. One end of the limiting guide cylinder 504 is fixed relative to the positioning seat 503, and the other end is inserted into the positioning tube 401. The limiting guide cylinder 504 is also provided with a positioning hole 505, and the pull rod is provided with a positioning bead 506 which limits the pull rod in the accommodating state when matched with the positioning hole. In the technical scheme, the positioning holes can be also arranged on other parts, and the positioning of the positioning beads can be realized. Of course, in the technical solution of the present invention, it is not necessary to provide casters on all of the bottom surfaces of the base, and at least three casters are generally provided as long as the stability of the entire tray can be ensured. In this embodiment, each base bottom surface is provided with a caster 304.
Alternatively, a hinge seat is arranged in the concave area, the caster wheel is connected in a caster seat, and the caster seat is hinged in the hinge seat; the caster wheel has a storage state of being stored in the concave area and a working state of being vertically arranged with the top plate after being turned over. And a locking piece for positioning the caster in the working state or the storage state is arranged between the hinged seat and the caster seat.
