Abstract
The invention provides an enilconazole spray for poultry houses, which can effectively kill mould spores in the air of the poultry houses and prevent and treat various mycotic diseases. In the invention, the enilconazole is a systemic bactericide, can effectively kill common aspergillus fumigatus and aspergillus flavus in poultry houses, and can prevent and treat mycotic diseases; the octyl decyl glucoside can effectively increase the stability of a solution system, and can effectively enable the enilconazole drug molecules to be combined with mould spores in the air and increase the surface permeability of the spores when in use due to the lipophilic and hydrophilic characteristics of the octyl decyl glucoside; the water-soluble azone is used as a penetration enhancer, and can effectively promote the diffusion of the eniconazole drug molecules in the air particles; the enoconazole spray for the poultry house also comprises polyethylene glycol which is used as an organic solvent, can effectively dissolve the enoconazole raw material, and a plurality of components supplement each other to form a stable solution system to play a role together.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of livestock breeding, and particularly relates to an enoconazole spray for a poultry house and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Among the various meat products, poultry products are an important class of everyday food products. Since the 80's of the 20 th century, the poultry industry has kept a good growth trend, and poultry meat has now become the second largest consumer of meat in the world instead of beef. Poultry farming has been in our country for over 5000 years. The poultry industry in China has been rapidly developed since the reform and the opening, and the poultry feeding quantity and the poultry egg yield are continuously maintained for years in the world first and the poultry meat yield in the world second. In the last half of 2019, the poultry yield in China is 952 ten thousand tons, which is increased by 50 thousand tons and increased by 5.6%; the yield of the poultry eggs is 1516 ten thousand tons, the yield is increased by 53 ten thousand tons, and the yield is increased by 3.6 percent. Domestic poultry varieties have abundant resources and different characteristics, and are closely related to the lives of people in China. Poultry industry is the fundamental industry of animal husbandry in China, and poultry meat and eggs are also the main sources of protein consumption of urban and rural residents in China. Along with the social development, the functions of poultry industry such as cultural value, entertainment value, ecological value, popular science propaganda and education and the like are also highlighted. The development of the poultry industry has very important significance for accelerating the construction of modern animal husbandry, promoting the strategic adjustment of agricultural structures, improving the quality and level of life of people and increasing the income of farmers.
In the process of poultry farming, aspergillosis is a very common fungal disease. The main pathogeny causing the poultry aspergillosis is aspergillus fumigatus and aspergillus flavus, the disease can occur all the year round, the disease is the most serious in 6-11 months, and the growth of the poultry is seriously influenced. The most direct reason for aspergillosis is that a large amount of mould spores are in the air of a poultry house, the quantity of dust contained in the air of the poultry house is large due to poor ventilation and overlarge feeding density, so that the mould spores float in the air and infect poultry through respiratory tracts and drinking water, and the temperature and the humidity of the poultry house are favorable for the propagation of the mould, so that the disease is induced more easily. Mycoses can cause a number of problems in poultry farming, such as: causing atrophy of immune organs such as bursa of Fabricius, thymus and spleen, and inducing immunosuppression; causing frequent diarrhea, the intestinal tract disease is not cured for a long time, and the food intake is greatly reduced; disruption of the digestive tract, causing canker sores, crop inflammation and proliferative adenitis; causing liver multifocal hepatocyte necrosis, and causing problems of canaliculus inflammation and gallbladder brittleness increase; the laying of the breeding poultry is reduced, the quality of the eggshell is reduced, the fertility rate and the hatching rate are reduced, and the dead embryo rate is increased; damage to the kidney, obstruction of the tubules by deformation, and production of urate deposits, leading to an increase in leg disease of unknown etiology. The disinfectant commonly used in the poultry houses is usually glutaraldehyde, formaldehyde, an iodine preparation, a chlorine preparation, a quaternary ammonium salt and the like, and the disinfectant has wide use and good disinfection effect, but can only kill bacteria and viruses on the surfaces of objects, and has undesirable effect on killing mold on the surfaces of the objects. The formaldehyde fumigation method commonly used in poultry houses for air disinfection can inhibit the transmission of some pathogenic bacteria, but also can cause harm to poultry and even people, and cannot disinfect mould spores in the air. Therefore, there is a need for a disinfectant that can directly and effectively kill the mold spores in the air of poultry houses.

The preparation method of the enoconazole spray for the poultry house comprises the following steps:
s1, adding eniconazole into polyethylene glycol, and stirring until the eniconazole is completely dissolved to obtain a first solution;
s2, adding octyl decyl glucoside and water-soluble azone into water, stirring and mixing uniformly to obtain a second solution, adding the first solution into the second solution, adding dibutyl hydroxy toluene, and stirring until the dibutyl hydroxy toluene is completely dissolved to obtain the enoconazole spray for the poultry house.
Enconazole (C) in the invention14H14Cl2N2O) also known as imazalil, chemically 1- [2- (2, 4-dichlorophenyl) -2- (2-allyloxy) ethyl]-1H-imidazole, a systemic benzimidazole fungicide, with the characteristics of high efficiency, broad spectrum and low toxicity. The enoconazole is slightly soluble in water and easily soluble in an organic solvent, and is mainly used as a local antibacterial medicament on veterinary medicines. The invention selects the spray prepared from the enilconazole, not only can effectively kill the mould on the surfaces of cages, instruments and the like, but also has good killing effect on mould spores in the air. The octyl decyl glucoside is an acid and alkali resistant nonionic surfactant, is easy to dissolve in water and common organic solventsThe agent has excellent decontamination, dispersion, emulsification, solubilization, wetting, penetration, foaming, foam stabilization and other performances. The octyl decyl glucoside disclosed by the invention has the advantages that on one hand, the stability of the whole solution system is increased, and the raw material of the water-insoluble enoconazole is prevented from being separated out; on the other hand, the enoconazole gel has two characteristics of lipophilicity and hydrophilicity, so that the enoconazole gel can be quickly adhered to the surface of the mould spores when in use, and the enoconazole drug molecules directly act with the mould spores. The polyethylene glycol is a nontoxic and nonirritating organic solvent, has good water solubility, and has good intermiscibility with a plurality of organic matter components. Polyethylene glycol has excellent lubricity, moisture retention, dispersibility, adhesive, antistatic agent, softening agent and the like. The polyethylene glycol can be used as an organic solvent to effectively dissolve the eniconazole, and the eniconazole still keeps stable and has no precipitate after being mixed with water. The water-soluble azone is a water-soluble product modified by oil-soluble azone, and has obvious permeation-aiding effect on lipophilic and hydrophilic medicines and active ingredients. The water-soluble azone can increase the mobility of the Enconazole drug molecules and particles in the air, so that the diffusion resistance of the drug in the air is reduced, and a strong permeation promoting effect is achieved. The dibutyl hydroxy toluene is one of the most common antioxidants, and has the characteristics of good stability, strong oxidation resistance, no influence on oxidation resistance when heated, safety, no toxicity and the like. The anti-oxidation effect of the dibutyl hydroxy toluene is realized because of the autoxidation of the dibutyl hydroxy toluene, and the invention can well increase the stability of the whole solution system and prolong the shelf life.

The disinfectants commonly used in poultry houses are usually glutaraldehyde, iodine preparations, chlorine preparations, quaternary ammonium salts and the like, have different degrees of killing effects on bacteria, viruses and the like, and are widely used in poultry breeding. However, these conventional disinfectants have a poor effect of killing mold, and do not have a sterilizing effect particularly on mold spores (particularly aspergillus fumigatus spores) suspended in air. The spray of the invention is convenient to use, and can be directly sprayed on the surface of an object and in the air by using a spray can or a high-pressure water gun. Compared with the traditional disinfectant, the spray of the invention has good stability, quick effect and long action time, can effectively kill various moulds and spores thereof in poultry houses, effectively reduces the morbidity of various mycotic diseases, and has safe and nontoxic use dosage and low use cost. As can be seen from Table 1, the spray of the present invention can effectively kill spores in air of poultry houses and continuously act compared with the conventional glutaraldehyde disinfectant.
