Abstract
本发明公开了一种轮毂轴承单元,涉及轮毂轴承的领域,主要包括轴承内圈、轮毂外圈、法兰盘和驱动轴;轴承内圈嵌入安装在法兰盘上,法兰盘上设置双列滚道,用于安装轴承滚动体;驱动轴通过弹性密封圈与法兰盘内侧连接密封,带有球道的星形套套装在驱动轴的末端;法兰盘内部开设万向节滚动体球道,与星形套内的球道配合形成用于安装万向节滚动体的滚道,万向节保持架罩设在万向节滚动体外将其固定。本发明通过在法兰盘中加工万向节滚动体球道,将钟形壳结构集成于法兰盘中,具有轴向尺寸小,零部件数量少,功能集成度高,重量较小,安装简易合理的优点;将轮毂轴承单元中等速万向节结构部分置于外侧,使结构更加紧凑;驱动的刚度更高。

技术领域
本发明涉及轮毂轴承的领域,具体涉及一种轮毂轴承单元。
背景技术
轮毂轴承是承载重量和为轮毂的转动提供精确引导的汽车零部件。等速万向节是将轴间有夹角或相互位置有变化的两轴连接起来,并使两轴以相同的角速度传递动力的装置。现有技术方案中,轮毂轴承单元中等速万向节结构部分位于内侧,其设计结构不易生产装配,使得轮毂轴承单元在生产组装的过程中,难以安装轴承滚动体,不易实现该技术方案的生产;且驱动端远离车轮安装端,驱动的刚度略低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足,而提供一种新型轮毂轴承单元,具有结构紧凑,功能集成度高,安装方便的优势。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案来完成的:这种轮毂轴承单元,主要包括轴承内圈、轮毂外圈、法兰盘和驱动轴;所述的法兰盘上活动式套接有轮毂外圈,所述轮毂外圈与法兰盘之间设有与法兰盘相卡槽式限位嵌套的轴承内圈,所述法兰盘的轴颈根部与轮毂外圈之间设置外侧滚道,该外侧滚道与设置在轴承内圈和轮毂外圈之间的内侧滚道组成双列滚道,用于安装轴承滚动体;所述的驱动轴通过弹性密封圈与法兰盘内侧连接密封,带有球道的星形套套装在驱动轴的末端;所述的法兰盘内部开设万向节滚动体球道,与星形套内的球道配合形成用于安装万向节滚动体的滚道,万向节保持架罩设在万向节滚动体外将其固定;在法兰盘末端安装有密封盖。
作为进一步的技术方案,所述法兰盘内部开设的万向节滚动体球道位于法兰盘的外侧,即靠近车轮安装面的一侧。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明通过在法兰盘中加工万向节滚动体球道,将钟形壳结构集成于法兰盘中,具有轴向尺寸小,零部件数量少,功能集成度高,重量较小,安装简易合理的优点;将轮毂轴承单元中等速万向节结构部分置于外侧,使结构更加紧凑,安装更加方便合理;另在轮毂单元两侧采用密封盖、弹性密封圈密封,可防止灰尘泥水的进入和润滑油脂的溢出;钟形壳的滚道截面与车轮安装面接近,驱动的刚度将会更高;合理设计轴承结构,通过压入小内圈,卷边等使结构更加紧凑。

下面将结合附图对本发明做详细的介绍:
实施例:如附图所示,这种轮毂轴承单元,主要包括轴承内圈1、轮毂外圈2、法兰盘4和驱动轴10;所述的法兰盘4上活动式套接有轮毂外圈2,所述轮毂外圈2与法兰盘4之间设有与法兰盘4相卡槽式限位嵌套的轴承内圈1,所述法兰盘4的轴颈根部与轮毂外圈2之间设置外侧滚道,该外侧滚道与设置在轴承内圈1和轮毂外圈2之间的内侧滚道组成双列滚道,用于安装轴承滚动体3;所述的驱动轴10通过弹性密封圈9与法兰盘4内侧连接密封,带有球道的星形套7套装在驱动轴10的末端;所述的法兰盘4内部开设万向节滚动体球道,与星形套7内的球道配合形成用于安装万向节滚动体5的滚道,万向节保持架6罩设在万向节滚动体5外将其固定;在法兰盘4末端安装有密封盖8;所述法兰盘4内部开设的万向节滚动体球道截面与车轮安装面接近,有效提高驱动刚度。
作为优选的技术方案,由法兰盘4、万向节滚动体5、万向节保持架6、星形套7和驱动轴10构成等速万向节结构,法兰盘4同时集成了等速万向节钟形壳的功能,使等速万向节结构能沿着法兰盘4内部的滚道转动,该等速万向节结构部分设置在法兰盘4的外侧,使结构更加紧凑,安装更加方便合理。
作为优选的技术方案,在轮毂单元两侧采用密封盖8、弹性密封圈9密封,可防止灰尘泥水的进入和润滑油脂的溢出。
本发明的工作原理:设置在轴承内圈1和轮毂外圈2之间的内侧滚道以及设置在法兰盘4的轴颈根部与轮毂外圈2之间的外侧滚道组成轮毂轴承单元的双列滚道,形成双列滚道的滚动轴承;在轮毂轴承单元的外侧还设置有等速万向节结构,由开设滚道的法兰盘4承担等速万向节钟形壳的功能,等速万向节结构在使用时能沿着滚道转动,将发动机的动力从变速器传递到驱动轮,以驱动汽车高速行驶。
可以理解的是,对本领域技术人员来说,对本发明的技术方案及发明构思加以等同替换或改变都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。
Claims (2)
1.一种轮毂轴承单元,其特征在于:主要包括轴承内圈(1)、轮毂外圈(2)、法兰盘(4)和驱动轴(10);所述的法兰盘(4)上活动式套接有轮毂外圈(2),所述轮毂外圈(2)与法兰盘(4)之间设有与法兰盘(4)相卡槽式限位嵌套的轴承内圈(1),所述法兰盘(4)的轴颈根部与轮毂外圈(2)之间设置外侧滚道,该外侧滚道与设置在轴承内圈(1)和轮毂外圈(2)之间的内侧滚道组成双列滚道,用于安装轴承滚动体(3);所述的驱动轴(10)通过弹性密封圈(9)与法兰盘(4)内侧连接密封,带有球道的星形套(7)套装在驱动轴(10)的末端;所述的法兰盘(4)内部开设万向节滚动体球道,与星形套(7)内的球道配合形成用于安装万向节滚动体(5)的滚道,万向节保持架(6)罩设在万向节滚动体(5)外将其固定;在法兰盘(4)末端安装有密封盖(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轮毂轴承单元,其特征在于:所述法兰盘(4)内部开设的万向节滚动体球道位于法兰盘(4)的外侧,即靠近车轮安装面的一侧。
