The upper part of the box body is provided with a first lifting handle, and the lower part of the box body is provided with a plurality of universal wheels. The movable rod capable of vertically moving is connected to the outer side of the box body in a sliding mode, a reset device is arranged between the movable rod and the box body, a poking piece is arranged at the lower end of the movable rod, the distance between the lower end of the poking piece and the sliding support is smaller than the distance between the upper end of the poking piece and the sliding support, and a poking piece through hole is formed in the locating pin.

When the sliding support moves downwards, the lower end of the second handle is contacted with the upper end of the guide part, the sliding support stops moving, and when the sliding support moves upwards, the second handle is flush with the first handle, or the upper end of the sliding support is contacted with the lower part of the convex plate.
The side part of the box body is connected with a guide part, each sliding support corresponds to two guide parts, each sliding support is located between two guide parts, and a sliding groove for accommodating sliding of the sliding support is formed in each guide part. The sliding support moves up and down along the sliding groove, so that the sliding support is reliable in action and convenient to use.
In summary, the electric characteristic tester module, the miniature circuit breaker and the terminal strip mounting plate are arranged in different partitions, various devices are reasonably distributed, the functional partitions are clear, the space utilization rate is high, the box body is small in size and convenient to carry, and the miniature circuit breaker and the terminal strip mounting plate are convenient for workers to use, high in working efficiency and low in labor intensity.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1,2 and 3, a portable distribution box comprises a box body 1, wherein a front door 4 provided with a front door lock is hinged at the front part of the box body 1, a rear door 15 provided with a rear door lock is hinged at the rear part of the box body 1, two first handles 19 are arranged at the upper part of the box body 1, four universal wheels 8 are arranged at the lower part of the box body 1, and the universal wheels 8 adopt the prior art and are not described herein.
The front upright 37, the middle upright 20 and the rear upright 14 are sequentially arranged on the inner side wall of the box body 1 from front to back. Specifically, the number of front pillars 37 is two, the number of center pillars 20 is two, and the number of rear pillars 14 is two.
The upper portion inside the case 1 is mounted with the electric characteristics tester module 2 and the front cover 38, and the front cover 38 is located in front of the electric characteristics tester module 2, and the front cover 38 through which the panel of the electric characteristics tester module 2 passes. The electrical characteristic tester module 2 adopts the prior art, and is not described in detail herein. Specifically, two third cross beams 18 are connected to the upper end of the rear pillar 14, one end of each third cross beam 18 is connected to one rear pillar 14, the other end of each third cross beam 18 is connected to the other rear pillar 14, and the electrical characteristic tester module 2 is mounted on each third cross beam 18 through bolts.
The middle column 20 is provided with a first cross beam 3 for lifting the electric characteristic tester module 2, one end of the first cross beam 3 is connected with one middle column 20, and the other end of the first cross beam 3 is connected with the other middle column 20. The front face mask 38 is mounted on the front pillar 37, one end of the front face mask 38 is connected to one front pillar 37, and the other end of the front face mask 38 is connected to the other front pillar 37.
Eight groups of miniature circuit breakers 9 and an inner door 7 capable of being opened and closed are arranged at the lower part of the inner side of the box body 1, and the miniature circuit breakers 9 adopt the prior art and are not described in detail herein. Specifically, the inner door 7 is located in front of the miniature circuit breaker 9, the inner door 7 is hinged to the inner side wall of the box body 1, and an inner door lock 24 is installed on the inner door 7.
Specifically, the lower extreme of center pillar 20 is connected with two pieces of second crossbeams 11, and second crossbeam 11 one end is connected with one piece center pillar 20, and second crossbeam 11 other end is connected with another piece center pillar 20, and miniature circuit breaker 9 passes through miniature circuit breaker support 10 and installs on second crossbeam 11.
The battery pack 12 is further installed at the bottom of the inner side of the case 1, and the battery pack 12 adopts the prior art, and is not described herein.
As shown in fig. 4, the inner door 7 is provided with an operation opening 6 corresponding to the operation handle 5 of the miniature circuit breaker 9, the operation opening 6 is rectangular, the inner door 7 is provided with an indicator lamp 23 for indicating the working state of the miniature circuit breaker 9, and the indicator lamp 23 adopts the prior art and is not described herein.
As shown in fig. 5, the rear portion of the inner side of the case 1 is provided with a terminal strip mounting plate 16, and the terminal strip mounting plate 16 adopts the prior art, which is not described herein.
Specifically, the terminal block mounting plate 16 is mounted on the rear pillar 14 by a terminal block mounting plate bracket 17.
As shown in fig. 6, a sliding bracket 25 capable of moving vertically is slidably connected to the outside of the case 1, and a hoe plate 13 connected to the sliding bracket 25 is provided below the case 1. The sliding bracket 25 is provided with an upper positioning hole 32 and a lower positioning hole 34, the outer side of the box body 1 is also connected with a positioning pin 26 capable of horizontally moving in a sliding manner, and the positioning pin 26 can be matched with the upper positioning hole 32 or the lower positioning hole 34.
The upper end of the side part of the box body 1 is connected with a convex plate 40 which is positioned right above the sliding support 25 and used for installing the first lifting handle 19, and the side part of the upper end of the sliding support 25 is connected with a second lifting handle 21 which can be positioned outside the convex plate 40.
Specifically, the number of sliding brackets 25 is two, preferably, one sliding bracket 25 is located on the left side of the case 1, and the other sliding bracket 25 is located on the right side of the case 1. The lateral part of the box body 1 is connected with a guide part 22, each sliding support 25 corresponds to two guide parts 22, each sliding support 25 is positioned between the two guide parts 22, and the guide parts 22 are provided with a sliding groove 33 for accommodating the sliding support 25 to slide.
The outside of the box body 1 is also connected with a movable rod 31 capable of vertically moving in a sliding manner, a reset device is arranged between the movable rod 31 and the box body 1, a poking plate 36 is arranged at the lower end of the movable rod 31, the distance between the lower end of the poking plate 36 and the sliding support 25 is smaller than the distance between the upper end of the poking plate 36 and the sliding support 25, a poking plate through hole 35 is formed in the positioning pin 26, the inclined poking plate 36 pushes the side wall of the poking plate through hole 35, and the movement of the positioning pin 26 is controlled.
As shown in fig. 7, specifically, the outer side of the case 1 is connected with an upper guide tube 30 and a lower guide tube 27, the upper guide tube 30 is located at the end of the convex plate 40, the lower guide tube 27 is located at the side of the guide portion 22, and the movable rod 31 sequentially passes through the upper guide tube 30 and the lower guide tube 27. The movable rod 31 is connected with a limiting ring 29, the limiting ring 29 is positioned between the upper guide pipe 30 and the lower guide pipe 27, and the resetting device comprises a spring 28 positioned between the limiting ring 29 and the lower guide pipe 27, and the spring 28 is sleeved on the movable rod 31. The lower guide tube 27 is provided with a pin sliding hole 39 for accommodating the positioning pin 26, and the end of the positioning pin 26 can pass through the guide portion 22.
When the invention is transported, a worker can push or drag the box body 1 by using the universal wheels 8, and when the worker needs to take a vehicle, the worker can lift the box body 1 by carrying the first lifting handle 19.
In use, the front door is opened, the electric characteristic tester module 2 and the miniature circuit breaker 9 are operated, the rear door is opened, and the terminal block mounting plate 16 is operated. The operator can operate the operating handle 5 of the miniature circuit breaker 9 through the operating opening 6 without opening the inner door 15, thereby avoiding contact with a charged body and effectively preventing electric shock accidents. When it is desired to open the inner door 15, the inner door lock 24 can be opened.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, when the ground is uneven, the first handle 19 is held by both hands to lift the case 1. At this time, the movable rod 31 is pressed by the thumb, the movable rod 31 pushes the plectrum 36 to move downwards, the locating pin 26 leaves the lower locating hole 34 under the action of the plectrum 36, and the hoe plate 13 and the sliding bracket 25 move downwards under the action of gravity. When the lower end of the second handle 21 contacts with the upper end of the guide part 22, the sliding bracket 25 stops moving, at the moment, the thumb is loosened, the movable rod 31 moves upwards in a rebound manner under the action of the spring 28, the positioning pin 26 enters the upper positioning hole 32 under the action of the poking piece 36, and the lower side surface of the hoe plate 13 is lower than the universal wheel 8. At this time, the case 1 is put down, and the hoe plate 13 is in contact with the ground, preventing the case 1 from sliding.
When the use is finished, the first handle 19 is held by both hands, at this time, the movable rod 31 is pressed down by the thumb, the movable rod 31 pushes the pulling piece 36 to move downwards, and the positioning pin 26 leaves the upper positioning hole 32 under the action of the pulling piece 36. At this time, the second handle 21 is lifted by another finger, so as to drive the hoe plate 13 and the sliding support 25 to move upwards, when the second handle 21 is flush with the first handle 19 or the upper end of the sliding support 25 contacts the convex plate 40, the thumb is loosened, the movable rod 31 moves upwards in a rebound manner under the action of the spring 28, and the positioning pin 26 enters the lower positioning hole 34 under the action of the pulling piece 36.
