Abstract
The invention discloses a structure and a method for regulating the pressure of a collector ring electric brush. In the adjusting structure, a collector ring electric brush (5) is arranged in a brush holder (4), one end of a fixing screw (3) is provided with a limit groove, the other end with threads is arranged on the brush holder (4), a spring (1) is sleeved at one end of the fixing screw (3) provided with the limit groove, the inner end of the spring penetrates into the limit groove of the fixing screw (3), the spring is limited in the limit groove by a fixing steel wire (2) arranged at one end of the fixing screw provided with the limit groove, and the outer end of the spring (1) is contacted with the electric brush (5). The structure and the method for regulating the pressure of the collector ring electric brush can accurately regulate the pressure of the electric brush and realize the stable transmission of a collector ring power supply and signals.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of collecting rings for helicopters, and particularly relates to a pressure regulating structure and method for an electric brush of a collecting ring.
Background
Helicopters use slip rings to achieve the transfer of power and signals from a fixed position to a rotated position, and how to achieve stable transfer of power and signals is a critical part of the slip ring design. In most cases, the electric brush slides on the conducting ring to realize power supply and signal transmission, the pressure of the electric brush on the surface of the conducting ring has great influence on the contact reliability, the abrasion service life and the like between relative sliding, however, the regulation effect and the stability of the prior art on the pressure of the electric brush of the collector ring are not ideal.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned circumstances of the prior art, an object of the present invention is to provide a structure and a method for regulating brush pressure of a slip ring, so as to precisely regulate the brush pressure and achieve stable transmission of power and signals of the slip ring.
According to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a pressure regulating structure of a slip ring brush, wherein the slip ring brush is housed in a brush holder, a fixing screw has a limit groove at one end, the other end with a thread is mounted on the brush holder, a spring is fitted over the fixing screw at the end having the limit groove, the inner end penetrates into the limit groove of the fixing screw, the fixing screw is limited in the limit groove by a fixing wire provided at the end with the limit groove of the fixing screw, and the outer end of the spring is in contact with the brush.
The fixing steel wire penetrates through the fixing screw in the direction perpendicular to the limiting groove and is S-shaped.
The joint of one end of the limiting groove of the fixing screw and the peripheral surface of the fixing screw is rounded, so that the installation direction of the spring can be limited, and the spring can be prevented from being cut when being installed, wherein the spring can be a flat spiral spring, the material of the flat spiral spring is preferably alloy 3J21 for an elastic element, and the performance of the flat spiral spring is better.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method of adjusting a slip ring brush pressure using the slip ring brush pressure adjusting structure as described above, comprising:
the brush holder and the push-pull dynamometer are respectively fixed on the mounting fixture and the pressure testing fixture,
the fixing screw is rotated by means of the limiting groove of the fixing screw, the output pressure of the spring with the inner end penetrating into the limiting groove is adjusted, the output pressure of the spring is observed by using the push-pull dynamometer, and the threaded end of the fixing screw is locked after the pressure is adjusted.
The locking comprises fastening and fixing the screw by sequentially utilizing a flat washer, a spring washer and a hexagon nut, and gluing can be performed during fastening so as to ensure reliable fastening.
The structure and the method for regulating the pressure of the collector ring electric brush can accurately regulate the pressure of the electric brush and realize the stable transmission of a collector ring power supply and signals.

FIG. 2 is a view of the construction of the set screw, wherein FIG. 2a is a right side view, particularly illustrating the rounded corner at the junction of one end of the retaining groove of the set screw with the peripheral surface of the set screw; FIG. 2b is a front view showing the spacing groove; fig. 2c is a plan view showing the fixing wire passing through the hole of the fixing screw in a direction perpendicular to the stopper groove.
Detailed Description
For a clearer understanding of the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention, the present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments.
Fig. 1 is an assembly schematic view of a slip ring brush pressure regulation structure of the present invention. As shown in the drawings, in the slip ring brush pressure regulating structure of the present invention, the slip ring brush 5 is fitted into the brush holder 4. One end of the fixing screw 3 is provided with a limit groove, the limit groove is formed by cutting the fixing screw 3 at one end of the fixing screw 3 along the axial direction of the fixing screw 3 (see fig. 2b specifically), the other end with threads is installed on the brush holder 4, the spring 1 is sleeved on one end of the fixing screw 3 provided with the limit groove, the inner end of the spring 1 penetrates into the limit groove of the fixing screw 3 and is limited in the limit groove by the fixing steel wire 2, the outer end of the spring 1 is contacted with the brush 5, the spring 1 can be (but not limited to) a flat spiral spring, the material of the flat spiral spring is preferably alloy 3J21 for elastic elements, and the performance of the flat spiral spring is better. The fixing steel wire 2 is arranged at the end part of one end of the fixing screw 3 with the limiting groove, and is attached to the fixing screw 3 in an S-shaped manner after penetrating through the fixing screw 3 in the direction perpendicular to the limiting groove, so that the inner end of the spring 1 is limited in the limiting groove, and fig. 2c shows that the fixing steel wire 2 penetrates through a hole of the fixing screw 3 in the direction perpendicular to the limiting groove.
In addition, it is preferable that the joint of one end of the limit groove of the fixing screw 3 and the circumferential surface of the fixing screw 3 is rounded (see fig. 2a in particular), so that the installation direction of the spring can be limited and the spring can be prevented from being cut when the spring is installed.
When the pressure of the slip ring brush is adjusted by using the slip ring brush pressure adjusting structure, firstly, the brush holder 4 and the digital display type push-pull force meter 10 are respectively fixed on the mounting fixture 12 and the pressure testing fixture 11, the pressure testing fixture 11 is designed according to the size of the conducting ring matched with the brush 5, then the fixing screw 3 is rotated by means of the limiting groove of the fixing screw 3, for example, a linear screwdriver or similar tool 9 is used for embedding into the limiting groove, so that the fixing screw 3 can be rotated, the output pressure of the spring with the inner end penetrating into the limiting groove is adjusted, the output pressure of the spring 1 is observed by using the digital display type push-pull force meter 10 (the size of the detection head of the digital display type push-pull force meter 10 is consistent with the size of the conducting ring so as to accurately detect the output pressure of the spring 1), and the threaded end of the fixing screw 3 is locked. The locking comprises fastening the fixing screw 3 by sequentially utilizing a flat washer 8, a spring washer 7 and a hexagon nut 6, and gluing can be performed during fastening so as to further fasten.
The structure and the method for regulating the pressure of the collector ring electric brush can accurately regulate the pressure of the electric brush and realize the stable transmission of a collector ring power supply and signals.
Claims (8)
1. A pressure adjusting structure for a slip ring electric brush is characterized in that a slip ring electric brush (5) is arranged in a brush holder (4), one end of a fixing screw (3) is provided with a limiting groove, the other end with threads is arranged on the brush holder (4), a spring (1) is sleeved at one end, provided with the limiting groove, of the fixing screw (3), the inner end of the spring penetrates into the limiting groove of the fixing screw (3), the spring is limited in the limiting groove by a fixing steel wire (2) arranged at one end, provided with the limiting groove, of the fixing screw, and the outer end of the spring (1) is in contact with the electric brush (5).
2. The slip ring brush pressure regulating structure according to claim 1, wherein the fixing steel wire (2) penetrates the fixing screw (3) in a direction perpendicular to the stopper groove, and has an S-shape.
3. The slip ring brush pressure regulating structure according to claim 1, wherein a junction of one end of the stopper groove of the fixing screw (3) and the circumferential surface of the fixing screw (3) is rounded.
4. The slip ring brush pressure adjustment structure according to claim 1, wherein the spring (1) is a flat spiral spring.
5. The slip ring brush pressure adjustment structure according to claim 4, wherein the material of the flat spiral spring is alloy 3J21 for the elastic member.
6. A method of regulating a slip ring brush pressure using the slip ring brush pressure regulating structure of claim 1, comprising:
the brush holder (4) and the push-pull dynamometer (10) are respectively fixed on a mounting clamp (12) and a pressure test clamp (11),
the output pressure of the spring (1) is adjusted by rotating the fixing screw (3) through the limit groove of the fixing screw (3), the output pressure is observed through the digital display push-pull dynamometer (10), and the threaded end of the fixing screw (3) is locked after the pressure is adjusted.
7. The method according to claim 6, wherein said locking comprises fastening the set screw (3) with a flat washer (8), a spring washer (7) and a hexagonal nut (6) in sequence.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein said locking further comprises gluing during fastening.
