Abstract
The invention discloses an assembled hole drill which comprises a twist drill, a spring, a hole drill cutter body, a special-shaped screw, a common screw, a drill handle and a rubber ring. The twist drill is in interference fit with the spring, and the twist drill is screwed with the drill handle through threads. The handle of the hole drill is provided with four holes, and the drill handle is provided with two spiral grooves. The special-shaped screw has a limiting function, and the lower end of the special-shaped screw is provided with a section of cylinder. The rubber ring is arranged in the arc groove of the drill handle, during assembly, the special-shaped screw is screwed into the threaded hole to be matched with the spiral groove to realize axial limiting of the drill handle, and the rubber ring and the hole drill cutter body are extruded to form a reaction force to remove an assembly gap. The matching mode solves the problems that when a common hole drill is screwed down on the plane of the drill handle by using a screw for limiting, the screw cannot be detached and the cutter body of the hole drill and the drill handle are scrapped due to overlarge torque in the drilling operation, improves the utilization rate of the hole drill handle and is beneficial to energy conservation and emission reduction. Then, the twist drill 1 is inserted into the blind hole of the drill handle 6, the screw II 12 is screwed into the thread of the drill handle 6, and the twist drill 1 is fixed; after the assembly, the twist drill 1 is 5-20 mm higher than a cutting blade on the hole drill cutter body 3. When the hole drill of the embodiment needs to drill a hole with a diameter of more than 50 mm, the first screw 5 is screwed into the third threaded hole 9 and is matched with the flat surface 11 on the drill shank 6 to tightly abut against the flat surface to improve the rigidity.
