Water inlet and air supply are alternately carried out. The technical scheme has the following disadvantages: the water is pressed to the outside of the polar plate to form a water film through the self gravity of the water, and the porous material to be adopted has the characteristic that the pore diameter is gradually reduced from the top end of the polar plate to the top, so that the design requirement is high and the difficulty is high; meanwhile, the introduced water can not be recycled due to the formation of a water film carrying particles, and water resources are wasted; the porous structure is easy to collect particles and needs to be cleaned regularly.

Example one
As shown in fig. 1, the dust collecting polar plate for the wet electric dust collector of the present embodiment is used for removing dust from wet flue gas, the dust collecting polar plate 1 is made of conductive glass fiber reinforced plastic material, and is in a hexagonal tube shape, and a cross section of the dust collecting polar plate is in a regular hexagon shape, and as shown in fig. 3, the dust collecting polar plate 1 in the present embodiment is in a hollow structure, and a cavity 2 is arranged inside the dust collecting polar plate.
Referring to fig. 2, a water inlet 3 is arranged at the bottom of one outer side of the dust collecting polar plate 1, a water outlet 4 is arranged at the top of the other outer side opposite to the water inlet, and the water inlet 3 and the water outlet 4 can be both communicated with the cavity 2; the water inlet 3 can be connected with a water outlet of a low-temperature circulating water pump, and the water outlet 4 is connected with a water inlet of the low-temperature circulating water pump, so that circulating water flowing from bottom to top is formed in the cavity 2 of the dust collecting polar plate 1. The surface temperature of the dust collection pole plate 1 is reduced by the low-temperature circulating water, so that the flow speed of wet flue gas is reduced, collected fog drops can be condensed, a large amount of self-flowing continuous water films are formed on the surface of the dust collection pole plate, water in the wet flue gas is effectively removed, the removal rate of fine particulate matters PM2.5 is improved, the sulfur trioxide removal rate is improved, the removal of flue gas pollutants and soluble particulate matters is enhanced, and the moisture removal efficiency is improved. If the conductive glass fiber reinforced plastic dust collection polar plate catches fire, the low-temperature circulating water and the condensed water film can extinguish the fire automatically, thereby effectively preventing fire and reducing safety risk.
This embodiment still can set up condensing equipment on low temperature circulating water pump's outlet pipe, cools down the circulation.
The dust collecting polar plate 1 of the embodiment is vertically arranged in the wet electric dust collector and is an anode dust collecting pole, and wet flue gas passes through the dust collecting polar plate 1 from top to bottom. The central axis of the dust collecting polar plate 1 is provided with a cathode polar line 5, and the polar line 5 is made of duplex stainless steel 2205 materials or other stainless steel materials.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the dust collecting electrode plate 1 in this embodiment is surrounded by six rectangular sub-electrode plates, the dust collecting electrode plate 1 is divided into an inner plate 11 and an outer plate 12 by the cavity 2, a plurality of partition plates 13 are arranged in the cavity 2, and both sides of each partition plate 13 are respectively fixedly connected with the inner plate 11 and the outer plate 12, so that after the cavity 2 is arranged in the dust collecting electrode plate 1, the thicknesses of the inner plate and the outer plate are reduced, the overall strength of the dust collecting electrode plate 1 is reduced, and the overall strength of the dust collecting electrode plate 1 can be; the length of the partition board 13 is smaller than the width of the sub-pole plate, and the partition boards are arranged at intervals on two sides inside the sub-pole plate, so that the cavity 2 is partitioned into an S shape in the range of the sub-pole plate, the path of low-temperature circulating water can be prolonged, and the cooling effect is improved.
The thickness of the plate wall of the dust collection polar plate is about 9-15 mm.
The thickness of the cavity in the dust collection polar plate is about 4-7 mm.
