整个建筑工程中，建筑装饰板材占有极其重要的地位。目前，公知的建筑装饰板材都是采用木质板。现有的板材的结构一般都比较单一，在用作装饰或者装潢时隔音效果较差，且不具有防水的效果。
发明内容
基于此，本发明的目的在于，提供一种装饰板材，其具有隔音效果较好且具有防水功能的优点。
一种装饰板材包括依次叠设连接的平衡纸层、纳米多孔陶瓷颗粒层、泡沫消音层、秸秆层、疏水膜层、基材层、红外线涂层、耐磨层，其中，所述疏水膜层的厚度沿其外侧向中心的方向逐渐减少。
相对于现有技术，本发明所述的装饰板材采用泡沫消音层来提高装饰板材的隔音效果。然后，通过疏水膜层来提高装饰板材的防水能力，并且疏水膜层的厚度沿其外侧向中心的方向逐渐减少，有效地阻止水分从装饰板材的侧边进入装饰板材的内部，有助于增强装饰板材侧面的防水能力。同时，在疏水膜层的底面设置秸秆层，秸秆中含大量的灰份和二氧化硅，形成蜡质，该蜡质为天然的防水、防火物质，有助于进一步地提高装饰板材的防水能力。接着，采用平衡纸层以提高装饰板材的防潮能力，同时利用多孔陶瓷、泡沫消音层的多孔特性，增加装饰板材内的水分蒸发面积，加快蒸发速度，进一步地提高装饰板材的防潮能力。并且通过红外线涂层将外界环境的热量转化成红外线，红外线穿透至装饰板材内部，利用红外加热原理加快水分蒸发，再进一步地提高装饰板材的防潮效果。最后，通过耐磨层来保护红外线涂层，有效地延长装饰板材的使用寿命。
进一步地，所述平衡纸层为果绿平衡纸。起到平衡、防潮作用的同时，也有助于提高装饰板材的强韧性、平整性、稳定性。
进一步地，所述泡沫消音层为开孔结构的聚氨酯软泡材料制成。经过吸音层后的噪音在多孔消音泡沫表面发生漫反射，有利于进一步地提高板材的隔音效果。并且还利用泡沫消音层的多孔特性，增加了装饰板材内的水分蒸发面积，从而加快蒸发速度，有助于提高装饰板材的防潮效果。
进一步地，所述泡沫消音层、秸秆层、疏水膜层之间依次通过MDI生态胶粘剂黏贴。MDI生态胶粘剂与秸秆中的亲水基团反应，消耗和屏蔽了亲水基团，生成耐水性强的高分子化合物，有利于提高装饰板材的防水、防火性能。

进一步地，所述红外线涂层采用远红外辐射涂料喷涂而成。远红外辐射涂料具有较好的耐水性、耐擦洗性，有助于提高装饰板材的防潮效果，并且其干燥后透气性好，有助于排出装饰板材内部水分，进一步地有助于提高装饰板材的防潮效果。此外，远红外辐射涂料环保无污染，还具有促进血液循环、促进新陈代谢等功能。
进一步地，所述红外线涂层的厚度为2至3毫米。
进一步地，所述耐磨层为石墨烯膜。利用石墨烯的耐磨特性，延长红外线涂层的使用时间，有助于保证装饰板材防水防潮能力，延长装饰板材的使用寿命。
进一步地，所述耐磨层的厚度为3-8微米。

具体实施方式
一种装饰板材，参见图1，包括依次叠设连接的平衡纸层1、纳米多孔陶瓷颗粒层2、泡沫消音层3、秸秆层4、疏水膜层5、基材层6、红外线涂层7、耐磨层8。
具体地，平衡纸层1为果绿平衡纸。
具体地，纳米多孔陶瓷颗粒层2通过压制成型而制成。
具体地，泡沫消音层3为开孔结构的聚氨酯软泡材料制成。
具体地，泡沫消音层3、秸秆层4、疏水膜层5之间依次通过MDI生态胶粘剂黏贴。
具体地，疏水膜层5的厚度沿其外侧向中心的方向逐渐减少。
具体地，基材层6为PVC层。
具体地，红外线涂层7采用远红外辐射涂料喷涂而成，并且红外线涂层7的厚度为2至3毫米，在本实施例中，红外线涂层7的厚度为2.5毫米.
具体地，耐磨层8为石墨烯膜，并且耐磨层8的厚度为3-8微米，在本实施例中，耐磨层8的厚度为6微米.
相对于现有技术，本发明所述的装饰板材不仅隔音效果较好、具有较好的防水功能，而且具有一定的防火能力以及较好的防潮能力。

Claims (9)

1.一种装饰板材，其特征在于：包括依次叠设连接的平衡纸层(1)、纳米多孔陶瓷颗粒层(2)、泡沫消音层(3)、秸秆层(4)、疏水膜层(5)、基材层(6)、红外线涂层(7)、耐磨层(8)，其中，所述疏水膜层(5)的厚度沿其外侧向中心的方向逐渐减少。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装饰板材，其特征在于：所述平衡纸层(1)为果绿平衡纸。
3.根据权利要求1所述的装饰板材，其特征在于：所述泡沫消音层(3)为开孔结构的聚氨酯软泡材料制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的装饰板材，其特征在于：所述泡沫消音层(3)、秸秆层(4)、疏水膜层(5)之间依次通过MDI生态胶粘剂黏贴。
5.根据权利要求1所述的装饰板材，其特征在于：所述基材层(6)为PVC层。
6.根据权利要求1所述的装饰板材，其特征在于：所述红外线涂层(7)采用远红外辐射涂料喷涂而成。
7.根据权利要求6所述的装饰板材，其特征在于：所述红外线涂层(7)的厚度为2至3毫米。
8.根据权利要求1所述的装饰板材，其特征在于：所述耐磨层(8)为石墨烯膜。
9.根据权利要求8所述的装饰板材，其特征在于：所述耐磨层(8)的厚度为3-8微米。
