Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of washing, in particular to a partitioned spray type washing device.
Background
With the improvement of living standard, the requirement of people on health, sanitation and pollution-free aspects is increasing day by day in the cleaning process of living goods, and a product which can really solve the requirement of users does not exist in the current market. Taking a washing machine as an example, most of the existing washing machines are impeller or drum washing machines, and in the washing process, the clothes are washed by mechanical force with extremely strong destructive force, so that the clothes are easily damaged. Meanwhile, in the using process, daily clothes are mixed together for cleaning, so that the clothes are difficult to clean, cross contamination among the clothes is easy to cause, and the clothes are very unhygienic. For infants and women, the clothes are special in stain and deep in contamination, and the clothes are not easy to clean in a common washing mode; meanwhile, the skin is sensitive, the resistance to bacteria and the like is weak, and the clothing shuffling is very easy to be infected, so that the health and the life quality of people are seriously influenced.
In response to the above problems, various big merchants have also introduced some improved products, such as: wall-mounted washing machines, children's washing machines, etc. However, these products are only to shrink the traditional pulsator washing machine and drum washing machine, and only meet the requirement of washing small clothes, but do not solve the problem of the clothes shuffling and cross contamination of users, which is still a difficult problem to solve for the baby and women with sensitive physique.
Patent No. 201822268982.9 discloses a rubbing mechanism and an underwear washing machine, which simulates a hand washing process by a flexible bag and the rubbing mechanism to achieve the effect of washing small clothes. However, different clothes are shuffled mutually, and the problem of cross contamination exists among the clothes; meanwhile, the structure is complex, the number of assemblies is too many, and the implementation of an actual scheme is not facilitated.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a partitioned spray type washing device, which can be used for separately washing different clothes, so that a detergent is dissolved more fully, the washing effect is better, the time and the water and electricity cost can be greatly saved, and the washing process is simple and convenient. Most importantly, different clothes are washed separately, cross contamination is avoided, single-cavity washing among the clothes can be completely guaranteed, the problem of germ infection caused by clothes shuffling is effectively prevented, and a healthy and sanitary life style is provided for users.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: a partitioned spray type washing device is characterized in that a washing cavity of the washing device is divided into a plurality of independent washing areas; each independent washing area is provided with a spraying washing component matched with the washing area; the respective independent washing zones may be independently supplied with water and drained. The phenomenon of cross infection or dyeing between different clothes can be avoided.
Further optionally, a plurality of partition plates are arranged in the washing cavity, the washing cavity is divided into 2 or more than 2 washing areas, and the purpose of placing different clothes in different washing areas for washing is achieved.
Further optionally, the plurality of partitions divide the washing chamber into a plurality of water inlet and drain chambers.
Further optionally, a spray washing assembly is disposed on one or more of the plurality of partition plates and/or a spray washing assembly is disposed on one or more of the plurality of separate washing zone internal cavities.
Further optionally, a front side wall, a rear side wall, a left side wall, a right side wall and a bottom wall are arranged in the washing cavity; the partition plates comprise a first vertical partition plate and a second vertical partition plate which are arranged along a first direction of the washing cavity, and a first transverse partition plate and a second transverse partition plate which are arranged along a second direction; the first transverse partition plate is arranged between the left side wall of the washing cavity and the first vertical partition plate; the second transverse partition plate is arranged between the right side wall of the washing cavity and the second vertical partition plate; a first washing area is formed among the front side wall, the rear side wall and the left side wall of the washing cavity, the first transverse partition plate and the first vertical partition plate; a second washing area is formed among the front side wall, the rear side wall and the right side wall of the washing cavity, the second transverse partition plate and the second vertical partition plate; and a water inlet and drainage pipeline chamber is formed among the front side wall, the rear side wall, the left side wall, the right side wall and the bottom wall of the washing cavity, and the first transverse partition plate, the first vertical partition plate, the second vertical partition plate and the second transverse partition plate.
Further optionally, a spraying assembly is respectively arranged on the first vertical partition plate and the second vertical partition plate.
Further optionally, the spraying assembly is arranged in a long strip shape, and a plurality of spraying holes are formed on the protruding surface of the spraying assembly facing the cavity.

The invention provides a partitioned spray type washing device, which can be used for separately washing different clothes, and solves the following problems in the prior art:
1. the clothes are mixed with each other, so that the clothes are easily subjected to cross infection, the health and the hygiene in the clothes cleaning process are influenced, and the possibility of infecting germs of the groups with sensitive physique such as infants and the like and vast women is greatly increased; 2. in a traditional washing mode, various clothes are put in a washing machine to be washed at the same time, the various clothes rub violently with each other, mutual damage among the clothes is easily caused, and meanwhile, fading and decoloring among the clothes can cause secondary pollution and dyeing of other clothes, so that unnecessary troubles are caused; 3. small pieces of single clothes in life are washed by a traditional washing machine, so that time and labor are wasted, and unnecessary waste of water and electricity charges is caused.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

The washing machine on the market at present can not meet the increasing demands of people on health, sanitation and no pollution in the cleaning process of living goods, and can not solve the problem of clothes mixed and polluted by users, which is very inconvenient for the infants and the vast females with sensitive physique.
An object of this application is to provide a subregion fountain washing device, separately washes different clothings, and not only the detergent dissolves more fully, and the washing effect is better, can save time and water and electricity cost greatly moreover, and the washing process is simple and convenient, has satisfied the demand of people to the aspect of health and sanitation pollution-free.
Examples
As shown in fig. 1-3, the present embodiment provides a partitioned spray-type washing device, in which a washing chamber is partitioned into a plurality of independent washing areas; each independent washing area is provided with a spraying washing component matched with the washing area; each of the independent washing zones may be independently supplied with water and drained. Preferably, a plurality of partitions divide the washing chamber into a plurality of water inlet and outlet duct chambers 12. Preferably, a spray washing assembly is arranged on one or more of the plurality of partition plates and/or a spray washing assembly is arranged on one or more of the inner cavities of one or more independent washing areas. Preferably, a plurality of independent washing areas share one openable top cover 4, and the top cover 4 is provided with a sterilizing device. More preferably, the sterilization device is UV ultraviolet sterilization or the like. Preferably, a plurality of partition plates are arranged in the washing cavity to divide the washing cavity into 2 or more than 2 washing areas. It is further preferred that the washing chamber is divided into 2 washing zones. Preferably, the washing cavity is internally provided with a front side wall, a rear side wall, a left side wall, a right side wall and a bottom wall; the partition plates comprise a first vertical partition plate 62 and a second vertical partition plate 72 which are arranged along the first direction of the washing cavity, and a first transverse partition plate 61 and a second transverse partition plate 71 which are arranged along the second direction; the first transverse clapboard 61 is arranged between the left side wall of the washing cavity and the first vertical clapboard 62; the second transverse clapboard 71 is arranged between the right side wall of the washing cavity and the second vertical clapboard 72; a first washing area 6 is formed among the front side wall, the rear side wall and the left side wall of the washing cavity, the first transverse partition plate 61 and the first vertical partition plate 62; a second washing area 7 is formed among the front side wall, the rear side wall and the right side wall of the washing cavity, the second transverse partition plate 71 and the second vertical partition plate 72; an inlet and outlet pipeline chamber 12 is formed among the front side wall, the rear side wall, the left side wall, the right side wall and the bottom wall of the washing cavity, the first transverse partition plate 61, the first vertical partition plate 62, the second vertical partition plate 72 and the second transverse partition plate 71.
Preferably, a spray assembly is disposed on each of the first vertical partition 62 and the second vertical partition 72. Preferably, the spray assembly is arranged in a long strip shape, and a plurality of spray holes are formed on the protruding surface of the spray assembly in the cavity. Preferably, the spray direction of the spray assembly is adjustable. Preferably, the spray assembly is a plurality of rotatable spray headers 10.
Preferably, the number of the washing zones of the partitioned washing device can be set according to the type and the number of the clothes; the washing area can be arranged in series-parallel connection and upper and lower layer stacking arrangement. In this embodiment, the first washing area 6 and the second washing area 7 are separately arranged, and a control panel 8 and a pipeline are arranged between the first washing area and the second washing area, so that the overall layout of the device can be optimized under the condition of meeting the washing requirements, and the realization of the functions of the modules is facilitated. In addition, the washing zone of the present invention can also be configured in different shapes, such as: rectangular, circular, heart-shaped, etc. In the present embodiment, it is preferably configured for dual chamber washing. Wherein the first washing zone 6 and the second washing zone 7 may be set to different sizes.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1-3, the partitioned spray type washing device further comprises a box body 1, a top cover 4, a first washing area 6, a second washing area 7, a control panel 8, a spray header 10, a detergent box 11, a water inlet and outlet pipeline chamber 12, a spray pipeline chamber 13 and a washing area pipeline chamber 14; wherein, the box body 1 is provided with a base 9, a water inlet 2 and a water outlet 3, and the top cover 4 is connected with the box body 1 by a hinge 5; the first washing area 6 and the second washing area 7 are separately arranged at the front and the rear sides of the device, a control panel 8 is arranged between the two washing areas, and a control key 81 for controlling the opening and closing of the switch is arranged on the control panel. Furthermore, below the first washing zone 6, there is provided a water inlet and outlet conduit chamber 12 for the arrangement of water inlet and outlet conduits for bringing a water flow from the water inlet 2 into the washing zone for washing. A washing zone conduit chamber 14 is provided below the second washing zone 7 for the conduit layout for supplying water to the washing zone. A spray pipe chamber 13 is provided under the middle control panel 8 for arrangement of spray pipes. The washing section and the duct chamber are separated by a first diaphragm 61 and a second diaphragm 62, respectively. The two partitions are provided with a washing zone drain port, i.e., a first washing zone drain port 64 and a second washing zone drain port 74, respectively, for water circulation during washing. The first washing area 6 and the second washing area 7 are separately arranged and are respectively connected with the shell; a pipeline and a joint for arranging a waterway circulation system are arranged between the two washing areas; a full-automatic detergent box 11 for placing detergent is arranged on the side wall of the first washing area 6 with smaller volume; the first washing zone 6, with a smaller volume, has a capacity of less than 30L compared to a conventional large washing machine, and is mainly used for washing small items such as babies and single items of laundry.
As shown in figures 4-6, the device of the present invention is provided with water from the water inlet 2, through the water inlet and outlet pipeline chamber 12 and the spraying pipeline chamber 13, to reach the spraying head 10 for supplying water to the washing area. The circulation washing is performed by the circulation pump 15, and preferably, the circulation pump 15 includes a circulation pump base 151 and a circulation pump solenoid valve 152; during the circulation washing, water flows out from the washing area water outlet 3, returns to the circulating pump 15 in the spraying pipeline chamber 13 through the washing area pipeline chamber 14, and flows out through the spraying head 10 to form circulation spraying for washing clothes. After the washing is completed, the washing water flows out from the washing area drain port, passes through the circulation pump 15, flows out from the water inlet and drain pipe chamber 12, and is discharged from the drain port 3. The washing process in the other washing area is similar to the above washing area, and the switch of each waterway valve body is controlled by the control button 81 on the control panel 8 when washing the clothes. When the first washing zone 6 and the second washing zone 7 are operated simultaneously, the two chambers are divided into front and rear chambers for washing the laundry in order to ensure that the multi-chamber washing does not interfere with each other.
The control is as shown in fig. 6, the control button 81 on the control panel 8 controls the water inlet valve 21 to be powered on and opened when the washing is started, the water path enters under the action of pressure, a signal is obtained according to the selection of the washing system mode and is transmitted to the tail end of the controller, so that the water inlet valve 21 is controlled to be opened, the water discharge valve 31 is closed, the opening direction of the water inlet three-way valve 22 is controlled, and the inlet water passes through the first washing zone inlet pipe 63 or the second washing zone inlet pipe 73 to feed water into the selected washing zone. The water inflow is controlled by the electrifying time of the water inlet valve 21, so that the optimal washing water amount (the water amount is about 3L) is achieved, and the functions of energy conservation and environmental protection are achieved. During cleaning, the water inlet valve 21 is first powered off to stop water inlet. The washing water flows through the washing area water outlet and the water outlet 3 under the action of gravity, the control pipeline of the water discharge three-way valve 31 is opened through a specific signal according to the selected washing system mode, the washing water flows through the circulating pump 15 for pressurization, passes through the washing water circulating pipeline, enters the water inlet three-way valve 22, and flows through the washing area water inlet pipe to enter the washing area. The water is independently circulated between the washing areas to increase the solubility of the laundry detergent, reduce the time for cleaning special stains and cross infection in the washing process, thereby achieving the effects of saving energy and time. After washing, the water inlet three-way valve 22 is closed, the water discharge three-way valve 31 is opened, and the washed sewage rapidly flows through the water discharge valve 31 under the pressurization effect of the circulating pump 15, so that the water discharge time is shortened. Preferably, the first washing area 7 and the second washing area 7 share one openable top cover 4, and the top cover 4 is provided with a sterilizing device; further preferably, the sterilizing device is an ultraviolet LED, and after the drainage is finished or before the washing, the operation of the device can be controlled to sterilize the washing area.
As shown in fig. 5, when the first washing zone 6 and the second washing zone 7 are simultaneously operated, the laundry in the first washing zone 6 is washed, and the laundry in the second washing zone 7 is washed after the water is drained. When water enters the first washing zone 6, the water inlet valve 21 is opened, and the water inlet three-way valve 22 opens the water inlet pipe 63 of the first washing zone to supply water to the first washing zone 6. At the same time, the first washing zone drain 64 and the drain three-way valve 31 are opened, and the drain valve 31 is closed, thereby completing the washing of the laundry in the first washing zone 6. After the washing is completed, the contaminated water in the first washing zone 6 is drained through the drain valve 31, and then the laundry in the second washing zone 7 is washed. At this time, when water enters the second washing zone 7, the water flows to the second washing zone water inlet pipe 73 through the water inlet three-way valve 22 to fill water into the second washing zone 7 for washing the clothes; after the washing is completed, the contaminated water is discharged from the drain valve 31 through the second washing zone drain port 74, and the laundry washing process in the first washing zone 6 and the second washing zone 7 is completed.
As shown in fig. 4, preferably, in order to optimize the design of the water inlet pipeline, the water inlet three-way valve 22 on the water inlet pipeline may be designed as a T-shaped three-way valve 221 and a Y-shaped three-way valve 222 which are used in cooperation with each other on the pipeline; specifically, the first washing area 7 or the second washing area 7 works, when water enters, the water inlet valve 21 is controlled to open the water inlet 2, the water outlet 3 is controlled to close the water discharge valve 31, water flows from the water inlet 2 to the T-shaped three-way valve 221 through the water inlet valve 21, the water flows to the Y-shaped three-way valve 222 through the right-angle adapter pipe, and the water flows to the spray header 10 through the spray water inlet 2 to supply water to the washing areas. When the clothes are circularly washed, the water inlet valve 21 and the water outlet valve 31 are both closed, the water outlet three-way valve 32 is controlled to discharge circulating water from the first washing area water outlet 63 or the second washing area water outlet 73, the circulating water returns to the circulating pump 15 through the right-angle joint, the circulating pump electromagnetic valve 152 is opened, water flows out of the circulating pump 15, then reaches the water inlet 2 of the spray header 10 through the circulating pump 15 electromagnetic valve, and finally flows out of the spray header 10, so that the circular washing process is completed. When the laundry is drained, the drain valve 31 is opened, the water inlet valve 21 is closed, and the drain three-way valve 32 is controlled to allow the water to flow through the drain port 63 of the first washing zone or the drain port 73 of the second washing zone, reach the circulation pump 15, and flow through the drain valve 31 from the outlet of the circulation pump 15, and then be drained from the drain port 3.
The subregion fountain washing device that this embodiment provided adopts the subregion to wash, separately washes different clothings, and not only the detergent dissolves more fully, and the washing effect is better, can save time and water and electricity cost greatly moreover, and the washing process is simple and convenient, improves and is used for experiencing the sense.
In summary, the present invention provides a partitioned spray type washing device, wherein a washing chamber of the washing device is partitioned into a plurality of independent washing areas; each independent washing area is provided with a spraying washing component matched with the washing area; each of the independent washing zones may be independently supplied with water and drained. Different clothes are washed separately, so that not only is the detergent dissolved more fully and the washing effect better, but also the time and the water and electricity cost can be greatly saved; most importantly, cross contamination among different clothes is avoided, single-cavity washing among the clothes can be completely guaranteed, the problem of germ infection caused by clothes shuffling is effectively prevented, and a healthy and sanitary life style is provided for users.
The present invention provides a zoned spray washer apparatus and is not limited to only that described in the specification and the embodiments. Therefore, all equivalent changes or modifications made according to the structure, characteristics and principles of the invention claimed should be included in the scope of the invention claimed.
