技术领域
本发明涉及一种环氧地坪底涂复合物,具体涉及一种用于在起砂地面上使用的提高粘结强度的底涂复合物。
背景技术
环氧地坪从开始时用于功能性地坪:如防腐、耐磨、防滑,发展到通用的普通工业地坪;除了具有功能性的要求,还具有装饰性的效果。在工业地坪获得广泛应用的基础上,随着人们生活水平的不断提高,现已在家庭装潢中得以推广应用。地坪漆已成为我国发展速度最快的产业之一,引起众人的注意。它可象水泥制品那样实现工厂化生产,前景更可观!适用于各种场地,如:厂房,机房,仓库,实验室,病房,手术室,车间等。
环氧地坪具有耐强酸碱、耐磨、耐压、耐冲击、防霉、防水、防尘、止滑以及防静电、电磁波等特性,颜色亮丽多样,清洁容易。它采用一次性涂覆工艺,不管有多大的面积,都不存在连接缝,而且还是一种无灰尘材料,具有附着力强,耐磨擦,硬度强等特点。
环氧地坪广泛用于电子厂、机械制造厂、五金厂、制药厂、汽车厂、医院、航空、航天基地、实验室、办公室、超级市场、造纸厂、化工厂、塑料加工厂、纺织厂、烟草厂、糖果厂、酿酒厂、饮料厂、肉联加工厂、停车场等表面涂装。已被国内众多的厂家所接受和使用。
环氧树脂是分子结构中含有两个以上环氧基团且能交联的一类合成树脂。环氧基团是由一个氧原子和两个碳原子组成的环,即—C—C—/O,具有高度的活泼性,使环氧树脂能够与多种类型的固化剂产生交联反应,形成三维网状结构的高聚物。环氧树脂的性能与分子量有重要关系:低分子量环氧树脂的硬度高,脆性大,冲击强度不高;线型环氧树脂附着力强,抗水性差,多用挥发型涂料;中分子量环氧树脂硬度,柔韧性适中。
环氧树脂在实际试验中,将断开的砂浆块或混凝土块使用环氧树脂粘结后粘结处的抗折强度常常还要高于砂浆本身。但如果界面本身不够牢固,即砂浆表层容易脱离本体则其很难达到前述的效果。
因此,在遇到起砂地面时,环氧地坪由于涂装厚度薄,容易发生起皮、水泡等问题。但并无较好的处理方式,除非是容易摊铺砂浆。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种用于在起砂地面上使用的环氧地坪底涂组合物,能够有效的提高粘结强度和施工效率。
为了实现上述目的,本发明包括,含环氧树脂以及稀释剂和增韧剂的A组份和包括固化剂、偶联剂的B组份,其特征在于,还包括还包括C和D组份:还包括C组份,以重量份计算包括:
热固化树脂粉末10份,固化温度60-90℃;
一级硅灰32份;
氢氧化钠固体粉末3份;
水37份;
粉末减水剂2份;
消泡剂1份;
还包括D组份,
氧化钙粉末15份;
钢纤维,直径0.1-0.3mm,长度15-25mm,30份;
聚丙烯纤维,长度60-90mm,6份;
水分散UV固化树脂,36份。
进一步的,所述算A组份,包括E51环氧树脂、C12-C14烷基缩水甘油醚作为活性稀释剂、丁腈橡胶作为增韧剂、γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷作为偶联剂、乙醇作为溶剂、有机硅改性环氧化合物,B组份包括脂肪胺作为固化剂、2,4,6-三(二甲基安吉甲基)苯酚作为促进剂、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷作为偶联剂、甲苯作为溶剂。
进一步的,所述算A组份按重量份计算,包括E51环氧树脂45份,C12-C14烷基缩水甘油醚5份、丁腈橡胶5份、γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷0.5份、乙醇4份、有机硅改性环氧化合物2.5份。
进一步的,B组份按重量份计算包括脂肪胺45份、2,4,6-三(二甲基安吉甲基)苯酚5份、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷1份、甲苯49份。
一种涂装工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)将在砂浆搅拌机内C组份中水,按比例加入剩余干物料,搅拌2min后浇注起砂地面上厚度2-3mm,静置48-72小时,至地面5-10mm均有渗水,期间喷雾保持室内空气相对湿度95%以上;
(2)抛洒D组份中氧化钙粉末和钢纤维,每平方米用量0.1-0.2kg,静置3-6小时;聚丙烯纤维在水分散UV固化树脂中分散后喷洒至静置后的表面上,静置3-6小时,至水分蒸发或伸入下层,紫外线光照地面,使UV固化树脂硬化;
(3)混合组份A和B后喷涂或辊涂在步骤(2)UV固化后的地面上。
利用氧化钙与水反应产生的热量固化热固化树脂将其与底面粘结,同时硅灰经过碱激发后持续提高地面砂浆强度。此外,利用钢纤维搭接形成连续网络,使结构连续性更强。最后利用聚丙烯纤维和光固化树脂对地面进行二次加固,形成一个稳固的底涂层。避免了铲除地面表层砂浆在重新施工,提高效率的同时。避免了因为原本地面质量不佳带来的后续的地面起皮水泡等诸多问题。

一种用于起砂地面的环氧地坪底涂组合物,包括以重量份计算A组份,包括E51环氧树脂45份作为双酚A环氧树脂、C12-C14烷基缩水甘油醚5份作为活性稀释剂、丁腈橡胶5份作为增韧剂、γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷0.5作为偶联剂、乙醇42作为溶剂、有机硅改性环氧化合物a2.5,B组份包括脂肪胺45份作为固化剂、2,4,6-三(二甲基安吉甲基)苯酚5份作为促进剂、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷1份作为偶联剂、甲苯49份作为溶剂。

(1)将在砂浆搅拌机内C组份中水,按比例加入剩余干物料,搅拌2min后浇注起砂地面上厚度2-3mm,静置48-72小时,至地面5-10mm均有渗水,期间喷雾保持室内空气相对湿度95%以上;起砂地面结构疏松水会渗入5-10mm,碱激发硅灰会产生胶凝,粘附地面;由于水灰比很大,硅灰能够分散开,热固化树脂也随着分散开,避免形成整体的覆盖层;
(2)抛洒D组份中氧化钙粉末和钢纤维,每平方米用量0.1-0.2kg,静置3-6小时;氧化钙粉末遇水产生大量的热,热固化树脂硬化,粘附地面同时也粘附碱激发后的硅灰,同时地面的毛细孔中包藏碱溶液,供硅灰后续水化使用;聚丙烯纤维在水分散UV固化树脂中分散后喷洒至静置后的表面上,静置3-6小时,至水分蒸发或伸入下层,紫外线光照地面,使UV固化树脂硬化;
(3)混合组份A和B后喷涂或辊涂在步骤(2)UV固化后的地面上。
利用氧化钙与水反应产生的热量固化热固化树脂将其与底面粘结,同时硅灰经过碱激发后持续提高地面砂浆强度。此外,利用钢纤维搭接形成连续网络,使结构连续性更强。最后利用聚丙烯纤维和光固化树脂对地面进行二次加固,形成一个稳固的底涂层。避免了铲除地面表层砂浆在重新施工,提高效率的同时。避免了因为原本地面质量不佳带来的后续的地面起皮水泡等诸多问题。

Claims (5)
1.一种用于起砂地面的环氧地坪底涂组合物,包括含环氧树脂以及稀释剂和增韧剂的A组份和包括固化剂、偶联剂的B组份,其特征在于,还包括还包括C和D组份:还包括C组份,以重量份计算包括:
热固化树脂粉末10份,固化温度60-90℃;
一级硅灰32份;
氢氧化钠固体粉末3份;
水37份;
粉末减水剂2份;
消泡剂1份;
还包括D组份,
氧化钙粉末15份;
钢纤维,直径0.1-0.3mm,长度15-25mm,30份;
聚丙烯纤维,长度60-90mm,6份;
水分散UV固化树脂,36份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于起砂地面的环氧地坪底涂组合物,其特征在于,所述算A组份,包括E51环氧树脂、C12-C14烷基缩水甘油醚作为活性稀释剂、丁腈橡胶作为增韧剂、γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷作为偶联剂、乙醇作为溶剂、有机硅改性环氧化合物,B组份包括脂肪胺作为固化剂、2,4,6-三(二甲基安吉甲基)苯酚作为促进剂、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷作为偶联剂、甲苯作为溶剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于起砂地面的环氧地坪底涂组合物,其特征在于,
所述算A组份按重量份计算,包括E51环氧树脂45份,C12-C14烷基缩水甘油醚5份、丁腈橡胶5份、γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷0.5份、乙醇4份、有机硅改性环氧化合物2.5份。
4.根据权利要求2所述的用于起砂地面的环氧地坪底涂组合物,其特征在于,
B组份按重量份计算包括脂肪胺45份、2,4,6-三(二甲基安吉甲基)苯酚5份、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷1份、甲苯49份。
5.根据权利要求2所述的用于起砂地面的环氧地坪底涂组合物,其特征在于,涂装工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)将在砂浆搅拌机内C组份中水,按比例加入剩余干物料,搅拌2min后浇注起砂地面上厚度2-3mm,静置48-72小时,至地面5-10mm均有渗水,期间喷雾保持室内空气相对湿度95%以上;
(2)抛洒D组份中氧化钙粉末和钢纤维,每平方米用量0.1-0.2kg,静置3-6小时;聚丙烯纤维在水分散UV固化树脂中分散后喷洒至静置后的表面上,静置3-6小时,至水分蒸发或伸入下层,紫外线光照地面,使UV固化树脂硬化;
(3)混合组份A和B后喷涂或辊涂在步骤(2)UV固化后的地面上。
