The sewage purifier comprises two steps of physical purification and chemical purification, the physical purification removes impurities in the sewage through a high-mesh filtering membrane, the chemical purification removes cleaning agents dissolved in the sewage through medicaments, removes organic solvents in water, and changes mixed water into purified water with the same level as tap water.
The corresponding spray heads of the mixed water storage tank, the cleaning water storage tank and the cleaning agent storage tank are integrated into one spray head.
And valves connected with the water valve control system are arranged among the mixed water storage tank, the cleaning agent storage tank and the corresponding spray heads of the tanks.
The detergent in the detergent storage tank is added manually, and the water valve control system sends out a detergent shortage alarm signal when the detergent dosage is insufficient through a water level sensor in the detergent storage tank.
The comprehensive treatment and recycling system for the sewage in the carwash can treat the sewage, convert the sewage into clean water by using a physical and chemical method, and achieve the purposes of sewage treatment and recycling by combining the control of a control system on water amount in each water valve and container.

Detailed Description
The carwash sewage comprehensive treatment recycling system comprises a sewage filtering and collecting container, a sewage processor, a mixed water storage tank, a clean water storage tank, a detergent storage tank, a water valve control system and a spray head. The mixed water storage tank, the cleaning water storage tank and the cleaning agent storage tank are connected with the water valve control system and are controlled by the water valve control system. Meanwhile, the mixed water storage tank, the cleaning water storage tank and the cleaning agent storage tank are connected with the spray head. The water valve control system in an embodiment employs a controller.
As shown in fig. 1, the sewage filtering and collecting container includes a mixed water collector 1 and an earth impurity filter screen 2, and the earth impurity filter screen 2 is disposed on the upper surface of the mixed water collector 1. The mixed water collector 1 transfers and stores a part of water filtered by the soil impurity filter screen 2 into the mixed water storage tank 4 through the mixed water recovery pipe 3, and the other part of the water is conveyed to the sewage purifier 7.
And a cleaning water storage tank 5 and a cleaning agent storage tank 6 are arranged in parallel with the mixed water storage tank 4, and the sewage purifier 7 is connected with the cleaning water storage tank 5.
In the sewage purifier 7, the process of converting sewage into clean water is divided into two parts, and the first step is to remove impurities such as sludge in the sewage by using a high-mesh filtering membrane, and belongs to the principle of physical properties. The second part uses the medicament to get rid of the detergent that the sewage inside was dissolved, clears away the organic solvent in the water, becomes the pure water of running water same rank with the mixed water, and the sewage treatment ware is through adding the medicament with the mixed water decomposition for clean water, belongs to the principle of chemical change nature.
As shown in fig. 2, the inlet of the clean water storage tank 5 is provided with two groups, one group is connected with the municipal tap water supply port through a first water valve, the other group is connected with the water supply port of the sewage purifier 7 through a second water valve, and the first water valve and the second water valve are connected with the controller. The controller can send a municipal tap water control signal to the first water valve, so that the municipal tap water supplies water to the clean water storage tank 5; and preferentially sending a purified water control signal to the second water valve, so that the sewage purifier supplies water to the clean water storage tank 5.
A first water storage sensor is arranged in the clean water storage tank 5 and connected with a controller, and the controller sends control signals to the first water valve and the second water valve according to signals of the water storage sensor.
The cleaning water storage tank 5 is connected to a cleaning water valve through a first water storage tank water supply pipeline, the cleaning water valve is connected with a cleaning water spray head through a first water storage tank water supply pipeline, the cleaning water valve is connected with the controller, and the cleaning water valve is opened or closed according to a first water spraying valve control signal sent by the controller.
Similarly, the operations of the mixed water storage tank 4 and the detergent storage tank 6 are controlled by the controller.
As shown in figure 3, the inlet of the detergent storage tank 6 is manually added, a storage sensor is arranged in the detergent storage tank, the storage sensor is connected with a controller, and the controller sends out a cleaning agent shortage alarm signal according to the signal of the storage sensor.
The cleaning agent storage tank 6 is connected to a cleaning agent valve through a cleaning agent pipeline, the cleaning agent valve is connected with a cleaning agent nozzle through a cleaning agent pipeline, and the cleaning agent valve is connected with the controller and is opened or closed according to a valve control signal sent by the controller.
As shown in fig. 4, an inlet of the mixed water storage tank 4 is connected to a water supply port of the mixed water collector 1 through a third water valve, and the third water valve is connected to the controller. The controller can send a mixed water tank level control signal to the third water valve so that the mixed water collector supplies water to the mixed water storage tank 4.
The inside of mixed water holding vessel 4 is provided with second water storage capacity sensor, second water storage capacity sensor is connected with the controller, and the controller sends mixed basin water level control signal according to the signal of second water storage capacity sensor.
Mix water holding vessel 4 and be connected to mixed water valve through second water storage tank supply channel, mix the water valve and be connected with mixed water shower nozzle through second water storage tank supply channel, it is connected with the controller to mix the water valve, and the second that sends according to it sprays water valve control signal and opens or close.
As shown in fig. 5, a part of the sewage collected by the sewage filtering and collecting container is sent to the mixed water storage tank 4, and the other part is sent to the clean water storage tank 5 through the sewage purifier 7, and the treated clean water is transferred to the clean water tank for storage. When the water quantity in the cleaning water bucket is not enough for use, the water is supplemented and added through an external tap water supplementing port, and the tap water is used as the supplement of the cleaning water storage tank 5.
In the embodiment, the cleaning water spray head, the cleaning agent spray head and the mixed water spray head are integrated together to form the spray head. The water quantity in each container and the opening and closing of each water tap are transmitted back to the control computer system after data are collected by the water level sensors in the containers and are controlled by the computer.
The invention converts sewage into clean water by using physical and chemical methods in steps, and achieves the purposes of sewage treatment and recycling by combining the control of a control system on the water amount in each water valve and each container.
