Abstract
The invention discloses a blank for a packaging container. The invention further provides a packaging container. The invention also provides a special cutting tool for opening the pillow type packaging container. The invention also provides an opening method of the pillow type packaging container. According to the invention, the defect of reduced packaging sealing strength caused by the prefabricated half-penetration dotted line score can be compensated by adding the tear strip, and the pillow type packaging container can be torn by a user through the tear strip, so that convenience in operation of an eater is ensured. Meanwhile, the difficulty and the cost of filling and forming can not be obviously increased by adding the tear strip, and compared with a plastic pull ring mode, the method can reduce the difficulty and the cost of blank manufacturing.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a blank for producing a packaging container, a packaging container produced from the blank, a tool for opening the packaging container and a method for opening the packaging container by using the tool.
Background
There are several ways of opening the pillow packs currently used in the market: the first method is to cut the fabric with common scissors; the second method is that a half-penetration dotted line is prefabricated on the packaging material, and the pillow-shaped package is opened by using a hand tearing method by using the half-penetration dotted line; the third method is to directly cast a plastic pull ring integrated with the packaging material on the packaging material by an injection molding device in the machine production process, and open the pillow-shaped package by using the plastic pull ring.
The first method described above has a disadvantage in that a pair of scissors is required at any time and place, which causes inconvenience to the user. In the second method, as shown in fig. 1, a half-penetrated broken line 1 is prepared at the top of a pillow-shaped packaging container 2, and the pillow-shaped packaging container 2 is torn by hand by the half-penetrated broken line 1. However, the use of the half-penetration broken line 1 reduces the package sealing strength of the pillow-shaped packaging container 2, increases the risk of leakage of the material therein, and also requires a certain force to tear the pillow-shaped packaging container 2 along the half-penetration broken line 1, which also brings inconvenience to the user, especially when the contents are in a solid state, they cannot be torn along the broken line by hand. In the third method, as shown in fig. 2a and 2b, a plastic tab 3 integrated with the package material is cast on the top of the pillow-shaped packaging container 2, so that an additional set of injection molding equipment is required, which is complicated in process and high in cost. Meanwhile, after the plastic pull ring 3 is injected on the pillow-shaped packaging container 2, the difficulty of filling and forming is improved.
Disclosure of Invention
The purpose of the invention is: the sealing strength of the packaging blank is guaranteed, the manufacturing difficulty and cost of the blank are reduced, and convenience in operation of eaters is guaranteed.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is to provide a blank of a packaging container, which comprises a blank body, wherein the blank body comprises an outer layer, a printing layer, a paperboard layer, an aluminum foil layer and an inner layer from outside to inside, and a semi-penetrating dotted line score is prefabricated on the top of the blank body.
Preferably, the tear strip has a contour shape identical to that of the semi-penetration dashed line, and the tear strip has a width greater than that of the semi-penetration dashed line.
Preferably, the tear strip and the semi-penetrating dashed line are wide in the middle and narrow in the two ends, and the narrow ends are in transition connection with the middle through arcs.
Preferably the other end of the tear strip is located at or towards the centre of the circular aperture.
Another technical scheme of the present invention is to provide a packaging container, which is a pillow-shaped packaging container prepared by rolling the blank into a circular tube shape and sealing and cutting off both ends of the blank, wherein the middle wide portion of the tear strip is completely located on one side of the pillow-shaped packaging container, and the narrower portions of both ends of the tear strip extend and surround to two adjacent sides from the side where the middle wide portion is located.
The invention provides a special cutting tool for opening a pillow type packaging container, which is characterized by comprising an upper tool apron and a lower tool apron; the rear end of the upper tool apron is hinged with the rear end of the lower tool apron, and the front ends of the upper tool apron and the lower tool apron are operation parts convenient to operate;
the end surfaces of the left side and the right side of the upper tool apron are vertical planes; the left side and the right side of the upper tool apron are respectively provided with an alignment arrow which is close to the edges of the left side and the right side; the bottom surface of the upper knife holder is provided with a first upper blade and a second upper blade which are oppositely arranged, the middle parts of the first upper blade and the second upper blade are sunken, and the knife edge is provided with a gap which is discontinuously distributed; the first upper blade and the second upper blade form a contour shape which is open at the front end and the rear end, wide in the middle and narrow at the two ends, and the contour shape is the same as the contour shape of the semi-penetrating dotted line scribed line in the blank of the packaging container;
the top surface of the lower cutter holder is provided with a first lower cutter blade and a second lower cutter blade; the knife edges of the first lower knife blade and the second lower knife blade are discontinuously distributed with gaps; the first lower blade is positioned below the front end of the profile shape formed by the first upper blade and the second upper blade, and the second lower blades are positioned below the rear end of the profile shape formed by the first upper blade and the second upper blade; the lower blade I is a U-shaped blade with one end opened and the other end closed, and the closed end of the U-shaped blade is concave and faces the pair of lower blades II; the pair of lower blades comprise two parallel lower blades II, and one end of each lower blade II, which faces the corresponding lower blade I, is concave.
Another technical solution of the present invention is to provide a method for opening a pillow type packaging container, wherein the method comprises the following steps:

According to the invention, the defect of reduced packaging sealing strength caused by the prefabricated half-penetration dotted line score can be compensated by adding the tear strip, and the pillow type packaging container can be torn by a user through the tear strip, so that convenience in operation of an eater is ensured. Meanwhile, the difficulty and the cost of filling and forming can not be obviously increased by adding the tear strip, and compared with a plastic pull ring mode, the method can reduce the difficulty and the cost of blank manufacturing.
The invention also provides a special cutting tool and an opening method adopting the cutting tool, and after the cutting tool and the opening method are adopted, the half-penetration dotted line score line can be conveniently made on the pillow type packaging container without any auxiliary opening structure (such as a half-penetration dotted line score line, a plastic pull ring and the like), so that a user is assisted in tearing the pillow type packaging container.

Detailed Description
The invention will be further illustrated with reference to the following specific examples. It should be understood that these examples are for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. Further, it should be understood that various changes or modifications of the present invention may be made by those skilled in the art after reading the teaching of the present invention, and such equivalents may fall within the scope of the present invention as defined in the appended claims.
Example 1
Fig. 3 shows that the pillow-shaped packaging container blank with tear tape provided by the present embodiment includes a blank body 5, and the blank body 5 is composed of an outer layer PE, a printing layer, a paperboard layer, an aluminum foil layer, an inner layer PE, and the like from outside to inside. The top of the blank body 5 is prefabricated with a semi-penetrating dotted line scribing line 6 and a round hole 3 penetrating the whole blank body 5, and the round hole 3 is positioned at the end part of the semi-penetrating dotted line scribing line 6. A tear strip 4 is laminated between the paperboard layer and the aluminum foil layer of the blank body 5. The contour shape of the tear strip 4 is the same as that of the semi-penetration dotted line scribed line 6, the tear strip is wide in the middle and narrow at two ends, and the narrow two ends are in transitional connection with the middle through two circular arcs. One end of the tear strip 4 is hidden in the blank body 5, and the other end is positioned at the center of the circular hole 3 or tends to the center of the circular hole 3. The semi-penetrable dashed lines 6 each have a smaller dimension than the tear strip 4 such that the area of the blank body 5 corresponding to the semi-penetrable dashed lines 6 is encompassed by the area corresponding to the tear strip 4.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 4a and 4b, the pillow-shaped packaging container with a tear tape according to the present example is a pillow-shaped packaging container prepared by rolling the blank disclosed in example 1 into a circular tube shape and sealing and cutting both ends. The top of the pillow-shaped packaging container is provided with a tearing opening surrounding the packaging container, and the tearing opening is composed of a prefabricated semi-penetrating score line 6, a round hole 3 and a tearing strip 4. The wider middle portion of the tear strip 4 is located on one side of the pillow-shaped packaging container, and the narrower portions at the two ends of the tear strip 4 extend from the wider middle portion to surround the two adjacent sides. In use, the tear strip 4 is pulled up from the end located within the circular aperture 3 to open the package.
Example 3
As shown in fig. 6, the present embodiment discloses a special cutting tool for opening pillow type packaging containers, which comprises an upper tool apron 10 and a lower tool apron 11. The rear end of the upper tool apron 10 is hinged with the rear end of the lower tool apron 11 through a connecting shaft 12. The front ends of the upper tool apron and the lower tool apron are convenient to operate.
Referring to fig. 7, the left and right end faces of the upper tool apron 10 are both vertical planes. An alignment arrow 10.1 is respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the upper tool apron 10, and the alignment arrow 10.1 is close to the edges of the left side and the right side. The bottom surface of the upper tool apron 10 is provided with a first upper blade 10.2 and a second upper blade 10.3 which are oppositely arranged. The middle of the upper blade I10.2 and the middle of the upper blade II 10.3 are sunken, and the knife edge is provided with discontinuous gaps. The first upper blade 10.2 and the second upper blade 10.3 are formed into a contour shape which is open at the front and rear ends and wide in the middle and narrow at the two ends, and the contour shape is the same as the contour shape of the half-penetration dashed-line scribed line 6 in embodiments 1 and 2.
Referring to fig. 8, the top surface of the lower tool apron 11 is provided with a first lower blade 11.1 and a pair of second lower blades 11.2. The knife edges of the first lower blade 11.1 and the second lower blade 11.2 are discontinuously distributed with notches. The first lower blade 11.1 is located below the front end of the profile shape formed by the first upper blade 10.2 and the second upper blade 10.3. A pair of second bottom knifes 11.2 are located below the rear end of the profile formed by the first top knifes 10.2 and the second top knifes 10.3. The lower blade I11.1 is a U-shaped blade with one end open and the other end closed. The closed end of the U-shaped blade is concave and faces the second lower blade 11.2. The pair of second bottom knifes 11.2 comprises two parallel second bottom knifes 11.2, and one end of each second bottom knife 11.2, which faces the first bottom knife 11.1, is concave.
Example 4
The embodiment discloses a method for opening a pillow type packaging container, which uses the special cutting tool disclosed in embodiment 3 and comprises the following steps:
as shown in fig. 5, alignment indicator 8 and alignment cut line 9 are prepared on the top and bottom of pillow pack container 2, and alignment indicator 8 is positioned immediately adjacent to alignment cut line 9. The shape of the alignment indicator 8 is the same as the alignment arrow 10.1 of the special cutting tool disclosed in example 3, and the alignment cutting line 9 is a horizontal straight line. One end of the pillow pack container 2, which is prefabricated with the alignment indicator 8 and the alignment cut line 9, is placed between the upper blade holder 10 and the lower blade holder 11 of the special cutting tool of example 3, so that the alignment cut line 9 on the pillow pack container 2 is aligned with the left side edge or the right side edge of the upper blade holder 10, and at the same time, the alignment indicator 8 on the pillow pack container 2 is aligned with the alignment arrow 10.1 abutting the left side edge of the upper blade holder 10 or the alignment arrow 10.1 abutting the right side edge of the upper blade holder 10, the upper blade holder 10 and the lower blade holder 11 are folded, and half-through dotted-line marks are formed at the top or bottom of the pillow pack container 2 by the upper blade and the lower blade. 4. A blank for a packaging container as claimed in claim 1 wherein the other end of the tear strip is located at or towards the centre of said circular aperture.

A packaging container, characterized in that, in a pillow-shaped packaging container prepared by rolling the blank of claim 1 into a circular tube shape and hermetically cutting off both ends, the central wide portion of the tear strip is completely located on one side of the pillow-shaped packaging container, and the narrower portions of both ends of the tear strip extend from the surface of the central wide portion to surround the adjacent two sides.
