Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention provides the electric bed without the bed board and covered by the fabric, the fabric is directly tensioned on the frame of the electric bed, the adaption of a panel is omitted, and the fabric can be conveniently detached and cleaned.

Furthermore, fluffy products such as sponge, latex, rubber, cotton materials, polyester materials and the like are filled in the fabric, a central seam is sewn at the edge of the fabric, and at least an inner insertion strip is inserted into the central seam.
Further, the fabric can be a double layer or a single layer, and when the fabric is a double layer, the fabric can be filled with a fluffy product, and the formed fluffy product can also be directly covered on the frame, and when the fabric is a single layer, the formed fluffy product is directly covered on the frame.
Furthermore, the tensioning mechanism comprises a pipe fitting and an inner embedded strip, wherein the embedded strip is at least partially inserted into the center seam of the end edge of the fabric, the inner embedded strip is connected to the center seam of the edge of the other end of the fabric, and the embedded strip is placed in the slot formed in the pipe fitting.
Optionally, when the fabric is sleeved, an elastic plastic sheet can be added between the fabric and the frame to improve the overall flatness.
When the fabric is in a tensioning state, the embedded strip connected with one end of the fabric is limited in the limiting groove of the pipe fitting on one side, and the other embedded strip connected with the other end of the fabric is limited in the limiting groove of the pipe fitting on the opposite side.
When the inner panel strip is in a tensioning state, one side or one end of the inner panel strip is limited at one side in the limiting groove, and the other side opposite to the limiting groove is limited to prevent the other side or the other end of the inner panel strip from moving.
According to the characteristics of the fabric, if the fabric is thin, the inner embedding strip can be directly adopted, but if the thickness of the fabric is large, the inner embedding strip cannot be tensioned in a rotating mode, a buckling piece needs to be additionally arranged on the pipe fitting to strengthen and fix the fabric, so that the fixing strength can be increased, and the subsequent replacement can be carried out.
If the fabric is thick, when the fabric is in a tensioning state, one side or one end of the embedded strip is limited at one side in the limiting groove, and the other side or the other end of the embedded strip is prevented from rotating by the buckling piece inserted in the limiting groove.
According to the electric bed without the bed board and covered with the fabric, the fabric with the soft package material is directly coated on the surface of the iron frame, the tension device on the iron frame is used for providing tension force, the smoothness of the surface of the fabric is guaranteed, the fabric can be conveniently detached without tools, and the installation and matching of the bed board are omitted.
The invention also provides a method for fixing the fabric on the surface of the electric bed, which is used for installing the soft package fabric on the surface of the electric bed without the hard bed board, and the method comprises the following steps:
an inner embedded strip with hardness and elasticity is arranged in the pre-sewn middle seam at the edge of the fabric;
pulling the inner embedded strip to enable the fabric to be in a tensioning state;
and then the embedded strip is embedded into a pipe fitting with a limiting groove at the edge of the electric bed frame, so that the embedded strip can be clamped in the limiting groove in the pipe fitting.
Further, the method for clamping the embedded strip in the pipe fitting comprises the following steps: the embedded strip in a tensioned state is rotated in the limiting groove, so that one side of the limiting groove at least limits one side or one end of the embedded strip, and the other side opposite to the side in the limiting groove limits and prevents the other side or the other end of the embedded strip from moving.
Further, the method for clamping the embedded strip in the pipe fitting comprises the following steps: the embedded strip in a tensioned state is rotated in the limiting groove, so that one side or one end of the embedded strip is limited at least at one side of the limiting groove, and a buckling piece is inserted into the limiting groove to prevent the other side or the other end of the embedded strip from rotating.
By adopting the technical scheme, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1) the whole bed can use the pipe fitting with special appearance to construct the frame without using wood plates, thereby reducing the material cost and optimizing the structural frame;
2) by modeling of the pipe fitting, the fabric is directly clamped in the groove, so that the rapid installation is realized, and simultaneously, a relatively stiff and tight appearance is obtained;
3) the installation and the covering of the fabric can be finished without tools, and the fabric can be disassembled and cleaned;
4) the decorative frame is adopted to be in a Z-shaped structure, so that the installation is convenient, and the strength is ensured;
5) the support connecting rod is directly welded through the sheet metal part, so that not only can installation parts be reduced, but also the strength of the frame can be improved;
6) the frames and the rotatable connection parts are connected in a matched mode through step screws, plastic shaft sleeves and plastic gaskets, so that the movable gap is guaranteed, no rotating noise is generated, the rotating point is designed near the frame welding, and the strength is increased.

The present invention will now be described more fully hereinafter with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which some, but not all embodiments of the invention are shown. a driving device provided on the bed frame 1;
the fabric 6 which is directly covered on the frames 2 and used for coating the soft material; and
and a tensioning mechanism for tensioning the fabric 6 on the surface of the frame 2.
Furthermore, the frame is composed of a plurality of iron frames, the iron frames are connected in a hinged mode, and the frame can be made of plastic and other materials with high strength instead according to requirements.
Further, the iron stand, by a plurality of vertical poles and crisscross concatenation of horizontal pole form, it can also make for materials such as other metal material or high strength composite plastic material.
As shown in fig. 5 and 8, the fabric has certain elasticity and tension, when the fabric is of a double-layer structure, fluffy products such as sponge, latex, rubber, cotton products, polyester products and the like are filled in the fabric, at the moment, zippers, thread gluing and buttons can be arranged on the fabric, so that the fabric is convenient to change and wash, the sponge can be common sponge or other sponges such as memory sponge or slow rebound memory sponge, the edges of two ends of the fabric 6 are sewed with a central seam 61, at least a part of the tensioning mechanism is inserted into the central seam 61, and the embedded strip 7 is inserted into the central seam.
Further, when the fabric can be a double layer, the formed fluffy product can be directly covered on the iron frame.
Furthermore, the number of the fabrics is the same as that of the iron frames, and the fabrics cover the upper surfaces of the iron frames.
Optionally, the edges of four sides of the fabric can be sewn with center seams, and the fabric is pulled by tensioning in 4 directions to be smoother.
Alternatively, the fabric can be only one layer, and the fluffy product is directly fixed on the surface of the iron frame through the tension of the tensioning mechanism.
Optionally, a thin plastic sheet may be further disposed between the fabric and the iron frame, and may be made of plastic or wood, so that the plane is smoother, the fabric can be fixed in a tensioning manner, and the elasticity of the plastic sheet also helps to provide tension for the fabric.
Furthermore, the fabric is preferably located on the upper surface of the frame, and can also cover the upper surface and the side surface of the frame, and according to the design requirement, can also cover part of the lower surface.
Further, the tensioning mechanism comprises a pipe 21 and an embedded strip 7, wherein the embedded strip 7 is at least partially inserted into the central seam 61 of the edge of one end of the fabric 6, a part of the inner embedded strip 7 is connected into the central seam 61 of the edge of the other end of the fabric 6, and the embedded strip 7 is arranged in a limiting groove 210 formed in the pipe 21.
As shown in fig. 3, the pipe is disposed at the edge of the frame, preferably, the pipe is of a hollow structure, a limiting groove 210 for inserting the embedded strip is formed in the pipe, the corner of the outer surface of the pipe is processed by an arc surface 211, the notch of the limiting groove 210 and the connection with the outer surface of the pipe are also processed by the arc surface 211, so that smooth transition of the fabric is ensured during tensioning, the fabric is not damaged during tensioning, the tensioning state of the fabric has a curve feeling, and the width of the notch of the limiting groove 210 is smaller than the width of the limiting groove 210.
Furthermore, the pipe fitting is a metal component or a high-strength plastic component, and is integrally formed by other high-strength materials.
Optionally, the limiting groove 210 is of a circular, oval, rectangular, trapezoidal or other structure, and other geometric figures can be adopted, as long as the requirement for the internal embedding strip to be tightened and limited in the limiting groove during limiting can be met.
Optionally, two baffles can be arranged in the limiting groove as required to prevent the inner embedded strip from rotating when the inner embedded strip is in a tensioned state.

When the fabric is sleeved on the frame, the embedded strip is inserted into the middle seam at one end of the fabric and is arranged in the limiting groove of one pipe fitting, then the other embedded strip is inserted into the middle seam at the other end of the fabric and is stretched, the embedded strip is tensioned and inserted into the limiting groove in the other pipe fitting, the embedded strips at the two ends are clamped in the limiting grooves on the pipe fittings due to tensioning force, and the surface of the fabric is smooth due to the tensioning force of the internal strips.
According to the surface fabric characteristic, if the surface fabric is thinner can directly adopt interior fillet, but if surface fabric thickness is great can't be rotatory with interior fillet, need too big and can't accomplish relevant operation with the rotatory power of interior fillet, consequently need increase a buckle spare on the spacing groove of pipe fitting and strengthen fixedly to the surface fabric, can increase fixed strength like this, can follow-up change again.
As shown in fig. 7, the tightening mechanism further includes a fastening member, a plastic fastening member 8 is fastened to the pipe, one end of the plastic fastening member 8 extends into the limiting groove 210, the other end of the plastic fastening member is fastened to the outer surface of the pipe 21, and a grid stop 80 is disposed on a part of the surface of the plastic fastening member 8 in the limiting groove to prevent the plastic fastening member 8 from slipping out of the limiting groove 210 during tightening.
When the inner insertion strip is in a tensioning state, one side or one end of the inner insertion strip is limited at one side in the limiting groove, and the other side or the other end of the inner insertion strip is prevented from rotating by a clamping piece inserted in the limiting groove.

The embedded strip is inserted into the center seam of the fabric pre-sewn, the fabric has certain elasticity or tension, and therefore the plastic strip is tightly clamped into the steel pipe groove by pulling out a certain length through the elasticity to achieve the effect of tightening.
According to the electric bed without the bed board and covered with the fabric, the fabric with the soft package material is directly coated on the surface of the iron frame, the tension device on the iron frame is used for providing tension force, the smoothness of the surface of the fabric is guaranteed, the fabric can be conveniently detached without tools, and the installation and matching of the bed board are omitted.
The bed legs are connected to the bed frame, the bed leg support (not marked in the figure) is also arranged at the folding connection part of the bed frame, the bed legs at the folding part adopt square tubes, the support for fixing the bed legs is also of a square tube structure and is internally provided with a bed foot sheet structure, and screws on the bed legs are fixed on the internally provided bed leg sheets by rotating the bed legs, so that the bed leg fixing device is simple in installation and reliable in connection.
The invention also provides a method for fixing fabric on the surface of the foldable electric bed, which is used for installing soft package fabric on the surface of the foldable electric bed without the hard bed board, and the method comprises the following steps:
an inner embedded strip with hardness and elasticity is arranged in the pre-sewn middle seam at the edge of the fabric;

On the basis of the invention, a person skilled in the art can make various deformations to the tensioning mechanism, such as the shape and the limiting design of the limiting groove, the shape of the embedded strip and the like, as long as the matching and limiting of the limiting groove on the inner insertion strip and the pipe fitting can be realized, and the inner insertion strip can be limited in the limiting groove by utilizing auxiliary materials such as clamping and buckling pieces, and the invention is not described any more.
The installation position of the pipe fitting of the present invention can be changed as needed, and is not illustrated here.
