The bed legs are connected to the bed frame, the bed leg support (not marked in the figure) is also arranged at the folding connection part of the bed frame, the bed legs at the folding part adopt square tubes, the support for fixing the bed legs is also of a square tube structure and is internally provided with a bed foot sheet structure, and screws on the bed legs are fixed on the internally provided bed leg sheets by rotating the bed legs, so that the bed leg fixing device is simple in installation and reliable in connection.
The invention also provides a method for fixing fabric on the surface of the foldable electric bed, which is used for installing soft package fabric on the surface of the foldable electric bed without the hard bed board, and the method comprises the following steps:
an inner embedded strip with hardness and elasticity is arranged in the pre-sewn middle seam at the edge of the fabric;
pulling the inner embedded strip to enable the fabric to be in a tensioning state;
and then the embedded strip is embedded into a pipe fitting with a limiting groove at the edge of the electric bed frame, so that the embedded strip can be clamped in the limiting groove in the pipe fitting.
Further, the method for clamping the embedded strip in the pipe fitting comprises the following steps: the embedded strip in a tensioned state is rotated in the limiting groove, so that one side of the limiting groove at least limits one side or one end of the embedded strip, and the other side opposite to the side in the limiting groove limits and prevents the other side or the other end of the embedded strip from moving.
Further, the method for clamping the embedded strip in the pipe fitting comprises the following steps: the embedded strip in a tensioned state is rotated in the limiting groove, so that one side or one end of the embedded strip is limited at least at one side of the limiting groove, and a buckling piece is inserted into the limiting groove to prevent the other side or the other end of the embedded strip from rotating.
The above embodiments are merely preferred examples of the present invention, and do not limit the scope of the present invention. Those skilled in the art, on the basis of the present invention, may envision other embodiments that perform the same functions within the scope of the claims appended hereto.
On the basis of the invention, a person skilled in the art can make various deformations to the tensioning mechanism, such as the shape and the limiting design of the limiting groove, the shape of the embedded strip and the like, as long as the matching and limiting of the limiting groove on the inner insertion strip and the pipe fitting can be realized, and the inner insertion strip can be limited in the limiting groove by utilizing auxiliary materials such as clamping and buckling pieces, and the invention is not described any more.
The installation position of the pipe fitting of the present invention can be changed as needed, and is not illustrated here.
Various embodiments and variations and modifications will be apparent to those skilled in the art. It is to be understood that the above-described features, variants and/or specific embodiments of the invention may be combined with each other, unless clearly contradicted or incompatible. All such embodiments, variations and modifications are intended to be within the scope of the present invention.

Claims (15)

1. A no bed board surface fabric covers beddo, includes: a foldable bedstead connected by a connecting piece, wherein bed legs are connected on the bedstead; a plurality of turnover and foldable frames arranged on the bedstead; and a driving device arranged on the bedstead; it is characterized by also comprising:
the fabric is directly covered on the surfaces of the frames and used for coating the soft materials; and
and the tensioning mechanism is used for tensioning the fabric on the surface of the frame.
2. The electric bed covered by a coverlet without bed sheets as claimed in claim 1, wherein the coverlet is filled with fluffy materials, and the edge of the coverlet is sewn with a central seam, and at least a part of the inner filler strip is inserted into the central seam.
3. The electric bed covered by no bed board fabric as claimed in claim 1, wherein sponge, latex, cotton or polyester is filled between the fabric and the surface of the frame.
4. The electric bed covered by no bed plate fabric as claimed in claim 3, wherein a layer of plastic or wood plate is further provided between said fabric and said frame surface.
5. The electric bed covered by a bedless fabric as claimed in claim 3, wherein the tensioning mechanism comprises a tube and an inner strip, the inner strip is at least partially inserted into the central seam of the fabric edge, a part of the inner strip is connected into the central seam of the fabric edge at the other end, and the inner strip is placed in a limiting groove formed in the tube and used for limiting the rotation of the inner strip.
6. The electric bed covered by no bed board fabric as claimed in claim 5, wherein the tube is disposed at the edge of the frame, and has a limiting groove formed therein for the insertion of the embedded strip, and the outer surface and the corner of the groove are processed by cambered surfaces, and the width of the limiting groove is smaller than the width of the limiting groove.
7. The electric bed covered by no bed plate fabric as claimed in claim 6, wherein the shape of the limiting groove is round, oval, rectangular or trapezoidal.
8. The electric bed covered by no bed board fabric as claimed in claim 6, wherein in a tensioned state, the inner embedded strip connected to one end of the fabric is retained in the retaining groove of the tube member on one side, and the other inner embedded strip connected to the other end of the fabric is retained in the retaining groove of the tube member on the opposite side.
9. The electric bed covered by no bed plate plus material as claimed in claim 6, wherein in a tensioned state, one side or one end of the embedded bar is limited at one side of the limiting groove, and the other side or the other end of the embedded bar is limited and prevented from rotating by a buckle inserted into the opposite side or the other side of the limiting groove.
10. The bedless fabric-covered electric bed as claimed in claim 5, wherein the tensioning means further comprises a locking member, one end of the locking member extends into the limiting groove, the other end of the locking member is engaged with the outer surface of the pipe member, and a portion of the surface of the locking member in the limiting groove is provided with a blocking piece for preventing slipping.
11. The electric bed without bed board fabric covering as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 10, wherein a rear support link is provided between the frame and the bed frame, one end of the rear support link is connected to the bed frame by a sheet metal member, and the other end is connected to the frame.
12. The electric bed covered by no bed board fabric as claimed in claim 11, wherein the rear supporting link rod is connected to the frame by a step screw, a plastic bushing and a plastic spacer, the step screw or the bolt is sequentially provided with the plastic bushing and the plastic spacer, the plastic bushing is disposed in the corresponding through hole of the sheet metal part and the frame, and the plastic spacer is disposed at one side of the through hole.
13. The electric bed without the bed board fabric covering as claimed in claim 11, wherein the frame is further provided with a decoration frame, the decoration frame is of a zigzag structure, the decoration frame is clamped in a steel structure of the frame of the prepared hole, and a plastic hole sleeve is arranged in the prepared hole.
14. A method of securing a cover to a surface of an electric bed as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 13, the method being for installing a soft cover to a surface of an electric bed without a rigid bed plate, the method comprising:
an inner embedded strip with hardness and elasticity is arranged in the pre-sewn middle seam at the edge of the fabric;
pulling the inner embedded strip to enable the fabric to be in a tensioning state;
and then the embedded strip is embedded into a pipe fitting with a limiting groove at the edge of the electric bed frame, so that the embedded strip can be clamped in the limiting groove in the pipe fitting.
15. The method of claim 14, wherein the embedded strip is captured within the tubular member by: the embedded strip in a tensioned state is obliquely embedded in the limiting groove, one side or one end of the embedded strip is limited at least at one side of the limiting groove, and the other side or the other end of the embedded strip is limited and prevented from moving by a buckling piece inserted into the opposite side or the other side in the limiting groove.
