Judging whether the outlet air temperature reaches an increased power temperature line B; when the wind temperature reaches the power increasing temperature line B, the working power of the electric heating belt 31 is controlled to be linearly increased; judging whether the outlet air temperature reaches a reduced power temperature line C; when the outlet air temperature reaches the reduced power temperature line C, the working power of the electric heating belt 31 is controlled to be linearly reduced. It belongs to the stabilization process. Moreover, the stabilizing process is continuously cycled, that is, when the outlet air temperature reaches the reduced power temperature line C, the working power of the electric heating tape 31 is controlled to be linearly reduced, and then the process returns to judge whether the outlet air temperature reaches the increased power temperature line B and repeats the above process, as shown in fig. 6.
Before the stabilization process is implemented, firstly, judging whether the temperature reaches an increasing power temperature line B and a decreasing power temperature line C in sequence; after the above judgment is met, the method jumps from the temperature rising process to the stabilizing process, and the stabilizing process is repeatedly and circularly implemented. However, it should be noted that the determination process may not be added, and the temperature raising process is directly shifted to the stabilization process, but the temperature can be more quickly reached by adding the determination process, and the temperature control is more stable.
The specific fluctuation upper limit is the temperature to be controlled plus 2 ℃, and the fluctuation lower limit A is the temperature to be controlled minus 2 ℃; the temperature line B for increasing the power and the temperature line C for reducing the power are respectively minus 1 ℃ and plus 1 ℃ of the required control temperature. The user only needs to adjust the set temperature required to be controlled, the temperature of the product can be controlled within the range of plus or minus 1 ℃ approximately and cannot exceed plus or minus 2 ℃ according to the method, and therefore the scheme that the air outlet part 4 directly acts on the scalp is feasible. The temperature can not be overheated nor too low in the use process, the hair is protected, the scalp health is facilitated, and the comfortable use experience is brought to consumers.
Further, when the temperature exceeds the fluctuation upper limit or falls below the fluctuation lower limit a, the tilt angle of the power adjustment, i.e., the power change rate, is automatically adjusted so as to adjust the temperature to be within the correct range more quickly.
As for how to input the set temperature, the novel electric hair drier of the embodiment further comprises an electronic screen 8 and a control button which are connected with the control unit, the electronic screen 8 displays the default set temperature, and a user can adjust the set temperature through the control button according to the self requirement.
When the air conditioner is used, the air outlet part 4 is selected according to the use requirement and is buckled on the mounting groove of the lower protective shell 7;
the set temperature displayed by the electronic screen 8 is adjusted through the control button, and the temperature sensor 11 acquires the outlet air temperature and transmits the outlet air temperature to the control unit in real time;
the control unit controls the output power of the power supply module according to the electric hair drier temperature control method, so that the power of the electric heating belt 31 is adjusted, and the temperature is controlled. And then the air outlet part 4 is acted on the scalp to massage and dry the hair.
Wherein, the set temperature can be adjusted freely by a button in the using process; when the nursing function is needed, the negative ion high voltage generator 5 is only needed to be turned on.
The invention has reasonable and ingenious structural design, safety, reliability, wide application range, excellent portability, low power consumption, less heat generation, low rotating speed required by the fan 2 and good noise suppression; the air outlet part 4 directly acting on the scalp is combined, so that the heat loss is reduced, the hair root is well cared for and the hair drying efficiency is improved; in addition, the control unit, the temperature sensor 11 and the power supply module work in a matched mode, and the electric hair dryer temperature control method is combined, so that the accurate control of the air outlet temperature is achieved, the hair is protected better, scalp health is facilitated, and comfortable use experience is brought to consumers. Moreover, the arrangement of the negative ion high-voltage generator 5 and the filtering mechanism further provides various hair care functions for consumers. In addition, this product can use lithium cell power supply, can become the hairdryer that uses lithium cell treasured power supply of charging in the first money in the world.

Claims (10)
1. A novel electric hair drier is characterized by comprising: the device comprises a printed circuit board, a fan, an electric heating part and an air outlet part which is directly acted on the scalp, wherein the fan, the electric heating part and the air outlet part are sequentially arranged;
the air outlet component is arranged corresponding to the electric heating part, and the fan is arranged towards the electric heating part and the air outlet component;
the printed circuit board comprises a power supply module and a control unit for controlling the output power of the power supply module, the power supply module is connected with the electric heating part, and the control unit is connected with the power supply module;
and a temperature sensor for detecting the air outlet temperature of the air outlet component is also arranged corresponding to the electric heating part, and the temperature sensor is communicated with the control unit.
2. The novel hair dryer according to claim 1, characterized in that said electric heating portion comprises a plurality of electric heating strips fixed in a bent manner;
the air outlet component is arranged corresponding to the air outlet end of the electric heating belt.
3. The new hair dryer according to claim 2, characterized in that said electric heating belt is a polyurethane electric heating film.
4. The novel hair dryer as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that said polyurethane electric heating film is fixed in a spiral shape.
5. The new hair dryer according to claim 2, characterized in that said electric heating belt is composed of several electric heating wires or carbon fiber heating wires.
6. The novel electric hair drier according to claim 1, characterized in that it further comprises a negative ion high voltage generator and a negative ion generating head extending from the negative ion high voltage generator;
the output end of the negative ion generating head corresponds to the air exhaust end of the fan.
7. The novel hair dryer according to any one of claims 1-6, characterized in that it further comprises an upper protective shell for protecting the fan, the printed circuit board, the high voltage generator, and a lower protective shell for protecting the electric heating tape;
the upper protective shell is fixedly connected with the lower protective shell;
and the upper protective shell corresponds to the fan and is provided with an air inlet protective grid, and the lower protective shell corresponds to the electric heating tape and is provided with an air outlet protective grid.
8. The novel hair dryer of claim 7, wherein a filter mechanism for filtering the input air is further disposed between the air inlet protective grid and the fan.
9. The novel electric hair drier according to claim 7, characterized in that the air outlet part comprises a connecting part and a comb tooth part which are connected;
the connecting part is detachably connected with the lower protective shell, and a ventilation containing cavity communicated with the air outlet protective grid is arranged in the connecting part;
the comb tooth part comprises a plurality of hollow air outlet comb teeth, and the plurality of air outlet comb teeth are communicated with the ventilation containing cavity;
air outlet grooves are also arranged on two sides of the air outlet comb teeth.
10. A temperature control method for an electric hair drier is characterized by comprising the following steps:
setting a fluctuation upper limit, a fluctuation lower limit, a power temperature line and a power temperature line according to the required control temperature;
the temperature sensor acquires the outlet air temperature;
judging whether the outlet air temperature is higher than the lower fluctuation limit;
when the air outlet temperature is lower than the lower fluctuation limit, controlling the electric heating belt to work at full power; when the outlet air temperature is higher than the lower fluctuation limit, the working power of the electric heating tape is controlled to be linearly reduced;
judging whether the outlet air temperature reaches a power increasing temperature line or not;
when the outlet air temperature reaches the temperature line of increasing power, the working power of the electric heating tape is controlled to be linearly increased;
judging whether the outlet air temperature reaches a reduced power temperature line;
when the outlet air temperature reaches the power-reducing temperature line, the working power of the electric heating tape is controlled to be linearly reduced.
