The embodiment of the invention relates to the technical field of communication, in particular to a data transmission method and device.
Background
With the development of mobile internet, the existing network capacity has been unable to meet the rapidly increasing data traffic service demand. Licensed Assisted Access (LAA) deploys Long Term Evolution (LTE) technology in an unlicensed frequency band by using a carrier aggregation technology, thereby effectively expanding the capacity of a cellular network. With the increasing demand of 5G applications, the fact that spectrum resources are very crowded is a necessary result, and especially licensed spectrum resources are very scarce and cannot meet the requirement of future wireless communication development, so that a 5G unlicensed spectrum utilization technology is urgently needed to be researched.
LAA was introduced in 3GPP Release 13 as part of LTE Advanced Pro. LAA combines unlicensed spectrum (5GHz) LTE and licensed spectrum LTE together using carrier aggregation for the downlink. When the LAA base station prepares to perform data transmission on the LAA secondary cell, a Clear Channel Assessment (CCA) operation needs to be performed on the LAA secondary cell first, whether a channel is idle is determined by monitoring the channel, and if the channel is idle, the transmitter starts data transmission, otherwise, data transmission is not performed. However, the start time of downlink data Transmission in LAA can only be at the 1 st symbol S00 or the 8 th symbol S07 of the subframe, and the CCA may monitor that the channel is idle at any time point, which results in that the time and Transmission Opportunity (TxOP) for the CCA to monitor that the channel is idle cannot be guaranteed to be exactly aligned with the slot boundary, thereby resulting in waste of system resources.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, which is a flowchart illustrating steps of a data transmission method according to an embodiment of the present invention, the method includes the following steps:
step 101: when the fact that the data to be transmitted need to be transmitted on the unauthorized spectrum channel is detected, a target transmission starting position of the data to be transmitted on the unauthorized spectrum channel is obtained from a preset data transmission starting position.
In this step, specifically, the preset data transmission start position includes: the first and fourth symbols of the first slot of the subframe, and the first and fourth symbols of the second slot of the subframe.
When the data transmission initial position is set, the signaling overhead, the Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) blind detection complexity, the transmission flexibility and other aspects can be considered comprehensively to obtain the four different data transmission initial positions.
Therefore, by presetting the data transmission starting position as the first symbol and the fourth symbol of the first time slot of the subframe and the first symbol and the fourth symbol of the second time slot of the subframe, compared with the prior art, the data transmission starting position when the data is transmitted on the unlicensed spectrum channel is increased, the probability that the data can be directly transmitted when the CCA is successful is further increased, and the problem that when the middle symbol of the subframe time slot of the CCA is successful, other symbols of the subframe time slot cannot be used for transmitting the data, and the data can only be transmitted through the starting symbols of the first time slot and the second time slot is avoided, so that the utilization rate of the symbols in the subframe is improved, and the resource utilization rate in the system is improved.
When a target transmission starting position of data to be transmitted on an unlicensed spectrum channel is acquired from a preset data transmission starting position, performing Clear Channel Assessment (CCA) detection on the unlicensed spectrum channel; when CCA success is detected, acquiring a time point when CCA success is detected; and acquiring a data transmission starting position closest to the time point from the preset data transmission starting positions, and determining the data transmission starting position closest to the time point as the target transmission starting position.
Wherein detecting that the CCA is successful, that is, detecting that the unlicensed spectrum channel is in a clear state.
Therefore, the data transmission starting position which is closest to the time point when the CCA is successfully detected in the preset data transmission starting positions is determined as the target transmission starting position, the waste of time domain resources in a channel is reduced, and the resource utilization rate is further improved.
Step 102: and starting to transmit the data to be transmitted to the terminal at the target transmission starting position.
In this step, specifically, when a target transmission start position for starting transmission of the data to be transmitted is determined, the data to be transmitted may be started to be transmitted to the terminal at the target transmission start position.
The following can explain cases where the target transmission start position is different from the preset data transmission start position.
For example, as shown in fig. 2, when the target transmission start position is the first symbol S00 of the first Slot1 of the subframe n set in advance, data to be transmitted may be transmitted from the first symbol S00 at this time. At this time, the symbols filled with oblique lines in fig. 2, that is, all symbols in the subframe n and all symbols of the subframe n +1 can be used for transmitting data to be transmitted.
For another example, as shown in fig. 3, when the target transmission start position is the fourth symbol S03 of the first Slot1 of the preset subframe n, the data to be transmitted may be transmitted from the fourth symbol S03 of the first Slot of the subframe at this time. At this time, the symbols filled with oblique lines in fig. 3, namely four symbols (including the fourth symbol S03 of the first Slot 1) after the fourth symbol S03 of the first Slot1 in the subframe n, all symbols in the second Slot2 and all symbols of the subframe n +1 can be used for transmitting data to be transmitted.
For another example, as shown in fig. 4, when the target transmission start position is the first symbol S07 of the second Slot2 of the preset subframe n, the data to be transmitted may be transmitted from the first symbol S07 of the second Slot of the subframe at this time. At this time, the symbols filled with oblique lines in fig. 4, that is, all symbols after the first symbol S07 of the second Slot2 in the subframe n (including the first symbol S07 of the second Slot 2) and all symbols of the subframe n +1 can be used for transmitting data to be transmitted.
For another example, as shown in fig. 5, when the target transmission start position is the fourth symbol S10 of the second Slot2 of the preset subframe n, the data to be transmitted may be transmitted from the fourth symbol S10 of the second Slot of the subframe at this time. At this time, the symbols filled with oblique lines in fig. 4, i.e., all symbols after the fourth symbol S10 of the second Slot2 in the subframe n (including the fourth symbol S10 of the second Slot 2) and all symbols of the subframe n +1 can be used for transmitting data to be transmitted.
In addition, in this embodiment, before obtaining the target transmission starting position of the data to be transmitted on the unlicensed spectrum channel from the preset data transmission starting position, the method further includes: configuring a data packet corresponding to each data transmission starting position, wherein the length of the data packet is related to the corresponding data transmission starting position; at this time, when the data to be transmitted is sent to the terminal at the target transmission starting position, a target data packet corresponding to the target transmission starting position can be acquired; and starting to send the data to be transmitted to a terminal at the target transmission starting position through a target data packet corresponding to the target transmission starting position.
Wherein, the data packet corresponding to each data transmission starting position indicates that the length of the data packet corresponds to the data transmission starting position.
Specifically, when there is data to be transmitted that needs to be transmitted on the unlicensed spectrum channel, a CCA needs to be started first to perform channel energy detection, and the data can be transmitted only when it is determined that the channel is idle, but since the time point at which the channel is idle is unpredictable, that is, the size of the transmission resource that can be obtained cannot be predicted in advance by the base station, before the target transmission start position is obtained, a data packet corresponding to each data transmission start position needs to be configured in advance, so that after the target transmission start position is determined, the data to be transmitted can be transmitted directly through the data packet corresponding to the target transmission start position.
In addition, in this embodiment, before obtaining the target transmission starting position of the data to be transmitted on the unlicensed spectrum channel from the preset data transmission starting position, the method further includes: configuring scheduling information corresponding to each data transmission starting position, wherein the scheduling information is used for indicating the data transmission starting position;
at this time, after acquiring the target transmission starting position of the data to be transmitted on the unlicensed spectrum channel from the preset data transmission starting position, the method further includes: acquiring target scheduling information corresponding to the target transmission starting position; and sending the target scheduling information to a terminal.
Specifically, when there is data to be transmitted that needs to be transmitted on the unlicensed spectrum channel, a CCA needs to be started first to perform channel energy detection, and the data can be transmitted only when it is determined that the channel is idle, but since the time point at which the channel is idle is unpredictable, that is, the size of the transmission resource that can be obtained cannot be predicted in advance by the base station, before the target transmission start position is obtained, scheduling information corresponding to each data transmission start position needs to be configured in advance to indicate the data transmission start position.
Of course, after determining the target transmission start position, target scheduling information corresponding to the target transmission start position may be transmitted to the terminal. Specifically, the target scheduling information may be sent before sending the data to be transmitted, and at this time, the terminal may receive the target scheduling information and receive the sent data to be transmitted according to the target scheduling information.
In addition, specifically, the scheduling information may be two-bit higher layer signaling subframestarttiming, that is, a data transmission start position may be indicated by the signaling subframestarttiming.
Specifically, the specific manner of indicating the data transmission start position by subframe startposition can be shown in the following table:
| subframeStartPosition | data transmission starting position |
| 00 | First symbol S00 of first time slot |
| 01 | The fourth symbol S03 of the first time slot |
| 10 | First symbol S07 of second slot |
| 11 | The fourth symbol S10 of the second slot |
Further, the present embodiment can be explained below by specific examples.
As shown in fig. 6, there is a WIFI signal on the unlicensed spectrum channel, and at this time, when data transmission needs to be performed on the unlicensed spectrum channel, CCA detection needs to be performed, and CAA detection succeeds, and no data transmission exists within a preset time (a signal portion is retained in fig. 6), data transmission may be started. In fig. 6, CAA detection is performed on the 2 nd to 4 th symbols of the first slot of the subframe n, and CCA succeeds in the 4 th symbol S003, at this time, the subframe n starts a partial subframe scheduling policy, that is, a 3-symbol data packet and a 7-symbol data packet are sequentially scheduled (a slant line filling portion of the subframe n in the figure), and then a normal subframe scheduling process is performed, that is, a complete subframe scheduling process from the subframe n +1 to the subframe n +3 is performed; in addition, the subframe n +4 also belongs to a part of subframes, a 3-symbol data packet (a slash filling part in the subframe n + 4) is scheduled, and the transmission is finished. Therefore, compared with the prior art, the embodiment avoids the problem that part of symbols (3 symbols in the example) of the subframe cannot be used for data transmission by increasing the data transmission starting position, thereby avoiding the waste of resources and improving the resource utilization rate.
