Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of electric tools, in particular to a clamping mechanism of an electric hammer accessory of an electric pick and an electric tool.
Background
The electric pick is a handheld electric tool which removes working media by hammering, has the characteristics of safety, reliability, high efficiency, convenient operation and the like, is mainly used for the industries of building, railway construction and reinforcement, and is matched with a proper pick drill rod or other accessories, such as a chisel head, a shovel and other working tools to complete the operations of crushing, flattening, digging, grooving, cutting and the like of the working media.
When the electric pick works, an accessory (such as a chisel head) of the electric pick is generally designed into a sliding type clamping rod, the accessory moves axially, so that the pick head is locked more firmly, and a pick rod is assembled and disassembled more quickly; moreover, when the electric pick is provided with the accessory with the working edge angle, the accessory cannot adjust the direction at will and is not firmly positioned, and particularly, the circumferential rotation of the accessory influences the working efficiency; for example, when a flat chisel is used to remove a tile from a wall, if the flat chisel is rotated in a circumferential direction after being stressed, the edge of the flat chisel cannot be well aligned with the bottom surface of the tile to effectively remove the old tile, and even the pick can be deflected to cause the bending damage of the pick; therefore, the chuck for clamping the accessory needs to be fixed or can be fixed during working, and the accessory can be properly angularly adjusted according to actual needs, so that the accessory is at the optimal working angle during working; however, some of the existing clamping mechanisms are directly fixed by a stop pin or a screw, and some clamping mechanisms are locked by a thread structure, so that the requirement of a user on the working angle when the user uses an accessory such as a flat chisel cannot be met well although the function of positioning is achieved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to: the clamping mechanism and the electric tool for the electric hammer accessory of the electric pick effectively reduce vibration, are not easy to break and deform, are convenient to replace drilling tools, are firm in positioning, cannot rotate circumferentially, enable work to be at the best working angle and are high in working efficiency.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a clamping mechanism of an electric hammer accessory of an electric pick is arranged on a cylinder sleeve and comprises an external thread end of the cylinder sleeve and a spring, wherein a connecting port is arranged in the external thread end, the connecting port is polygonal in shape, and the external thread end is in threaded connection with the spring; the external thread end is a heat-treated high-strength forged thread, so that the clamping spring is firmer; the spring is a strong alloy spring, has enough elasticity, is not easy to break and deform, and effectively reduces vibration.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: the electric pick mainly comprises an electric pick shell, a transmission mechanism and an impact mechanism, wherein the transmission mechanism and the impact mechanism are arranged in the electric pick shell, and the transmission mechanism is well known in the field and is not described in detail herein; the clamping mechanism for the electric hammer accessory of the electric pick in the impact mechanism is improved beneficially, and the clamping mechanism which can ensure that the electric hammer accessory of the electric pick is fixed, reduce vibration and improve use comfort is provided; according to the invention, the tension spring is sleeved at the joint of the cylinder sleeve and the drill tool, so that the drill tool plays a role in protecting the cylinder sleeve and reducing vibration when being reset, and thus the drill tool and the external thread end are not easy to break and deform, and the service life of the electric hammer of the electric pick is prolonged.
Furthermore, the spring is a frustum-shaped spring, the end with the smaller diameter of the cone tip is an intensive stress end, the section of spring is a tension spring, the end with the larger diameter of the cone tail is a clamping thread end, and the section of spring is a pressure spring; the drill tool can be tightly wrapped and axially operated in a matching way, so that the vibration is reduced, and the use comfort is improved.
An electric tool comprises an electric pick shell, a cylinder sleeve, a drill tool and a rotary handle, wherein a transmission mechanism and an impact mechanism are arranged in the electric pick shell, the impact mechanism is arranged in the cylinder sleeve, one end of the cylinder sleeve is provided with an external thread end, and the other end of the cylinder sleeve is sleeved with the rotary handle and connected with the electric pick shell; the structure is flexible and small, the use is convenient, and the operability is strong.
Furthermore, one end of the drill tool is provided with a drill bit, and the other end of the drill tool is provided with a drill shank which is a convex polygon; is not easy to circumferentially run in the using process.
Further, the section of the lug boss of the drill shank is hexagonal; the drill shank has the advantages of common shape, high probability of matching with other electric tools and strong adaptability.
Furthermore, the rotary handle comprises a sleeve ring, a connecting rod and a wear-resistant handle sleeve, the sleeve ring is connected with the wear-resistant handle sleeve through the connecting rod, the sleeve ring is movably sleeved on the cylinder sleeve and can rotate 360 degrees along the cylinder sleeve, and therefore the operation is more convenient.
Furthermore, one end of the electric pick shell is connected with the cylinder sleeve, the other end of the electric pick shell is provided with a handle, and the handle is provided with a starting switch; the starting switch is arranged at the handle, so that the control is more convenient.
In summary, due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention has simple structure, low manufacturing cost and strong applicability, not only is convenient for replacing the drilling tool and firm in positioning, but also can effectively reduce vibration, the drilling tool is not easy to break and deform, and the service life of the drilling tool is prolonged.

As shown in fig. 1-5, a clamping mechanism of an electric hammer accessory of an electric pick is arranged on a cylinder sleeve 1, the clamping mechanism comprises an external thread end 2 of the cylinder sleeve 1 and a spring 3, a connecting port is arranged in the external thread end 2, the connecting port is polygonal in shape, and the external thread end 2 is in threaded connection with the spring 3; the external thread end 2 is a heat-treated high-strength forged thread, and the clamping spring 3 is firmer; the spring 3 is a strong alloy spring, has enough elasticity, is not easy to break and deform, and effectively reduces vibration.

On the basis of the embodiment 1, the spring 3 is a frustum-shaped spring, the end with the smaller diameter of the cone tip is an intensive stress end 31, the section of spring 3 is a tension spring, the end with the larger diameter of the cone tail is a clamping thread end 32, and the section of spring 3 is a pressure spring; the drill tool 4 can be tightly wrapped and matched with the drill tool 4 to axially run, so that the vibration is reduced, and the use comfort is improved.
Example 3
An electric tool comprises an electric pick shell 6, a cylinder sleeve 1, a drill tool 4 and a rotary handle 7, wherein a transmission mechanism and an impact mechanism are arranged in the electric pick shell 6, the impact mechanism is arranged in the cylinder sleeve 1, one end of the cylinder sleeve 1 is provided with an external thread end 2, and the other end of the cylinder sleeve 1 is sleeved with the rotary handle 7 and is connected with the electric pick shell 6; the structure is flexible and small, the use is convenient, and the operability is strong.
Example 4
On the basis of the embodiment 3, one end of the drill tool 4 is provided with a drill bit 41, and the other end is provided with a drill shank 42, wherein the drill shank 42 is a convex polygon; is not easy to circumferentially run in the using process.
Example 5
On the basis of the embodiment 4, the section of the lug boss of the drill shank 42 is hexagonal; the drill shank 42 has high matching probability with other electric tools and strong adaptability due to common shapes.
Example 6
On the basis of embodiment 3, the rotating handle 7 comprises a lantern ring 71, a connecting rod 72 and a wear-resistant handle sleeve 73, the lantern ring 71 is connected with the wear-resistant handle sleeve 73 through the connecting rod 72, the lantern ring 71 is movably sleeved on the cylinder sleeve 1 and can rotate 360 degrees along the cylinder sleeve, and the operation is more convenient.
Example 7
On the basis of the embodiment 3, one end of the electric pick shell 6 is connected with the cylinder sleeve 1, the other end is provided with a handle 5, and the handle 5 is provided with a starting switch 8; the starting switch 8 is arranged at the handle 5, so that the control is more convenient.
