图2示出了按图1的符号，没有示出花色；
图3示出了在按本发明的方法中的各个方法步骤；和
图4示出了用于产生配设有按本发明的装饰纸或装饰膜的装饰部分的方法步骤。
具体实施方式
接下来阐释一种用于制造印刷的装饰纸或印刷的装饰膜10并且保护其不被未经允许地复制的方法，借助所述方法能产生装饰部分。
这种装饰部分可以设计成家具表面、墙、地板或天花板。这种装饰部分通常由载体部分、特别是板12以及之前提到的装饰纸或装饰膜10构成，载体部分和所述装饰纸或装饰膜彼此全面地相互连接，如在图4中借助辊14风格化地示出那样。
这种装饰纸包括形式为高技术含量的特种纸的所谓的原纸，原纸用含水的或含溶剂的油墨系统进行印刷。在印刷之后将装饰纸浸渍，在预浸渍时可能被涂漆并且与载体部分12压紧。载体部分备选能与经印刷的、经涂漆的预浸渍纸胶合。
作为纸的备选方案，针对同一目的并且通过同样的制造步骤或类似的制造步骤，也能使用经印刷的装饰膜。这种膜通常由热塑性塑料、例如PVC、PP、PET和类似物制成。
载体部分通常由木头、纤维材料或塑料制成。当然也能使用其它材料，如矿物材料、金属或由上述材料构成的混合形式，装饰纸或装饰膜例如被层压到所述其它材料上。
花色在凹版印刷或数码印刷时被施加到装饰纸或装饰膜上，所述花色例如是木头仿制品、石头复制品、逼真的图像，但也是图形元素或纺织图案和抽象图案。
在图1中示出了一种花色，在此为木头仿制品，其在计算机上产生。这可以例如由此发生，即，拍摄木头的各个区段并且紧接着进行数字的进一步处理，以便重现完美的木头花色，该木头花色一方面很自然，这就是说看上去像真的，从花色结构的另一方面而言则明显没有那么完美，以至第一眼看上去过于完美并且被认为是人为的。相应地，在计算机上为这种期望的花色创建数字的图像信息，借助所述数字的图像信息能在凹版印刷或数码印刷中制造所述花色。
在计算机上将符号18植入这个花色，所述符号在图2中再一次单独地示出并且是受保护的、已注册的商标和/或已注册的、受保护的设计。
这样来植入符号18，即，之前为期望的花色所产生的图像信息，最少被这样改变，使得人眼在之后输出印刷已变化的图像信息时看不到这种改变。
图1因此示出了一幅实际上并不存在的图，因为除了木头仿制品外在此能看到符号18。但在此应当阐明的是，符号18较大，其尺寸至少为20x 20mm并且在当前情况下由单独的超大的像素构成，即由至少8x 8像素、在当前情况下10x 10像素的场构成。一些场呈黑色示出，另一些则是透明的。每个像素(像素20为了辨别而配设有附图标记)为了印刷并且为了图像信息当然由多个单个像素构成，与相应的软件、可能时与扫描仪或印刷装置相关。
通过植入所述符号，使针对期望的花色的最初的原始图像信息发生改变。这些已变化的图像信息在输出印刷时导致了这样一种花色，人眼无法将该花色与最初的原始花色区分开来。
如何进行符号的植入，在本说明书导言中也在参考三个专利申请/专利的情况下作了阐释。这些方法同样适用于所说明的示例。
这样来设计图像信息的改变并且因此也这样来设计输出印刷的花色的改变，使得其借助扫描仪(属于此的也还有特别是智能手机或平板的相机设备)检测并且相应地在输出印刷所扫描的图像时重现所述改变。
在正常情况下，当然在印刷装饰纸或装饰膜之后，为了借助已变化的图像信息形成期望的花色，由盗版者借助相机设备或高功率扫描仪拍摄这个原创并且打印相应的复制品。
在计算机22(不仅传统的计算机，而且智能手机、平板和类似物均属于所述计算机)上储存着软件App，其中，软件App指的是，App访问服务器并且软件或App的软件的一部分在那里运行。
相机21(在智能手机或平板中这是集成的相机)与计算机22联接，借助相机能拍摄图1所示的花色。
监视器24也与计算机22联接，监视器在智能手机或平板的情况下是集成在智能手机或平板中的监视器。
这样来构造软件App，使得该软件App由花色10的通过相机21如在图3中所示那样拍摄的图像过滤出已植入的符号18和因此过滤出受保护的商标和/或已注册的、受保护的设计并且通过监视器24重现，如在图3中示出的那样。
各个黑色的像素20例如是这样的面，在所述面中进行轻微的色彩移动，并且白色的面在由10x 10的像素构成的正方形的场中是这样的面，在所述面中不进行色彩移动或者也进行另一种能区分的色彩移动。
符号18例如储存在计算机中或者在通过因特网联网所连接的服务器30中并且因此是能询问的。例如可以在背景中检查所拍摄的照片(这不应理解为是限制性的)，以便发现一些像素与所储存的图案快速地符合一致并且之后详细地检验邻接的面是否与所述符号符合一致，因此较为快速地完成了处理。
通过借助照片(扫描应当也属于概念“照片”)获得的图像信息产生了若干信号值，木头花色的同样储存在计算机或服务器30上的预定的信号值被从这些信号值减去，因而示出了带有色彩移动的面，在此为黑色的面。因此没有重现可能重现隐藏地储存在图像中的符号的所储存的符号，而是实际上仅重现了在所拍摄的花色上的符号。因为非法复制这些符号是一种商标侵权和/或设计侵权，所以盗版者是商标侵权者和/或设计侵权者。
符号18被多次施加在花色上，优选彼此间隔开。这意味着，不是整个花色都完全“铺上”这种符号，更确切地说，大量符号18被分散地要么均匀地要么不均匀地添加到花色中。
符号18的尺寸至少为20x 20mm那么大，以至于当拍摄整个花色时，用智能手机能足够精确地拍摄所述符号。
这种装饰在连续印刷中印刷，这就是说，纸或薄膜从辊拉下，因而生成了宽的和无穷长的幅面。
花色图案本身在至少几米之后重复。
额外也能将信息通过信息隐写技术植入到所述花色中，计算机22或服务器30然后通过所述信息识别花色本身并且可以在监视器24上重现所述信息，所述信息例如包含了有关特殊的花色、制造商、订单号、特性等的资讯。
这些信息可以要么储存在计算机22中，要么储存在服务器30上。在使用服务器30时当然需要在服务器30和计算机22之间的因特网联网32。
通过信息隐写技术使用由在图1中看不到的单个极小的像素构成的相应的花色识别图案。这些花色识别图案可以、但不必在印刷和之前的扫描时被盗版者在伪造品上重现。必要时，所使用的信息隐写技术可能使得无法借助传统的装置进行扫描或印刷。

Claims (13)

1.一种用于制造装饰纸或装饰膜以形成装饰部分的表面并且用于保护其不被未经允许地复制的方法，其特征在于，下列步骤：
a)建立数字的图像信息，其定义了期望的花色(10)；
b)在创建已改变的图像信息的情况下将符号(18)植入期望的花色的图像信息中，其中，在输出印刷已变化的图像信息时人眼无法觉察到所述变化并且因此人眼无法觉察到所植入的符号；
c)借助已变化的图像信息印刷装饰纸或装饰膜以形成期望的花色连同植入的符号；
d)设置软件App，其储存在与相机(21)联接的计算机(22)上；
e)设置与计算机(22)联接的监视器(24)；
f)其中，这样构造软件App，使得所述软件App由通过相机拍摄到的图像过滤出所植入的符号(18)并且通过监视器(24)重现。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法，其特征在于，所述装饰纸或所述装饰膜是用于家具表面、墙、地板或天花板的涂层材料。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的方法，其特征在于，经印刷的装饰纸或经印刷的装饰膜构造用于平面地施加到载体部分(12)上。
4.按照前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法，其特征在于，连续地进行印刷，特别是在凹版印刷或数码印刷中。
5.按照前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法，其特征在于，所述符号(18)是由超大的像素(20)组成的图案。
6.按照前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法，其特征在于，所植入的符号(18)是注册的、受保护的商标和/或注册的、受保护的设计。
7.按照前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法，其特征在于，所述花色是木头仿制品、石头复制品或纺织图案并且所植入的符号构造成不同于此。
8.按照前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法，其特征在于，所述符号(18)具有至少20x20mm的尺寸。
9.按照前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法，其特征在于，所述符号(18)由至少8x 8的像素构成。
10.按照权利要求9所述的方法，其特征在于，每个像素具有至少2x 2mm的尺寸。
11.按照前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法，其特征在于，特定于特殊的花色的并且人眼无法看到的花色识别图案植入和印刷到所述花色中。
12.按照权利要求11所述的方法，其特征在于，在软件App中或通过因特网联网在服务器(30)上储存有关特殊的花色的数据，一旦识别到特殊的花色识别图案，就能通过软件App询问所述数据。
13.按照前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法，其特征在于，所述符号在视觉上与原创花色重叠。
