Abstract
The invention discloses a method for simultaneously printing IR ink and mirror silver protective ink on a glass cover plate, which comprises the steps of conventionally manufacturing a screen printing plate and printing, and also comprises the following steps of: (1) selecting a silk screen printing plate with the IR hole and the part needing to be printed with the mirror surface silver not in the same straight line; (2) sticking the tin foil paper around the IR holes to form an independent area with the IR holes; (3) pasting the tin foil paper on the periphery of the part needing to be printed with the mirror surface silver, and circling out an independent area with the part needing to be printed with the mirror surface silver; (4) pouring IR ink into the area between the tinfoil paper and the IR holes; (5) and pouring the mirror silver protection ink into the area between the tin foil paper and the part needing to be printed with the mirror silver. The invention uses the tin foil as the separator, limits the printing ink in the separated area of the tin foil, when the scraper operates, the two kinds of printing ink can not be mixed with each other, and can not affect other areas, and the thickness of the tin foil can not affect the printing of the scraper.

Background
The touch panel comprises cover glass, the cover glass is located on the outermost layer of the touch panel, and the cover glass is subjected to multi-step operations of space avoidance, printing of IR ink, mirror silver protection ink and the like during preparation. The IR ink and the mirror silver protective ink are two different inks, and the printing is divided into two times. When the screen printing plate is manufactured, aiming at the screen printing plate with the IR holes and the part needing to be printed with the mirror silver which are not in the same straight line, the area with the IR holes and the area with the part needing to be printed with the mirror silver are separated from other areas of the screen printing plate by the tinfoil paper, and the ink is poured into the area separated by the tinfoil paper. The foil has a thickness and the ink is confined to spaced areas of the foil. When the scraper operates, the two kinds of printing ink can not be mixed with each other, can not influence other areas of the screen printing plate, and the thickness of the tin foil paper can not influence the printing process of the scraper, so that the IR printing ink and the mirror surface silver protection printing ink can be printed simultaneously, the number of printing tracks at one time is reduced, the steps of related transfer, carrying, cleaning and baking are correspondingly reduced, the working time is shortened, and the working procedure is optimized.

taking out the glass cover plate, and baking and curing: after the double-scraper printing in the third step is finished, lifting the screen printing plate, and taking out the glass cover plate printed with the IR printing ink and the mirror silver protective printing ink; and baking and curing the glass cover plate printed with the IR printing ink and the mirror silver protection printing ink to finish the process of simultaneously printing the IR printing ink and the mirror silver protection printing ink on the glass cover plate. In this example, the temperature for curing is 170 ℃, and the time for curing is 7 min.
