Background
The bolt and the nut are important parts for butting the outer wing and the central wing of a part of airplane, the space where the bolt and the nut are located is narrow and semi-closed, and when the bolt and the nut are disassembled, the problem that the bolt is difficult to take out due to tightness after the nut is often disassembled is solved. The bolt end threads are deformed, even the structure of the machine body is damaged, hidden quality hazards are buried, and the cost is increased for subsequent repair.
At present, the decomposition damage rate of the bolt is as high as 80%, and a tool capable of taking out the bolt completely under the condition that the space environment is limited is urgently needed.
