The ribbon weaving yarn carrier has the beneficial effects that the yarn carrier starts to operate under the rotation drive of the drive plate, yarns are woven according to the set pitch, the outlet of the ribbon weaving yarn carrier is higher than that of a normal weaving yarn carrier, ribbon yarns are wound on the ram from the upper part of the ram, normal weaving yarns normally run from the lower part of the ram, the ribbon yarns move upwards along the ram along with the traction of the ribbon ropes and are fused when moving to the high-temperature fusing blade, and the continuous and efficient weaving of the ribbon ropes and the automatic cutting of the ribbon are realized under the condition of no machine halt.
The ribbon yarn is woven through the ram formation, along with carrying the yarn ware and moving between the driver plate, the ribbon yarn that need be made into the ribbon is woven and is formed the ribbon in the ram top through being woven, and all the other yarns of weaving are normally woven through participating in the ram below, form the annular yarn ribbon of length unanimous in main rope week side under the circumstances of not shutting down, do not need frequently to open and stop the machine, just can weave out the ribbon rope, have solved the problem that frequently shut down and weave the ribbon rope.
The change of the length of the streamer is realized by only rotating the hand wheel and rotating the adjusting nut to adjust the distance between the two ram rods, the change is simple and easy, and the problem of complicated adjustment of the length of the streamer is solved.
A streamer fusing device is fixed on the two ram rods, and when the streamer is pulled upwards along with the main rope, the streamer is fused when passing through a fusing blade with high temperature to realize automatic cutting of the streamer, so that the problem that the streamer cannot be automatically cut is solved.
