Abstract
本发明属于中药技术领域,公开一种治疗甲沟炎的中药组合物及其制备方法,包括如下重量份的原料:大麻提取物0.1‑1份、仙人掌3‑10份、绿茶提取物5‑15份、黄连提取物8‑20份、肉桂提取物0.5‑1份;其使用方法为将大麻提取物、绿茶提取物、黄连提取物、肉桂提取物混合均匀得到药膏;将新鲜仙人掌除刺后捣成糊状,榨汁,加入药膏中搅拌混合均匀得到中药膏;将患处常规消毒患处后敷入中药膏,用纱布覆盖或包扎患处,每日更换1次。本发明中药组合物配伍科学,使用简单,疗效快,疗程短;采用各味中药的综合作用来治疗真菌病和无菌性炎症,无任何毒副作用,且不会对皮肤造成损伤。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于中药技术领域,涉及一种治疗甲沟炎的中药组合物及其使用方法。
背景技术
甲沟炎是指(趾)甲周围软组织的化脓感染,是细菌通过甲旁皮肤的微创破损袭至皮下并生长繁殖引起。甲沟炎、嵌甲不治疗不会自行痊愈,时间长了以后就会出现化脓。长时间不治疗趾甲会严重变形,导致甲床破坏,最后趾甲缺损,严重者甚至导致不长指甲。目前,甲沟炎的治疗方法大多需要到医院进行拔甲手术,拔甲后甲床外露,护理不便,且新甲重新生长需36个月,新甲生成后不可避免再次发生甲沟炎可能,通常需要将整片指甲或趾甲拔除,以让甲沟炎能够更好地治愈,但这种治疗方法使患者受到的痛苦大,且患者恢复过程中由于缺乏指甲或趾甲的保护,与指甲或趾甲贴合的组织很容易受到感染。
虽然目前对甲沟炎的诊疗多有改进,相关研究日趋深入,但甲沟炎仍是临床治疗中的顽疾,仍表现出高发病率和高复发率的特征,致使增加病人的痛苦与医生的困扰,不能从根本解决问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服上述缺陷,提供一种治疗效果好、无副作用的治疗甲沟炎的中药组合物及其使用方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:
一种治疗甲沟炎的中药组合物,包括如下重量份的原料:大麻提取物0.1-1份、仙人掌3-10份、绿茶提取物5-15份、黄连提取物8-20份、肉桂提取物0.5-1份。
优选的,一种治疗甲沟炎的中药组合物,包括如下重量份的原料:大麻提取物0.5份、仙人掌5份、绿茶提取物8份、黄连提取物9份、肉桂提取物0.5份。
优选的,所述大麻叶提取物中大麻二酚的含量>50%,所述四氢大麻酚的含量<0.3%。
优选的,所述绿茶提取物中茶多酚含量≥80%,盐酸小檗碱含量≥10%。
优选的,所述肉桂提取物中肉桂多酚含量≥30%。
本发明中药组合物中各组分的药用原理:
大麻叶提取物:从工业大麻中提取出来的,经分离、纯化而得到的一类大麻素及萜类物质的总称。大麻叶提取物中的主要活性成份大麻二酚在杀菌、消炎、止痒、止痛上具有很好的效果,对于各类细菌、真菌具有广谱的杀菌能力。
仙人掌:具有行气活血、清热解毒、凉血止血、清肺止咳的功效。
绿茶:具有消除自由基、抗氧化、抑菌消炎、抑制肿瘤、吸收紫外线等活性功能。
黄连:性味苦,寒。归心、脾、胃、肝、胆、大肠经。功能:清热燥湿,泻火解毒。体外对多种革兰阳性及阴性菌均具抑菌作用,其中对溶血性链球菌、金葡菌、霍乱弧菌、乙型链球菌作用较强,对大肠杆菌、伤寒杆菌作用较弱。
肉桂:性辛、甘、大热。归肾、脾、心、肝经。具有补火助阳,引火归源,散寒止痛,活血通络的功能,用于阳痿、宫冷、腰膝冷痛、肾虚作喘,阳虚眩晕,目赤咽痛,心腹冷痛,虚寒吐泻,寒疝、奔豚,经闭、痛经。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种治疗甲沟炎的中药组合物的使用方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按重量份称取大麻提取物、绿茶提取物、黄连提取物、肉桂提取物混合均匀;
(2)将新鲜仙人掌除刺后捣成糊状,榨汁,加入到步骤(1)中的药膏中,搅拌混合均匀得到中药膏;
(3)将患处常规消毒患处后敷入步骤(2)的中药膏,用纱布覆盖或包扎患处,每日更换1次。
与现有技术相比本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明治疗甲沟炎的中药组合物由大麻提取物、仙人掌、绿茶提取物、黄连提取物、肉桂提取物组成,大麻提取物中的含有的大麻二酚具有消炎镇痛的作用;黄连提取物可以清热解毒;仙人掌用于去腐生肌;绿茶提取物具有抑菌、抗氧化;肉桂提取物可以活血通经;本发明几种中药相互作用,对多种化脓性细菌有杀菌或抑菌作用;同时还具有防腐、解热作用,能降低毛细血管的通透性,扩张血管,降低血管压力,减少渗出,减轻和防止组织变性和坏死,缩短和减轻病原因素的持续作用和代谢产物的刺激,防止和消除增生;添加的大麻提取物还具有镇痛作用,能减轻炎性渗出物压迫神经末稍及代谢产物、血管活性胺、缓激肤等炎症介质的刺激而引起的疼痛。
(2)本发明中药组合物使用时,采用将新鲜仙人掌去刺捣碎榨汁后与其他中药提取物混合,可最大化提升灭杀真菌的能力。
(3)本发明中药组合物配伍科学,使用简单,疗效快,疗程短。采用各味中药的综合作用来治疗真菌病和无菌性炎症,无任何毒副作用,且不会对皮肤造成损伤。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明。在此需要说明的是,对于这些实施方式的说明用于帮助理解本发明,但并不构成对本发明的限定。此外,下面所描述的本发明各个实施方式中所涉及的技术特征只要彼此之间未构成冲突就可以相互组合。
实施例1
一种治疗甲沟炎的中药组合物,包括如下重量份的原料:大麻提取物0.1-1份、仙人掌3-10份、绿茶提取物5-15份、黄连提取物8-20份、肉桂提取物0.5份。
一种治疗甲沟炎的中药组合物的使用方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按重量份称取大麻提取物、绿茶提取物、黄连提取物、肉桂提取物混合均匀;
(2)将新鲜仙人掌除刺后捣成糊状,榨汁,加入到步骤(1)中的药膏中,搅拌混合均匀得到中药膏;
(3)将患处常规消毒患处后敷入步骤(2)的中药膏,用纱布覆盖或包扎患处,每日更换1次。
实施例2
一种治疗甲沟炎的中药组合物,包括如下重量份的原料:大麻提取物0.1-1份、仙人掌3-10份、绿茶提取物5-15份、黄连提取物8-20份、肉桂提取物0.8份。
一种治疗甲沟炎的中药组合物的使用方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按重量份称取大麻提取物、绿茶提取物、黄连提取物、肉桂提取物混合均匀;
(2)将新鲜仙人掌除刺后捣成糊状,榨汁,加入到步骤(1)中的药膏中,搅拌混合均匀得到中药膏;
(3)将患处常规消毒患处后敷入步骤(2)的中药膏,用纱布覆盖或包扎患处,每日更换1次。
实施例3
一种治疗甲沟炎的中药组合物,包括如下重量份的原料:大麻提取物0.1-1份、仙人掌3-10份、绿茶提取物5-15份、黄连提取物8-20份、肉桂提取物1份。
一种治疗甲沟炎的中药组合物的使用方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按重量份称取大麻提取物、绿茶提取物、黄连提取物、肉桂提取物混合均匀;
(2)将新鲜仙人掌除刺后捣成糊状,榨汁,加入到步骤(1)中的药膏中,搅拌混合均匀得到中药膏;
(3)将患处常规消毒患处后敷入步骤(2)的中药膏,用纱布覆盖或包扎患处,每日更换1次。
对比例1
除去大麻提取物,其余与实施例2相同。
对比例2
除去仙人掌,其余与实施例2相同。
对比例3
除去绿茶提取物,其余与实施例2相同。
对比例4
除去肉桂提取物,其余与实施例2相同。
动物实验
1材料
1.1动物
昆明种小鼠,普通级,雌雄各半,体重18-22g;SD大鼠,雄性,体重180-220g。
1.2药物与试剂
造模试剂:脱毛霜、角叉菜胶、磷酸组织胺、二甲苯。
治疗药物:本发明实施例和对比例制备的中药组合物。
2实验方法
2.1对二甲苯致所致小鼠耳廓肿胀的影响
取18-22g昆明种小鼠80只,随机分为8组,每组10只,雌雄各半,分别为对照组、实验组(3组)、对比实验组(4组),对照组涂市场上售卖的达克宁软膏剂,试验组于小鼠右耳分别涂以本发明中药组合物,每日2次,连续3天,第4天涂药后1小时各组以蒸馏水洗去药物,用干棉球擦净。然后各组小鼠右耳涂以二甲苯0.05ml/只,左耳作对照,30分钟后处死动物,用8mm打孔器将小鼠左右耳同等部位等面积切下,用电子天平称重,以左右耳片重量之差为肿胀度,计算各组肿胀度,求出肿胀抑制率,结果见表1。

结果表明,本发明中药组合物能明显减轻二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀度,对小鼠耳肿胀炎症具有明显抑制作用。
2.2抑菌作用
实验方法:将各测试菌用生理盐水制成菌悬液,并稀释成浊度为2.0McF以上菌悬液,再用生理盐水稀释100倍,RPMII640稀释10倍,试验组(本发明实施例1-3制备的中药组合物)、对比实验组(本发明对比例1-4制备的中药组合物)、对照组(市售达克宁软膏剂)二倍稀释,96孔培养板中培养72-96h,轻微震荡,490nm处进行光电比色。
试验菌:致病性大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌、黑曲霉、红色隐球菌。
抑菌结果见表2。

结果表明,本发明中药组合物对致病性大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌、黑曲霉、红色隐球菌具有较强的抗菌效果。
临床试验
选择甲沟炎患者96例,年龄16-60岁;随机分为8组,分别为对照组、实验组(3组)、对比实验组(4组),每组12人,男女比例为1:1;8组资料差异无统计学意义。
实验组、对比实验组按照本发明中药组合物的使用方法进行治疗,每天2次,疗程7天;对照组涂市场上售卖的达克宁软膏剂,每天2次,疗程7天。
疗效标准参照《中医病证诊断疗效标准》
治愈:全身症状消退,肿痛消失,疮口愈合;
好转:全身症状消退,肿痛、疮口未全愈合;
未愈:局部和全身症状加重,有朽骨形成或手部有严重功能障碍。总有效为治愈加好转。
治疗效果见表3。

Claims (6)
1.一种治疗甲沟炎的中药组合物,其特征在于:包括如下重量份的原料:大麻提取物0.1-1份、仙人掌3-10份、绿茶提取物5-15份、黄连提取物8-20份、肉桂提取物0.5-1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗甲沟炎的中药组合物,其特征在于:包括如下重量份的原料:大麻提取物0.5份、仙人掌5份、绿茶提取物8份、黄连提取物9份、肉桂提取物0.5份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的治疗甲沟炎的中药组合物,其特征在于:所述大麻叶提取物中大麻二酚的含量>50%,所述四氢大麻酚的含量<0.3%。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的治疗甲沟炎的中药组合物,其特征在于:所述绿茶提取物中茶多酚含量≥80%,盐酸小檗碱含量≥10%。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的治疗甲沟炎的中药组合物,其特征在于:所述肉桂提取物中肉桂多酚含量≥30%。
6.一种权利要求1所述的治疗甲沟炎的中药组合物的使用方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)按重量份称取大麻提取物、绿茶提取物、黄连提取物、肉桂提取物混合均匀;
(2)将新鲜仙人掌除刺后捣成糊状,榨汁,加入到步骤(1)中的药膏中,搅拌混合均匀得到中药膏;
(3)将患处常规消毒患处后敷入步骤(2)的中药膏,用纱布覆盖或包扎患处,每日更换1次。
