在与所述连接侧5对置的横向侧9中,所述液压集成块1具有柱筒形的盲孔作为用于踏板位移模拟器7的容纳部11。所述踏板位移模拟器7的容纳部11具有直径梯级并且具有环绕的槽12,所述环绕的槽也能够被理解为踏板位移模拟器7的容纳部11的底切部(Hinterschnitt)。所述容纳部11形成踏板位移模拟器7的缸,模拟器活塞13以能轴向移动的方式被容纳在所述缸中,所述模拟器活塞由作为模拟器弹簧14的螺旋弹簧朝所述盲孔的底部的方向加荷,所述盲孔构成所述踏板位移模拟器7的容纳部11和缸。所述模拟器弹簧14支撑在杯形的模拟器盖15中,所述模拟器盖被装入到踏板位移模拟器7的容纳部11中并且一直延伸到环绕的槽12。所述模拟器盖15用螺纹环16被保持在踏板位移模拟器7的容纳部11中,所述螺纹环根据锁紧螺母的类型被旋入到容纳部11的汇入口处的内螺纹中并且用敛缝部17得到固定以防止松开。在所述环绕的槽12中布置有如下孔盘18,该孔盘限制所述模拟器活塞13的行程。通过所述孔盘18的外边缘中的空隙19,构成踏板位移模拟器7的缸的容纳部11与所述将容纳部11包围的并且向里朝该容纳部11敞开的、环绕的槽12连通。
钻孔20将所述踏板位移模拟器7的容纳部11与所述主制动缸孔2连接起来,该钻孔20汇入构成踏板位移模拟器7的缸的容纳部11的底部。在所述钻孔20中布置有在附图中看不见的、作为模拟器阀的电磁阀,该电磁阀在助力制动时被打开,从而能够将制动液从主制动缸排出到踏板位移模拟器7的构成缸的容纳部11中。在助力制动时,用所述电动机10在助力缸6中产生制动压力。所述主制动缸通过钻孔20与模拟器活塞13的面向踏板位移模拟器7的容纳部11的底部的前侧连通,而将所述踏板位移模拟器7的容纳部11包围的槽12则与模拟器活塞13的后侧连通。
钻孔21从所述踏板位移模拟器7的容纳部11的环绕的槽12轴平行于所述踏板位移模拟器7的容纳部11并且平行于马达侧3、控制器侧4和液压集成块1的纵向侧而通往连接侧5,在那里所述钻孔用被压入的滚珠22压力密封地封闭。在本发明的所描述和所示出的实施方式中,所述钻孔21在马达侧3的附近从马达侧3与主制动缸孔2之间穿过。
在所述液压集成块1的连接侧5中的用于制动液储存容器的接头8与所述主制动缸孔2之间,横向钻孔23汇入到从所述踏板位移模拟器7的容纳部11的槽12上引出的钻孔21中。所述横向钻孔23垂直于马达侧3和控制器侧4被安置在液压集成块1中,与所述将用于制动液储存容器的接头8与主制动缸孔2连接起来的钻孔24相交并且通过被压入的滚珠25在控制器侧4上压力密封地得到封闭。
像钻孔21那样,将接头8与主制动缸孔2连接起来的钻孔24轴平行于踏板位移模拟器7的容纳部11并且平行于马达侧3、控制器侧4和液压集成块1的纵向侧来延伸。这两个钻孔21、24因此在这里也被称为平行的钻孔21、24。它们彼此平行地错开。这两个平行的钻孔21、24是踏板位移模拟器7的回流部26的一部分,所述回流部将模拟器活塞13的后侧上的、构成踏板位移模拟器7的缸的容纳部11与未绘出的无压力的制动液储存容器的接头8连接起来。除了两个平行的钻孔21、24之外,所述横向钻孔23和槽12也属于回流部26。所述回流部26实现了闭合的系统。
Claims (7)
1.用于液压的助力-车辆制动设备的液压集成块,具有用于制动液储存容器的接头(8)、主制动缸孔(2)和用于踏板位移模拟器(7)的容纳部(11),其特征在于所述踏板位移模拟器(7)的回流部(26),所述回流部将用于制动液储存容器的接头(8)、主制动缸孔(2)和用于踏板位移模拟器(7)的容纳部(11)连接起来,并且所述回流部具有处于液压集成块(1)中的两个彼此平行并且与用于踏板位移模拟器(7)的容纳部(11)平行的钻孔(21、24),所述钻孔中的一个钻孔与用于踏板位移模拟器(7)的容纳部(11)连通并且所述钻孔中的另一个钻孔与用于制动液储存容器的接头(8)连通,并且所述回流部还具有处于所述液压集成块(1)中的将两个平行的钻孔(21、24)连接起来的横向钻孔(23)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液压集成块,其特征在于,用于踏板位移模拟器(7)的容纳部(11)具有底切部或槽(12),所述回流部(26)的两个平行的钻孔(21、24)之一汇入到所述底切部或槽中。
3.根据权利要求1所述的液压集成块,其特征在于,用于制动液储存容器的接头(8)和用于踏板位移模拟器(7)的容纳部(11)布置在所述液压集成块(1)的对置的面(5、9)中。
4.根据权利要求1所述的液压集成块,其特征在于,所述液压集成块(1)是以笛卡尔方式钻孔的长方体。
5.根据权利要求1所述的液压集成块,其特征在于,所述主制动缸孔(2)横向于用于踏板位移模拟器(7)的容纳部(11)和/或用于制动液储存容器的接头(8)来延伸。
6.根据权利要求1所述的液压集成块,其特征在于,所述液压集成块(1)具有用于所述车辆制动设备的制动调节机构和/或滑转调节机构的电磁阀和其他液压的结构元件的容纳部。
7.根据权利要求1所述的液压集成块,其特征在于,所述液压集成块(1)具有助力缸孔。
