An execution subject of the shooting method provided in the embodiment of the present invention may be the electronic device (including a mobile electronic device and a non-mobile electronic device), or may also be a functional module and/or a functional entity capable of implementing the shooting method in the electronic device, which may be determined specifically according to actual use requirements, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited. The following takes an electronic device as an example to exemplarily describe the shooting method provided by the embodiment of the invention.
The electronic device in the embodiment of the present invention may be an electronic device having an operating system. The operating system may be an Android (Android) operating system, an ios operating system, or other possible operating systems, and embodiments of the present invention are not limited in particular.
The following describes a software environment applied to the shooting method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, taking an android operating system as an example.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of an architecture of a possible android operating system according to an embodiment of the present invention. In fig. 1, the architecture of the android operating system includes 4 layers, which are respectively: an application layer, an application framework layer, a system runtime layer, and a kernel layer (specifically, a Linux kernel layer).
The application program layer comprises various application programs (including system application programs and third-party application programs) in an android operating system.
The application framework layer is a framework of the application, and a developer can develop some applications based on the application framework layer under the condition of complying with the development principle of the framework of the application.
The system runtime layer includes libraries (also called system libraries) and android operating system runtime environments. The library mainly provides various resources required by the android operating system. The android operating system running environment is used for providing a software environment for the android operating system.
The kernel layer is an operating system layer of an android operating system and belongs to the bottommost layer of an android operating system software layer. The kernel layer provides kernel system services and hardware-related drivers for the android operating system based on the Linux kernel.
Taking an android operating system as an example, in the embodiment of the present invention, a developer may develop a software program for implementing the shooting method provided in the embodiment of the present invention based on the system architecture of the android operating system shown in fig. 1, so that the shooting method may run based on the android operating system shown in fig. 1. That is, the processor or the electronic device may implement the shooting method provided by the embodiment of the present invention by running the software program in the android operating system.
The shooting method provided by the embodiment of the invention can be applied to a multi-person combined shooting scene and can also be applied to a single-person shooting scene.
For a multi-user co-shooting scene, suppose that a user A uses an electronic device A to shoot a co-shooting for a user B and a user C, after shooting, the shot co-shooting is stored in a local album of the electronic device A, and the user A can respectively send the co-shooting to the electronic device B of the user B and the electronic device C of the user C. However, when the user a takes the photos for the user B and the user C, the user a may not use the filter or select a proper shooting angle, so that the resulting photos are not good, however, the user a may voluntarily store the photos, so that the photos are intentionally or unintentionally leaked by the user a, and the privacy of the user B and the user C is leaked. In the embodiment of the invention, after shooting, the electronic device A pulls the user A, the user B and the user C into the same group, and displays the shot combined photograph in the group for the user B and the user C to view, and when the user B or the user C is not satisfied with the combined photograph, the electronic devices corresponding to the user A, the user B and the user C are prohibited from storing the combined photograph, so that the privacy of the user B or the user C is protected.
For a single shooting scene, suppose that a user a uses an electronic device a of the user a to shoot a single photo for a user B, after shooting, the shot photo is stored in a "local album" of the electronic device a, and the user a can send the photo to the electronic device B of the user B. In the embodiment of the invention, after shooting, the electronic device A pulls the user B into the same group, and if the user B views the photo in the group and is unsatisfied with the photo, the electronic device A automatically deletes the photo, thereby protecting the privacy of the user B.
The following describes a shooting method according to an embodiment of the present invention with reference to a flow chart of the shooting method shown in fig. 2, where fig. 2 is a flow chart of a shooting method provided by an embodiment of the present invention, and the shooting method includes steps 201 to 203:
step 201: the first electronic device receives a first input.
Step 202: and responding to the first input, and acquiring a first image which is acquired by the camera and contains N shooting objects by the first electronic equipment.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the N objects are members of the target group, and N is a positive integer.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the first input may be: the touch input of the user on the shooting interface, or the voice instruction input by the user, or the specific gesture input by the user may be determined according to the actual use requirement, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited. The specific gesture in the embodiment of the present invention may be: any one of a single-click gesture, a double-click gesture, a slide gesture, a pressure recognition gesture, a long-press gesture, an area change gesture, and a multi-point press gesture.
Illustratively, the first input is a photographing input. For example, a user's click input to a shooting control.
For example, the camera of the first electronic device may be a front camera of the electronic device, or may also be a rear camera of the electronic device, specifically, the conversion is performed according to actual use needs, and the embodiment of the present invention does not limit this.
Step 203: and the first electronic equipment sends the first image to second electronic equipment corresponding to the group members in the target group, and deletes the first image.
The N shooting objects are group members of the target group, the first image is forbidden to be saved by second electronic equipment under a first preset condition, and N is a positive integer.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the target group may be a temporary group established before the camera acquires the first image, or may be a group established in an application program in the first-end electronic device.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the first predetermined condition includes: and within a preset time period, the first electronic equipment receives a negative storage opinion, which is made by at least one group member in the target group, aiming at the first image.
In the embodiment of the present invention, after acquiring the first image acquired by the camera, the first electronic device may set a storage right for the first image, and limit the second electronic device to store the first image.
In an embodiment of the present invention, after the first electronic device sends the first image to the target group, if the first image satisfies a first predetermined condition, the second electronic device is prohibited from saving the first image, and conversely, if the first image is not denied by all group members in the target group within a predetermined time period, the second electronic device has a right to save the first image.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present invention, after acquiring the first image acquired by the camera, the first electronic device sets a storage right for the first image, where the storage right prohibits the first electronic device from sending the first image to other electronic devices, and only allows the first electronic device to send the first image to the cloud server.
For example, after the first electronic device sends the first image with the storage right to the target group, the first image may be deleted, and at this time, the first electronic device may only preview on the communication interface of the target group. Similarly, since the storage authority of the first image is limited, the second electronic device can only preview the first image after receiving the first image, and similarly cannot store the first image.
Therefore, the electronic equipment sets the storage authority for the first image, and avoids the first image from being shared or stored by the first electronic equipment and/or the second electronic equipment under the condition that the permission of the shooting object contained in the first image is not provided.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present invention, the first electronic device may directly send the first image to the second electronic device corresponding to the group member in the target group. Or, under the condition that the first electronic device creates the target group through the cloud server, the first electronic device may send the first image to the cloud server, the second electronic device corresponding to the group member in the target group may download the first image from the cloud server by accessing the cloud server, and meanwhile, the electronic devices corresponding to all the group members in the target group may transmit the image to the cloud server.
For example, after the second electronic device acquires the first image, the second electronic device only has the viewing right of the first image, and does not have the saving right.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present invention, in a case that the first electronic device belongs to a group member of the target group, after the step 203, the shooting method provided in the embodiment of the present invention may further include the following step 203 a:
step 203 a: and the first electronic equipment displays the first image on the communication interface of the target group.
For example, after the first electronic device sends the first image to the second electronic device corresponding to the group member in the target group, the first image is updated and displayed on the communication interface of the target group currently displayed by the first electronic device.
In the shooting method provided by the embodiment of the invention, after receiving a first input, a first electronic device acquires a first image which is acquired by a camera and contains N shooting objects, and sends the first image to a second electronic device corresponding to a group member in a target group (namely, the N shooting objects) so that the group member can view the first image, after the first electronic device sends the first image to the target group, the first electronic device can delete the first image in order to protect the privacy of the shooting objects, and meanwhile, since the first image is prohibited from being stored by the second electronic device under a first predetermined condition, namely, when a part of the shooting objects in the first image are not satisfied with the first image, the embodiment of the invention limits the storage authority of the first image, thereby protecting the privacy of the shooting objects in the first image.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present invention, the deleting the first image in step 203 may include the following step 203 b:
step 203 b: and the first electronic equipment deletes the first image when receiving the negative opinion information fed back by the second electronic equipment corresponding to the first image in the N imaging objects relative to the first image.
For example, the first object may be at least one of the N objects, that is, the first object may be one object or a plurality of objects.
For example, after receiving the negative opinion information fed back by the second electronic device corresponding to any one of the photographic subjects for the first image, the first electronic device may search the first image from the local storage area, and then delete the first image from the local storage area. It is understood that if any of the photographic subjects included in the first image is in a negative attitude with respect to the first image, the first image stored in the first electronic device will be destroyed.
Illustratively, the negative opinion information is used to indicate that any of the subjects negatively opines the first image, that is, that any of the subjects disagrees with any of the group members in the target group to save the image.
Further optionally, if the target group includes other group members besides the N subjects, the other group members may be restricted from evaluating the first image, that is, the electronic devices corresponding to the other group members are restricted from feeding back negative opinion information to the first electronic device. Meanwhile, the electronic equipment corresponding to the other group members is limited to store the first image.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the present invention, the first electronic device may create the target group through at least the following two clustering manners.
In a first possible implementation:
before the step 201, the shooting method provided by the embodiment of the present invention may further include the following steps 201a1 and 201a 2:
step 201a 1: and the first electronic equipment sends a group request message to second electronic equipment corresponding to the N shooting objects.
Step 201a 2: and the first electronic equipment creates the target group under the condition of receiving the group entering response message sent by at least one second electronic equipment.
Wherein the group joining response message indicates agreement to join the target group.
Illustratively, before the first electronic device shoots, the second electronic device corresponding to the shooting object is added into the target group by sending a group request message to the second electronic device corresponding to the shooting object.
Therefore, the first electronic equipment can quickly and accurately join the second electronic equipment corresponding to the shooting object into the target group by sending the group sending request message to the second electronic equipment.
In a second possible implementation:
for example, after the first electronic device starts the camera application, a face-to-face clustering function may be triggered, a group entry password is set on a group password setting interface, and creation of a target group is completed, and then, the second electronic devices corresponding to the N photographic subjects may join the target group by inputting the group entry password. Further, the first electronic device may set that the second electronic device within the predetermined range of the first electronic device can join the target group, that is, the distance between the second electronic device and the first electronic device is smaller than a predetermined threshold, and the input password is successfully matched, so that the second electronic device can join the target group.
For example, as shown in fig. 3 (a), when a user wants to create a group, the user may click a setting control on a camera shooting interface, a "group setting" interface (e.g., 31 in fig. 3 (a)) is displayed on the shooting interface, the "group setting" includes controls for "creating a group" and "joining a group", the user may generate an interface for creating a group (e.g., 32 in fig. 3 (b)) by clicking "create a group", and the user may successfully create a group by setting a password on the interface for creating a group (e.g., setting the password of the group to "123" as shown in fig. 3 (b)) and clicking "complete" control. After the group is established, the other users can join the group by selecting "join group" in the "group setup" interface, performing password verification on the interface (e.g. 33 in fig. 3 (c)) for joining the group, inputting "123", and clicking the "complete" control.
In this way, after the first electronic device establishes the "face-to-face" group, the second electronic device can join the group through matching of the password and the location information, thereby reducing the operation of inviting the second electronic device to join the target group by the first electronic device.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present invention, before the step 201, the shooting method provided in the embodiment of the present invention may further include the following steps 201b1 and 201b 2:
step 201b 1: and when the first electronic equipment displays a preview picture of the camera, the first electronic equipment transmits the preview picture to second electronic equipment corresponding to at least one second shooting object in the N shooting objects.
Step 201b 2: and the first electronic equipment receives shooting opinion information fed back by the second electronic equipment corresponding to any second shooting object.
Wherein the shooting opinion information includes shooting parameters.
Illustratively, the shooting parameters include at least one of: aperture value, brightness value, contrast value, exposure value, white balance value and filter.
For example, the second object may be at least one of the N objects, that is, the second object may be one object or a plurality of objects.
For example, when a first electronic device displays a preview screen of a camera, the first electronic device transmits the preview screen to a target second electronic device after receiving a screen synchronization request message transmitted by a second electronic device corresponding to the second object.
For example, after the first electronic device and the second electronic device corresponding to the second photographic subject perform picture synchronization, the second electronic device corresponding to the second photographic subject may view a preview picture of the first electronic device, so as to obtain the current photographic parameter, and if the second photographic subject does not find the current photographic parameter, the second electronic device corresponding to the second photographic subject may send confirmation information to the first electronic device. At this time, if the first electronic device does not receive a negative opinion fed back by any second electronic device corresponding to the second shooting within a predetermined time period, the shooting may be performed according to the current shooting parameters.
Therefore, the first electronic equipment shares the real-time preview picture acquired by the camera with the second electronic equipment corresponding to the second shooting object, so that the second shooting object can view the preview picture acquired by the camera of the first electronic equipment in real time, and feasible shooting opinions are provided.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present invention, before the step 203, the shooting method provided in the embodiment of the present invention may further include the following step 203c 1:
step 203c 1: the first electronic equipment adds a first identifier on the first image if detecting that image characteristic information corresponding to any shooting object in the first image meets a second preset condition.
Illustratively, in conjunction with the step 203c1, the step 203 may include the following steps 203c 2:
step 203c 2: the first electronic device sends the first image containing the first identifier to the second electronic device.
For example, the image feature information corresponding to any of the subjects in the first image includes: the face feature information of any one of the photographic subjects. In one example, the image feature information corresponding to any one of the objects is used to characterize all or part of the five sense organs of the object, and the second predetermined condition includes: the posture of the five sense organs of any photographic object meets the preset posture of the five sense organs. For example, the eyes, ears, nose, eyebrows, and facial organs of the mouth.
For example, the image feature information corresponding to any one of the photographic subjects is used to characterize the eye posture of the photographic subject, and the second predetermined condition may be: the eyes are in a closed state and the eyes are shielded.
For example, the image feature information corresponding to any of the subjects in the first image includes: the second predetermined condition corresponds to an image parameter in a region where the any one of the objects is located in the first image, and includes: the image parameters satisfy a predetermined condition. Wherein, the image parameters include: brightness values, contrast values, exposure values, white balance values, etc.
For example, in the case of exposure, the second predetermined condition may be at least one of: the current exposure is greater than or equal to a first threshold (i.e., overexposed) and the current exposure is less than or equal to a second threshold (i.e., underexposed).
It should be noted that the second predetermined condition is used to determine whether the first image meets the normal aesthetic standard of the user, and may be flexibly set according to the actual use requirement, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
Illustratively, the first identifier may be at least one of: graphics, characters, image outlines, etc.
Illustratively, the first flag is used to mark that the image does not satisfy the second predetermined condition.
For example, in the case that the first identifier is an image outline identifier, the outline of the first image is shown in bold when the first image using the image outline identifier is compared with the image without the image outline identifier.
For example, an image containing the first identifier may be preferentially displayed at the top of the communication interface of the target group, so that the group member in the target group can see the image at the first time.
In this way, the first electronic device marks the image, so that when other electronic devices view the image, the marked image can be quickly distinguished on the communication interface of the target group, and the opinion on the image can be provided at the first time.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present invention, the shooting method provided in the embodiment of the present invention may further include the following step a1 and step a 2:
step A1: and receiving a second input of the user when the first electronic equipment displays the communication interface of the target group and a fourth image is displayed on the communication interface.
For example, the fourth image may be any one of X images of the communication interface of the target group that is marked by the first identification mark, or any one of Y images of the communication interface of the target group that is not marked by the first identification mark, and this is not limited by the embodiment of the present invention.
Step A2: in response to the second input, the first electronic device transmits negative opinion information for the fourth image to the target electronic device.
The target electronic device is a second electronic device that transmits the fourth image among the N second electronic devices.
For example, the second input may be: for the touch input of the user to the fourth image, or the voice instruction input by the user, or the specific gesture input by the user, the above description of the first input may be specifically referred to, and details are not repeated here.
Illustratively, for the target electronic device, the target electronic device deletes the fourth image stored in the local storage area of the target electronic device after receiving the negative opinion information sent by the first electronic device.
For example, after the first electronic device sends negative opinion information to the target electronic device for the fourth image, the second electronic device corresponding to the group member in the target group cannot save the fourth image. Further, the fourth image is destroyed after the target group is dissolved.
For example, as shown in fig. 4 (a), in the communication interface of which the interface currently displayed by the electronic device is "group 1" (i.e. the above-mentioned target group, as 41 in fig. 4 (a)), 8 photos are displayed in the "group 1", wherein photo 1, photo 2, and photo 3 are displayed at the uppermost side of the communication interface and are marked by star-shaped graphics (i.e. the above-mentioned first identifier), when the user wants to view "photo 2", the "photo 2" can be electronically displayed, and then the "photo 2" can be displayed in an enlarged manner (e.g. 42 in fig. 4 (b)), at this time, under the "photo 2", an "agree" control and an "reject" control (i.e. the above-mentioned opinions) appear, if the user does not want to have the "photo 2" stored by other people, the user can select the "reject" control, at this time, negative opinion information is sent to the electronic device sending the "photo 2", at this time, the electronic device sending the "photo 2" deletes the "photo 2" stored locally, meanwhile, any group member in the group cannot store the "photo 2", if the user wants to store the "photo 3", the user may select the "consent" control, and if no negative opinion about the "photo 3" by other group members in the "group 1" is received within a preset time period, the "photo 3" is stored in the local storage area of the electronic device.
In this way, the first electronic device prohibits any group member in the group from storing the image by making a negative suggestion on the image on the communication interface of the target group, thereby effectively protecting the privacy of the shooting object.
Optionally, after the step 203 in the embodiment of the present invention, the shooting method provided in the embodiment of the present invention may further include the following step 203 d:
step 203 d: and under the condition that the target group is dispersed, the first electronic equipment saves the second image and deletes the third image.
Wherein the second image includes: the image which is not rejected by the group members is displayed on the communication interface of the target group; the third image includes: and the image rejected by the group members is displayed on the communication interface of the target group.
For example, any member of the target group may apply for dissembling the target group.
For example, after applying for the dissembling of the target group, any group member in the target group sends a group dissembling application to other group members in the target group, and after receiving the group dissembling application, the second electronic device corresponding to the other group members in the target group does not respond to the group dissembling application within a predetermined time period, or all the group members in the group agree to dissembling the target group, the target group is dissembled.
For example, when the target group is dismissed, the image marked for deletion in the target group is deleted (i.e., the third image), and any user in the group is not allowed to save the image. If the image in the target group is stored by the group member mark in the target group and is not deleted by other group member marks, the image (i.e. the third image) is sent to the second electronic device corresponding to the group member marking the image when the target group is disassembled, and meanwhile, the image is sent to the electronic device shooting the image.
