In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the positioning cylinder 24 is located in the small hole of the stepped hole, preferably, the cylinder sleeve 23 is eccentrically disposed in the supporting seat 2, the positioning cylinder 24 is in transition fit with the small hole of the stepped hole, during installation, the positioning cylinder 24 is aligned to the small hole of the stepped hole, the panel 3 is pressed with force, the positioning cylinder 24 can be matched with the stepped hole, and after transition fit, the positioning cylinder 24 cannot drop easily, so that the installation of the cylinder 11 is facilitated.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, 4 and 7, the bottom of the top plate 19 is provided with an anti-slip tooth 15 for preventing the locking male end 5 from slipping, or the anti-slip tooth 15 may be provided on the side where the locking male end 5 is attached to the top plate 19, taking a screw as an example, that is, the anti-slip tooth 15 is provided on the surface where the head of the screw contacts the bottom surface of the top plate 19, and the anti-slip tooth 15 can avoid the wooden pallet from loosening due to shaking, vibration and the like during transportation, thereby improving the connection performance between the screw and the iron claw nut and improving the reliability of the wooden pallet.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the supporting seats 2 are arranged in a rectangular array, and adjacent supporting seats 2 in a longitudinal row or a transverse row are connected by a connecting plate 22, preferably, the supporting seats 2 are distributed in a nine-square grid manner, that is, three supporting seats 2 are arranged in the same transverse row, and three supporting seats 2 are arranged in the same longitudinal row, in this embodiment, adjacent supporting seats 2 in the same transverse row are connected by a connecting plate 22, the connecting plate 22 is also a plastic plate, in the production process, the supporting seats 2 and the connecting plate 22 are integrally injection-molded, and a plurality of grooves are formed in the supporting seats 2 and the connecting plate 22 and are distributed in a grid manner, so that the structural strength of the supporting seats 2 and the connecting plate 22 can be ensured, and simultaneously the consumption of the supporting seats 2 and the connecting plate 22 to raw materials can be reduced, thereby reducing the production cost, further, the bottom of the connecting plate 22 is, therefore, the bearing width of the wooden pallet can be increased, and the bearing capacity of the wooden pallet is increased.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the bottom of the supporting seat 2 is transversely or longitudinally provided with a limiting groove 21, the bottom of the cylinder 11 is provided with a base 16, the base 16 is fitted in the limiting groove 21, and the adjacent bases 16 on the longitudinal rows or the transverse rows are connected through a connecting piece 14, specifically, the bottom of the supporting seat 2 is longitudinally provided with the limiting groove 21, the bases 16 on the longitudinal rows are connected through the connecting piece 14, the connecting piece 14 is also made of a plastic material, in the production process, the cylinder 11 and the connecting piece 14 are integrally injection-molded, and in this embodiment, the supporting seat 2 and the brace 1 can be distributed in a shape like a Chinese character 'tian' or a Chinese character 'chuan' according to actual requirements.
