Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a double aluminum-clad tab cardboard prefolding device for a cigarette pack.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: a double-aluminum-clad tongue piece paperboard pre-folding device for a cigarette packaging box comprises a middle pre-folding mechanism, a conveying mechanism and a side pre-folding mechanism; wherein:
the middle pre-folding mechanism comprises a guide rail, a top plate, push blocks and a power mechanism, wherein the guide rail is horizontally arranged, the top plate is arranged at the lower part of the guide rail, the two push blocks are arranged at two sides of the top plate and are respectively connected with the lower part of the guide rail in a sliding manner, one surfaces of the two push blocks, which are close to the top plate, are provided with a plurality of rotating wheels which horizontally rotate, and the side wheel surfaces of the rotating wheels form side pressure surfaces; the power mechanism comprises a lifting unit and a translation unit, wherein the lifting unit is connected with the top plate, and the translation unit is connected with the push block;
the conveying mechanism comprises an upper annular belt, an upper belt wheel supporting the upper annular belt, a lower annular belt and a lower belt wheel supporting the lower annular belt, wherein the two groups of upper annular belts are respectively arranged around the two push blocks, and the lower end surfaces of the upper annular belts are matched with the lower end surfaces of the push blocks in height; the two groups of lower annular belts are respectively arranged at the lower parts of the two groups of upper annular belts, and the upper end surfaces of the lower annular belts and the lower end surfaces of the upper annular belts form conveying channels matched with the two ends of the pre-folded paperboard;
the side part pre-folding mechanism comprises two side pressing blocks which are respectively arranged at two sides of the output end of the conveying channel, and the side pressing blocks and the side part of the conveying channel form a pre-folding channel which is matched with positions to be folded at two ends of the pre-folding paperboard; the height of the upper end surface of the side pressure block is gradually increased from the position lower than the height of the conveying channel to the position higher than the height of the conveying channel along the conveying direction of the conveying channel.
The invention provides a double-aluminum-coated tongue piece paperboard prefolding device for a cigarette packaging box, which comprises the following steps of:
step 1, feeding the pre-folded paperboard through an input end of a conveying channel, and clamping two ends of the pre-folded paperboard by two groups of upper annular belts and lower annular belts and conveying the pre-folded paperboard forwards along the conveying channel;
step 2, when the paperboard passes through the middle pre-folding mechanism, the lifting unit drives the top plate to ascend so as to jack the middle of the pre-folded paperboard to form a bend, then the translation unit pushes the two pushing blocks to move towards the top plate along the guide rail, the rotating wheel rotates along with the movement of the paperboard after being abutted against the bend of the paperboard, and meanwhile, the bend of the middle of the paperboard is pressed to be completely folded;
and 3, continuously conveying the paperboard forwards, and folding the two lug plates at the side parts of the paperboard after the two lug plates at the side parts of the paperboard enter the pre-folding channel when the two ends of the paperboard pass through the pre-folding channel, so that the double-aluminum-coated tongue piece paperboard for the cigarette packaging box pre-folded at the middle part and the two sides is obtained.
In the invention, the rotating wheels are arranged on one surfaces of the two pushing blocks close to the top plate, when the pushing blocks approach to the paper jam, the rotating wheels rotate, the paper jam moves forwards against the side pressing surfaces, the paper jam is prevented from being clamped by the pushing blocks due to resistance to the paper jam, and the rotating wheels can be replaced by bearings, rotating rollers and the like.
Specifically, the power mechanism comprises a base, a top plate seat, a straight moving rod, a connecting rod, an eccentric shaft, an eccentric pin, an end face cam, a rocker and a motor, wherein a vertical through hole is formed in the middle of the base, vertical through grooves are formed in two ends of the base, the straight moving rod penetrates through the through hole in the base, the top plate seat is arranged at the top of the straight moving rod, and a top plate is vertically arranged in the middle of the top end of the top plate seat; the connecting rod is connected with the bottom pin of the straight moving rod; the two eccentric shafts are horizontally arranged on two sides of the connecting rod through the supporting seat, one ends of the eccentric shafts close to the connecting rod are respectively provided with eccentric holes corresponding to the positions, the middle parts of the eccentric pins are in clearance fit with the connecting rod, and two ends of the eccentric pins are respectively inserted into the eccentric holes of the two eccentric shafts; the two end cams are respectively and coaxially fixedly connected to the two eccentric shafts, and the cams of the two end cams are far away from each other; the two rocking rods are respectively in pin connection with the two through grooves on the base, the top ends of the two rocking rods are respectively in pin connection with one ends of the two pushing blocks, which are far away from the top plate, and the bottom ends of the two rocking rods are respectively in transmission connection with the cam surfaces of the two end face cams; the output end of the motor is in transmission connection with the eccentric shaft; the eccentric shaft, the top plate seat, the straight moving rod, the connecting rod and the eccentric pin form a lifting unit, and the eccentric shaft, the end face cam and the rocker form a translation unit; when the motor rotates, the eccentric shaft is driven to rotate, the rotating force of the eccentric shaft is converted into a top plate seat by the straight moving rod, the connecting rod and the eccentric pin to drive the top plate to lift, the eccentric shaft drives the end face cam to rotate, and the cam surface drives the rocker to swing by taking the pin joint of the rocker and the base as a fulcrum, so that the push block is driven to horizontally move along the guide rail.

according to the pre-folding device and the pre-folding method for the double-aluminum-coated tongue piece paperboard for the cigarette packing box, the middle part of the paperboard is folded in half through the middle pre-folding mechanism, and the lugs on the two sides of the paperboard are folded through the side pre-folding mechanism.

As shown in fig. 2 to 7, the present embodiment provides a double aluminum-clad tongue piece cardboard pre-folding device for a cigarette packaging box, which includes a machine base 1, a middle pre-folding mechanism, a conveying mechanism, and a side pre-folding mechanism; wherein:
a cover plate 2 is arranged on the machine base 1, and a handle 3 is arranged on the cover plate 2;

the side part pre-folding mechanism comprises two side pressing blocks 28 which are respectively arranged at two sides of the output end of the conveying channel, the two side pressing blocks 28 are respectively arranged on the rear protective strips 27 at two sides of the output end, and the side pressing blocks 28 and the side part of the conveying channel form a pre-folding channel which is matched with positions to be folded at two ends of the pre-folding paperboard; the height of the upper end face of the side pressing block 28 is increased from a position lower than the height of the conveying channel to a position higher than the height of the conveying channel along the conveying direction of the conveying channel.
The invention provides a double-aluminum-coated tongue piece paperboard prefolding device for a cigarette packaging box, which comprises the following steps of:
step 1, starting a motor to drive the whole device to inspire, conveying pre-folded paperboard to a front support plate, clamping two ends of the pre-folded paperboard conveyed out of a cutting device by four rollers 24 and conveying the pre-folded paperboard to an input end of a conveying channel, and clamping two ends of the pre-folded paperboard by two groups of upper annular belts 19 and lower annular belts 21 and conveying the pre-folded paperboard forwards along the conveying channel;
step 2, when the paperboard passes through the middle pre-folding mechanism, the eccentric shaft 12 drives the top plate 5 to be lengthened to jack the middle part of the paperboard to form a middle bending part, when the eccentric shaft 12 rotates to the highest position of the height of the eccentric hole, the top plate 5 is at the highest point of jacking, at the moment, the lowest position of the cam surface of the end surface cam 14 is connected with the bottom of the rocker 15, and the push block 6 is far away from the top plate 5;
step 3, along with the rotation of the eccentric shaft 12, the eccentric hole rotates to the lowest position to drive the top plate 5 to descend, the end face cam 14 rotates to the highest position of the cam surface and simultaneously drives the bottom end of the rocker 15 to move outwards, so that the pushing block 6 is driven to move towards the top plate 5 to deepen the folding mark at the middle bending position of the paperboard, and the rotating wheel 6a is abutted against the middle bending position of the paperboard and rotates along with the advancing of the paperboard;

The device and the method for pre-folding the double-aluminum-coated tongue piece paperboard for the cigarette packaging box provided by the embodiment are suitable for pre-folding a novel double-aluminum-coated tongue piece paperboard by driving the whole device to convey the paperboard, folding the middle part of the paperboard and folding the lug piece of the paperboard through one motor.
