When the seat tooling welding piece clamp is used for welding a seat tooling, the clamp can simultaneously position and clamp the main body part of a workpiece and all accessories, so that automatic robot welding is realized, the operation process is simpler, the whole seat tooling can be welded only by one set of clamp, the labor is effectively saved, the labor intensity is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved; in addition, the clamp can position a plurality of sites simultaneously, so that the positioning accuracy and stability are ensured, and the product accuracy is ensured; and the fixture has simple structure, convenient assembly and disassembly and proper space utilization, gives up welding space, effectively meets the requirement of the welding space of the welding gun and is more convenient to weld.

As shown in fig. 2 to 22, the seat tooling weldment clamp of the present invention comprises a base platen 2 and a workpiece clamping assembly arranged on the base platen 2, wherein the workpiece clamping assembly comprises a main body positioning assembly for supporting and positioning a workpiece main body portion 11, a first clamping unit 3 for clamping a first accessory 12, a second clamping unit 4 for clamping a second accessory 13, a third clamping unit 5 for clamping a third accessory 14, a fourth clamping unit 6 for clamping a fourth accessory 15 and a fifth accessory 16, a fifth clamping unit 7 for clamping a sixth accessory 17, and a sixth clamping unit 8 for clamping a seventh accessory 18.
The main body positioning assembly comprises a main body positioning seat I91, a main body positioning seat II 92, a main body positioning seat III 93, a main body positioning pin I94 and a main body positioning pin II 95 which are sequentially connected to the upper end face of the base bedplate 2 from left to right, main body positioning pins 96 corresponding to positioning holes of the workpiece main body 11 are respectively arranged on the main body positioning seat I91 and the main body positioning seat II 92, the main body positioning pins I94 and the main body positioning pins II 95 respectively correspond to main body pin holes I111 and main body pin holes II 112 of the workpiece main body 11, the workpiece main body 11 is supported on the base bedplate 2 through the main body positioning assembly, and accurate positioning is achieved through the main body positioning pins 96 and the two main body positioning pins.

According to the invention, each clamping cylinder is controlled by two working gas circuits, the first working gas circuit directly clamps the first accessory 12, the second accessory 13, the third accessory 14, the fourth accessory 15 and the fifth accessory 16, and the clamping is accurate and rapid; the sixth accessory 17 and the seventh accessory 18 are manually and primarily positioned, and then the corresponding air cylinders are controlled by the second working air path to keep clamping the two accessories, so that the clamping precision is effectively improved.
When the seat tooling welding piece clamp disclosed by the invention is used for carrying out welding operation on a seat tooling, the clamp can simultaneously position and clamp the main body part 11 of the workpiece and all accessories, the automatic welding of a robot is realized, the working efficiency is greatly improved, and the processing precision of a product is ensured.
