In addition, on the basis of any optional structure of the second optional structure of the locking member 02, the first buckle and the second buckle are both made of carbon fiber reinforced polyetheretherketone composite materials. The polyetheretherketone (peek for short) has excellent mechanical, heat-resistant and chemical-resistant performances, low friction coefficient and good bearing engagement, is a good self-lubricating material following polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE for short), and has better performance than PTFE in the aspects of bearing capacity and wear resistance. On the basis, the addition of the carbon fiber not only enhances the mechanical property of the carbon fiber, but also has important influence on the friction property of the carbon fiber. The tensile strength of the 30% carbon fiber reinforced peek composite material is doubled at room temperature compared with that of the carbon fiber reinforced peek composite material which is not reinforced, and is tripled at 150 ℃, meanwhile, the reinforced composite material is greatly improved in the aspects of impact strength, bending strength and modulus, the elongation is sharply reduced, and the thermal deformation temperature can exceed 300 ℃. The impact energy absorption rate of the composite material directly influences the performance of the composite material when the composite material is subjected to impact, and the carbon fiber reinforced peek composite material shows the specific energy absorption capacity of up to 180 kJ/kg. The reinforcing effect of the carbon fibers can resist the heat softening of the peek to a certain extent and form a transfer film with very high strength, and the contact area can be effectively protected, so that the friction coefficient and the specific wear rate of the carbon fiber reinforced peek composite material are obviously lower than those of pure peek. The friction and wear resistance of the carbon fiber reinforced peek composite material is obviously superior to that of a glass fiber peek composite material, and the effect of the carbon fiber on improving the wear resistance of the material is more than 5 times that of the glass fiber with the same dosage. The carbon fiber reinforced peek composite material is used for manufacturing parts, can effectively avoid the problems that metal or ceramic materials are easy to generate surface cracks and the like, and has excellent tribological properties even exceeding that of polyethylene with ultrahigh molar mass.
It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the above is provided only for one specific material for manufacturing the locking member 02, and the material for manufacturing the same is not limited, that is, the first catch 021 and the second catch 022 of the locking member 02 may be made of other materials, which are not limited to metal materials or non-metal materials, and a material having elasticity is selected as a preferable material.
