Description

Oily cleaning agent
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an oil-based detergent which exhibits excellent cleaning effects without clouding or thickening even when mixed with water.
Background
So-called makeup remover oils are widely used as oil-based cleansing agents for cleansing oil-containing makeup cosmetics such as lipsticks, foundations, mascaras, and eye shadows.
The makeup remover is usually used in a toilet or bathroom because it is usually based on a large amount of oil and a small amount of nonionic surfactant, and is used by first blending the makeup remover with a makeup cosmetic and then washing off the makeup remover and the makeup cosmetic with water to clean them.
However, when water is mixed into the cleansing oil, the mixed water does not dissolve and separates into 2 layers, causing phenomena such as cloudiness and thickening. Since the surfactant is locally present at the interface of 2 layers, the cloudiness of the cleansing oil is related to the reduction of the cleansing effect of the makeup cosmetic, and in addition, the thickening of the cleansing oil makes it difficult to blend in the makeup cosmetic. Therefore, it is inconvenient for the user to use the cleansing oil without using wet hands or to use the cleansing oil on wet faces after shampooing in a bathroom.
Therefore, it is desired to develop an oil-based cleansing agent which does not become cloudy or thickened even when mixed with water and can exhibit an excellent cleansing effect even when used by a user with wet hands.

Problems to be solved by the invention
The present invention addresses the problem of providing: an oily cleansing agent which is not clouded or thickened even when water is mixed therein and can exhibit an excellent cleansing effect even when the user uses wet hands.
Means for solving the problems
In order to solve the above problems, the present inventors have conducted studies and found that: the present inventors have completed the present invention by providing a detergent composition containing (A) a nonionic surfactant having HLB of 9 to 16, (B) a liquid oil component, and (C) propylene glycol laurate, which exhibits excellent cleaning effects without clouding or thickening even when water is mixed in.
Specifically disclosed is an oil-based cleaning agent which is characterized by containing (A) a nonionic surfactant having HLB of 9-16, (B) a liquid oil component and (C) propylene glycol laurate.
The present invention also provides an oil-based cleansing agent characterized by further comprising (D) a polyalkylene glycol or polyoxyethylene/polyoxypropylene dimethyl ether.
ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS OF INVENTION
The oil-based cleansing agent of the present invention does not become cloudy or thickened even when water is mixed therein, and can provide excellent cleansing effects even when used by a user with wet hands.
Detailed Description
The oil-based cleaning agent is characterized by comprising (A) a nonionic surfactant with HLB of 9-16, (B) liquid oil component and (C) propylene glycol laurate.
(A) Examples of the nonionic surfactant having HLB9 to 16 include, but are not particularly limited to, POE (10) oleyl ether (HLB ═ 10), POE (10) cetyl ether (HLB ═ 10), POE (20) glyceryl isostearate (HLB ═ 14), POE (8) glyceryl monoisostearate (HLB ═ 12), POE (40) glyceryl triisostearate (HLB ═ 11), POE (30) glyceryl trioleate (HLB ═ 10), POE (10) monoisostearate (HLB ═ 12), POE (30) hydrogenated castor oil (HLB ═ 11), POE (50) hydrogenated castor oil monoisostearate (HLB ═ 12), POE (60) hydrogenated castor oil triisostearate (HLB ═ 10), and sorbitol monoisostearate (HLB ═ 9), and POE (8) glyceryl monoisostearate is particularly preferable.
When the HLB of the nonionic surfactant is less than 9, cloudiness is caused by mixing of water, and when the HLB exceeds 16, it is difficult to obtain a uniform composition.
The liquid oil component (B) is not particularly limited as long as it is a liquid oil component used in usual cosmetics, and examples thereof include hydrocarbon oils such as liquid paraffin, squalane, olefin oligomers, and light isoparaffin, triglyceride of 2-ethylhexanoic acid, hexadecyl 2-ethylhexanoate, pentaerythritol 2-ethylhexanoate, trimethylolpropane 2-ethylhexanoate, ester oils such as 2-ethylhexyl palmitate, isooctyl isononanoate, isopropyl myristate, hexadecyl octanoate, and tripropylene glycol dineovalerate, natural plant oils such as jojoba oil, olive oil, macadamia nut oil, cottonseed oil, tea seed oil, safflower oil, and rice bran oil, decamethyl pentacyclosiloxane, octamethyl tetracyclosiloxane, dimethylsiloxane, and methylphenylsiloxane, and silicone oils such as liquid paraffin, and the like, Cetyl 2-ethylhexanoate, decamethylpentasiloxane, and the like.
When the propylene glycol laurate (C) is blended in an oil-based detergent, the state of the oil-based detergent at a high temperature can be stably maintained for a long period of time. In addition, the increase in viscosity and the occurrence of white turbidity due to the mixing of water can be effectively suppressed. The HLB value of propylene glycol laurate was 5.
In the oil-based cleansing agent of the present invention, (D) a polyalkylene glycol or polyoxyethylene/polyoxypropylene dimethyl ether is preferably further blended. By blending such polyalkylene glycol or the like, it is possible to remarkably suppress an increase in viscosity and the occurrence of white turbidity due to the incorporation of water, and to improve the cleansing power of the makeup cosmetic. The polyalkylene glycol may be polyethylene glycol, polypropylene glycol or polybutylene glycol. The polyoxyethylene/polyoxypropylene dimethyl ether may be a polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene random copolymer dimethyl ether, such as POE (14) POP (7) dimethyl ether, POE (17) POP (4) dimethyl ether, or the like.
In addition to the essential components described above, 1 or 2 or more other components that are generally blended in cosmetics and pharmaceuticals may be blended in the oil-based cleansing agent of the present invention within a range that does not impair the effects of the present invention. For example, the oily cleansing agent may contain ingredients that are normally incorporated in cleansing compositions. Specific examples thereof will be described below, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
Titanium dioxide, mica, talc, and the like may be added as the powder component. Further, as the ultraviolet absorber, a benzoic acid-based ultraviolet absorber such as p-aminobenzoic acid, an anthraquinone-based ultraviolet absorber such as 7N-acetylanthranilic acid homomenthyl ester, a benzoyl-based ultraviolet absorber such as butylmethoxybenzoylmethane, a cinnamic acid-based ultraviolet absorber such as octyl cinnamate, di-p-methoxycinnamate-glycerinmono 2-ethylhexanoate, a salicylic acid ester-based ultraviolet absorber such as amyl salicylate, a benzophenone-based ultraviolet absorber such as 2, 4-dihydroxybenzophenone, and the like can be blended.
As the humectant, polyethylene glycol, glycerol, sorbitol, xylitol, maltitol, mucopolysaccharide, hyaluronic acid, chondroitin sulfate, chitosan, etc. can be added. As the thickener, methylcellulose, ethylcellulose, gum arabic, polyvinyl alcohol, montmorillonite, saponite, etc. can be blended. Further, ethanol, 1, 3-butanediol, etc. may be added as the organic solvent.
As the antioxidant, butylated hydroxytoluene, tocopherol, phytic acid, and the like can be blended, and as the antibacterial preservative, benzoic acid, salicylic acid, sorbic acid, alkyl parabens (ethyl paraben, butyl paraben, and the like), hexachlorophene, and the like can be blended.
As other components, pigments, perfumes, purified water, and the like can be appropriately blended.
Examples
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to examples, which are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. The numerical values in the table represent% by mass unless otherwise specified.
The oily cleansing agent was adjusted by a usual method, and the "stability", "makeup removability" and "washability" were evaluated.

Evaluation criteria for "stability
○ transparent (qualified)
X: occurrence of fogging/clouding (nonconforming)
"make-up removal": the residual state of the foundation solution was visually evaluated after reciprocating 20 times on the artificial leather uniformly coated with the foundation solution while applying a load of 300g using a tissue paper containing 0.2g of an oily detergent.
Evaluation criteria for "cleansing Property
◎ very Excellent (acceptable)
○ Excellent (acceptable)
△ slightly worse (fail)
X: poor (unqualified)
"easy washability": after applying 3g of the oily cleansing agent to the whole face and completely combining the cleansing agent, the time required until the sticky feeling disappears in washing was judged by sensory evaluation.
Evaluation criteria for "easy washability
◎ very Excellent (acceptable)
○ Excellent (acceptable)
△ slightly worse (fail)
X: poor (unqualified)
When the oil-based cleansing agent is mixed with water, the viscosity may increase or the agent may become cloudy. When the viscosity increases, the oily cleansing agent becomes less likely to be incorporated into makeup. In addition, in a cloudy cleanser, a surfactant as a cleansing component is hard to bind with makeup, and the makeup removing effect tends to be reduced. Therefore, the viscosity, transparency, and makeup removability when water was mixed were evaluated.
Measurement of "viscosity at the time of mixing of moisture": using an oily cleaning agent: the mixing ratio of water is 7: mode 3 Water was added to the oil-based detergent, and after mixing by inversion mixing, a 50ml glass bottle was filled with 40g of the above-mentioned mixed solution, and the mixture was measured at 30 ℃ using a BL type 3 rotor (rotation speed 12rpm), and then evaluated according to the following criteria. The viscosity of the oil-based detergent before mixing with water was about 40mPa · s (BL type No. 1 rotor rotation speed 60 rpm). The oily cleansing agent preferably has as little viscosity increase as possible due to mixing of water. As a criterion for evaluation, a viscosity at the time of mixing water was 3500mPa · s or less as a criterion for passing.
Evaluation criterion of "viscosity at the time of mixing Water
◎ (see: 1500 mPas or less) (acceptable)
○ mPas (acceptable) 1500 ~ 3500
△ 3500 to 6000 mPa.s (unqualified)
X: 6000 mPa.s- (unqualified)
"transparency when water was mixed": using an oily cleaning agent: the mixing ratio of water is 7: mode 3 Water was added to the oil-based detergent, and after mixing by inversion, the appearance of the mixed solution was evaluated according to the following criteria.
Evaluation criterion of "transparency when Water is blended
◎ transparent (qualified)
○ bluish white (acceptable)
△ slightly cloudy (unqualified)
X: whitish and turbid (disqualification)
"makeup removability when moisture is mixed": a residual state of the foundation solution was visually evaluated after reciprocating 20 times on the artificial leather uniformly coated with the foundation solution while applying a load of 300g using a tissue paper containing 0.2g of an oily detergent and 0.09g of water (the mixing ratio of the oily detergent to the water corresponds to about 7: 3).
Evaluation criteria for "cleansing when Water is blended
◎ very Excellent (acceptable)
○ Excellent (acceptable)
△ slightly worse (fail)
X: poor (unqualified)
[ Table 1]
