Abstract
一种柴油增效剂,由A溶液和B溶液混合而成,
其特征在于A溶液的含量为98—99%,B溶液的含
量为1—2%,其中:A溶液的组份为(重量体积百分
比):丙醇:66.5—70.0%;正丁醇:30.0—33.5%;B溶
液的组份为(体积比):异丙醚:65.9%;正丁醇:
30.0%;甲醇:1.2%;异戊醇:0.8%;乙醚:1.0%;苯:
1.1%。将本增效剂按千分之一的比例加入柴油后,
节油率在5%以上,同时还具有减少对环境的污染和
延长发动机的寿命等优点。
Description
本发明涉一种柴油添加剂。
在现有技术中,柴油燃烧不充分,热值利用率低,造成环境污染和成本增加。
本发明的目的是提供一种能促进柴油充分燃烧,提高柴油热值利用率的柴油添加剂。
本发明由A溶液和B溶液混合而成,其特征在于A溶液的含量为98-99%,B溶液的含量为1-2%,其中:A溶液的组份为(重量体积百分比):异丙醇:66.5-70.0%;正丁醇:30.0-33.5%。B溶液的组份为(体积比):异丙醚:65.9%;正丁醇:30.0%;甲醇:1.2%;异戊醇:0.8%;乙醚:1.0%;苯:1.1%。
本发明的优点在于:1、将本增效剂按千分之一的比例加入柴油后,节油率在5%以上;2、可以提高柴油经喷油头喷入燃烧后与空气混合形成气体的均匀细小颗粒,使柴油安全充分燃烧,降低燃烧后的排烟度,减少废气对环境的污染;3、消除积炭,减少内燃烧机系统的维修,延长发动机的使用寿命;4、清洁喷油头油泵和油路系统;5、改善柴油流动性能,确保在寒冷气候下发动机的起动正常;6、控制微生物在柴油中的生长。
下面结合工艺过程对本发明进一步说明如下:
第一步,A溶液的配制。在常温常压下(按重或体积比)取66.5-70.0%异丙醇[(CH3)2CHOH]和30.0-33.5%[CH3(CH2)3OH]进行混合。第二步,B溶液的配制:在常温常压下(按体积百分比)取65.9%的异丙醚[(CH3CH-O-CH(CH3)2]、30.0%的正丁醇[CH3(CH2)3]、1.2%的甲醇[CH2OH]、0.8%的异戊醇[(CH3)2-CH2-CH2-CHOH]、1.0%的乙醚[CH3-CH-O-CH-CH3]和1.1%的苯[C6H6]加入容器中,搅拌混和均匀得到B溶液。第三步,将上述两步得到的A溶液和B溶液按98%-99%和1-2%的比例在常温常压下加入容器中混合搅拌后即为柴油增效剂成品。上述柴油增效剂的性能指标为:1、外观:无色透明;2、容度:0.900克/立方厘米;3、闪点:(闭口杯)20℃;4、含卤素(以Cl%计)<0.002;5、铜片腐蚀(50℃±0.02℃ 30小时)无腐蚀;6、水份<0.1%;7、节油率:综合平均节油率5.8%;8、性能稳定:周期一年内不失效。

1、一种柴油增效剂,由A溶液和B溶液混合而成,其特征在于A溶液的含量为98--99%,B溶液的含量为1--2%,其中:
A溶液的组份为(重量体积百分比):
异丙醇: 66.5--70.0%;
正丁醇: 30.0--33.5%;
B溶液的组份为(体积比):
异丙醚: 65.9%;
正丁醇: 30.0%;
甲醇: 1.2%;
异戊醇: 0.8%;
乙醚: 1.0%;
苯: 1.1%。
