Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of material conveying, and particularly relates to a hopper and a feeding method for active feeding in the process of conveying rods with hanging heads, such as screws, rivets and the like.
Background
The assembly of the screws is developed from the traditional manual tightening to the current automatic screw machine, and the working efficiency is improved by hundreds to thousands times. The automatic screw machine comprises a screw arraying machine, a screw feeding machine and the like, and has the main functions of conveying screws to a preset screw taking position. Conventionally, there has been provided a separation and supply device for a headed bar, comprising a hopper section capable of storing a plurality of headed bars such as screws, a separation plate provided at the bottom of the hopper section so as to be capable of freely rotating while being inclined at a predetermined angle, and a plurality of support holes capable of engaging with the headed bars, and suction holes for sucking air from the support holes of the separation plate, the separation plate being disposed at an equal interval on the outer peripheral portion thereof. The separation plate is intermittently rotated at the arrangement pitch of each supporting hole by driving the motor. The air intake holes are provided in two, one is an intake hole through which air is taken in when the support hole of the separation plate is located near the lowest position, and the other is an intake hole through which air is taken in when the support hole is located at the highest position. Air is sucked through the support hole in the vicinity of the lowest position, and the headed bar stored in the hopper portion is sucked and held in the support hole. Further, by sucking air from the support hole at the highest position, the pressure change of the air suction path can be checked, and it can be checked whether the headed bar is held in the support hole. If the headed bar is held in the support hole at the highest position, the intermittent rotation of the separation plate is stopped once the driving of the motor is stopped. The headed bar held in the highest position in the support hole is removed by the action of a removing device such as a screw driver. The rod with the hanging head passively stirs and is sucked by the rotation and suction of the separating plate in the hopper part, the stirring uniformity is poor, the success rate of nail suction is low, and the rhythm of a nail taking mechanism and subsequent production is influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
1. Technical problem to be solved
Aiming at the problems that in the prior art, a rod with a hanging head passively depends on rotation and attraction of a separating plate to stir and be sucked in a hopper part, the stirring uniformity is poor, the success rate of sucking nails is low, and the nail taking mechanism and the subsequent production rhythm are influenced, the invention aims to provide a hopper for active feeding and a feeding method, which have compact structure, stable operation and high working efficiency.
The term "rod with head" and "step shaft parts" in the prior art have the same meaning as the term "rod with hanging head" in the present invention, that is, refer to parts such as screws and rivets.
2. Technical proposal
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
The hopper for active feeding is characterized by comprising a storage bin, an aggregate rotating wheel and a first driving mechanism, wherein the storage bin comprises a blanking area, an aggregate area and an inclined plane, the blanking area is higher than the aggregate area, the inclined plane is connected with the blanking area and the aggregate area, the aggregate rotating wheel is connected with the storage bin in a vertical or inclined set angle and is connected with the first driving mechanism, the lower edge of the circumferential wall of the aggregate rotating wheel is arranged in the aggregate area and is connected with the edge of the lowest part of the inclined plane, and a plurality of blades are arranged on the circumferential wall of the aggregate rotating wheel.
The aggregate runner comprises a bottom surface and a circumferential wall connected with the bottom surface, a fluted disc is arranged on the outer side of the circumferential wall, blades are arranged on the inner side of the circumferential wall, arc-shaped and connected with the inner side of the circumferential wall and the bottom surface, the blades are of a semi-closed structure, one end of each blade far away from the circumferential wall is of an inclined surface, so that a bar with a hanging head uniformly drops in the process of moving from a high position to a low position, the aggregate runner is connected with a storage bin through a baffle plate, a through hole with the same diameter as the bottom surface is formed in the baffle plate, the blades are arranged on the inner side of the storage bin, the fluted disc is arranged on the outer side of the storage bin, a pinch roller assembly connected with the aggregate runner in a rotating mode is arranged on the baffle plate, and an output shaft of the first driving mechanism is meshed with the fluted disc.
Still further, the pinch roller subassembly includes nut bolt subassembly, pivot, pinch roller and gasket, the pivot is boss shape, and inside sets up the through-hole, the internal diameter of through-hole is greater than the bolt body of rod diameter, and the bottom of pivot sets up on the striker plate, and the pinch roller wears to establish in the pivot, and the through-hole is worn to penetrate after the gasket is worn to establish to the bolt, makes the gasket push down the pinch roller, and the pinch roller pushes down the fluted disc, and the nut penetrates in the through-hole from the opposite side of striker plate, and screw up with the body of rod butt joint of bolt, the internal diameter of through-hole is greater than the bolt body of rod diameter, has reserved the clearance of pivot and screw rod promptly, and when the pinch roller appears wearing and tearing or under the condition that reduces the machining precision requirement, through the relative position of clearance adjustment pinch roller and fluted disc, realization precision connection.
Furthermore, the material collecting area and the material discharging area are arranged in the radial direction of the material collecting rotating wheel, the inclined surface is a spherical cambered surface, and the material hopper further comprises a material feeding slide plate which is arranged from high to low along the material collecting area to the material discharging area.
Still further, the feeding slide plate is provided with a receiving lug plate, and the receiving lug plate extends into the collecting rotating wheel.
Still further, the pay-off slide is right triangle-shaped, and longer right angle limit is connected and is connect the material otic placode, and shorter right angle limit sets up in blanking district top, sets up on the hypotenuse and keeps off the material folded plate.
The hopper further comprises a feeding slide plate, wherein the feeding slide plate is arranged from high to low along the material collecting area to the material discharging area, one end of the feeding slide plate extends into the material collecting rotating wheel, the other end of the feeding slide plate is arranged above the material discharging area, and the feeding slide plate is provided with a plurality of sliding grooves along the material discharging direction.
The invention further aims at providing a feeding method which is characterized in that materials in a hopper are conveyed from a low position to a high position, the materials fall on a feeding slide plate in the process of conveying from the high position to the low position, the materials fall on a conveying mechanism along the feeding slide plate, part of the materials are picked up by the conveying mechanism in a specific gesture, the picked-up materials are conveyed by the conveying mechanism, the materials which are not picked up are returned into the hopper, and the actions are repeated, wherein the materials are rods with hanging heads.
The conveying mechanism comprises a rotary table, a mounting seat and a driving mechanism, wherein the rotary table is arranged on the mounting seat at a set angle from horizontal to inclined, a plurality of supporting holes capable of being embedded with the bar with the hanging head are formed in the rotary table at equal intervals along the circumferential direction, the lower part of the supporting holes of the mounting seat is provided with an air suction part for sucking air from the supporting holes of the rotary table, the air suction part is connected with a vacuum device, the rotary table is connected with a second driving mechanism, the vacuum device provides negative pressure for the air suction part and the supporting holes, the bar with the hanging head is attracted by the supporting holes in the falling process, a rod body is inserted into the supporting holes, the head is supported by the rotary table at the outer side of the supporting holes, and the rotary table is driven to rotate by the second driving mechanism to realize conveying of the bar with the hanging head.
When the automatic feeding device is used, the bar with the hanging head enters the storage bin, under the action of gravity, the bar with the hanging head is concentrated on the inclined plane to the material collecting area, the material collecting rotating wheel rotates, the bar with the hanging head enters the blade near the lowest position, the material collecting rotating wheel continues to rotate, the bar with the hanging head starts to fall near the highest position, falls on the feeding sliding plate to slide to the material discharging area, is picked up by the conveying mechanism, and does not return to the material collecting area after being picked up on the inclined plane.
3. Advantageous effects
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. According to the invention, the aggregate rotating wheel is arranged in the hopper, so that the movement quantity of the rod with the hanging head in the hopper is increased, the circulation rate of the rod with the hanging head in the hopper is increased, and the probability of each rod with the hanging head being successfully attracted is greatly increased.
2. According to the invention, through the arrangement of the aggregate rotating wheel, the separating plate is used for carrying out the function weakening of stirring the bar with the hanging head, so that the design difficulty of the separating plate and the driving mechanism thereof is greatly reduced, and the maintenance is convenient.
3. The invention is provided with the feeding slide plate, overcomes the size limitation between the aggregate rotating wheel and the separating plate, simultaneously ensures that the bar with the hanging head falling on the feeding slide plate is uniformly distributed on each supporting hole of the blanking area in a plane shape, avoids the bar with the hanging head falling above a certain supporting hole in a linear and concentrated way, improves the suction probability and has high feeding efficiency.
4. The gap between the rotating shaft and the screw rod is reserved in the pinch roller assembly, and when the pinch roller is worn or the machining precision requirement is reduced, the relative position of the pinch roller and the fluted disc is adjusted through the gap, so that precise connection is realized.

The hopper for active feeding is characterized by comprising a storage bin, an aggregate rotating wheel and a first driving mechanism 9, wherein the storage bin comprises a blanking area 1, an aggregate area 2 and an inclined plane 3, the blanking area 1 is higher than the aggregate area 2, the inclined plane 3 is connected with the blanking area 1 and the aggregate area 2, the aggregate rotating wheel is connected with the storage bin in a vertical or inclined set angle, the aggregate rotating wheel is connected with the first driving mechanism 9, the lower edge of a circumferential wall 6 of the aggregate rotating wheel is arranged in the aggregate area 2 and connected with the edge of the lowest part of the inclined plane 3, and a plurality of blades 4 are arranged on the circumferential wall 6 of the aggregate rotating wheel.
The aggregate runner comprises a bottom surface 5 and a circumferential wall 6 connected with the bottom surface 5, a fluted disc 7 is arranged on the outer side of the circumferential wall 6, blades 4 are arranged on the inner side of the circumferential wall 6 and arc-shaped, the inner side of the circumferential wall 6 and the bottom surface 5 are connected, one end of each blade 4 far away from the circumferential wall 6 is in a semi-closed structure, the blades are inclined, so that a bar with a hanging head uniformly drops in the process of moving from a high position to a low position, the aggregate runner is connected with a storage bin through a baffle plate 8, a through hole with the same diameter as the bottom surface 5 is formed in the baffle plate 8, the blades 4 are arranged on the inner side of the storage bin, the fluted disc 7 is arranged on the outer side of the storage bin, a pinch roller assembly connected with the aggregate runner in a rotating mode is arranged on the baffle plate 8, and an output shaft of a first driving mechanism 9 is meshed with the fluted disc 7.
The pinch roller assembly comprises a nut 14 bolt 13 assembly, a rotating shaft 10, a pinch roller 11 and a gasket 12, wherein the rotating shaft 10 is in a boss shape, a through hole is formed in the rotating shaft, the inner diameter of the through hole is larger than the diameter of a bolt 13 rod body, the bottom of the rotating shaft 10 is arranged on a baffle plate 8, the pinch roller 11 is arranged on the rotating shaft 10 in a penetrating mode, the gasket 12 is pressed by the gasket 12 after penetrating through the gasket 13, the pinch roller 11 presses a fluted disc 7, the nut 14 penetrates into the through hole from the other side of the baffle plate 8 and is tightly abutted with the bolt 13 rod body, the inner diameter of the through hole is larger than the diameter of the bolt 13 rod body, namely, the gap between the rotating shaft 10 and the screw rod is reserved, and when the pinch roller 11 is worn or the relative position of the pinch roller 11 and the fluted disc 7 is adjusted through the gap under the condition of reducing the processing precision requirement, so that precise connection is realized.
The material collecting area 2 and the material blanking area 1 are arranged in the radial direction of the material collecting rotating wheel, the inclined surface 3 is a spherical cambered surface, and the conveying mechanism 19 is arranged in the radial direction of the material collecting rotating wheel;
The hopper also comprises a feeding slide plate 15, and the feeding slide plate 15 is arranged from high to low along the material collecting area 2 to the material blanking area 1.
The feeding slide plate 15 is provided with a receiving lug plate 16, and the receiving lug plate 16 extends into the collecting rotating wheel.
The feeding slide plate 15 is in a right triangle shape, a longer right-angle side is connected with the receiving lug plate 16, a shorter right-angle side is arranged above the blanking area 1 and is close to the conveying mechanism 19, and a material blocking folded plate 17 is arranged on the bevel edge.
When the automatic feeding device is used, the bar with the hanging head enters the storage bin, is concentrated on the inclined plane 3 towards the material collecting area 2 under the action of gravity, the material collecting rotating wheel rotates, the bar with the hanging head enters the blade 4 near the lowest position, the material collecting rotating wheel continues to rotate, the bar with the hanging head starts to fall near the highest position, falls on the feeding sliding plate 15 to fall into the material collecting area 1, is picked up by the conveying mechanism, and falls on the inclined plane 3 without being picked up to return to the material collecting area 2. The conveying mechanism comprises a rotary table, a mounting seat and a driving mechanism, wherein the rotary table is arranged on the mounting seat at a set angle from horizontal to inclined, a plurality of supporting holes capable of being embedded with the bar with the hanging head are formed in the rotary table at equal intervals along the circumferential direction, the mounting seat is provided with an air suction part for sucking air from the supporting holes of the rotary table at the lower part of the supporting holes, the air suction part is connected with a vacuum device, the rotary table is connected with the second driving mechanism, the vacuum device provides negative pressure for the air suction part and the supporting holes, the bar with the hanging head is sucked by the supporting holes in the falling process, the bar body is inserted into the supporting holes, the head is supported by the rotary table at the outer sides of the supporting holes, and the rotary table is driven to rotate by the second driving mechanism, so that the bar with the hanging head is conveyed.

On the basis of embodiment 1, the aggregate area 2 and the blanking area 1 are arranged along the axial direction of the aggregate runner, the inclined surface 3 is a cylindrical cambered surface, and the conveying mechanism 19 is far away from the aggregate runner in the axial direction of the aggregate runner. One end of a feeding slide plate 15 stretches into the material collecting rotating wheel, the other end of the feeding slide plate 15 is arranged above the material falling area 1 and close to the conveying mechanism 19, a plurality of sliding grooves 18 are formed in the feeding slide plate 15 along the material falling direction, and bars with hanging heads drop to the sliding grooves 18 on the feeding slide plate 17 from blades of the material collecting rotating wheel and drop on the conveying mechanism along the sliding grooves 18.
