Technical Field
The invention relates to a medical appliance for oral care, in particular to a sputum suction tube for cleaning oral cavity and sucking sputum out of the oral cavity.
Background
Oral surgery perioperative nursing requires at least 2 oral cleanings per day to maintain effective oral hygiene and avoid infection of the surgical site, thereby causing complications such as pulmonary infection. To the patient that can only the supine position of postoperative, for preventing that the clear solution refluence of oral cavity cleaning in-process from causing chocing and coughing and infection, clean only can dip in after getting the antiseptic solution with the cotton ball at present and clean, clean difficulty and clean the effect poor moreover. In addition, for ICU severe patients or patients with stroke, at least 2 oral cavity cleanings are needed every day to prevent lung infection, the oral cavity nursing toothbrush and the sputum suction tube in the prior art usually need 2 persons to cooperate, one nurse injects water through an injector, and the other nurse brushes teeth and sucks sputum, so that the operation is inconvenient. Because the working part 3-1 of the brush head 3 of the oral care sputum suction tube is made of medical porous material, when pressure is applied to the working part 3-1 to wipe the wound surface, liquid such as normal saline, disinfectant and the like stored in the working part 3-1 is squeezed out to clean the wound surface, and after the pressure is removed, the liquid squeezed out can be absorbed by the working part 3-1 in time due to the siphon effect of the medical porous material, so that the liquid is effectively prevented from flowing back into the cavities such as the trachea of a human body, and the accidental injury such as cough is prevented.
The water inlet pipe 2 is made of medical elastic materials. The inlet tube 2 may be made of various medical elastic materials such as medical silica gel, medical Polyurethane (PU), medical Polyethylene (PE), etc., which are not listed herein by the applicant, but do not depart from the scope of the present application.
The switch 4 comprises a roller 4-1 and a gradient plate 4-2; the roller 4-1 is installed in the switch installation groove 1-5, and the water inlet pipe 2 is installed between the roller 4-1 and the gradient plate 4-2; when the roller 4-1 is driven forwards, the gap between the roller 4-1 and the gradient plate 4-2 is smaller and smaller, the roller 4-1 presses the water inlet pipe 2, so that the cross section area of the water inlet pipe 2 is smaller and smaller, and the flow of the water inlet pipe 2 is reduced until the water inlet pipe is completely closed; when the roller 4-1 is driven backwards, the gap between the roller 4-1 and the slope plate 4-2 is larger and larger, the water inlet pipe 2 pressed by the roller 4-1 is loosened, and the larger the cross-sectional area of the water inlet pipe 2 is under the action of the elastic restoring force of the water inlet pipe 2, the more the flow of the water inlet pipe 2 is increased until the water inlet pipe is completely opened. In the use process, an operator can drive the roller 4-1 to adjust the water inflow of the water inlet pipe 2 according to the requirement until the water inlet pipe 2 is completely closed.
The brush head 3 is a detachable brush head. The brush head 3 can be replaced according to the requirement in the cleaning process, so that the cleaning process is safer and more effective.
The near end of the water inlet pipe 2 is provided with a needle 2-1 which can be connected with an infusion bag/bottle. The needle 2-1 can be directly inserted into an infusion bag/bottle, cleaning liquid does not need to be injected inwards through an injector, and the use process is simpler and more convenient.
The needle 2-1 is provided with a detachable protective sleeve 2-1-1. The protective sleeve 2-1-1 can well protect the needle 2-1 so as to prevent operators from being accidentally injured by the needle 2-1, and the transportation and use process is safer.
The medical elastic porous material is selected from: medical sponge, medical porous polyurethane and medical cotton ball. The applicant has only listed the above medical elastic porous materials, and those skilled in the art can select various medical elastic porous materials according to the needs without departing from the scope of the present application.
When the toothbrush is assembled, the upper cover 1-1 of the shell 1 is opened, the water pipe joint 1-2 is taken out, the water inlet pipe 2 is connected to the water inlet 1-2-1 of the water pipe joint 1-2, and the connecting part 3-2 of the toothbrush head 3 is connected to the water outlet 1-2-2 of the water pipe joint 1-2. The connecting part 3-2 is provided with a water inlet groove 3-2-1, the water inlet groove 3-2-1 is communicated with the working part 3-1, and liquid can be guided to the working part 3-1. In order to reinforce the strength of the connecting part 3-2, the connecting part 3-2 may be designed to have a double-layer structure. Then the water pipe joint 1-2 is installed in the joint installation groove 1-3 of the shell 1, the water inlet pipe 2 is placed on the slope plate 4-2, and the upper cover 1-1 is covered. When the saline water bag is used, the protective sleeve 2-1-1 is taken down, the needle 2-1 is inserted into the saline water bag/bottle, and the switch 4 is adjusted to adjust the water quantity according to requirements. The switch 4 is arranged in a switch mounting groove 1-5 arranged on the handheld part of the shell 1; the switch 4 comprises a roller 4-1 and a gradient plate 4-2; the roller 4-1 is installed in the switch installation groove 1-5, and the water inlet pipe 2 is installed between the roller 4-1 and the gradient plate 4-2. When cleaning, when applying pressure to the working part 3-1 to wipe the wound surface, the liquid such as physiological saline, disinfectant and the like stored in the working part 3-1 is squeezed out to clean the wound surface, and after one part is cleaned, the pressure is removed, due to the siphon effect of the medical porous material, the working part 3-1 can absorb the squeezed liquid in time, so that the liquid is effectively prevented from flowing back into the cavities such as a human trachea and the like, and accidental injuries such as cough and the like are prevented. The switch 4 can adjust the water inflow, and the use process is safer and more reliable.

Detailed Description
Example (b): the oral care sputum aspirator tube of the present invention
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the oral care sputum aspirator of this embodiment includes a housing 1, a water inlet tube 2, a brush head 3 and a switch 4 capable of controlling the flow of the water inlet tube.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a water inlet pipe 2 is installed in the housing 1, the brush head 3 is installed at a distal end of the water inlet pipe 2, and the switch 4 is installed in a switch installation groove 1-5 provided on a hand-held portion of the housing 1. The working part 3-1 of the brush head 3 is made of medical elastic porous material, and the liquid stored in the working part 3-1 of the brush head 3 is extruded out under the action of external force; after the external force is removed, the working part 3-1 of the brush head 3 can absorb the liquid nearby and store the liquid in the medical elastic porous material.
In this embodiment, the medical elastic porous material is a medical sponge, and in practical application, the medical elastic porous material may also be other materials such as medical porous polyurethane and medical cotton balls. The applicant does not list them here, but all without departing from the scope of protection claimed by the present application.
The water inlet pipe 2 is made of medical elastic materials. The inlet tube 2 may be made of various medical elastic materials such as medical silica gel, medical Polyurethane (PU), medical Polyethylene (PE), etc., which are not listed herein by the applicant, but do not depart from the scope of the present application. In the embodiment, the near end of the water inlet pipe 2 is provided with a needle head 2-1 which can be connected with an infusion bag/bottle. The needle 2-1 can be directly inserted into an infusion bag/bottle, cleaning liquid does not need to be injected inwards through an injector, and the use process is simpler and more convenient. The needle 2-1 is provided with a detachable protective sleeve 2-1-1. The protective sleeve 2-1-1 can well protect the needle 2-1 so as to prevent operators from being accidentally injured by the needle 2-1, and the transportation and use process is safer.
In this embodiment the brush head 3 is a detachable brush head. The brush head 3 can be replaced according to the requirement in the cleaning process, so that the cleaning process is safer and more effective.
The brush head 3 comprises a working part 3-1 and a connecting part 3-2, in order to enhance the strength of the connecting part 3-2 and enhance the operability, in this embodiment, the connecting part 3-2 is a double-layer structure, the connecting part 3-2 comprises an outer sleeve 3-2-2 and an inner rod 3-2-3, the inner rod 3-2-3 is provided with a water inlet groove 3-2-1, and the water inlet groove 3-2-1 is communicated with the working part 3-1 and can guide liquid to the working part 3-1.
Referring to fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the switch 4 is a roller type adjustment switch. The switch 4 comprises a roller 4-1 and a gradient plate 4-2; the roller 4-1 is installed in the switch installation groove 1-5, and the water inlet pipe 2 is installed between the roller 4-1 and the gradient plate 4-2; when the roller 4-1 is driven forwards, the gap between the roller 4-1 and the gradient plate 4-2 is smaller and smaller, the roller 4-1 presses the water inlet pipe 2, so that the cross section area of the water inlet pipe 2 is smaller and smaller, and the flow of the water inlet pipe 2 is reduced until the water inlet pipe is completely closed; when the roller 4-1 is driven backwards, the gap between the roller 4-1 and the slope plate 4-2 is larger and larger, the water inlet pipe 2 pressed by the roller 4-1 is loosened, the cross section area of the water inlet pipe 2 is larger and larger under the action of the elastic restoring force of the water inlet pipe 2, and the flow of the water inlet pipe 2 is increased until the water inlet pipe is completely opened. In the use process, an operator can drive the roller 4-1 to adjust the water inflow of the water inlet pipe 2 according to the requirement until the water inlet pipe 2 is completely closed.
When the toothbrush is assembled, the upper cover 1-1 of the shell 1 is opened, the water inlet pipe 2 is connected to the water inlet 1-2-1 of the water pipe joint 1-2, the outer sleeve 3-2-2 of the connecting part 3-2 of the toothbrush head 3 is sleeved on the inner rod 3-2-3, the toothbrush head 3 is assembled, and the connecting part 3-2 is connected to the water outlet 1-2-2 of the water pipe joint 1-2. Then the water pipe joint 1-2 is installed in the joint installation groove 1-3 of the shell 1, the water inlet pipe 2 is placed in the water inlet pipe installation groove 1-4 on the slope plate 4-2, and the upper cover 1-1 is covered.
When the saline bag is used, the protective sleeve 2-1-1 is taken down, and the needle 2-1 is inserted into the saline bag/bottle.
When the oral cavity is cleaned, the switch 4 is turned on, the switch 4 is adjusted according to the requirement to adjust the water quantity, and the liquid for disinfection/cleaning in the saline bag/bottle is guided to the working part 3-1 of the brush head 3 through the water inlet pipe 2 and the water inlet groove 3-2-1. Then, the wound surface is wiped by applying pressure to the working portion 3-1, and at this time, the liquid such as physiological saline or disinfectant stored in the working portion 3-1 is squeezed out, thereby cleaning the wound surface. After one part is cleaned, pressure is removed, and due to the siphon effect of the medical porous material, the working part 3-1 can absorb the extruded liquid in time, so that the liquid is effectively prevented from flowing backwards into cavities such as human trachea and the like, and accidental injuries such as choke cough and the like are prevented.
In the using process, the brush head 3 can be detached and replaced as required.
When the oral cavity nursing sputum aspirator of the embodiment is used, the oral cavity can be cleaned and nursed only by inserting the needle 2-1 into the saline bag/bottle. Meanwhile, by utilizing the water storage function and the siphon effect of the working part 3-1, the cleaning effect can be ensured, and the cleaning liquid can be prevented from flowing back into cavities such as trachea of human body, and the use process is safe and convenient.
The applicant has illustrated only a roller type switch as a water quantity adjusting mode, and in practical applications, those skilled in the art can design different switches as required, such as various switches of a rotary valve type, a lever type, and the like, without departing from the scope of the present application.
It should be noted that structures disclosed and illustrated herein may be replaced by other structures having the same effect, and the described embodiments of the invention are not the only structures for carrying out the invention.
