Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of tobacco, in particular to a buccal tobacco product.
Background
As smoking and health concerns become more of a concern, smokeless tobacco products are also becoming more appreciated by consumers. The world health organization considers that the smoke-free tobacco products are less harmful than common cigarettes and are ideal substitutes of the cigarettes. Because the smokeless tobacco product does not burn like the traditional cigarette, the mainstream or the side-stream smoke is not generated, the nicotine contained in the smokeless tobacco product enters the human body through the oral cavity, and a user can obtain the physiological satisfaction brought by the nicotine under the condition of no smoke. The buccal cigarette is one of smokeless tobacco products, and most of the buccal cigarettes are generally prepared by wrapping tobacco materials with non-woven fabrics at present.
When a consumer uses the buccal tobacco product, chemical components such as nicotine in the product are dissolved by saliva secreted by the oral cavity, and then the dissolved chemical components are absorbed into the human body through oral mucosa. The buccal tobacco product is added with flavor substances such as essence, and the like, so that the flavor of the product is enriched, the salivary secretion can be promoted, and the dissolution of active ingredients in the product is increased. Most of buccal tobacco products are added with essence components to meet the requirements of consumers.
At present, the demand for buccal cigarette products is higher and higher, and the requirements on the quality of buccal cigarettes are also gradually improved. For example, patent publication No. CN101495002B is a background art document that smokeless tobacco products are frozen prior to use, typically to preserve the moisture content and extend freshness, and in particular tobacco products containing moisture, and that freezing also has the effect of preventing or delaying absorption of contaminants, resisting oxidation, and improving product stability. The improvement in this patent is further directed to a pouch or bag for holding the tobacco product, which provides a good barrier to the passage of moisture and oxygen through the package and into the tobacco product by sealing the package.
For example, patent document CN103708109A discloses that bagged buccal cigarettes have high humidity after contacting with the external environment, and are prone to bacterial growth and deterioration. The patent provides a mouth-holding type smokeless tobacco product packaging bag, and materials attached to the packaging bag can inhibit or kill cariogenic bacteria in the oral cavity, so that the smokeless tobacco product is not easy to deteriorate in the storage process.
From the two patent documents, it can be found that the quality of the buccal cigarette is generally considered to be influenced by the pollution and influence of the external environment (such as air and water) on the buccal cigarette in the prior art, and the main ideas for solving the existing problems are focused on the sealing effect and the isolation effect of the buccal cigarette packaging bag and the improvement of the components and the structure of the packaging bag.
However, even if the packaging bag of the buccal cigarette is improved, the quality of the buccal cigarette is reduced in the storage process.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a buccal tobacco product which is used for solving the problems.
The inventor of the invention finds that tobacco materials in the existing buccal cigarette contain moisture, and essence and other raw materials can be added into the tobacco materials to improve the mouthfeel. The inside of the buccal cigarette can contain moisture, sugar and other ingredients, especially when the moisture is mixed with liquid or extract additives, the problems of agglomeration and the like of tobacco materials in the buccal cigarette can be caused, and the quality of the tobacco materials can be reduced in long-term storage. Therefore, even if the outer package has good sealing properties, the tobacco material itself inside the outer package is likely to deteriorate. The conventional solution is to further reduce the moisture of the buccal cigarette, however, for the buccal cigarette, the stimulation of the buccal cigarette to the oral cavity of a user is large when the buccal cigarette is used due to too little moisture, and therefore, the moisture is unrealistic to be simply reduced. The other solution is to reduce the content of liquid components or extract substances, but the reduction of the content undoubtedly reduces the taste of the buccal cigarette, so that the adding content of various additives is greatly limited, and the further development of the buccal cigarette is influenced.
Therefore, the invention aims at liquid substances and extract substances in the buccal cigarette, a mode of temporarily isolating the liquid substances and the extract substances from the tobacco material is conceived, and the liquid substances and the extract substances can be mixed only by simple operation when in use, so that the stability of the tobacco material in the non-use state or the non-unsealed state is further improved.
The buccal tobacco product comprises the following components: the tobacco material and the at least one bead are positioned in the tobacco material, and the additive is contained in the at least one bead and comprises a liquid substance and/or an extract-shaped substance.
Further, the liquid substance comprises oily essence and/or water.
Further, the oily essence comprises natural perfume and/or synthetic perfume.
Further, the extract-like substance comprises one or more of herba Dracocephali extract, Glycyrrhrizae radix fluid extract, flos Rosae Rugosae extract, flos Chrysanthemi extract, fructus Jujubae extract, and flos Gardeniae extract.
Further, the tobacco material is alkaline, and at least one of the popping beads also contains an acidic component which provides a sour taste.
Further, the acidic component is one or more of citric acid, lactic acid, malic acid and tartaric acid.
Further, the pH value of the tobacco material is 7.5-9.5.
Further, at least one of the blasting beads also contains a medicine component.
Further, the wall material of the blasting bead is selected from one of the following three materials, and when the blasting bead is multiple, the wall material is selected from one or more of the following three materials:
(1) plastic materials made of one or more of PP, PET, PE, HDPE, LDPE, PC and PS;
(2) edible materials made from one or more of alginate, carrageenan, sodium cellulose sulfate, chitosan, gelatin, pectin, and wax;
(3) one or more of sugar coating, starch, and hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.
Furthermore, the diameter of the blasting bead is 2.0-5.0 mm.
Further, the tobacco material also comprises an exogenous additive, wherein the exogenous additive is added into the tobacco material and comprises one or more of cooling agent, acidity regulator, anticaking agent, antioxidant, colorant, flavoring agent, moisture retention agent, preservative or sweetener.
According to the buccal tobacco product, the liquid substances and/or extract substances which are easy to induce the tobacco material to deteriorate are packaged in the exploded beads, so that the stability of the buccal tobacco product is improved, the taste of the buccal tobacco is enriched, and the experience of a user is improved.
Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention is provided for illustrative purposes, and other advantages and effects of the present invention will become apparent to those skilled in the art from the present disclosure. While the invention will be described in conjunction with the preferred embodiments, it is not intended that features of the invention be limited to these embodiments. On the contrary, the invention is described in connection with the embodiments for the purpose of covering alternatives or modifications that may be extended based on the claims of the present invention. In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention. The invention may be practiced without these particulars. Moreover, some of the specific details have been left out of the description in order to avoid obscuring or obscuring the focus of the present invention.
The buccal tobacco product comprises: the tobacco material and the at least one bead are positioned in the tobacco material, and the additive is contained in the at least one bead and comprises a liquid substance and/or an extract-like substance. The buccal tobacco product of the invention fills the exploded beads in tobacco materials, wherein the tobacco materials are tobacco powder or tobacco fragments and can be made of one or more of flue-cured tobacco, burley tobacco, aromatic tobacco, air-cured tobacco and sun-cured tobacco. The outside parcel of tobacco material has pocket or non-woven fabrics, and composition such as nicotine in the tobacco material can permeate through pocket or non-woven fabrics and get into user's oral cavity during the use. The buccal tobacco product is sealed and stored by an outer package.
According to the buccal cigarette product, the liquid substance or the extract-like substance is filled into the exploded bead and is not in direct contact with the tobacco material, so that a protective 'barrier' is arranged on the tobacco material in the buccal cigarette, the buccal cigarette is prevented from deteriorating before being used or before being unsealed, the buccal cigarette product is easy to store for a long time, and the quality is stable.
The liquid substance comprises oily essence, and the oily essence can be natural essence or synthetic essence. Among them, examples of natural flavors include: peppermint oil, clove leaf oil, brandy flower oil, lemon oil, orange oil, sweet orange oil and sandalwood oil. The oily essence in the exploded bead of the embodiment can be one or more of the natural flavors. Examples of the synthetic flavors include: glycerol, propylene glycol, benzyl alcohol, neroli ether, eugenol, peach aldehyde, vanillin, furfural, ethyl acetate, methyl jasmonate, rose oxide, neryl formate and sandalwood acetate. The oily essence in the popping beads can be one or more of the synthetic flavors. In other embodiments, the oily flavor in the popped bead may also be a mixture of natural flavors and synthetic flavors.
In addition, the liquid substance may further include water. The water is added into the puffed beads, and the puffed beads are broken before the buccal cigarette is used, so that the tobacco material is further moistened, the release of active ingredients in the tobacco material is promoted, and the stimulation to the oral cavity and the throat of a user is reduced.
The extract-shaped substance is viscous, and is used as an additive to be directly mixed with tobacco materials, so that the tobacco materials are easy to agglomerate, and the using effect of the buccal cigarette is influenced. The paste-like substance is filled into the blasting beads, and the blasting beads are crushed when the tobacco material is used, so that the influence of the paste-like substance on the tobacco material after long-term storage is avoided. Wherein the extract-like substance comprises one or more of herba Dracocephali extract, Glycyrrhrizae radix fluid extract, flos Rosae Rugosae extract, flos Chrysanthemi extract, fructus Jujubae extract, and flos Gardeniae extract.
When the number of the popping beads in the buccal tobacco product is multiple, the ingredients contained in the multiple popping beads can be the same or different. The above-mentioned several liquid substances and extract-like substances can be simultaneously placed in one explosion ball, also can be respectively placed in different explosion balls.
Further, regarding the tobacco material, the tobacco material can be adjusted to be alkaline, for example, the pH value of the tobacco powder or the tobacco fragments can be 7.5-9.5, and the bound nicotine in the tobacco powder or the tobacco fragments can be converted into free nicotine within the pH range, so that the user can obtain physiological satisfaction when using the buccal cigarette. In order to further enrich the taste of the buccal cigarette, an acidic component which provides sour taste can be added into the tobacco material. However, if these acidic components are mixed directly with the tobacco material, the alkaline components in the tobacco material will neutralize the added acidic components over time, resulting in both the deactivation of the acidic components and the deterioration of the alkaline components in the tobacco material itself. Therefore, the ingredients for providing sour taste are filled in the popping beads, and the popping beads are broken when the buccal cigarette is used, so that the sour taste can be effectively provided by the acidic substances when the buccal cigarette is used. In this embodiment, the acidic component is one or more of citric acid, lactic acid, malic acid, and tartaric acid. The acidic component may be filled in one bead, or may be filled in a plurality of beads.
Further, at least one of the pops contains a pharmaceutical composition that is beneficial to human health. In this embodiment, at least one of the beads contains one or more of ginsenoside, ganoderan, vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin E, tea polyphenols, dencichine, and coenzyme q 10. The medicine components are easy to deteriorate under the influence of the external environment, and the medicine components can be further protected by filling the medicine components in the blasting beads. In addition, for the user who is used to the buccal cigarette, the buccal cigarette can play the roles of treatment and health care while being used. When a plurality of medicinal or health-care components are selected, the medicinal or health-care components can be mixed in one exploded bead, also can be respectively placed in different exploded beads, or can be subpackaged in different exploded beads after being mixed.
Furthermore, in each embodiment, powdered ingredients can be added into the popping beads to enrich the mouth feel of the mouth-holding cigarette. In addition, nicotine and/or plant alkali can be added into at least one exploded bead to serve as a nicotine supplement for the buccal cigarette. After the user uses the buccal cigarette for a period of time, the burst beads are crushed to increase the service time of the buccal cigarette. Or the popping beads can be broken at the beginning of use when the user likes buccal cigarette with higher nicotine concentration. In addition, substances having physiological satisfaction, such as caffeine, theobromine, nicotine tartrate, nicotine citrate, nicotine malate, etc., can also be added to the exploded beads.
In addition, volatile components, such as menthol, and the like, may be added to at least one of the popped beads. The volatility is directly lost in the tobacco material and is easy to volatilize in the long-term storage. The volatile substances are filled in the blasting beads to ensure the storage time of the volatile components.
In the above embodiments, various materials are possible for the outer wall material of the blasting bead. For example: (1) food grade materials: a plastic material made of one or more of PP (polypropylene), PET (polyethylene terephthalate), PE (polyethylene), HDPE (high density polyethylene), LDPE (low density polyethylene), PC (polycarbonate) and PS (polystyrene); (2) edible material: edible materials made from one or more of alginate, carrageenan, sodium cellulose sulfate, chitosan, gelatin, pectin, and wax; (3) dissolving type material: one or more of sugar coating, starch, and hydroxypropyl methylcellulose. Wherein the ingredient of the glaze is sucrose, for example.
Regarding the materials of the outer wall in the items (1) and (2), when the buccal cigarette is used, a user can squeeze the exploded bead by hand or put the buccal cigarette in the oral cavity to be bitten, so that the interestingness of the buccal cigarette is increased. The sugar coating can be dissolved in water in oral cavity, and starch can be dissolved in saliva water and also be subjected to enzymolysis by saliva amylase in saliva, so that wall material damage is accelerated. Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose is soluble in water, which is dissolved by saliva to destroy the wall material. When the wall material of the popping beads is selected from the type (3), when a user uses the buccal cigarette, the popping beads are dissolved in the oral cavity like sugar and release the ingredients in the popping beads. When the outer wall of the popping beads is the sugar coating, the buccal cigarette can release sweet taste, and the taste of the buccal cigarette is enriched.
When containing a plurality of balls that explode in the buccal tobacco goods, explode the pearl outer wall material and can choose for use one of above-mentioned (1) - (3), also can let in a plurality of balls that explode partly choose for use (1) kind, partly choose for use (2) kind, partly choose for use (3) kind to increase the selectivity when the user uses, richen the sense organ of sucking the cigarette and experience.
In each embodiment, the size of the popping beads can be selected from spheres with the diameter of 2.0-5.0 mm, the balls are not easy to capture in the oral cavity when the size is too small, and the balls are inconvenient to contain in the mouth when the size is too large. The ball is exploded at the spheroid in above-mentioned diameter range, and the user experiences better when using to hold cigarette.
In each of the above embodiments, exogenous additives may also be added to the buccal cigarette, the exogenous additives being located in the tobacco material and including one or more of cooling agents, acidity regulators, anti-caking agents, antioxidants, coloring agents, flavoring agents, moisture retention agents, preservatives, or sweeteners. So as to further improve the stability of the buccal cigarette and prolong the storage time.
In the above embodiments, the mesh bag or the non-woven fabric holding the cigarette can be made into a small bag for convenient use, and the material of the mesh bag or the non-woven fabric comprises one or two of natural plant fiber and artificial fiber. The tobacco material can be added with food grade or edible substance containing nicotine besides natural tobacco materials such as flue-cured tobacco, burley tobacco, aromatic tobacco, air-cured tobacco and sun-cured tobacco. In addition, the added perfume can also be selected from one or two of natural perfume materials and synthetic perfumes.
In the embodiments, the addition amount of the liquid substance and the extract substance can be obviously increased under the condition of ensuring that the tobacco material is not degraded by adding the bead blasting into the tobacco material. Particularly, for the addition of oil essence and extract-shaped essence, the agglomeration and deterioration of tobacco materials caused by excessive additives are not considered during production, so that the buccal tobacco product with higher essence content can be prepared.
