The invention discloses a piston liquid discharging device of a thin oil sealed gas tank, which comprises a liquid storage tank, a liquid discharging pipe and an overflow pipe, wherein the liquid storage tank is positioned below a piston of the thin oil sealed gas tank, the overflow pipe is arranged on an overflow port at the upper part of the liquid storage tank, the liquid discharging pipe is vertically arranged, the lower end of the liquid discharging pipe is inserted into accumulated water in the liquid storage tank and is lower than the overflow port of the liquid storage tank, and the upper end of the liquid discharging pipe is fixed on the piston of the thin oil sealed gas tank and is communicated with the upper space of the piston. The invention also provides a thin oil sealed gas tank comprising the automatic oil drainage device. The invention utilizes the drain pipe to drain the accumulated water and the accumulated oil on the piston of the thin oil sealed gas tank, and skillfully designs a sealing mechanism consisting of a liquid storage tank, an overflow pipe and the like. The device not only can smoothly discharge accumulated water and accumulated oil on the piston, but also has good sealing property, can effectively prevent the leakage of gas in the gas tank, and ensures the safe operation of the gas tank.

Referring to fig. 1, the invention mainly comprises a liquid storage tank 1, a liquid discharge pipe 2, an overflow pipe 3, a sewage discharge pipe 4, a sewage discharge valve 5, a sealed oil layer 6 and a plug 7.
The upper end of the liquid discharge pipe 2 is communicated with the bottom of the piston 11, the lower end of the liquid discharge pipe extends into the liquid storage tank 1, the overflow pipe 3 is arranged on an overflow port of the liquid storage tank 1, and the position of the overflow port is higher than the height of one end of the liquid discharge pipe 2 extending into the liquid storage tank 1.
In this embodiment, accumulated water and accumulated oil on the piston 11 enter the liquid storage tank 1 through the liquid discharge pipe 2, oil and water in the liquid storage tank 1 are discharged to the bottom of the cabinet through the overflow pipe 3, one end of the liquid discharge pipe 2 stretches into the liquid storage tank 1, and the overflow pipe 3 is higher than the lower end of the liquid discharge pipe 2, so that the end of the liquid discharge pipe 2 stretching into the liquid storage tank 1 is always in a water seal state, and gas leakage is prevented. The drain pipe 4 is arranged at the lower part of the liquid storage tank 1, the joint of the drain pipe 4 and the liquid storage tank 1 is lower than the joint (namely an overflow port) of the overflow pipe 3 and the liquid storage tank 1, and the drain valve 5 is arranged on the drain pipe 4.
The arrangement of the blow-down pipe 4 and the blow-down valve 5 is beneficial to cleaning sundries in the liquid storage tank 1 during maintenance, and in the drainage process, the blow-down valve 5 is in a closed state and is opened during maintenance, so that time and labor are saved, and the practicability is strong.
The height of the liquid discharge pipe 2 is 500mm higher than the height of a water column corresponding to the pressure of the gas cabinet, so that the safety and the reliability of the automatic oil and water discharging device are ensured.
The sealed oil layer 6 is arranged above the accumulated water in the liquid storage tank 1, and the accumulated water can be sealed in the liquid storage tank 1 by the sealed oil layer 6, so that the evaporation of the water in the liquid storage tank 1 is avoided.
One end of fluid-discharge tube 2 and piston 11 bottom intercommunication is provided with the internal thread that matches with plug 7, and plug 7 installs in the upper end of fluid-discharge tube 2, is favorable to carrying out the shutoff to fluid-discharge tube 2, opens plug 7 drainage again when obviously having the profit on piston 11, guarantees the leakproofness.

The spring 8 is arranged in the liquid discharge pipe 2, the lower end of the spring is fixed on the liquid discharge pipe 2, the sealing plug 9 is also arranged in the liquid discharge pipe 2, and the sealing plug 9 is connected with the upper end of the spring 8.
The side wall of the drain pipe 2 is provided with a drain hole 10, the drain hole 10 is positioned below the overflow pipe 3, the sealing plug 9 is positioned above the drain hole 10 in a free state of the spring 8, and the sealing plug 9 is positioned below the drain hole 10 in a state that the spring 8 is compressed.
When the water on the piston 11 is less, the spring 8 is in a free state, the sealing plug 9 is positioned above the liquid discharge hole 10 at the moment to seal the piston 11 and the liquid discharge pipe 2, so that the tightness of the device is ensured, when the water and the oil on the piston 11 are more, the sealing plug 9 slides downwards under the action of pressure to compress the spring 8, and when the sealing plug 9 slides below the liquid discharge hole 10, the water and the oil flow into the liquid storage tank 1 from the liquid discharge hole 10, so that the water and the oil are discharged from the piston 11.
The invention also provides a thin oil sealed gas cabinet, which comprises a plurality of oil drainage devices which are uniformly arranged below the piston 11.
The area of the gas holder piston 11 is larger, so that the arrangement of a plurality of oil-water discharging devices in the embodiment is beneficial to ensuring the balance of the gas holder piston 11, avoiding the inclination of the gas holder piston 11 caused by uneven outflow of accumulated oil and preventing gas leakage.
